An Open Letter to Liberal Gender-Deniers

Dear Liberal Gender-Deniers,

TRIGGER WARNING. You might not like what you’re about to read.

There are two biological sexes — male and female. That’s it. There are also two genders — male and female. That’s it.

This has been true throughout all of history, and it will always be true.

Now, before I get mauled by all of you LGBTABCDESPN keyboard activists — follow me on Twitter! @JonSchweppe — hear me out. Let’s say that biological sex and gender are different. They’re not, but whatever, let’s pretend they are.

The two biological sexes are determined by your DNA. They aren’t determined by your imagination. They’re determined by scientific reality. Biological males have XY chromosomes. Biological females have XX chromosomes. There are different genetic dispositions to each sex. Biological men, for example, have one type of biological organ. Biological women have another type.

For the sake of argument, let’s speculate that there are 58 genders, or whatever Facebook says we’re up to now.

Gender, according to the political left, is a social construct. It’s an idea. There are infinite colors in the rainbow, and there are infinite genders, and you can be a man, or a woman, or a trans-man, or a trans-woman, or a My Little Pony. It’s all up to you.

Look, don’t get me wrong. This is America. Do what you want with your own body. You be you, etc.

But why should society be required to accept your delusion as reality when — and I hate to break this to you, folks — it is so obviously not true?
