‘Decline By Design’: Joe Biden is the Potemkin President, In Office But Not In Power.

Joe Biden’s poor personal performance is a feature, rather than a bug of his presidency. This fact is one of the critical reasons why the current U.S. government can justly be described as a “regime,” rather than an “administration,” observed National Pulse editor-in-chief Raheem Kassam in conversation with MAGA-world TV host Kimberly Guilfoyle.

Speaking to Guilfoyle – a former prosecutor and the fiancée of Donald Trump Jr. – Kassam offered his analysis during a discussion of Biden’s increasingly “embarrassing” behavior; losing his way on stage and requiring cheat sheets with advance notice of the questions the press plan to put to him.

Guilfoyle, despite being a Republican with close ties to the Trump family, confessed she took no pleasure in Biden’s shambolic conduct, and even wanted him “to do well” — because, at the end of the day, he is the American President, and a bad American President is bad not just for himself, but also the American people.

“But he’s not meant to do well,” Kassam interjected. “This is by design. Decline by design.”

“In the opening [of the show] you said: ‘Can we last another four years of [Biden]?’ But the truth is you haven’t even had two years of it,” he explained.

“I don’t mean that two years haven’t passed: he’s not in charge. That’s why it’s a regime and not an administration. It’s the people behind the scenes who are making the decisions,” Kassam stressed.

Biden himself, in one of his recent appearances, publicly lamented the fact that “the one thing I thought when I got to be President, I’d get to give orders, but I take more orders than I ever did.”

The American public might be inclined to ask: “From whom?”
