Man Faces Jail for Keeping 9-Year-Old Son From School Promoting Transgenderism

A man is being prosecuted for keeping his 9-year-old son from attending a school program teaching children about sexuality and transgenderism.

If convicted, the father, Jabar ‘Jay’ Hussain, could be forced to pay a $3,200 fine, serve a 3-month jail sentence, and receive an “parenting order”.

Despite this, Hussain remains staunchly opposed to subjecting his child to the program entitled “No Outsiders”.

He told the press: “[No Outsiders] can cause confusion. If my son gets confused about this and about his own body, he might think he is a girl. The school thinks this is OK and has to be accepted, even though transgender can mean medical treatment and surgery which could damage my son mentally and physically for life.”

He even told The Times: “If I have to go to court, I have to go to court. I would go to jail for this.”

The controversial program uses picture books to push the ‘LGBTQ+ Inclusivity’ agenda at the Parkfield Community Primary School in Birmingham, England.

Stories include two male penguins raising a chick together; a boy who likes to dress as a female mermaid; and a male teddy bear who says, “I know in my heart I’m a girl teddy, not a boy teddy.”

The program “aims to teach children about the characteristics protected by the Equality Act 2010 and seeks to deliver a curriculum which enables children to understand the benefits of a diverse society that is celebrated and prepares them for modern Britain, including issues such as sexual orientation and religion” to kids as young as 3.

While other parents had begun protesting the ‘No Outsiders’ program by demonstrating outside of the elementary school’s gates in early 2019, Hussain is the first to receive legal punishment.

It’s also a prime example of the “woke” ideology turning on itself.

Opposition to the program stems predominantly from the school’s Muslim parents citing their faith – the same religion LGBTQ+ proponents adamantly defend in the name of “diversity being our strength.”

At some point, society hits a saturation point for diversity, and whether it be teaching children as young as 3 about homosexuality and transgenderism or forgoing assimilation for cultural relativism because it’s more politically correct, Britain is well on its way.
