An undercover video released this week by Center for Medical Progress blew the lid off of abortion-giant Planned Parenthood, after the video revealed shocking evidence that Planned Parenthood is selling aborted baby organs and bodily appendages for profit.
The video shows Planned Parenthood’s senior director of medical services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, callously discussing Planned Parenthood’s disturbing practice of harvesting aborted babies’ organs and profiting off the sale of those organs — all while sipping fine wine and chomping on a salad.
“We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver… so I’m not gonna crush that part. I’m going to basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact,” Nucatola said.
“You know, I would throw a number out,” she offered when asked about pricing. “I would say it’s probably anywhere from $30 to $100″ per specimen.
And when discussing which baby parts are most popular to prospective buyers, she excitedly mentioned that “a LOT of people” want fetal livers.
Social media has been on fire since this story broke. Planned Parenthood has been trending on both Facebook and Twitter over the past 48 hours.
People are understandably shocked and upset. Several Planned Parenthood and abortion supporters have spoken out about how “disturbing” this video is.
But my question is — why? Why are people surprised by this?
