The Media is Intentionally Misrepresenting Trump’s Legal Case

Mainstream media outlets have repeatedly misrepresented the Trump campaign’s legal efforts to expose Democrat-led voter fraud in critical swing states such as Pennsylvania.

For example, The Washington Post reported on November 15th that the Trump campaign was no longer claiming election authorities invalidated over 600,000 votes by blocking Republican election observers from the count in Pennsylvania.

“President Trump’s campaign on Sunday scrapped a major part of its federal lawsuit challenging the election results in Pennsylvania. Trump’s attorneys filed a revised version of the lawsuit, removing allegations that election officials violated the Trump campaign’s constitutional rights by limiting the ability of their observers to watch votes being counted,” the article noted.

Several campaign officials and lawyers, however, pushed back on the bogus claims.

For example, Senior Adviser to the Trump campaign Jason Miller slammed the Post on Twitter by pointing out the outlet “missed Paragraph 4″ and was “just making shit up today!”

Rudy Giuliani also noted that the law firm representing the Trump campaign was to blame, insisting it “falsely wrote that we changed our case in PA.”

“They didn’t read para 132-150 which repeat all the allegations of the 680,777 mail in votes which were deliberately concealed from Republican inspectors,” he added to his description of the conduct of the firm in question, Swaine & Viebeck.

National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam also pointed out that the Post’s Jon Swaine changed the headline on Twitter from “Trump campaign jettisons major parts of its legal challenge against Pennsylvania’s election results” to “Trump campaign narrows focus of Pennsylvania election suit.”

Politico peddled a similar narrative with its piece “Trump campaign pares back federal suit over Pennsylvania election results” where it alleged a “retrenched version of the suit.”

“President Donald Trump’s campaign has dramatically scaled back its federal lawsuit challenging the election results in Pennsylvania, dropping legal claims stemming from observers who assert they were blocked from viewing vote-counting in counties dominated by Democrats,” the article noted.
