CNN, MSNBC Spent Just 45 Seconds Covering Mass Antifa Violence this Weekend

Mainstream media outlets CNN and MSNBC dedicated a scant 45 seconds to covering AntiFa-caused violence following the peaceful “Million MAGA March” in Washington, D.C.

According to analysis from the Media Research Center’s Newsbusters the two outlets dedicated 17 minutes and 42 seconds of coverage to the violence that ensued after the pro-Trump march.

Of the negligible sum, six minutes and nine seconds of coverage on the AntiFa-caused unrest was dedicated to blaming President Trump and his supporters while just 45 seconds placed the blame on the militant, far-left group.

Newsbusters’ analysis continues, breaking down the time distribution between the two networks:

Overall MSNBC devoted 15 minutes and 48 seconds to coverage of the fighting with 5 minutes, 22 seconds devoted to blaming Trump and his supporters to just 27 seconds faulting Pro-Biden counter-protesters. CNN spent a total of 2 minutes, 4 seconds on violence of which 47 seconds was spent attacking Trump and his supporters for violence to just 18 seconds assigning blame to ANTIFA/Biden supporters.
