Anti-Trump Legal Team Withdraws In Pennsylvania

The law firm of Kirkland & Ellis has withdrawn from representing Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar in the Trump campaign’s lawsuit against her.

Announced on November 20th, a 3-page court document reveals that “Daniel Donovan, Susan Davies, and Michael Glick move to withdraw pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Professional Conduct 1.16(b)(1).” The aforementioned individuals compose the Kirkland & Ellis lawyers representing Boockvar.
Now, however, the Secretary of State’s defense is left to the firms Kramer Levin, Myers Brier & Kelly, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General.

The case, Donald J. Trump for President Inc. v. Kathy Boockvar, aims to expose how illegal votes and ballot fraud abounded in the critical swing state.
