ABC’s suspension of Whoopi Goldberg for her Holocaust rant was labeled “cancel culture” by her leftist bedfellows. It may be true, but I don’t think ABC went far enough. I think The View should be cancelled in its entirety.  Goldberg, whose real name is Caryn Elaine Johnson (she gave herself a Jewish last name), had denied that the Holocaust was a racially-driven genocide. A new Rasmussen poll sponsored by The National Pulse has found that seventy-two percent (72 percent) of people who responded to a telephone and online survey believe “cancel culture” is out of control. Respondents also stated that free speech should be protected against censorship. Loudoun County in Virginia is sparking controversy by encouraging parents and students to report on other students’ “biases” through an anonymous form.
