Gary Johnson and Bill Weld Do Not Deserve Pro-Lifers’ Votes

Lately there has been a flurry of interest in the Libertarian ticket of Gary Johnson and Bill Weld, including op-eds suggesting that they are a sensible alternative for pro-life voters disillusioned with both major parties. I couldn’t disagree more. Johnson and Weld are unacceptable for pro-lifers. Period. Johnson has said he supports abortion up until viability, while Weld supports unlimited abortion on-demand, up until the moment of birth. The United States is currently one of only seven nations to allow abortion on-demand after five months — more than halfway through pregnancy and a point at which research shows the unborn child

WATCH: Pro-Life Group Hammers Hillary’s Extremism in Powerful Ad

“For somebody to say that a baby at 20 weeks doesn’t have the right to live, I want them to see Micah…” In a new TV ad, pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List confronts Hillary Clinton’s extreme position on abortion by telling the story of Micah, a premature baby. At 22 weeks, Micah was delivered. But, with the help of medical professionals, he survived, and now is thriving. Hillary Clinton’s abortion policies, if enacted, would endanger lives like Micah’s, driving home the need for pro-lifers to push back against the left-wing abortion radicalism of the Democratic nominee. Can We Talk About How Extreme the Democrats Are?

On Monday, the Democratic National Convention voted to approve the most extreme pro-abortion party platform in U.S. history. As Danny Cannon wrote several weeks ago upon the release of the platform’s final draft, the new Democratic platform does away with “safe, legal, and rare,” the Clinton pro-abortion mantra on abortion in the 1990s, and instead promotes late-term abortion, on-demand, with no restrictions, funded by the taxpayer. The Democratic Party doubled down on their extreme platform with a “Who’s Who” list of powerful liberal speakers at their convention in Philadelphia this week. Where are pro-life speakers like Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.)

Clinton Says Unborn Child, Moments Before Birth, Has No Constitutional Rights

Last spring (a political lifetime ago), Sen. Rand Paul memorably chastised the media for failing to question Democratic candidates on their pro-abortion extremism. This week, we again saw some of that extremism on display from the Democratic Party’s presidential front runner and likely nominee. Appearing on ABC’s “The View,” Hillary Clinton was asked by co-host Paula Faris whether she believes an unborn child, hours before his or her due date, does not possess constitutional rights. Clinton’s response simply has to be heard to be believed: CLINTON: Under our laws, that is the case, Paula. Under our laws, I support Roe

PolitiFact Shows Bias, Sloppy Reasoning in ‘Fact-Check’ of Hillary Clinton’s Abortion Position

During the February 6 GOP debate, Sen. Marco Rubio, R-FL, said that Hillary Clinton “believes that all abortions should be legal, even on the due date of that unborn child.” Despite historical evidence proving this statement to be accurate in both intent and fact, PolitiFact’s Linda Qiu wrote that Rubio’s claim was “false,” concluding that “Clinton does not believe that all abortion should be legal. Instead, she’s said she supports restrictions on late-term abortions except in cases of rape, incest and when the mother’s life and health are in danger.” As the below fact-check shows, however, it is Qiu’s claim

Could This Movie Revolutionize the Abortion Debate?

The mainstream media ignored the murder trial of late-term abortionist Kermit Gosnell, who was convicted of cruelly killing newborn babies after they survived botched abortions. Thankfully, fearless filmmakers Ann McElhinney and Phelim McAleer have uncovered the truth about this evil and are sharing the story on the big screen through a powerful feature film: [facebook url=””] “Like” and share their page to build support for this film and its producers who are defying the mainstream media. This movie has incredible potential to change hearts and minds on abortion. Marjorie Dannenfelser is the president of the Susan B. Anthony List, a

Fiorina’s Bold Challenge Is the Essence of Leadership

In an electrifying moment during the Republican presidential debate at the Reagan Ranch last month, Carly Fiorina dared President Obama, Hillary Clinton, and all Americans to watch a video in which Holly O’Donnell, a medical technician who worked at a Planned Parenthood facility in California, describes how she cut through the face of a fully formed baby boy that had just been aborted (and whose heart could still be made to beat) in order to harvest his brain for medical research.  Fiorina said that the question of whether to provide federal funding to an organization that participates in such barbarity

Senate Democrats Vote to Be More Like China and North Korea

The 20 week abortion ban failed today in the Senate. Not a huge shock, but still disappointing to anyone who values life. Republican Senators Mark Kirk (R-Ill.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) joined nearly all of the Senate Democrats in voting against this bill to protect life. Of course, there’s no excuse for voting against this measure. None. It’s unconscionable. But nobody is particularly surprised. In the immortal words of Dennis Green, when it comes to the Democrats and the Republican turncoats Kirk and Collins, “they are who we thought they were.” Abortion remains legal at any point in a pregnancy. 20 weeks
