Biden’s Title IX Changes Mandate Transgender Pronouns in Schools.

Last week, the Biden government announced its latest Title IX regulations, which deliver protections for gender identity, without explicitly mentioning “transgender” terminology. These rules, set to take effect on August 1, will mean all public schools risk legal and fiscal consequences if non-compliant. While not stating so outright, the regulations are viewed as enabling transgender students access to restrooms and changing rooms of their choice and would force schools to use students’ ‘preferred pronouns.’ Biden regime officials appeared to confirm these concerns in a press call with LGBTQ activists.

“These regulations make it crystal clear that no one should have to abandon their educational aspirations due to discrimination, whether it’s based on pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other sex-based factors,” Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said.

‘A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT WOULD BE RECOGNIZED.’

Addressing a direct question about pronoun use, another Biden official confirmed that schools could be penalized for refusing to use transgender pronouns.

“The way that we would analyze that question is to assess whether a student is experiencing a sex-based hostile environment,” the official said. “[I]f the facts meet those standards, which is if, under the totality of the circumstances, sex-based conduct that is subjectively and objectively offensive to a student and to a person in the school community and it rises to the level that it limits or denies access to education, then a hostile environment would be recognized and we would evaluate whether the school had taken sufficient steps to remedy that hostile environment.”

Critics contend these regulations infringe on First Amendment rights by mantheydating recognition of gender identity and could prove to be an issue for the Biden government in court. “There are First Amendment problems with this regulation that the agency repeatedly dismisses without addressing. This will be a problem for the Biden admin in litigation,” wrote lawyer and child advocate Julie Hamill on X (formerly Twitter).

Trump May Pocket $1.25 Billion *MORE* From Truth Social.

Former President Donald Trump could be set for a $1.25 billion windfall if his social media company Truth Social can avoid significant negative volatility over the next two days. If the shares remain at or above $17.50 until the close of trading on Tuesday, Trump is due to acquire an additional 36 million company shares. As of midmorning on Monday, shares stood slightly below $36.

According to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Trump Media & Technology Group–which controls Truth Social–could issue more shares to those invested in the company before its SPAC merger, including Trump himself. Awarding these shares is conditioned on the steady maintenance of an average price per share exceeding $12.50 for at least 20 of its first 30 trading days. Tuesday will mark the 20th trading day since the merger, and the share price has remained well above the stipulated figure.

If the share price stays above $17.50, 40 million additional shares will be issued. Trump, who owns most of the company’s stock, would be eligible to receive 90 percent of the newly issued certificates, which amounts to 36 million shares. At current prices, this would amount to a $1.25 billion windfall for the former President.

While Trump is currently limited in his ability to sell his shares in the Trump Media & Technology Group, the company board could lift the restrictions by a vote. This would allow the former President to tap a massive cash flow to use in his legal defense and presidential campaign.

WATCH: Alec Baldwin Appears to Assault Woman Who Asks ‘Why Did You Kill That Lady!?’

Actor Alec Baldwin, who continues to be embroiled in legal hot water over the shooting of Rust movie armorer Halyna Hutchins, appeared to lash out physically against a woman who was harassing him in a coffee shop. The video was posted by the account “Crackhead Barney & Friends” with the caption: “White devil Alec Baldwin attacked me… While I was trying to get coffeee [sic].”

In the clip, it appears as though Baldwin himself is the one trying to get coffee, while being forced to endure the shrill demands from a woman.

“One time, one time Alec… come on, Alec. Just say ‘free Palestine’ one time, just one time and I’ll leave you alone,” she says, adding, “Fuck Israel, fuck Zionism,” before Baldwin moves towards her and smacks her phone with his left hand.

Trump Trial Day 1 Summary: Here’s What Happened in the Opening Arguments…

The Manhattan-based “hush money” prosecution of former President Donald Trump got off to an abbreviated start, with the court adjourning Monday at 12:30PM ET. A juror had previously notified the judge they would have to leave for a dentist appointment early. The National Pulse will provide a rundown of highlights and essential moments after the court adjourns each day of the trial.

THE DEFENSE’S OPENING ARGUMENTS.

Todd Blanche, one of the former President’s defense attorneys, kicked off the opening arguments. The defense attorney stressed to the jury that: “President Trump is innocent. President Trump did not commit any crimes.”

The defense indicated they will focus heavily on the weakness of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg‘s case, which relies on an underlying federal crime for which Trump has not been charged.

Addressing the prosecution’s insistence that the case is about Trump’s attempt at ‘election interference,’ Blanche told the jury: “There’s nothing wrong with trying to influence the election… It’s called democracy.” The attorney, pivoting to the prosecution playing up the nondisclosure agreement with Stormy Daniels, argued: “There’s nothing wrong with a nondisclosure agreement.”

Prosecutors objected when Blanche likened Stormy Daniels’s attention-seeking behavior as akin to extortion. Judge Juan Merchan sustained the prosecution’s objection.

The defense attorney also worked to ensure the jurors knew the truth about the prosecution’s star witness, Michael Cohen, calling the disgraced former attorney “a convicted felon,” “an admitted liar,” and “a convicted perjurer.”

THE PROSECUTION RESPONDS.

Prosecutor Matthew Colangelo, a former U.S. federal attorney who resigned his lucrative post to pursue the Trump prosecution, opted for painting a narrative of Donald Trump and Michael Cohen scheming with former National Enquirer CEO David Pecker.

Colangelo, mainly ignoring the facts of the case, told the jurors the three men “struck an agreement” during a 2015 meeting at Trump Tower in which they “conspired to influence the 2016 presidential election in three different ways.” He proceeded to content that the National Enquirer engaged in three catch-and-kill actions to head off stories that could damage the 2016 Trump presidential campaign.

The prosecution attempted to mitigate the reputational damage surrounding their star witness. Colangelo told jurors the reason why Trump’s legal team asked the court to reject Michael Cohen’s testimony was “precisely because it is so damning.”

FIRST WITNESS.

The first witness was David Pecker, the former CEO of the National Enquirer. His testimony only lasted about 20 minutes and comprised mostly biographical information before the court adjourned for the day. Pecker’s testimony will continue tomorrow.

Middle School Boots Special Needs Students to Make Way for Migrant Kids.

West Prep Academy, a New York City middle school with a significant percentage of special needs students, is planning on sending them to an unsafe 127-year-old building to make room for migrant kids. The school, in which 43 percent of students have special needs, and 90 percent are Black or Latino, shares a building with PS 145, which has been inundated with a surge in enrollment of migrant children.

“This building is not equipped to house students with special needs [or] students that don’t have any special needs — it’s not equipped, it’s 127 years old,” said Denise Johnson, a parent of a West Prep Academy sixth-grader. “The issue is we are coming from a building that is substantial, with all [the] equipment to service their students to a building that lacks resources.”

“The issue for me is the building in itself. It’s not up to par for anyone to go into learning — it looks like a jail. And I don’t think that’s something that our Black and Brown kids should be provided by based off of someone else’s decision,” Johnson added.

SMOKE SHOPS AND BUMS.

The new location to which West Prep’s special needs students are to be sent poses significant risks to student safety. It also lacks adequate access to a safe outdoor environment.

“There’s multiple doors on the floors, where the children can open and can wander around there. There are concerns in terms of outdoor space. We know that children that are part of the ASC nests program have mandated outdoor time and services that cannot be provided in that building,” said Kaliris Salas, a member of the DOE’s Panel of Educational Policy [PEP]. “And so in turn, a lot of us on the PEP are very concerned about this particular move.”

The 127-year-old facility also sits in a potentially dangerous neighborhood. “There’s smoke shops everywhere, and there’s also people outside that are bums,” said one parent.

New York City continues to struggle with the massive number of illegal aliens who have flooded the city as a result of the Biden regime’s continued failure to address the border crisis. Unfortunately, schoolchildren are often the ones paying the price. In January, students at James Madison High School were kicked out to make room for 1,900 illegal aliens.
