The latest poll out of New Hampshire has The Donald up just 6 points in the Granite State, with Marco Rubio emerging as the clear second choice, 21 percent to 15 percent. Chris Christie is third with 12 percent, and Ted Cruz has 10 percent.

It’s only one poll. But there has been repeated talk of a Rubio surge — is it finally happening?
