READ: Judge Engoron’s SHOUTY ALL CAPS E-MAILS to Trump Lawyers, Warning Former Prez to Leave AG Alone or Be Removed From Courtroom.

A bizarre tranche of emails was quietly released on Wednesday, showing the crooked New York Judge Arthur Engoron appearing to play favorites for the New York Attorney General Letitia James as well as ranting in all caps at former President Donald Trump’s lawyers.

In the string of messages, Engoron – who employs far-left activists as his court clerks – demanded that President Trump adhere to a set of ambiguous rules if he were to be allowed to address the court today for closing remarks.

I will consent to let Mr. Trump make a closing argument if, and only if, through counsel by 1/9/2024, and by himself, personally, on the record, just before he speaks, he agrees to limit his subjects to what is permissible in a counsel’s closing argument, that is, commentary on the relevant, material facts that are in evidence, and application of the relevant law to those facts. He may not seek to introduce new evidence. He may not “testify.” He may not comment on irrelevant matters. In particular, and without limitation, he may not deliver a campaign speech, and he may not impugn myself, my staff, plaintiff, plaintiff’s staff, or the New York State Court System, none of which is relevant to this case, and all of which, except commenting on my staff, can be done, and is being done, in other forums. If Mr. Trump violates any of these rules, I will not hesitate to cut him off in mid-sentence and admonish him. If he continues to violate the rules, I will end his closing argument and prevent him from making any further statements in the courtroom. If he violates the current gag order against him, I will immediately direct court officers to remove him from the courtroom forthwith and will fine him not less than $50,000.

Finding objection from Trump’s lawyer Chris Kise, Engoron went on to deny President Trump a delay due to the death of his mother-in-law this week, adding late Wednesday morning: “I won’t debate this yet again. Take it or leave it. Now or never. You have until noon, seven minutes from now. I WILL NOT GRANT ANY FURTHER EXTENSIONS.”

The news underscores the weight of the bias against Trump in the Manhattan case, with the Attorney General, judge, staff, and media all playing against him in the courthouse, both misrepresenting the facts of the case, and spinning the narratives for the general public at the end of each trial day.

You can read the chain of emails here.

Trump Debunks ‘Dictator’ Hoax, Condemns Political Violence in Fox Town Hall.

Former President Donald Trump brushed off the constant “dictator” claims made against him by his political foes during Wednesday night’s Fox News Town Hall, stating, “I said I’m gonna be a dictator for one day, and we’re gonna do two things: The border, we’re gonna make it so tight you can’t get in… And the other is energy, we’re gonna drill, baby, drill.”

“After that, I’m not gonna be a dictator,” Trump continued. The former president made similar comments during a town hall last month, which were widely taken out of context and promoted by his opponents, including President Biden, as evidence that Trump intends to act as an actual dictator if elected again. In context, however, it appears that Trump’s definition of being a dictator is merely to use his constitutionally granted executive authority to address two serious issues — border security and energy security — that are greatly impacting Americans.

During the town hall, moderator Bret Baier also asked Trump if he would condemn political violence as never acceptable. “Of course,” Trump responded. “That’s right.”

Aired at the same time at a Ron DeSantis vs Nikki Haley debate on CNN, Trump’s town hall attracted rave reviews from online viewers. The debate for second place, however, was less palatable, with Haley and DeSantis mostly resorting to smear attempts against one another for just under two hours.

WATCH – Kassam Cautions ‘Populism Is In A Dependent Ascendency’, Needs to Be More Than a Protest Movement.

The National Pulse’s Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam cautioned supporters of populist movements across the globe that their movements are often too dependent on globalism as a mirror, creating a political symbiosis. Appearing on Stephen K. Bannon’s War Room, Kassam warned populists against complacency, especially as the 2024 environment feels increasingly like 2015/16.

TOO DEPENDENT ON GLOBALISM.

“Globalism is being routed. It is being routed intellectually. It is being routed morally. It is being routed by the public will,” Kassam said, adding, “but populism itself is kind of in this what I think is a symbiotic relationship right now with globalism. It is a push and pull. And they both kind of leverage each other.”

“The reason I think you have what is a dependent ascendency – if it is an ascendency at all – rather than an independent ascendency is because it really doesn’t have its legs. Populism, still, has been carried kind of on the back of a few figures the last decade,” he added.

VULNERABILITY WITHOUT ACTION.

The lack of formal political apparatuses, according to Kassam, has left many populist movements around the globe vulnerable to political persecution and law-fare actions by globalists. He pointed to the new globalist Tusk government in Poland ordering the arrest of populist officials in Andrzej Duda’s previous right-wing administration, as well as Jack Smith’s law-fare prosecutions of Donald Trump in the United States, as examples of globalists striking back.

In addition to threats posed by globalists, the lack of political infrastructure has also exposed populist movements from within. Kassam, responding to Bannon’s examples of grassroots protests against globalism as a sign of the movement’s strength, said: “You point to protests and truckers and all of that, and I’ll just point to Giorgia Meloni and Mike Johnson.” Both were initially hailed as allies of right-wing populism but have since proven to be weak leaders who have caved to globalist political pressure.

“These people cannot be in charge of populist parties with populist bases,” Kassam said.

MORE THAN A PROTEST MOVEMENT.

Kassam also warned that many populist political movements become too complacent with being just a “party of perennial protest” –  stuck in permanent political opposition. “Here’s the crossroads that MAGA is at right now – America First, the global populist-nationalist movement writ-large… are you going to be parties of protest for the rest of your lives? Or are you going to be parties of government?” Kassam said, challenging populist political activists before adding: “Because if you’re going to be parties of government you can’t have Meloni in charge, you can’t have Jonson in charge. You can’t have Ronna McDaniel in charge. You actually have to take those reins of power and use them.”

“They’re giving you a choice. You can shut up and go along with it [globalism] or you can do something about it,” Kassam concluded.

House Judiciary Holds Hunter Biden in Contempt of Congress.

The House Judiciary Committee approved a resolution on Wednesday to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress for ignoring a Congressional subpoena related to the impeachment inquiry of his father, President Biden.

The Committee’s decision, approved by a vote of 23 to 14, puts the case forward for a full House floor vote — which could occur as early as next week — and could see the lower chamber recommending Hunter Biden for prosecution.

The House Oversight Committee also met to consider a similar resolution Wednesday morning, however, it has not yet been passed by the committee.

The Judiciary Committee’s passage of a resolution to hold Hunter Biden in contempt of Congress came after both committees recommended such action be taken following the first son’s failure to respond to a subpoena requiring his presence at a Congressional deposition related to President Biden’s impeachment inquiry.

LISTEN: Chris Christie Hot Mic – Says Nikki Will ‘Get Smoked’, DeSantis ‘Petrified.’

Presidential nomination drop-out Chris Christie appeared to be caught on a hot mic before his quitting speech on Wednesday night.

In the audio below, Christie can be heard lamenting his inability to connect with voters with his anti-Trump message – “they don’t wanna hear it” – as well as explaining that Nikki Haley is going “to get smoked” in the primary.

“She spent $16M so far… $59M by DeSantis, and we spent 12. I mean, who’s punching above their weight and who’s getting a return on their investment?” Christie said, bungling what was certain to be his attempt to endorse Haley through New Hampshire to have her run neck and neck against Trump.

“She’s going to get smoked, you and I know it, she’s not up to this,” he added, before going on to explain how Ron DeSantis had called him, describing the Florida Governor as “petrified.”

REPORT: Chris Christie May Drop Out Today.

Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie may drop out of the GOP presidential nomination race on Wednesday, just five days before the Iowa caucuses, according to reporter Mark Halperin. More information is expected at 5pm EST.

Halperin also said two sources told him Christie will not endorse another candidate at this time.

Christie entered the race in June of last year and ran as an avowedly anti-Trump candidate. He consistently performed poorly in national polls, trailing behind opponents Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley, and far behind frontrunner Donald Trump.

See the Editor’s Note, below, for more on why this is such a “game-changer”. No, really…

Trump Blasts AI As ‘Very Dangerous’ Threat to U.S.

Former President Donald Trump has warned that artificial intelligence (A.I.) is “very dangerous for our country” in a post on Truth Social. Trump’s comments came after AI-generated, fake images of Trump and Jeffrey Epstein surfaced online, peddled by Hollywood “celebrities” attempting to deflect attention from the habits of their own friends and colleagues.

“This is what the Democrats do to their Republican Opponent, who is leading them, by a lot, in the Polls. This is A.I., and it is very dangerous for our Country!” wrote Trump. “I was never on Epstein’s Plane, or at his ‘stupid’ Island. Strong Laws ought to be developed against A.I. It will be a big and very dangerous problem in the future!”

Trump’s comments were posted along with an article from the Daily Mail about Mark Ruffalo, who reposted fake, A.I.-generated images of Trump on Epstein’s plane on X and criticized X CEO Elon Musk for allowing such material to proliferate on the social media site.

Although Trump’s name appeared in court documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein case, the documents revealed that Trump never traveled on Epstein’s plane nor visited his private island. Virginia Giuffre, an Epstein victim whose lawsuit led to the ongoing unsealing of names of the convicted sex offender’s associates, testified that she never witnessed Trump commit any wrongdoing.

Governor Nikki Haley Welcomed Chinese Firms to South Carolina, Including Company Which Sold Lead-Tainted Candy.

Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley has tried to position herself as a hawkish critic of China in the 2024 Republican presidential primary field. But while serving as the Governor of South Carolina, Haley often boasted of Chinese companies she had convinced to open operations in the state. Records show that during Haley’s tenure, she doubled Chinese investment in the state. In her first year as governor, South Carolina saw $308 million in Chinese investment. By 2015, the number of investments climbed to $670 million. All-in-all, Haley secured over $1.43 billion in Chinese cash.

Nor did said investments come without reciprocation from Governor Haley. Over 1,500 acres of land were granted to Chinese firms under her governorship. In 2016, South Carolina’s Department of Commerce recruited China Jushi — which manufactures fiberglass and other materials — to set up operations in the state.

In exchange for local investment, China Jushi was given land less than 10 miles from Fort Jackson — a U.S. military installation. Like most major Chinese companies, China Jushi is partially state-controlled and has contracts to supply the Chinese military. Chinese firms are also all subject to Article 7 of China’s National Intelligence Law, which mandates that “any [Chinese] organization or citizen shall support, assist, and cooperate with state intelligence work.”

Another company welcomed by Haley to South Carolina was candy manufacturer Au’Some. During an appearance on the G. Gordon Liddy radio show in April of 2012, then-Governor Haley bragged: “We’re bringing big companies… we just brought a great candy company, and guess where we got that candy company from? It was from China.”

Just two years prior, Au’Some candies were recalled in several U.S. states after regulators discovered they contained dangerous lead levels.

Weather-Induced Low Iowa Turnout ‘Would Disproportionately Affect Trump.’

A polar vortex poised to pummel the Midwest could result in low voter turnout in Iowa that “would disproportionately affect Trump.”

Steffen Schmidt, a political science professor at Iowa State. Schmidt, told Axios the harsh winter conditions are most likely to negatively impact turnout amongst older Iowans. This “could disproportionately affect Trump,” said local Democrat strategist Jeff Link, as older voters skew in favor of the former President compared to his opponents. Bad winter weather in the Hawkeye State has already disrupted campaigning, with Trump and a number of his opponents having canceled campaign events due to inclement conditions.

Iowa, which holds its Republican Caucus vote on Tuesday, faces a winter storm warning with a projected snowfall of roughly one foot as an Arctic storm front descends upon the Midwest. Meteorologists are predicting that the extreme snowfall will be followed by a polar vortex sweeping into the region.

Trump’s dominance in the polls could also prove a hindrance to him on Caucus Day, as the feeling that his win is inevitable may cause complacency amongst his supporters, many of whom would then choose to stay home rather than face the cold.

Epstein Victim Virginia Giuffre Saw Clinton, Gore on ‘Pedo Island’ – Court Docs.

Unsealed court documents related to dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein contain allegations that both Bill Clinton and his former vice president, Al Gore, visited Epstein’s private island of Little St. James, better known as “Pedo Island.”

Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre reported seeing Clinton on Little St. James on two separate occasions. An unsealed deposition shows she also reported seeing Al Gore on the island with his wife Tipper.

Clinton has admitted to flying on Epstein’s private plane, dubbed ‘The Lolita Express,’ multiple times, but denies setting foot on Pedo Island.

Epstein associate and convicted child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell has also denied that the 77-year-old Democrat was ever a guest on the island.

Prominent Democrats who are confirmed to have visited Little St. James include Reid Hoffman, the billionaire LinkedIn founder.

Hoffman is a prolific donor to the Democratic Party and has also put money towards the legal defense of Trump-Russia hoaxers Fusion GPS, and neocon GOP candidate Nikki Haley, all in hopes of damaging the 45th President.
