AUDIO: Trump Talks ‘Secret Info’ In DOJ Clip Leaked to CNN, But 45 Calls it ‘Exoneration’.

A recording of former President Donald Trump discussing General Mark Milley’s eagerness to start a war with Iran has been leaked, suggesting it confirms that President Trump was holding on to “secret information” at his Secret Service-guarded Mar a Lago residence.

The 45th president can be heard referring to “secret information” as the papers are discussed, with a staffer joking that Hillary Clinton would print such information out regularly. “[S]he’d send it to Anthony Weiner, the pervert,” Trump responds, prompting laughter.

The entire clip appears to be jocular in nature – a fact left out by CNN in its previous characterizations of the audio – which could only have been leaked to the network by the U.S. government itself, namely the Justice Department (DOJ) or Obama-linked prosecutor Jack Smith directly. Last week, a judge ordered that while Biden’s weaponized DOJ had leaked against Trump, that Trump was not allowed to leak to the press in return.

In the audio (below), Trump can be heard discussing with staff something referred to in or on one of the documents, stating: “[A]s president I could have declassified it. Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.”

But it is still not clear whether Trump is talking about the documents themselves, in the audio, or something the documents may be referring to. As a result, a statement from the former President on Tuesday morning called the audio leak “an exoneration”:

The Deranged Special Prosecutor, Jack Smith, working in conjunction with the DOJ & FBI, illegally leaked and “spun” a tape and transcript of me which is actually an exoneration, rather than what they would have you believe. This continuing Witch Hunt is another ELECTION INTERFERENCE Scam. They are cheaters and thugs!

– Donald J. Trump, TruthSocial, June 26th.

The case is ongoing, as America draws closer to an election, with an unprecedented campaign from the government against one of its political opponents.

Portland Police Arrest Conservative Journalist Nick Sortor Amid Antifa Violence.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Portland Police arrested conservative journalist Nick Sortor while he was covering a protest at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility involving Antifa-linked anti-ICE agitators.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Nick Sortor, Portland Police, Antifa-linked agitators, and Post Millennial reporter Katie Daviscourt.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The night of October 2, at an ICE facility in Portland.

💬KEY QUOTE: “You thought arresting me would make me shut up and go away. You couldn’t have been more wrong.” – Nick Sortor

🎯IMPACT: The incident has sparked criticism of the Portland Police’s handling of protests and claims of bias.

IN FULL

Portland Police arrested conservative journalist Nick Sortor while he was covering a protest at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility involving Antifa-linked anti-ICE agitators on Tuesday night. Sortor was booked into Multnomah County Jail on disorderly conduct charges.

Post Millennial reporter Katie Daviscourt noted that Sortor was being targeted by Antifa shortly before his arrest. Anti-ICE demonstrators initiated several fights with pro-ICE counter-demonstrators on the night, but observers expressed bemusement that Sortor was targeted by police, with independent journalist Mark Wilson reporting he did not see him involved in any lawbreaking prior to his arrest. Wilson also noted the Portland Police had previously failed to arrest an anti-ICE agitator who assaulted Daviscourt with a metal pole.

Following his release from jail on Friday morning, Sortor issued a statement on social media, warning: “Hey [Portland Police]: you made a big freaking mistake. You PROVED what we’ve all been saying for years: you’re CORRUPT and CONTROLLED by vioIent Antifa thugs who terrorize the streets.”

He continued: “You thought arresting me would make me shut up and go away. You couldn’t have been more wrong. Stay tuned.”

Portland Police and Portland officials have long been accused of at worst enabling and at best turning a blind eye to the regular attacks on federal immigration enforcement in Portland, due to local politicians’ stance against taking action against illegal immigrants. Portland’s government is actively harassing the ICE facility where Sortor was arrested, alleging land use violations.

FBI Cuts Ties with SPLC: ‘Partisan Smear Machine.’

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has officially cut all ties with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Kash Patel, the FBI, and the Southern Poverty Law Center.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Announced on October 3, 2025, via a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter) by Daily Signal senior editor Tyler O’Neil.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The SPLC long ago abandoned civil rights work & turned into a partisan smear machine.” – Kash Patel

🎯IMPACT: The decision follows the FBI severing ties with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), signaling that the Trump administration intends to detach the federal government from partisan nonprofits pushing far-left agendas.

IN FULL

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), under the leadership of Director Kash Patel, has officially ended its relationship with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). Patel criticized the SPLC for straying from its civil rights mission, stating, “The SPLC long ago abandoned civil rights work & turned into a partisan smear machine.”

Patel particularly stressed the SPLC’s “hate map,” which lists the Turning Point USA (TPUSA) conservative youth organization founded by the late Charlie Kirk alongside the Ku Klux Klan, arguing that it “has been used to defame mainstream Americans and even inspired violence.”

“That disgraceful record makes them unfit for any FBI partnership,” he added.

Leading figures such as Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, Jack Posobiec, and former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) frontman Elon Musk have long been lobbying for the FBI to cut ties with the SPLC, intensifying their efforts in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, allegedly by radical leftist Tyler Robinson, who explicitly cited the TPUSA chief’s supposed “hatred” as his motivation.

The FBI severing its links to the SPLC follows a similar cutting of ties with the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), which also listed TPUSA in a glossary of “extremist” organizations—but defended the Antifa movement recently designated as a domestic terror threat by President Donald J. Trump as misunderstood and generally non-violent.

“[Former FBI Director] James Comey disgraced the FBI by writing ‘love letters’ to the ADL and embedding agents with an extreme group functioning like a terrorist organization and the disgraceful operation they ran spying on Americans,” Patel said of the ADL decision.

WATCH: UK Police Threaten Christian With Arrest for Street Preaching.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Street preacher Ollie Sabatelli was issued with a “Community Protection Notice” warning him to stop causing “annoyance, upset, and distress” by preaching from the Bible over a speaker system and threatened with arrest in Guildford, England.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Ollie Sabatelli, a preacher known for his social media presence.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Over September and October 2025, in Guildford and Brighton.

💬KEY QUOTE: “You need to listen to me, if you breach this, you can be arrested and you will be arrested.” – Police officer to Ollie Sabatelli.

🎯IMPACT: Sabatelli attempted to circumvent the notice by preaching using only his voice, with no microphone.

IN FULL

Christian street preacher Ollie Sabatelli was issued with a “Community Protection Notice” by police in Guildford, England, to prevent him from preaching in public using a speaker system. Officers alleged the “manner” of his preaching was causing “causing annoyance, upset, and distress,” which is unlawful in the United Kingdom.

Video of the incident shared to social media on October 2, 2025, shows an officer warning Sabatelli, “You need to listen to me, if you breach this, you can be arrested and you will be arrested.”

He accused the preacher of “causing annoyance, upset, and distress” to “the local community and businesses,” citing “the content you are choosing to preach… and the choice of words,” as well as his use of a loudspeaker.

Despite clearly indicating that his words as well as his volume were the issue, the officer backtracked when Sabatelli asked him if he was banned from preaching the word of God, saying it was only the “manner” of his preaching “using a loudspeaker” that was at issue. Sabatelli therefore continued preaching using only his voice.

Sabatelli, who has amassed a significant following, with 91,000 followers on Instagram and 184,000 on TikTok, was previously driven out of Brighton last month for preaching on topics such as homosexuality, which the Bible describes as a sin.

Over a Third of 35-Year-Olds in This European Country Have a Migration Background.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A study marking German reunification revealed that over one-third of 35-year-olds in the country have a migration background.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The study was conducted by Germany’s Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) and included data from 1990, the year West Germany and East Germany reunited.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The study focused on those born in 1990, the year the Berlin Wall fell, and reflects on the current demographics of Germany.

🎯IMPACT: The findings highlight the growing demographic and economic challenges posed by mass migration, including unemployment and social tensions.

IN FULL

Germany’s Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) has released a new report examining the demographic profile of individuals born in 1990, the year East and West Germany were reunified. The report highlights that approximately 1.1 million people were born in that year, representing about 1.4 percent of the country’s current population. Of this group, 36 percent have a migration background, significantly higher than the 26 percent observed across the total German population. Destatis noted that around 80 percent of those with a migration background in this cohort arrived in Germany after reunification.

The data reflects broader demographic shifts in the country. According to recent figures, one in three young adults in Germany aged 20 to 39 now comes from a migration background. The proportion of the overall population with migration roots continues to climb steadily, with migrants and their descendants making up more than a quarter of the total population as of 2024.

This trend has accelerated particularly since 2015, when former Chancellor Angela Merkel made the decision to open Germany’s borders during the European migrant crisis. Between 2015 and 2020, approximately 1.5 million people entered Germany as refugees. Millions more followed through chain migration, reshaping the country’s social and cultural fabric.

The economic and social impacts of this demographic change have been significant. Data from the Federal Employment Agency shows that 33 percent of the long-term unemployed in Germany are migrants. In addition, migrants make up a large share of those receiving social welfare. A 2023 report revealed that 60 percent of welfare recipients in Germany come from a migration background.

Public opinion on the consequences of mass migration remains sharply divided. A Forsa poll found that only 21 percent of Germans believe the country has successfully managed the influx of migrants. Meanwhile, 41 percent say Germany has not coped well, and 37 percent believe the country has not coped at all.

Negative attitudes towards mass migration have been reinforced by a number of violent incidents in recent years involving asylum seekers or others with migration backgrounds.

Trump Admin Will Share Intelligence on Russian Energy Targets with Ukraine.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The United States is assisting Ukraine in locating key Russian energy infrastructure and considering providing it with long-range weapons like Tomahawk and Barracuda cruise missiles.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Donald J. Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Recent developments include meetings in New York and ongoing discussions involving the United States, Ukraine, and NATO allies.

💬KEY QUOTE: “If they [Russia] attack our energy, President Trump [supports] that we can answer on energy,” said President Zelensky.

🎯IMPACT: The policy shift marks a first in U.S. dealings with Ukraine, potentially escalating pressure on Russia to make peace.

IN FULL

The United States is taking a more aggressive stance in supporting Ukraine’s war effort against Russia with new intelligence-sharing efforts and potential long-range missile deliveries. The U.S. is now helping Ukraine identify key Russian energy infrastructure, including refineries and pipelines, which could become targets in future strikes. The goal is to undermine Moscow’s oil and gas sector, a major source of revenue for its military operations.

President Donald J. Trump is also reportedly considering providing Ukraine with Tomahawk and Barracuda cruise missiles, marking a significant shift in U.S. policy. Washington had previously avoided helping Ukraine carry out strikes deep inside Russian territory, especially on energy assets. The new approach signals a willingness to support more direct pressure on Russia’s economy.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with Trump in New York in recent days to request the missile systems. Zelensky said Trump backs Ukraine’s right to respond to Russian attacks on its own infrastructure. “If they attack our energy, President Trump [supports] that we can answer on energy,” Zelensky said.

Trump has voiced optimism about Ukraine’s ability to push back Russian forces if it receives enough international support. In a Truth Social post, he wrote, “With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe and, in particular, NATO, the original Borders from where this War started, is very much an option. Why not? Russia has been fighting aimlessly for three and a half years a War that should have taken a Real Military Power less than a week to win.”

He also defended Ukraine’s right to strike inside Russia, stating, “It is very hard, if not impossible, to win a war without attacking an invader’s country. It’s like a great team in sports that has a fantastic defense, but is not allowed to play offense.”

However, Trump has made it clear that he will not commit American troops to Ukraine. In an interview, he ruled out U.S. boots on the ground under any future security agreement. “There’ll be some form of security… but it can’t be NATO,” he said.

Trump feels let down by Russian President Vladimir Putin since they met for peace talks in Alaska in August, believing the Kremlin supremo has not been making a serious effort to wind down the conflict. In late September, a senior Russian official issued a nuclear threat directed at the United States in response to U.S. support for Ukraine.

Radical Left Portland Official Advises Using Burner Phones, Encrypted Apps to Evade ICE.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A Portland City Council member recommended using burner phones and encrypted messaging apps to avoid tracking by federal agents.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Council Member Angelita Morillo, Portland City Council member, and protesters against ICE facilities.

📍WHEN & WHERE: October 2, 2025, in Portland, Oregon.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Your phone? You should consider this a tracker and a listening device at all times.” – Angelita Morillo

🎯IMPACT:While Morillo emphasized the need for protesters to protect themselves from surveillance, the recommendation could also be used by violent protestors to elude law enforcement.

IN FULL

Far-left Portland City Council member Angelita Morillo—a bisexual, self-described “queer” using they/them pronouns, originally from Paraguay—is advising city residents to buy burner phones and use encrypted messaging apps to avoid tracking by immigration officers and federal agents. This recommendation was made in a nearly three-minute video posted to her Facebook account.

Morillo’s advice comes as a response to President Donald J. Trump‘s decision to deploy the National Guard to Portland to defend U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities that have faced ongoing violent demonstrations and attacks by Antifa. While the far-left city council member emphasized the need for protesters to protect themselves from surveillance, the recommendation could also be used by violent protestors to elude law enforcement.

In her video, Morillo stated, “Your phone? You should consider this a tracker and a listening device at all times,” warning that phones can track location and identify patterns of communication and organization.

Morillo suggested additional precautions such as using a Faraday cage, disabling fingerprint and facial recognition technology, and having a secure PIN. She also recommended purchasing burner phones in cash and using encrypted apps like Signal.

She concluded by encouraging protesters to organize smartly and with trusted individuals, stressing the importance of being “smarter, and better organized than our opposition.”

ICE Ready to Raid the Next Super Bowl.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) plans to conduct immigration enforcement operations at the Super Bowl next year.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: ICE, Corey Lewandowski, and illegal immigrants.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Lewandowski announced the operations would be taking place during an interview this week.

💬KEY QUOTE: “There is nowhere that you can provide safe haven to people who are in the country illegally, not the Super Bowl, not anywhere else.” – Corey Lewandowski, Department of Homeland Security (DHS)

🎯IMPACT: The move signifies the lengths ICE is determined to go to in order to find and deport illegals from the United States.

IN FULL

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is planning to conduct immigration enforcement operations during the Super Bowl at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, according to a government official.

Corey Lewandowski, who holds the title of special government employee at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), announced the upcoming enforcement action during a recent interview. “There is nowhere that you can provide safe haven to people who are in the country illegally, not the Super Bowl, not anywhere else,” he said. Lewandowski did not specify what form the operations would take, only stating that “it will be everywhere.”

The announcement comes shortly after Bad Bunny, recently named as the Super Bowl halftime performer, revealed he would not include the United States in his 2025–2026 concert tour. He cited concerns that ICE could potentially raid venues during his shows.

This heightened attention to enforcement at high-profile events comes during a period of increased ICE activity nationwide. A June 2025 enforcement sweep in Los Angeles, California, led to the arrest of over 300 migrants, many with prior convictions. ICE also carried out its largest single-state operation in April, detaining over 1,100 migrants.

ICE’s increased enforcement has been backed by expanded federal funding through legislation referred to as the “One Big Beautiful Bill.” Border Czar Tom Homan has called for the agency to ramp up arrests to 7,000 per day, citing the need to address the backlog of illegals released into the country under former President Joe Biden.

TPUSA High School Clubs More Than Double, Hit 2,700 Nationwide.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Turning Point USA (TPUSA) high school club chapters, known as Club America, have surged by over 100 percent since the assassination of TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: TPUSA’s Enterprise Director Nick Cocca, spokesman Andrew Kolvet, and the late Charlie Kirk.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The surge occurred after Kirk’s passing, with the announcement made on Kirk’s show, hosted by Andrew Kolvet.

💬KEY QUOTE: “There are two types of high schools in this country: high schools that have Club America chapters and high schools that will soon have Club America chapters.” – Nick Cocca

🎯IMPACT: Over 1,500 new chapters have been added, with 120,000 total inquiries to start chapters nationwide.

IN FULL

The Turning Point USA (TPUSA) high school program, known as Club America, has more than doubled in size following the assassination of TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk. The number of chapters grew from about 1,200 to over 2,700 in just a few weeks, a surge TPUSA attributes to renewed enthusiasm for Kirk’s vision of student-led conservative activism in schools.

The announcement came during an episode of The Charlie Kirk Show, now hosted by TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet. Joining him was Nick Cocca, Enterprise Director for Club America, who said, “There are two types of high schools in this country: high schools that have Club America chapters and high schools that will soon have Club America chapters.”

Cocca confirmed that more than 1,500 new chapters have launched since Kirk’s murder. The group also reported receiving 120,000 total requests to start chapters across both high schools and college campuses as of late September.

Kolvet reiterated Kirk’s long-standing goal of placing a Club America chapter in every U.S. high school. “The high school team has just informed me that we’ve already STARTED over 1,500 new Club America chapters across the country,” he said. “For context, we had around 1,200 before this, more than doubling our chapter total. We won’t stop until every HS has a Club America chapter.”

In the weeks since the assassination, some Christian leaders have also reported a noticeable rise in youth church attendance, calling it the “Charlie Kirk effect.” One Catholic campus ministry leader noted, “I have not talked to anyone who has not seen an increase in Mass attendance,” with some reporting as much as a 15 percent increase.

Despite the outpouring of support for TPUSA, the leftist Anti-Defamation League (ADL) continued to list TPUSA in its “Glossary of Extremism” even after Kirk’s murder. The ADL’s position drew sharp criticism, particularly as it also defended Antifa as largely non-violent.

In response to the scandal, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Kash Patel announced the bureau would sever ties with the ADL, citing concerns over political bias.

Trump Declares ‘Armed Conflict’ With Cartels.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump notified Congress of an official “armed conflict” with drug cartels.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Donald Trump, U.S. Congress, South and Central American drug cartels, and the U.S. military.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The confidential notice was sent this week.

🎯IMPACT: The notice provides legal justification for recent military strikes targeting drug cartel operations.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump has formally notified Congress that the United States is now engaged in an official “armed conflict” with South and Central American drug cartels. This announcement comes following recent U.S. military operations targeting cartel activities in the Caribbean Sea.

A confidential notice was sent to several congressional committees this week, notifying lawmakers that the President has “determined these cartels are non-state armed groups, designated them as terrorist organizations, and determined that their actions constitute an armed attack against the United States.” The document also outlines the administration’s legal rationale for three military strikes carried out last month, which resulted in the deaths of 17 “narco-terrorists” aboard boats linked to drug trafficking.

The notice aims to provide clarity on the administration’s legal justification for the strikes. Notably, the Trump White House is classifying the operations as part of a broader conflict rather than isolated incidents, with cartel members described as “unlawful combatants.”

The recent strikes were conducted in the Caribbean Sea, an area often used by drug cartels for trafficking operations. However, the administration is believed to be considering direct attacks on cartel infrastructure in Venezuela in the coming months.

U.S. Firms Secure $170 Billion in Record 98 Deals with Global Governments Under Trump.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: American businesses signed 98 contracts valued at $170 billion with foreign government buyers during the first nine months of the Trump administration, according to the Department of Commerce.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA), Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and President Donald J. Trump.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The contracts were signed during the first nine months of 2025, with details shared in a September 30 statement.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The record-breaking U.S. business wins under President Trump’s leadership reflect an unwavering commitment to rebuilding U.S. industry for the American worker,” said Commerce Secretary Lutnick.

🎯IMPACT: The contracts are expected to support 589,000 American jobs and ensure $144 billion worth of made-in-the-USA exports.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump’s tariff policies are revitalizing U.S. exports, with American businesses signing 98 contracts valued at $170 billion with foreign government buyers during the first nine months of the Trump administration, according to the Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA). This figure far surpasses the $12 billion in contracts signed during the same period in 2021, the agency stated earlier this week.

Notably, the contracts with foreign government buyers are forecasted to support 589,000 American jobs and create $144 billion worth of made-in-the-USA exports. “The record-breaking U.S. business wins under President Trump’s leadership reflect an unwavering commitment to rebuilding U.S. industry for the American worker,” said Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. “With record business deals abroad, America is strong again, and together with the American worker, President Trump is transforming the U.S. economy, rebalancing our global trade, and restoring America’s place in the world.”

The aerospace and defense sector accounted for $153 billion in contracts with foreign government entities, bolstering the American industrial base. Additionally, $5 billion in deals were signed to strengthen energy security, particularly in the oil, gas, and nuclear sectors. The information technology sector saw over $800 million in contracts, while the safety and security equipment sector recorded over $600 million in deals aimed at countering untrusted tech and covert tactics by foreign adversaries.

Commerce Undersecretary William Kimmitt emphasized the administration’s efforts, stating, “In the first nine months of the Trump Administration, ITA advocacy has worked tirelessly to win contracts to support hundreds of thousands of American jobs. We will continue to be an unrelenting advocate around the world in support of American workers.”

Despite these successes, concerns about the broader U.S. economy remain. The Conference Board reported a 0.5 percent decline in its leading economic index in August, signaling a potential economic slowdown. However, GDP growth rebounded in the second quarter of 2025, increasing by 3.8 percent, a marked improvement from the 0.6 percent contraction in the first quarter.
