Biden Was Being Grilled on Classified Documents During Hamas’ Israel Attacks.

Joe Biden was being interviewed as part of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation into the discovery of classified documents in his Delaware home and private office at the Penn Biden Center, formerly run by Antony Blinken, as Hamas was unleashing an unprecedented attack on Israel from the Gaza Strip.

The White House has confirmed the 80-year-old Democrat was answering questions about the presence of classified documents in an office closet and in boxes near the spot in his garage where he kept his Corvette over Sunday and Monday, apparently voluntarily.

Biden’s possession of classified documents has received relatively little legacy media attention, and has been investigated much less aggressively than Donald Trump keeping similar material at his Mar-a-Lago estate – despite the fact Biden, as a former vice president and senator, did not have the same authority to declassify sensitive material as Trump.

The timing of Biden’s interview, in the midst of the international crisis following a huge incursion by Hamas terrorists into Israel and a devastating Israeli response, is unusual.

Trump has accused Biden of taking his eye of the ball in the Middle East, empowering state sponsors of terrorism such as Iran and “tossing Israel to the bloodthirsty terrorists and jihadists”.

Missouri lawmakers have approved a new congressional redistricting plan that could shift the state’s political arithmetic further in favor of Republicans. The newly drawn map would divide the Kansas City area in a way that makes Democratic Representative Emanuel Cleaver’s district more conservative-leaning. Missouri’s redistricting push follows similar efforts in other key states. In Texas, Republican Governor Greg Abbott recently signed a bill that increases the number of GOP-leaning districts from 25 to 30 out of 38, cutting five Democratic-leaning seats in the process. In California, Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom has proposed shifting redistricting powers away from the state’s independent commission and placing them under legislative control in retaliation for the Texan redistricting move.

However, Newsom’s scheme has been met with public backlash, with a recent poll showing nearly two-thirds of Californians oppose it.

A U.S. Secret Service (USSS) agent has been suspended and may soon be fired after mocking the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, who was shot and killed on September 10. Pough had blamed “karma” for Kirk’s murder saying, “[I]f you are Mourning this guy .. Pough added, “At the end of the day, you answer to GOD and speak things into existence. You can only circumvent karma, she doesn’t leave.”

He also had a history of opposing Trump administration initiatives, including the ban on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, saying, “DEI stops NEPOTISM.”

In the wake of Charlie Kirk’s assassination at Utah Valley University, several public figures have faced backlash for comments accused of mocking or minimizing his death. A video emerged showing Representative Ilhan Omar (D‑MN) and former MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan laughing as they criticized Kirk’s past statements immediately following his killing.

Meanwhile, MSNBC terminated political analyst Matthew Dowd after he appeared to suggest that Kirk had, through his political style and rhetoric, invited “hateful action” against himself. Dowd later apologized, stating he never intended to imply Kirk was to blame for his murder.

The Pentagon has issued a “zero tolerance” directive for military personnel and Department of War civilians, warning that any celebration or mockery of Kirk’s assassination is strictly forbidden.

President Donald J. Trump announced early Friday morning that Robinson had been taken into custody by law enforcement. The 22-year-old will be arraigned in a Utah court next Tuesday. He is set to face charges of aggravated murder, obstruction of justice, and felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury.

Just sayin,” King wrote in a post on Thursday, justifying Kirk’s assassination.

However, multiple X users responded to King’s post, noting Kirk never advocated for such a thing, and while the conservative organizer declared that he believed in biblical marriage between one man and one woman, he also welcomed members of the gay community into his conservative movement.

“Hey [Stephen King], you are more monstrous than any of the characters you ever came up with. Charlie was never anything but kind to me and my husband,” Dave Rubin, a prominent gay right-winger, wrote in response to King.

Others pointed to past statements by Kirk, including a November 2019 post on X: “I believe marriage is one man one woman. Also gay people should be welcome in the conservative movement. As Christians we are called to love everyone. I will always stand against people who wish to establish their own personal values as a reason to kick others out of the movement.”

Following the pushback, King, who infamously included a child orgy in a sewer in his novel It, deleted his post, writing, “I apologize for saying Charlie Kirk advocated stoning gays. What he actually demonstrated was how some people cherry-pick Biblical passages.”

The National Pulse reported last November that, following President Donald J. Trump’s landslide election victory, King had vowed to leave X. “I’m leaving Twitter. Tried to stay, but the atmosphere has just become too toxic,” King declared, adding: “Follow me on Threads, if you like.” King’s hiatus was brief, however, with the author returning to X on February 20, 2025.

Judge Forced to Cut Off Ryan Routh’s Bizarre Opening Statement in Trump Assassination Trial.

During the initial stage of the trial on Thursday, five witnesses testified, including two Secret Service agents, two Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents, and a civilian named Tommy McGee. McGee recounted following Routh after the incident to record his license plate, unaware that Trump was the intended target. Secret Service Agent Robert Fercano testified that he was just five feet away from Routh when he spotted the rifle aimed from the bushes.

Routh, who is representing himself, asked only a few questions during cross-examinations, often referring to himself in the third person. When he asked Agent Fercano if he had been harmed, the agent replied, “I wasn’t physically harmed, but I was mentally harmed from you pointing a gun at me.”

Routh has pleaded not guilty to charges including attempted assassination of a presidential candidate, assaulting a federal officer, and firearm violations. The proceedings are expected to continue for several weeks.

According to a probable cause statement, the Utah County Sheriff’s Office detailed extensive evidence against Robinson. The statement explained that information was gathered from police officers, multiple video recordings, campus surveillance cameras, and eyewitness accounts.

The assassination of Charlie Kirk occurred on September 10, 2025, when Kirk was speaking at a political event in the courtyard area of Utah Valley University. While addressing the crowd, Kirk was shot in the neck and later pronounced deceased at Timpanogos Regional Hospital.

Surveillance footage revealed a suspect, identified as a white male with dark hair, wearing a black shirt with an American flag and eagle design, dark jeans, and Converse-style shoes. The suspect was seen moving through the campus and eventually positioning himself on the rooftop of the Losee Center building, where he assumed a prone shooting position overlooking the event.
