‘Bidenomics’ is Dead.

Joe Biden and his fellow Democrats have abandoned the term “Bidenomics” as Americans reject their economic message, and Republicans have turned the term into a pejorative.

The numbers: According to an analysis by Axios, here’s how often Biden mentioned the term “Bidenomics” during public appearances:

  • 100 times between June and Dec 2023;
  • 3 times in 2024.

Most notably, Biden didn’t mention the term once during his State of the Union this month.

Trickle-down Bidenomics: Joe’s fellow Democrats have also abandoned the term. For instance, in July 2023, Congressional Democrats used the term 483 times in addresses and on social media. In March? Ten times.

Weaponizing Bidenomics: Axios points out that “Republicans are now using the term — mockingly — far more than Democrats.” For an example, look no further than the ‘First Word’ in yesterday’s newsletter.

Big picture: The real reason Democrats abandoned the term is they couldn’t sell it to the American people who are suffering from the effects of Bidenflation, which is up roughly 20 percent since Joe took office.

  • A recent Fox News poll found that 61 percent of Americans disapprove of Biden’s handling of the economy, vs 38 percent who approve.

SURPRISE! – Judge Who Wants Trump Attorney Disbarred is Massive Democrat Donor.

Conservative attorney John Eastman faces potential disbarment and a substantial financial penalty following a recommendation by California judge Yvette Roland. But Roland is a massive Democrat Party donor, calling her judgment into question when making such a recommendation. Roland has specifically donated thousands of dollars to Barack Obama, Gavin Newsom, and Democrat fundraising operation ActBlue, The National Pulse can reveal.

Her recommended sanctions against Eastment include a $10,000 fine. Eastman’s supposed offense was spearheading a novel legal theory to contest the results of the 2020 Presidential Election. The sanctions and disbarment recommendation are now subject to review by the California Supreme Court.

In an interview on War Room with Stephen K. Bannon, Eastman said he faces disbarment in just three days unless an appellate court intervenes and issues a stay while he pursues an appeal. Eastman described the California judge’s ruling: “It’s 128 pages… and almost every page has at least one blatant lie on it.”

“We’re going to be challenging this vigorously all the way up through the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary,” he added.

If the disbarment recommendation proceeds and is successful, Eastman, a highly regarded constitutional scholar, will lose his ability to practice law in California. The proceeding took place over 32 nonconsecutive days and stretched over ten weeks. Eastman told Bannon that at least one commenter speculated it may have been the most protracted and expensive bar disciplinary hearing in history.

The constitutional scholar explained to Bannon the numerous instances where the judge presiding over his California Bar hearing had ruled to exclude exculpatory evidence — including legal briefs from at least six state attorneys general who had agreed with his assessment against certifying the 2020 presidential election after allegations of fraud.

“She said that their briefs were not relevant, even though they did exactly the same thing I did, which demonstrated that reasonable attorneys were taking these actions,” Eastman said.

“This is Orwellian, it is authoritarian,” he said, responding to the judge’s process and ruling. “The government has spoken, and you better bow to our claims, or we’re going to destroy you.”

Matt Schlapp’s Crotch-Grabbing Legal Woes May Not Be Over After All…

Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) organizer Matt Schlapp, who originally claimed to be “cleared” of a sexual assault allegation against campaign staffer Carlton Huffman, may be back in legal hot water, with his accuser now allegedly disputing his description of the settlement between them.

Schlapp, who chairs the American Conservative Union (ACU), appeared to claim vindication when comments from Huffman appeared in the press, stating the “claims made in my lawsuits were the result of a complete misunderstanding, and I regret that the lawsuit caused pain to the Schlapp family.”

“Neither the Schlapps nor the ACU paid me anything to dismiss my claims against them,” the statement said, raising questions about the specificity of the wording. Shortly after, it emerged Huffman was paid a $480,000 settlement by ACU’s insurer. Reports also suggest he doesn’t stand by the comments made in his name, which were provided to the media by the Schlapp team, with Huffman insisting he never agreed to them.

Sources say “verbiage in [Huffman’s] statement was not what Huffman had agreed to as part of the settlement,” and Huffman’s counsel has “notified Schlapp’s legal team that some of Schlapp’s personal statements and social media posts celebrating the lawsuit’s resolution appeared to be in breach of the agreement’s non-disparagement clause.”

Schlapp has already removed social media posts suggesting he had been “cleared” and that Huffman had “apologized.” Huffman has not recanted his original claims about Schlapp, a 56-year-old father-of-five, who is alleged to have sexually “pummelled” the younger man’s crotch during a car ride.

Protestors Dump Manure at SecDef. Lloyd Austin’s Home.

Pro-Hams protestors have targeted a second official in the Biden government, dumping manure near the home of Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. On Tuesday, anti-Israel protestors dumped a fecal pile at the home of Biden’s national security advisor, Jake Sullivan.

The protesters gathered outside the Austin residence and chanted, “Austin, Austin, you ain’t s–t, we’ll keep fighting until you quit” and “Austin, Austin, rise and shine, occupation is a crime!” This marks the latest escalation in anger among left-wing activists with President Joe Biden’s perceived support for Israel and refusal to demand a ceasefire in the Jewish state’s conflict with the Islamic terrorist group Hamas.

Video of the protest shows an enormous pile of manure deposited in the street in front of the Secretary of Defence’s home. The protestors additionally deployed devices that emanated smoke in the colors of the Palestinian flag.

In a similar act on Tuesday, pro-Hamas protesters flung manure outside of Sullivan’s residence while voicing their disapproval of Biden’s Israel policy with chants such as “Sullivan, Sullivan, you can’t hide, you’re committing genocide!”. This move sparked a swift response from the Secret Service and bomb squad.

The protests come on the heels of Austin and Sullivan’s recent meetings with Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. Austin and General Gallant met on Tuesday, while Sullivan conducted discussions with Gallant on Monday.

Earlier this year, Austin went AWOL from the Pentagon for several days without the Biden White House being aware of his absence. It was later revealed the Defense Secretary had been hospitalized for prostate cancer treatment and a subsequent urinary tract infection.

Big Apple Splitscreen: Trump Attends Slain Cop’s Wake While Biden Yucks It Up at $500K Colbert Fundraiser.

Joe Biden is holding an elite fundraiser alongside predecessors Barack Obama and Bill Clinton — both several years his junior — and corporate media personality Stephen Colbert, charging a ticket price of up to half a million dollars. Donald Trump, meanwhile, is attending the wake of a New York police officer who was gunned down in the line of duty.

Over 5,000 people are expected at Biden’s Radio City Music Hall event, with even the cheapest tickets costing $250. He expects to gain significant additional funds by charging for photo opportunities, with a picture with all three Democrat presidents costing $100,000.

The Biden-Harris campaign is boasting that the event will break fundraising records, adding $25 million to a war chest already substantially larger than Donald Trump’s.

The America First leader, on the other hand, will attend the wake of Officer Jonathan Diller in suburban Massapequa. Diller, a man in his early thirties with a one-year-old child, was shot and killed during a routine traffic stop in what Trump campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt described as a “senseless and tragic death.”

“Our heartfelt prayers go out to the family of highly decorated NYPD officer Jonathan Diller, whose life was taken by a murderous career criminal yesterday during a traffic stop in Queens,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“The ‘thug’ in question has 21 prior arrests and just recently got out of prison – he NEVER should have been let back out on the streets,” he continued.

“To Officer Diller’s family, and all of the other brave men and women of law enforcement who put your lives on the line every day, we love you, we appreciate you, and we will always stand with you!”
