‘Zuckerbucks’ Group Begins Interfering in 2024 Election.

The Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), which spent tens of millions of dollars boosting turnout in Democrat districts in 2020, is moving to help election officials secure Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grants ahead of the 2024 election. FEMA’s Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) fund includes $701 million in competitive grants, ostensibly to protect public infrastructure against hazards such as floods  — but the CTCL says it can also be used to “improve elections operations” as “elections are a critical service.”

The CTCL is leading a webinar series, starting January 25th, to help election officials apply for the FEMA grants and provide “inspiration for what the grant funds can be used for.” Previously, the CTCL used “Zuckerbucks” from the Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative to fund supposedly nonpartisan projects in collaboration with local officials to increase turnout.

These projects overwhelmingly benefited Democrat-leaning areas. Phillip Kline of the Amistad Project argues the spending was, therefore, illegal, as it resulted in some voters having more opportunities to vote and have their votes counted than others.

“[W] e’ve privatized our elections, that’s the problem,” Kline said of the involvement of actors like the CTCL in elections earlier this month.

“We have private resources in election offices… America’s been kicked out of the counting room, nonprofits, and billionaires have been invited in,” added the former Kansas Attorney General.

German Farmer Rebellion Forces Govt to Negotiate After Thousands of Tractors Shut Down Capital.

The rebellion by farmers against tax hikes and subsidy cuts in Germany closed down Berlin on Monday, as an estimated 10,000 farmers and 5,000 tractors descended on the capital and blockaded key roads. Now, the farmers have temporarily suspended their protests, forcing the government to negotiate.

The German government, a globalist coalition between the Social Democrats, Greens, and neoliberal Free Democrats, was already forced to water down some of its policies. Finance Minister Christian Lindner even attended a farmer rally earlier this week to parlay with the protestors, crushed by bureaucracy, net-zero climate policies, and the sanctions war with Russia even before the tax and subsidy changes.

Farmers’ Union leader Joachim Rukwied recommended against jeering Linder. Still, many attendees were unwilling to be placated: “For me, the government must resign. They are no longer capable of leading us,” one 73-year-old dairy farmer told reporters.

Chants of “liar” and “get lost” were taken up as the minister addressed the crowds.

Germany’s government and state media are painting the farmer protests as instruments of the so-called far-right, including the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. The AfD achieved historic election victories recently and now enjoys close to the same level of support in national polls as Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s Social Democrats.

Vice Chancellor Robert Habeck, a Green politician, previously claimed that “[c]alls are circulating with coup fantasies, extremist groups are forming and ethnic-nationalist symbols are being openly displayed.”

Chancellor Sholz has praised leftist protestors who have also “taken to the streets all over Germany against racism and rabble-rousing” this week.

Despite government claims that its anti-farmer policies are necessary to bring spending under control, it is simultaneously doubling military aid to Ukraine to €8 billion (~$8.7 billion). Around €50 billion (~$54.3 billion) is being spent on migrants.

Here’s The ONE Decent Idea the Biden White House is Working On.

President Joe Biden’s Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) unveiled a new proposed rule that could limit bank overdraft fees to as little as $3. The proposed rule applies only to banks and credit unions with over $10 billion in assets — limiting the fee caps to roughly 175 of the largest banking institutions in the U.S. According to the CFPB, banks currently take in around $9 billion annually in overdraft fees.

The proposed rule would limit banks to charging either the coverage cost for an overdrawn account or a capped fee determined by the CFPB. This, in practice, should drastically lower the typical overdraft fee from the $35 most consumers are currently charged.

“When companies sneak hidden junk fees into families’ bills, it can take hundreds of dollars a month out of their pockets and make it harder to make ends meet,” President Biden said yesterday in a statement released by the White House. “For too long, some banks have charged exorbitant overdraft fees—sometimes $30 or more.”

He added: “Banks call it a service—I call it exploitation.”

The American Bankers Association (ABA) blasted the proposed rule change. “Today’s proposal from the CFPB marks the bureau’s latest attempt to demonize and mischaracterize highly regulated and clearly disclosed bank fees for a service that surveys consistently show Americans value and appreciate,” the ABA said in a statement.

The ABA claims the rule change would discourage banks from offering consumers overdraft protection, “including those who have few, if any, other means to access needed liquidity.” Critics of the current rules governing overdraft fees argue that banks too often view overdrafts as a quasi-lending instrument, with overdraft fees treated as a form of interest that exceeds federal regulations.

DeSantis Repeatedly Bragged About ‘Earning Every Vote.’ Now He’s Skipping New Hampshire.

In the wake of his distant second-place finish in Iowa, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is skipping the New Hampshire Primary to focus his campaign’s efforts on South Carolina. According to reports, DeSantis will appear at campaign events in South Carolina this weekend and is moving most of his New Hampshire staff to the Palmetto State.

DeSantis’s focus on South Carolina and his decision to effectively abandon the New Hampshire Primary is at odds with the image the GOP presidential candidate presented during his efforts to win Iowa. “No candidate has worked harder to earn your vote,” he said just days before the Iowa caucuses. “I will brave whatever is thrown at me — nothing is handed to you in life,” DeSantis posted on X (formerly Twitter). “If we have to trudge through snow to earn the vote, we’ll trudge through snow!”

Social media accounts supporting the Florida Governor’s campaign echoed a similar sentiment. “This right here is why DeSantis deserves your respect and vote, nobody has worked harder to earn it!” wrote one supporter on X in response to a story about Casey DeSantis door knocking in Iowa. “DeSantis will earn the vote no matter the cost,” wrote another.

Despite DeSantis’s extensive ground campaign and extraordinary expenditure in Iowa, the Florida governor only managed to win 21 percent of the Iowa caucus vote, far behind first-place finisher Donald Trump.

POISONING THE BLOOD: DEA Seized Enough Fentanyl In 2023 To Kill Every American.

The DEA seized an unprecedented 386 million lethal doses of fentanyl in 2023 — enough to kill every single American — according to a press release by the agency’s New York Division.

“In calendar year 2023, DEA seized more than 77 million fentanyl pills and nearly 12,000 pounds of fentanyl powder. This is the most fentanyl seized by DEA in a single year. It amounts to more than 386 million deadly doses of fentanyl—enough to kill every American,” the press statement reads.

In New York alone, the agency’s New York Division “seized 4.2 million fake fentanyl pills and over 500 kilograms of fentanyl powder in 2023, which is the equivalent of potentially 37 million lethal doses,” said DEA Special Agent in Charge Frank Tarentino in a statement. The amount of fentanyl pills seized in New York increased by 119 percent from 2022 to 2023.

Fentanyl is the leading cause of death for Americans aged 18-45, the DEA press release notes. The Biden regime’s mismanagement of the border crisis has been blamed for the shocking increase in fentanyl — and fentanyl deaths — in the United States. Last year, former President Donald Trump warned that the flow of drugs through the Southern border was “poisoning the blood” of the United States.

‘Expert’ Who Claims Trump Cost E. Jean Carroll $12.1M Admits No Experience in Reputation Management, is Long-Standing Democrat Donor.

Ashlee Humphreys, the reputation repair “expert” who testified on behalf of E. Jean Carroll on Thursday, admitted under cross-examination that she has no “real world” experience in the field. Humphreys, a professor at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, testified that the cost to repair the damage Trump’s alleged defamation caused to Carroll’s reputation could run as high as $12.1 million – a point seized upon by corporate media outlets.

But upon questioning from Trump attorney Michael Madaio, Humphreys was forced to admit having no “real world” experience in the field, in an exchange entirely omitted by legacy media news coverage.

Madaio asked, “Have you ever executed a reputation repair program?” with the so-called expert responding, “Never.” Madaio followed up, asking the Northwestern professor: “You have no real-world experience?” Before Humphreys could answer, left-wing Judge Lewis Kaplan interjected, mocking the question, stating: “There was birth, adolescence… those are real-world experiences.”

The National Pulse can also reveal that Humphreys has a long track record of contributions to Democrat political groups — making numerous donations through “ActBlue,” which facilitated Black Lives Matter funds, and “Swing Left,” with Federal Election Commission records showing her donating history included supporting candidates, as well as political action committee work and projects such as “Stop Republicans.”

While under cross-examination, the partisan Democrat professor also acknowledged she had not factored in any positive messages about E. Jean Carroll into her damages estimate. According to Humphreys, her $12.1 million estimate was based on analyzing the number of individuals who encountered former President Trump’s comments through traditional news outlets and social media posts.

Judge Lewis Kaplan, presiding over the defamation trial, has injected his own partisan bias into the proceedings numerous times. Before the start of the trial, Kaplan ruled Trump could not challenge Carroll’s claim that the former President raped her in the 1990s. During jury selection, the left-wing judge actively involved himself in screening out any potential jurors who held remotely right-leaning political beliefs.

Humphreys also testified in Carroll’s original defamation case against President Trump and was called as an expert in Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s defamation case in Georgia.

E. Jean Carroll Just Testified To Owning an Illegal Firearm and Ammo in New York State.

Anti-Trump columnist E. Jean Carroll appeared to confess to owning an illegal firearm and ammunition during court proceedings in New York on Wednesday. Carroll – who is demanding more cash from former President Donald J. Trump as a result of his continued denial over her sexual abuse claims – was asked by Trump lawyer Alina Habba: “You have a gun – do you have a license?”

“No,” Carroll replied, which appears to be a breach of the law of New York State, where Carroll resides. If Carroll has committed a crime, it ranks as a class E felony in the State of New York, punishable by up to four years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.

Habba then attempted to press Carroll on her awareness of state laws, to which Judge Kaplan appeared to come to Carroll’s defense, shooting back, “Don’t even start.”

Undeterred, Habba continued her line of questioning, asking Carroll if she had bullets for the gun and if she lived in the State of New York. Carroll answered “yes” to both questions.

Judge Kaplan’s attempt to shut down Habba’s line of questioning only adds to concerns about the judge’s political bias.

GOP-Led House Approves Bill to Avoid Shutdown Without Border, Spending Deals.

The U.S. House of Representatives voted late Thursday afternoon to extend government funding into early March and avoid a temporary partial government shutdown, sending the continuing resolution to President Biden to sign into law.

The measure, which passed by a vote of 314 to 108, angered conservative Republicans who opposed any continuing resolution to fund the government without concessions by the Democrats on border security and spending. The House Freedom Caucus made an eleventh-hour plea to House Speaker Mike Johnson to permit an amendment to the House’s border security package, which Johnson rejected.

Freedom Caucus Chairman Bob Good slammed his fellow Republicans who supported the continuing resolution ahead of the vote. “The more things change, the more things stay the same,” he said in a floor speech. “We’re not even willing to risk a temporary pause in the 15 percent of the non-essential part of the government in order to force change in Washington,” he said. “No, we’re going to continue the status quo.”

Good’s statements echoed an official position on the measure released by the Freedom Caucus hours before the vote. “Americans did not give Republicans a majority in the House to continue Nancy Pelosi’s inflationary spending and Joe Biden’s failed policies,” the group wrote in a statement. “This is not what we promised the American people.”

The vote is also likely to be unpopular with the Republican base, which consistently ranks immigration as one of the top issues facing the country. Over 80 percent of Republican voters agree with former President Donald Trump that the ongoing border crisis is “poisoning the blood” of America.

Dem Congressman Tells Govt to Print $14 TRILLION & Let Criminals Vote as ‘Reparations’.

Congressman Jamaal Bowman, who recently pleaded guilty to pulling a fire alarm in Congress during a budget debate, wants the government to print $14 trillion for black Americans and give prisoners and felons the vote as a form of “reparations” for slavery.

Rep. Bowman suggested that “[w]hen COVID was destroying us, we invested in the American people in a way that kept the economy afloat,” and so the government could “invest the same way in reparations without raising taxes on anyone.”

“Where did the money come from? We spent it into existence,” Bowman said.

“The economy wouldn’t exist in the way it does today if slavery hadn’t built it,” Bowman argued.

The Democrat also believes the “incarcerated should be able to vote” and ex-prisoners “should automatically be enfranchised” as a form of reparations, as black people account for a disproportionate share of the prison population.

Trump Slams Epstein Guest ‘Piglet Reid Hoffman’ over Carroll ‘Hoax’.

Donald Trump has brutalized LinkedIn founder and Democrat megadonor Reid Hoffman for funding E. Jean Carroll’s rape and defamation lawsuit against him in New York. Hoffman has also funded Fusion GPS, Nimrata ‘Nikki’ Haley, and other anti-Trump endeavors.

Carroll, 80, initially claimed her first lawsuit against Trump had no outside funding. It later emerged that Hoffman, a former guest of pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s private island, had provided financial assistance — but Bill Clinton-appointed judge Lewis Kaplan did not sanction her and ruled jurors could not be told about his involvement in the case.

Trump wrote on Truth Social Thursday that “[l]ike the now fully discredited RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA HOAX, & all of the others, this one is also conceived, funded, & carried out by Democrat Political Operatives like [Carroll’s] lawyer… Roberta Kaplan, Piglet Reid Hoffman, a major Democrat Donor who is funding this Witch Hunt, or ‘Crazed’ George Conway, who lost his wonderful wife, Kellyanne, to another, and has gone completely ‘NUTS!'”

Trump added that Judge Kaplan — reportedly no relation to Roberta Kaplan — “knows this… but won’t let it be revealed.”

Trump also reiterated his denial of having raped Carroll in the changing rooms of a luxury department store in 1995 or 1996, writing he “NEVER TOUCHED HER, OR IN ANY WAY WOULD WANT TO TOUCH HER.”

Carroll has accused many men of having attacked her over the years, including the boyfriend of a babysitter, a camp counselor, an unnamed college date, an unnamed former boss, and a past CEO of CBS. Judge Kaplan has ruled jurors cannot be informed about this.
