Ben Carson Warns If Trump Is Kicked Off 2024 Ballot ‘America Will Never Be The Same Again.’

Former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Ben Carson, voiced concerns Friday over the potential implications for future presidential bids if President Trump’s numerous legal battles contribute to his political downfall, the consequences of which Carson believes could set a distressing precedent.

Speaking with GBNews host Nigel Farage, Carson said: “I think a lot of people who don’t actually care for him in terms of his personality recognize that if we allow his opponents to use the Department of Justice to eliminate him as a viable candidate, America will never be the same again.”

President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) has launched an unprecedented lawfare campaign against former President Trump — the presumptive Republican presidential nominee — ahead of the 2024 election. DOJ special prosecutor Jack Smith is pursuing federal charges against Trump in Washington, D.C., and Florida.

Meanwhile, Democrat Party-aligned groups, some with direct ties to the Biden government, have undertaken efforts to remove the former President from state election ballots across the country — successful in Colorado and Maine. After hearing arguments in February, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to weigh in.

While Carson did not offer any specific predictions should Trump be barred from running in 2024, his remarks do underscore the growing schism in America over Biden’s efforts to prosecute Trump.

Jury Awards E. Jean Carroll Ludicrous $83M Settlement in 2nd Trump Case.

The jury in the second E. Jean Carroll case against President Donald J. Trump has returned a verdict awarding the sex-obsessed writer $83 million.

The clerk read the verdict, which included $7.1 million for compensatory damages, $11 million more, and a $65 million punitive cost. Carroll’s lawyers had initially asked for between $7 million and $12 million.

The money is supposed to be used for a “reputational damage repair” program for Ms. Carroll, whose publicity and income have risen since her bizarre story about being raped by Trump in a department store in the 1990s first came to light.

By comparison, the multi-billion-dollar Bud Light is spending $7m on a Super Bowl ad to repair its reputation since its Dylan Mulvaney fiasco.

Ashlee Humphreys, the reputation repair “expert” who testified on behalf of E. Jean Carroll, admitted under cross-examination that she has no “real world” experience in the field. She is a Democratic Party donor.

The trial has been marred with bias from the judge, as well as having a tainted New York pool of evidently far-left jurors seeking to punish President Trump for his politics.

Nikki Haley donor and Jeffrey Epstein’s friend Reid Hoffman funded the case.

UPDATE – President Trump responded on Truth Social shortly after the verdict: “Absolutely ridiculous! I fully disagree with both verdicts, and will be appealing this whole Biden Directed Witch Hunt focused on me and the Republican Party. Our Legal System is out of control, and being used as a Political Weapon. They have taken away all First Amendment Rights. THIS IS NOT AMERICA!”

‘I’ll Just F*cking Quit!’ – Christina Pushaw, Once Touted as ‘Secret Weapon’, Was Cut Out of DeSantis Campaign Months Ago.

Former advisor to Ukrainian politician Mikheil Saakashvili, Christina Pushaw, angrily threatened to resign from her “rapid response” communications role with the Ron DeSantis for President campaign over the summer of 2023 after she was frozen out of staff meetings for being “off-message” and “bad at messaging,” according to a lengthy report from The Messenger.

Pushaw, a registered foreign agent and open borders activist, reportedly lashed out in a heated exchange with then-campaign manager Generra Peck in the first weeks of July.

“If you think I’m so off-message and bad at messaging, why are you cutting me out of messaging meetings… I’ll just fucking quit!” screamed Christina Pushaw, according to reporting from Marc Caputo.

The incident occurred around the time Pushaw’s team of “social media knife fighters” had pumped out homoerotic and Nazi content featuring the Florida Governor, leading to widespread ridicule. A few weeks later, DeSantis himself appeared on the Megyn Kelly show to distance himself from Pushaw’s online operation.

“So, look, we have people that are doing this rapid response. I’m not putting my time into it at all. I mean, you know, they’re going and going back and forth. You know, there’s kind of a battle online. I’m not somebody who’s following that very closely. It’s just not my cup of tea,” DeSantis said.

“I think that there’s a place for that, but, ultimately, you know, the people in Iowa and New Hampshire, you know, they’re not following the latest Twitter war.”

DeSantis went on to lose by a massive margin in Iowa and dropped out before New Hampshire.

Bannon: ‘I’d Return to Campaign, White House if President Trump Asked.’

Steve Bannon, former White House Chief Strategist, says he will return to Donald Trump’s side if called to do so, calling him “one of the greatest leaders” in American history.

“[I]f President Trump ever asked me to come back to the campaign or to the White House, I would always do whatever President Trump asked me to do,” Bannon said in a recent interview with Andrew Marr.

“This is only the third time in the history of our country… that the fate and destiny of one man is the fate and destiny of our republic,” he stressed, ranking Trump alongside George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

Bannon called Trump “the American Cincinnatus,” referring to an early leader of the Roman Republic whose countrymen twice called on him to serve in times of crisis and twice returned to a quiet life on his farm when his work was done.

The War Room host used the opportunity to explain Trump’s dictator quips to the breathless corporate media, pointing out his administration was marked by a period of unprecedented peace. Joe Biden, conversely, has presided over the takeover of Afghanistan by the Taliban, the outbreak of new conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza, and the launching of an ineffective air war in Yemen.

Bannon said he and Trump are especially aligned on the need to take on the Deep State, which he described as a “fourth branch of government” that has “metastasized over the last 50 years.”

“[W]e’re training up right now 3,000 people that can step into the government, day one, that don’t need Senate confirmation,” Bannon said.

“[Trump] will hit the beach with people that are like-minded and tough, and know what we have to do,” he added — suggesting this is why global elites are “in total meltdown” over Trump’s potential return at the World Economic Forum (WEF) summit in Davos, Switzerland.

Bud Light Tries to Salvage Brand with Super Bowl Ad Campaign.

Bud Light is using an expensive Super Bowl ad campaign to resurrect its image and win back beer drinkers. The brand hopes customers will forget its affair with a transgender TikToker Dylan Mulvaney.

The details: Bud Light’s parent company, Anheuser-Busch (AB), is forking out big bucks for a 60-second ad that will reportedly introduce a new brand character. And according to Kyle Norrington, AB’s chief commercial officer, you can expect “some really funny advertising.”

The price tag: We don’t know the exact figure, but it’s estimated that advertisers fork out about $7 million for thirty seconds.

Back up: Bud Light customers abandoned the beer by the caseload after an ill-advised marketing deal with transgender TikToker Dylan Mulvaney last April.

Sales plunge: Since going trans, Bud Light lost its title as the nation’s top-selling domestic beer to Modello Especial. In the first two weeks of 2024, Bud Light’s retail-store sales are down 28.9 percent compared to the same time last year. Modelo is up 15.1 percent.

More about the ad: AB released a 12-second teaser online featuring a man wearing metallic sunglasses with a handlebar mustache. One fan in the ad is wearing a Peyton Manning jersey, leading to speculation that the Hall of Fame quarterback might be the man behind the glasses. Someone is then heard to scream, “LET’S GO!!!” – which is widely recognized as the “Allahu Akbar” for white guys.

Taylor Swift’s Stalker Keeps Getting Out of Jail Because of the Democrat Policies Swift Herself Supports.

Taylor Swift stalker David Crowe has been arrested for the third time since Saturday after heading from court to her New York City townhouse within hours of a judge imposing an order of protection against him.

Law enforcement sources say Crowe, who had already been arraigned on counts of stalking and harassment, is “aware of what he’s doing and he’s articulate” but remains “fixated on [Swift] and cannot keep away from where she lives. We are doing all we can to protect her.”

The singer may be the author of her own misfortune, having supported Democrat politicians such as Joe Biden, who advocate for so-called bail reform, making it easier for suspected criminals to avoid detention and commit further offenses pre-trial.

Bail reform in New York, in particular, has “increased recidivism for people with substantial recent criminal histories” — but Biden has downplayed the dangers. New York’s State Fiscal Year budget for 2019-2202, passed on April 1, 2019, eliminated cash bail for a host of misdemeanor and non-violent felony charges, including stalking.

In 2022, the 81-year-old Democrat insisted “the negative side of bail reform is vastly overrated” and denied “the leniency of prosecutors” was putting the public at greater risk.

He campaigned on a platform of eliminating cash bail nationwide in 2020, claiming it harms “Black women and families,” although progress on achieving this goal has been limited.

Trump Now Leads Haley 81 Points to 18, As She Continues to Brag About Globalist Cash Haul.

Donald Trump boasts an enormous 63-point lead over neoconservative rival Nimarata ‘Nikki’ Haley, suggesting her losing effort in New Hampshire — where she was boosted by non-Republican voters — may have been the high water mark of her campaign. Despite this, Haley has adopted the Ron DeSantis tactic of continuing to boast about hauling in massive amounts of cash from corporate, globalist donors.

Following the contest in the Granite State, Trump’s support now stands at 81 percent, with Haley’s at just 18 — up from 79 percent and down from 20 percent, respectively.

Republican National Committee (RNC) committeeman David Bossie has put forward a draft resolution suggesting the RNC “declares President Trump as our presumptive 2024 nominee for the office of President of the United States and from this moment forward moves into full general election mode,” allowing the GOP to draw a line under Haley’s seemingly doomed challenge and focus on ousting Joe Biden.

Trump, however, has said he would prefer to see off Haley “the ‘Old Fashioned’ way, and finish the process off AT THE BALLOT BOX” for the sake of “PARTY UNITY.”

Planned Parenthood Releases Groomer Sex Vid In Case You Had That Baby They Tried to Murder.

Abortion industry advocates ‘Planned Parenthood’ released a video this week denying the concept of virginity and encouraging children to embark on a “sexual journey.” The video features a woman in what appears to be an elementary school classroom, replete with bright, child-friendly colors.

After claiming virginity “isn’t real” and a “made-up concept” invented to “control and shame people,” the woman then goes on to criticize the notion of virginity further because it excludes sexual deviants: “Where does that definition leave queer people? Or folks who can’t, or don’t, have penis-in-vagina sex and choose to have oral, anal, or another type of sex instead?”

Things then take a sinister turn as the woman encourages children to engage in sexual practices and assures them that there is no shame in doing so: “Shame has no place in someone’s personal decisions about sex. It’s time to throw away the notion of losing your virginity! What if instead of ‘losing’ something, we reframe it as ‘gaining’? Because the truth is, when we make our own decision to become sexually active, we aren’t setting ourselves up to lose anything at all!”

She then encourages children to define their own version of sex. She graphically lists sexual terms and concepts and suggests kids “enthusiastically consent” to having sex: “You get to decide and define what sex — and virginity — mean for you. Maybe that’s being fingered for the first time. Maybe it’s having anal sex. Maybe it’s having your first orgasm. Maybe it’s masturbating for the first time. Maybe it’s when you enthusiastically consent to sex. That’s the beauty of your sexual journey.”

The video comes as parents across the country are increasingly resisting the LGBTQ movement’s efforts to sexualize children and expose them to inappropriate content.

DATA: Potential D.C. Jurors Say ‘Trump Must Be Stopped At All Costs’ Suggesting Fair Trial Is Impossible.

A new poll suggests it will be nearly impossible for former President Donald Trump to receive a fair trial, free of partisan bias, in Washington, D.C. The survey, conducted from January 1st through the 8th by Triton Polling and Research, indicates there is likely a high level of political bias among the potential jury pool — especially towards individuals accused of participating in the January 6th, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

Triton polled 422 “jury eligible” residents in the nation’s capital, with 27.5 percent of those surveyed saying those who participated in the January 6th protest are “insurrectionists.” An additional 13 percent said protestors were “criminals,” while 14.9 percent said they were “domestic terrorists,” and 11.6 percent called the participants “traitors.”

Three-quarters of those polled said they “strongly” agree that former President Donald Trump is to blame for the riot at the Capitol, with an additional 14.4 percent saying they “somewhat agree.” When asked if “anyone who participated in the events at the Capitol on January 6 should serve prison time,” 51.4 percent strongly agreed they should, and 17.4 percent somewhat agreed.

The poll also revealed that nearly 70 percent of the potential jury pool believes “Donald Trump and his supporters should be stopped at all costs.” Over 80 percent of those surveyed said they’d be willing to serve on the jury that could hear Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith’s January 6th prosecution of Trump. Among the potential jurors, 78.6 percent said they had a “very unfavorable” view of the former President, while just 12 percent said the same of Joe Biden.

Former President Trump is facing federal charges in Washington, D.C. alleging he attempted to obstruct an official proceeding of the U.S. government on January 6th, 2021. The trial, set to begin in early March, will likely be delayed as the courts mull a motion by Trump arguing his actions were protected by “presidential immunity.” A previous motion by Trump’s attorneys to move the trial to West Virginia was denied.

Florida Moves to Ban Under-16s from Social Media.

Republican lawmakers in the Florida House of Representatives advanced legislation aimed at protecting minors from harmful content on social media. House Bill 1 requires a ban on social media platforms for users under 16. It also mandates age verification services by a third party.

State Rep. Fiona McFarland, a Republican cosponsor of the bill, compared social media to “a digital fentanyl.” The legislation would allow parents to sue social media companies that do not remove their child’s account.

Florida Republicans say the legislation is part of an effort to reduce bullying, depression, and suicide linked to social media use. The bill allows exemptions for websites primarily used for emails, texts, and streaming services. However, it has drawn criticism for its vague language and potential infringements on First Amendment rights.

Lawmakers have not specified which social media platforms might be impacted. If it becomes law, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube could be exposed to potential legal liabilities. Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, believes its social media platforms fall outside the scope of House Bill 1. Before passage, language was added to the legislation limiting its applicability to social media apps that feature “addictive, harmful, or deceptive design features.”

The Florida State Senate will take up the legislation next. If adopted, it will be sent to Republican Governor Ron DeSantis to sign into law.
