BLM Vows to Insert ‘Guiding Principles’ Into Schools, Teach ‘Young Children’ How to ‘Disrupt Western Nuclear Family’ And ‘Choose Their Own Gender’

Black Lives Matter at School (BLMS), an organization that seeks a “new uprising for racial justice,” vows to inject BLM “guiding principles” into classrooms by teaching terms like “transgender affirming” and how to “disrupt of Western nuclear family dynamics” to “young children.”

Endorsed by the National Education Association, the largest teacher union in the U.S., BLMS organizes an annual week of extolled by the Washington Post as teaching “young people through lessons, discussions, art and social action about structural racism, black identity and history, and restorative justice and related issues.” ‘Thousands of people throughout the country took part last year,” the establishment outlet noted.

To facilitate these goals, organizers “assembled materials for teachers” such as curriculum guides. The Wisconsin Education Association Council, for example, has shared the document.

One document, however, explicitly designated for “young children” sheds light on the radical nature of the group’s agenda.

Entitled “How to talk to young children about the Black Lives Matter Guiding Principles” and written by “queer Kindergarten teacher” Laleña Garcia who describes intersectionality – defined as “the complex, cumulative way in which the effects of multiple forms of discrimination (such as racism, sexism, and classism) combine, overlap, or intersect especially in the experiences of marginalized individuals or groups” – “at the heart” of her classroom, the guide provides definitions of words relevant to discussing BLM in the classroom. While the document stresses using “age-appropriate language so that our students or children can grasp the concepts we’re introducing” to ensure teachers can indoctrinate students to the best of their abilities, many of the terms are inappropriate for Kindergarten-aged children.

It defines Transgender Affirming as the commitment to continue to make space for our trans siblings by encouraging leadership and recognizing transantagonistic violence, while doing the work required to dismantle cisgender privilege and uplift Black trans folk, adding “everybody has the right to choose their own gender by listening to their own heart and mind. Everyone gets to choose if they are a girl or a boy or both or neither or something else, and no one else gets to choose for them.”

Queer Affirming is “working towards a queer-affirming network where heteronormative thinking no longer exists.”

Diversity is “the celebration and acknowledgment of differences and commonalities across cultures.”

It describes the concept of Black Villages as “the disruption of Western nuclear family dynamics and a return to the “collective village” that takes care of each other”

Black Women is defined as “the building of women-centered spaces free from sexism, misogyny, and male-centeredness.”

Restorative Justice, left-wing euphemism peddled by the likes of progressive mega-donor George Soros, also made the cut, defined as “the commitment to build a beloved and loving community that is sustainable and growing.”

Similarly, Globalism is defined as the “ability to see how we are impacted or privileged within the Black global family that exists across the world in different regions.” “Globalism means that we are thinking about all the different people all over the world, and thinking about the ways to keep things fair everywhere,” the resource adds.

BLM  is yet another purveyor of social justice talking points, fully embraced by the mainstream media, Democratic leaders, and far-left activists to the detriment of U.S. schoolchildren.
