WATCH: New Planned Parenthood Campaign Encourages Supporters to “Slay”

For being an organization that is controversial for “slaying” an unborn baby every 97 seconds, one would expect Planned Parenthood to stop and think twice before using the word in its new campaign. However, the irony appears to be lost on them. The abortion provider released a new short film last week attempting to portray how dark and dreary a world without them would be. Accompanying the video is a message urging supporters to “Watch. Share. Slay.” Planned Parenthood supporters were also told, “Every single one of us has a hero inside; and it’s our responsibility to use our superpowers

Yes, The Media Really Is Biased Against Trump

From campaign rallies to press conferences, President Trump rarely misses an opportunity to tell the American people that the mainstream media holds an unfair bias against him. Beginning to sound like a worn out record player, the President keeps repeating this accusation, while the press keeps producing more and more negative stories about him. But is there actually statistical proof that the media is biased against Trump? A new report finds that there may be.    The report, released Wednesday by Harvard Kennedy School’s Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy, analyzes Trump’s news coverage during his first 100

NEW POLL: Do We Really Need More LGBT Laws?

According to the results of a poll released Thursday, only 51 percent of U.S. adults actually think that new civil rights laws are needed to protect lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people. The Gallup poll conducted from May 3-7 asked participants, “Do you think new civil rights laws are needed to reduce discrimination against lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender people, or not?” It found that Americans are near evenly split on the necessity of new civil rights laws for LGBT people. Even within the Democratic party, 33 percent responded that no new laws are needed. The survey also asked, “In

The Internet Loses Its Mind over Rubio’s Bible Verse Tweets

Two days after Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) came under fire for — gasp! — tweeting Bible verses, the Florida Senator has once again taken to Twitter to spread the Word of God: “He who answers before listening-that is his folly and his shame” Proverbs 18:13 — Marco Rubio (@marcorubio) May 18, 2017 Rubio’s tweet from early this morning shows that he was not intimidated by those who rebuked him for sharing the verses from Tuesday’s daily Mass readings with his Twitter followers: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do & your plans will succeed. The Lord works out everything for his

Maine School Employee Disciplined for Telling Co-worker “I Will Pray for You”

It has been over 50 years since the Supreme Court ruled in the 1962 case Engel v. Vitale that voluntary, non-denominational prayer in public schools was unconstitutional under the First Amendment’s Establishment Clause. Now, a high school in Augusta, Maine, is taking the prohibition of prayer in public schools to a new level. Last September, Cony High School informed an employee, Toni Richardson, that she could no longer tell her co-workers that she would pray for them. The Augusta School Department has even begun an investigation of Richardson for saying things like “I will pray for you” and “You were

WATCH: Democrat Ad Calls Defunding Planned Parenthood “Unforgivable”

The race for HHS Secretary Tom Price’s House seat in Georgia has intensified this week, as Democrat Jon Ossoff released an ad targeting his Republican opponent Karen Handel. In the 30-second video, Mindy Fine, a Georgia OBGYN, chastises Handel for pulling funding for Planned Parenthood when she was the Senior Vice President of Public Policy at Susan G. Komen for the Cure: Part of a normal exam is screening for breast and cervical cancer. When we catch it early, we save lives. But Karen Handel cut off funding for Planned Parenthood cancer screenings when she was an executive at Susan

She’s Back: Clinton Launches New Group, Promises to “Resist”

Six months after losing her second presidential bid, Hillary Clinton has reemerged into the political arena. Following a hiatus spent “reflecting, spending time with family — and, yes, taking walks in the woods,” she has decided it’s time to get back in the game. On Monday, via her Twitter account and of course her favorite email server, Clinton announced her newest project, “Onward Together,” which recycles the logo from her failed 2016 campaign: We’re launching Onward Together to encourage people to get involved, organize, and even run for office. https://t.co/8exooosvZ5 — Hillary Clinton (@HillaryClinton) May 15, 2017 The mission of

BREAKING: New Trump Policy Defunding Overseas Abortions Takes Effect

It’s time for 83 percent of Americans to celebrate! That’s because President Trump’s administration just implemented a modernized Mexico City Policy, a move which fulfills the wishes of the 83 percent of Americans who “oppose using tax dollars to support abortion in other countries.” Even the majority of “pro-choicers” have reason to celebrate President Trump’s action today since 73 percent of them are opposed to funding overseas abortions with American dollars.      The new plan — called “Protecting Life in Global Health Assistance” — goes beyond the original policy enacted by Ronald Reagan and reinstated by George W. Bush which
