A tweet from Rep. Brendan Boyle (D-Pa.) claiming he has been told Biden is jumping in the race is lighting up the cybersphere:

To Biden or not to Biden; that is the question. This looms large for the Democratic field, as it would seem to indicate the imminence of a Federal charge against Hillary Clinton for breaching national security. That’s a clean way for the Vice President to jump in, especially given Clinton’s rock star performance at the first debate.
