This is outrageous.  A Los Angeles judge has just granted a preliminary injunction forbidding the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any videos featuring footage of StemExpress officials, though this does not appear to cover any of the videos released so far.  StemExpress is the company identified by the CMP investigation that transfers fetal organs from Planned Parenthood to medical researchers.

Go to Wikipedia and look up “prior restraint.” This is one of our core Constitutional protections against censorship by the government: the government may not prevent the public from seeing materials in advance—even if those materials are illegally released or violate laws against slander.

That is to allow the general public to know whether or not the use of the law to restrict speech (as in slander or libel) is true or just a political cover for censorship.

The phone number for StemExpress is 877- 900-7836.  Please call them until you reach someone and let them know they have no right to censor.  Then call your Congressmen and Senator and demand they use their subpoena powers to release the videos.

The public has a right to know.  The babies need a champion.
