WATCH: ‘I’m a Gun Toting, Locked and Loaded, God-Fearing Son of a Bitch’ – Staind’s Aaron Lewis Debuts ‘Made in China’ Song.

Aaron Lewis, lead vocalist and guitarist of Staind, has released a new, patriotic single titled ‘Made in China,’ pushing an unabashedly American nationalist message.

“I ain’t made in China, From all the cheapest parts,” the song begins, later taking a swipe at the Chinese labor camps employing “Uyghur kids, For pennies on the dollar” — and, by extension, the American corporations that take advantage of them.

“Foreign-made or city-raised, I’m proud to say I’m neither, And I ain’t selling ’em any of mine, And I ain’t buying theirs either,” Lewis sings, adding: “If you got something to say about that, I couldn’t give two shits, ‘Cause I ain’t made in China, I’m American as it gets.”

Lewis does not mince words about what this means to him, singing: “I’m a gun-toting, Locked and loaded, God-fearing son of a bitch, Lord knows I ain’t made in China, I’m American as it gets.”

Lewis is a fierce critic of the “idiotic” Joe Biden and a strong supporter of Donald Trump.

Lyrics and music video below:

Made In China

I ain’t made in China
From all the cheapest parts
I ain’t one for driving
Them imported foreign cars
I’m more like American “muscle”
From 1966
Yeah. I ain’t made in China
I’m American as it gets

I ain’t made by Uyghur kids
For pennies on the dollar
I’m made in the USA
It says so on my collar
Tried and true
Red, white and blue
My roots run way too thick
Yeah. I ain’t made in China
‘Cause I’m American as it gets

And I’m hat over heart
Doing my part
To love the flag
That drapes over the caskets
Of the ones who don’t come back
I’m a gun-toting
Locked and loaded
God-fearing son of a bitch
Lord knows I ain’t made in China
I’m American as it gets

Red-blooded as they come
I’ll die for being free
I’m proud of where I’m from

Foreign-made or city-raised
I’m proud to say I’m neither
And I ain’t selling ’em any of mine
And I ain’t buying theirs either
If you got something to say about that
I couldn’t give two shits
‘Cause I ain’t made in China
I’m American as it gets

And I’m hat over heart
Doing my part
To love the flag
That drapes over the caskets
Of the ones who don’t come back
I’m a gun-toting
Locked and loaded
God-fearing son of a bitch
Lord knows I ain’t made in China
I’m American as it gets

Lord knows I ain’t made in China
‘Caskets I’m American as it gets

Eleven Dead After Trump Orders Military Strike on Tren de Aragua.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. military forces carried out a strike against Tren de Aragua in international waters, at President Donald J. Trump’s direction.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: U.S. military forces, President Trump, Tren de Aragua Narcoterrorists, and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s regime.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Tuesday morning, in the United States Southern Command (SouthCom) area of responsibility, international waters.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Please let this serve as notice to anybody even thinking about bringing drugs into the United States of America. BEWARE!” – President Trump

🎯IMPACT: Eleven “narcoterrorists” were killed in the strike, potentially deterring further drug running.

IN FULL

U.S. military forces have executed a strike against Tren de Aragua (TdA), designated a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO) by President Donald J. Trump, in international waters. TdA, characterized by President Trump as operating under the control of Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro, gained a significant foothold in the U.S. under former President Joe Biden, and has been linked to serious crimes including mass murder, drug trafficking, and sex trafficking across the United States and the wider Western Hemisphere.

“Earlier this morning, on my Orders, U.S. Military Forces conducted a kinetic strike against positively identified Tren de Aragua Narcoterrorists in the SOUTHCOM [United States Southern Command] area of responsibility,” Trump confirmed in a post to his Truth Social platform. He stressed that TdA “is a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization, operating under the control of Nicolas Maduro,” explaining that the strike was carried out “while the terrorists were at sea in International waters transporting illegal narcotics, heading to the United States.”

“The strike resulted in 11 terrorists killed in action. No U.S. Forces were harmed in this strike,” he added, warning: “Please let this serve as notice to anybody even thinking about bringing drugs into the United States of America. BEWARE!”

SecDef Hegseth Drafting 600 Military Judges to Clear Backlog of Immigration Cases.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Trump administration is deploying military lawyers to assist with the backlog of immigration cases.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the White House.

📍WHEN & WHERE: A memo dated August 27 outlined plans to begin deploying 150 military lawyers to the DOJ “as soon as practicable.”

💬KEY QUOTE: Clearing the backlog “should be a priority that everyone—including those waiting for adjudication—can rally around,” said a White House official.

🎯IMPACT: The move aims to double the number of immigration judges and accelerate deportation processing.

IN FULL

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has reportedly approved the assignment of 600 military lawyers to serve temporarily as immigration judges within the Department of Justice (DOJ). The immigration case backlog currently totals about 3.5 million, and the Trump administration is keen to clear it—while removing previous immigration judges with an ideological bias against deportations.

A memo obtained by the Associated Press, dated August 27, states that the Pentagon will initially deploy 150 lawyers to the DOJ “as soon as practicable,” with the first group expected to be chosen by next week. This initiative follows the dismissal or deferred resignations of some immigration judges earlier this year, leaving roughly 600 judges to manage the caseload.

The addition of military lawyers will effectively double the number of judges handling immigration cases. Beyond this, the Trump administration has deployed 1,700 National Guard troops across 19 states to aid in processing immigration cases and supporting federal immigration and law enforcement efforts.

A White House official emphasized that addressing the backlog should be a “priority that everyone—including those waiting for adjudication—can rally around.” Under the former Biden-Harris regime, illegal immigrants arriving in the U.S. en masse were being released into the country almost immediately, with little oversight beyond a requirement to appear before an immigration judge at some point years in the future.

Tim Walz Fantasizes About Trump Dying.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Failed Democrat vice presidential nominee and incumbent Minnesota Governor Tim Walz gleefully suggested that there will one day be “news” about President Donald J. Trump’s death, referencing baseless rumors that circulated online about the America First leader passing away last week.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Tim Walz, President Trump, and social media users spreading the rumors.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Comments were made on Labor Day at a picnic in Minnesota, following social media rumors over the weekend.

💬KEY QUOTE: “You get up in the morning and you doom scroll through things, and, although I will say this, you woke up the last few days thinking there might be news; just saying, just saying, there will be news sometime, just so you know. There will be news.” – Tim Walz

🎯IMPACT: The crass remarks have earned backlash, so soon after a mass shooting at a Catholic mass in Walz’s state, for appearing to look forward to the death of President Trump, who has survived multiple assassination attempts.

IN FULL

Failed Democratic vice presidential candidate and incumbent Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, 61, appeared to look forward to the death of President Donald J. Trump, 79, during a speech at a picnic over the Labor Day weekend. Alluding to unfounded social media rumors last week that the America First leader had died, spread via hashtags like #TrumpIsDead and #WhereIsTrump, Walz jeered: “You get up in the morning and you doom scroll through things, and, although, I will say this, you woke up the last few days thinking there might be news,” adding: “Just saying, just saying; there will be news sometime, just so you know. There will be news.”

The rumors were dispelled when Trump was spotted golfing with his teenage granddaughter, Kai, in Sterling, Virginia. Notably, Trump survived two assassination attempts during the 2024 election campaign, with many—including Trump himself—arguing that the hysterical rhetoric of Democrats like Walz helped to instigate these attacks.

This rhetoric has continued following President Trump’s return to office in January, with Walz going so far as to liken U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to Trump’s “modern Gestapo”—part of a pattern of Democrat abuse of the agency that is helping to fuel increasingly serious attacks on law enforcement.

President Trump addressed the baseless speculation about his death on Tuesday, saying he had not heard the details, but that the media was aware he had been “very active” over the weekend, and that the rumors were further evidence that the “fake news” lacks any credibility.

Judge Warns Routh That Marshals Will Take Him Out If He Makes ‘Any Sudden Movements’ in Court.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Ukraine sympathizer Ryan Rotuh, accused of attempting to assassinate President Donald J. Trump in Florida last year, will represent himself in court—but the judge has warned him not to make “any sudden movements.”

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Ryan Routh, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon, and court-appointed attorneys.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Jury selection begins Monday in Fort Pierce, Florida, with the trial scheduled to start September 11.

💬KEY QUOTE: “If you make any sudden movements, marshals will take decisive and quick action to respond.” – U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon

🎯IMPACT: The trial will address charges including attempted assassination, assaulting a federal officer, and firearm violations.

IN FULL

Ryan Routh, accused of attempting to assassinate President Donald J. Trump in Florida last year, will act as his own attorney at his trial. U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon approved Routh’s request in July, with court-appointed lawyers remaining as standby counsel. During a hearing on Tuesday, the court provided Routh with instructions on courtroom conduct—with Judge Cannon warning him, “If you make any sudden movements, marshals will take decisive and quick action to respond.”

Jury selection is scheduled to begin on Monday in Fort Pierce, Florida. Opening statements are set for September 11, with prosecutors expected to present their case immediately after. The trial is projected to last four weeks, though attorneys believe it could be shorter.

Prosecutors allege that nearly a year ago, Routh, then 58, pointed a rifle at Trump through shrubbery at his West Palm Beach country club while he golfed. A U.S. Secret Service agent stopped the alleged assassination attempt. Now 59, Routh has pleaded not guilty to charges of attempted assassination, assaulting a federal officer, and multiple firearm violations.

State authorities also accuse Routh of almost killing a six-year-old girl during his attempt to evade law enforcement, causing a multi-car crash that seriously injured her.

Based in Hawaii, Routh reportedly presented himself as a mercenary leader. Witnesses said he openly discussed violent plans and tried to recruit fighters for global conflicts, particularly Ukraine’s war with Russia. His prior criminal record includes weapons and stolen property offenses.

The trial will cover federal charges as well as state charges of attempted murder and terrorism.

Migrant Fatally Shot During Stabbing Spree.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A Tunisian migrant was shot and killed by police in Marseille, France, after stabbing multiple people while reciting verses from the Islamic Quran.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Tunisian migrant, Marseille police, and five stab victims, including one critically injured.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The afternoon of September 2 in Marseille, France.

💬KEY QUOTE: “A man of Tunisian nationality, in a legal situation, had been evicted from the Amira hotel in which he was staying in the Belsunce district, because he did not pay his rent.” – Marseille prosecutor Nicolas Bessone.

🎯IMPACT: Five people injured, heightened scrutiny over European immigration policies, and another increase in concerns over national security in France.

IN FULL

A Tunisian migrant was shot and killed by French police in Marseille on September 2 after stabbing several people in a violent attack that began with a dispute at a hotel. According to Marseille prosecutor Nicolas Bessone, five people were injured in the stabbing spree, including one who remains in critical condition. Authorities said the man began the attack after an argument with a downtown hotel owner over unpaid room charges.

“A man of Tunisian nationality, in a legal situation, had been evicted from the Amira hotel in which he was staying in the Belsunce district, because he did not pay his rent,” Prosecutor Bessone said and added that the man appeared to strike people at random.

During the confrontation, the suspect reportedly recited verses from the Islamic Quran. Police initially attempted to use a taser to subdue him, but when he failed to submit and continued to pose a threat, they resorted to lethal force. French newspaper Le Figaro noted that the suspect had previously been under judicial supervision, which prohibited him from possessing weapons. Meanwhile, Le Parisien noted that local intelligence services had flagged the man for making anti-Semitic remarks.

The stabbing spree has raised fresh concerns over public safety and national security across Europe, where a pattern of violent stabbings involving migrants and second-generation citizens born to migrant parents has emerged in recent years. For instance, in May 2025, twelve people were wounded, several critically, when a female suspect carried out a mass stabbing at Hamburg Central Station in Germany.

Other high-profile cases include a February 2025 stabbing in Villach, Austria, where a 23-year-old Syrian man killed a 14-year-old boy and injured five others. Authorities later discovered an Islamic State flag and a recorded pledge of allegiance to the jihadist group in the suspect’s apartment. In January 2025, an Afghan asylum seeker in Aschaffenburg, Germany, attacked a kindergarten group, killing one child and injuring several others, including a teacher and two passersby. That suspect had a criminal history and had previously been ordered deported.

In August 2024, three people were killed and eight wounded in Solingen, Germany, when a Syrian carried out a stabbing attack during a city festival. Authorities linked the attack to radical Islamist motives. Earlier, in January 2023, a stateless refugee originally from Gaza stabbed passengers aboard a regional train in Brokstedt, Germany, killing two people and injuring six more.

European crime data indicates that migrants are vastly overrepresented in violent and sexual crimes generally, not just Islamist attacks.

E. Jean Carroll Is Seeking Relevance Again, Targeting Trump in New Documentary.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: E. Jean Carroll’s allegations of sexual assault and defamation against President Donald J. Trump, and related legal battles, are the focus of a new documentary, Ask E Jean, which premiered at the Telluride Film Festival.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: E. Jean Carroll, President Trump, director Ivy Meeropol, and Trump attorney Alina Habba.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The documentary premiered at the Telluride Film Festival this year, covering events from Carroll’s lawsuits against Trump.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Fifty percent of my answers were bad. I thought I knew everything at the time, particularly about women in the workplace. If you want to get ahead, use your looks.” – E. Jean Carroll

🎯IMPACT: The film sheds light on Carroll’s lawfare campaign against Trump, but may provide an opening for President Trump to file his own defamation case.

IN FULL

A new documentary chronicling E. Jean Carroll’s lawfare campaign against President Donald J. Trump debuted at the Telluride Film Festival this week, as questions about Carroll’s motivations and credibility continue. The film, Ask E Jean, directed by Ivy Meeropol, granddaughter of convicted Soviet spies Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, centers on Carroll’s two lawsuits against Trump: one for defamation and another for sexual assault, stemming from her claim that Trump assaulted her in a department store in the mid-1990s.

Trump has denied the allegations and is appealing both verdicts, which resulted in combined damages of nearly $90 million.

Carroll, a former advice columnist for Elle magazine, gave an interview to Variety alongside Meeropol on the documentary. In it, Carroll describes the deposition process, led by Trump’s then-attorney Alina Habba, as grueling. “Most people don’t know that you have to go to a trial before you go to a trial,” Carroll said. She said Habba was “brutal,” raising arguments that made the deposition “particularly challenging.” Habba now serves as Acting U.S. Attorney and Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney General.

Carroll has herself acknowledged that elements of her story appear strange. For instance, she claims it took place in a prestigious New York City department store, in changing rooms on a busy floor that are normally locked and watched over by an attendant. She claims that, inexplicably, the floor was deserted and the changing rooms unmanned and unlocked at the time of the attack.

The 81-year-old has accused many men and boys of attacking her over the years, including a small boy, a babysitter’s boyfriend, a camp counsellor, a dentist, an unnamed college date, an unnamed former boss, and former CBS executive Les Moonves. She has seemingly never reported any of them to the police—including President Trump, whom she has only pursued civilly.

The documentary positions Carroll as a feminist figure confronting powerful men. However, critics argue the film glosses over key details about Carroll’s motivations. She previously admitted in court that her claims about Trump gained traction only after her memoir failed to sell. “The book was not selling, so I tried to talk about [Trump],” she testified. She also confirmed that anti-Trump attorney George Conway encouraged her to file the lawsuit after explaining that a civil case would allow the decades-old allegation to be heard in court.

In April 2024, Carroll also came under scrutiny when police seized an unregistered firearm from her home, following a report by The National Pulse.

Giuliani Discharged From Hospital, Trump Promises Medal of Freedom Award.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Rudy Giuliani was injured in a car crash on Interstate 93 in New Hampshire. He has since been released from hospital, and President Donald J. Trump has promised to award him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Rudy Giuliani, his spokesman Ted Goodman, a 19-year-old female driver, and President Donald J. Trump.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The crash occurred Saturday on Interstate 93 in New Hampshire, near Exit 9N.

💬KEY QUOTE: “As President of the United States of America, I am pleased to announce that Rudy Giuliani, the greatest Mayor in the history of New York City, and an equally great American Patriot, will receive THE PRESIDENTIAL MEDAL OF FREEDOM, our Country’s highest civilian honor.” – Donald Trump

🎯IMPACT: Giuliani suffered multiple injuries, including a fractured thoracic vertebra, but is recovering well. The crash remains under investigation.

IN FULL

Rudy Giuliani, former New York City mayor and attorney to President Donald J. Trump, has been released from hospital following a car crash on Interstate 93 in New Hampshire on Saturday. President Donald J. Trump has since announced that Giuliani, dubbed “America’s Mayor” for his leadership in New York City following the 9/11 terror attacks, will receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom.

“As President of the United States of America, I am pleased to announce that Rudy Giuliani, the greatest Mayor in the history of New York City, and an equally great American Patriot, will receive THE PRESIDENTIAL MEDAL OF FREEDOM, our Country’s highest civilian honor,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform, adding that details as to the time and place of the award ceremony would follow later.

Giuliani, 81, was a passenger in a rented Ford Bronco driven by his spokesman, Ted Goodman, when the vehicle was struck from behind by a Honda HR-V driven by a 19-year-old woman, according to New Hampshire State Police. The crash caused both vehicles to hit the highway median and sustain significant damage. Giuliani was transported to a nearby trauma center with injuries including a fractured thoracic vertebra, lacerations, contusions, and injuries to his left arm and lower leg.

Before the crash, Giuliani and Goodman had stopped to assist a woman who flagged them down, reporting she had been involved in a domestic violence incident, according to state police. Police stated the reported domestic violence and the crash were unrelated.

Ted Goodman confirmed Giuliani’s release from the hospital and expressed gratitude for the care provided by first responders and medical staff. “He has since been discharged from the hospital and deeply appreciates the love, well wishes, and prayers he has received,” Goodman stated.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and no charges have been filed.

The Ford Foundation Is Pouring $20 Million a Month Into Far-Left Activism.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The Ford Foundation has been funneling millions of dollars into leftist advocacy groups, including those promoting the abolition of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Concerningly, taxpayer-funded grants have been used to support some of the same initiatives.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Ford Foundation, Make the Road New York (MRNY), CASA, Arabella Advisors, and various leftist nonprofits receiving grants.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Since January 2024, with activities and funding spanning the U.S. and international regions, including Africa and South America.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Media Matters for America, approved for a $250,000 Ford grant in November 2024, was founded by Clinton Family attack lapdog David Brock. As that history would indicate, Media Matters is the epitome of a rabidly partisan, anti-Republican media platform. The only reason to give them money is to advance the political and policy messaging of Democratic presidents and congressional leadership.” – Capital Research Center

🎯IMPACT: The Ford Foundation’s funding has empowered far-left activists internationally.

IN FULL

The Ford Foundation, one of America’s largest and wealthiest philanthropic institutions, is under scrutiny for funneling tens of millions of dollars into far-left advocacy groups pushing radical agendas, often with taxpayer money backing the same causes.

For instance, since January 2024, two left-wing NGOs, Make the Road New York (MRNY) and CASA, have received $1.1 million from the Ford Foundation. Both groups have called for the abolition of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The former Biden regime approved over $7 million in federal grants to these same groups, raising questions about whether taxpayers are unknowingly helping bankroll extremist political activism.

This funding pipeline came under fire during a June 4, 2024, hearing before the House Committee on Government Oversight. Scott Walter, president of the Capital Research Center, testified on what he described as “blatantly partisan funding” that crosses the line between charitable work and political campaigning.

Examples include $3.4 million awarded to the Center for American Progress, a prominent left-wing think tank, and $1.25 million given to Hammer & Hope, a journal that openly embraces communist ideology. Hammer & Hope has also been aided by the New Venture Fund, part of the left-wing dark money nexus around Arabella Advisors.

New Venture is one of seven donor NGOs managed by Arabella Advisors, a network that annually rakes in more than $1 billion from

The Foundation’s political agenda extends to energy policy as well. Since 2024, Ford has poured nearly $6 million into nine organizations that oppose nuclear power. Internationally, Ford is pushing a “just energy transition” in Africa and South America, spending millions on unreliable alternatives in regions already plagued by severe energy poverty.

At home, Ford’s “Civic Engagement and Government” program is helping fund left-wing voter turnout operations, including NEO Philanthropy’s State Infrastructure Fund and the Tides Center. Even media outlets like George Soros-linked Media Matters for America and 19th News are receiving Ford dollars to amplify progressive talking points under the guise of journalism.

“Media Matters for America, approved for a $250,000 Ford grant in November 2024, was founded by Clinton Family attack lapdog David Brock. As that history would indicate, Media Matters is the epitome of a rabidly partisan, anti-Republican media platform. The only reason to give them money is to advance the political and policy messaging of Democratic presidents and congressional leadership,” the Capital Research Center noted.

This is not a new direction for the Ford Foundation. Since the 1960s, the Foundation has veered sharply left, backing causes ranging from racial separatism and radical education reform to early pro-abortion advocacy.

Critics argue that by exploiting its tax-exempt status, the Ford Foundation is operating more like a political machine than a nonprofit, one with global reach, deep pockets, and little accountability.

Trump Using Troops to Tackle LA Rioters was Unlawful: Clinton Judge.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A Bill Clinton-appointed federal judge ruled President Donald J. Trump’s deployment of troops to protect U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel and federal buildings in Los Angeles, California, was largely unlawful, barring their use for police functions.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump, U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The ruling was issued in September 2025, related to the Trump administration’s response to pro-illegal immigrant riots starting in June 2025, in Los Angeles.

💬KEY QUOTE: “There was no rebellion, nor was civilian law enforcement unable to respond to the protests and enforce the law,” Judge Breyer claimed.

🎯IMPACT: The ruling restricts military involvement in domestic law enforcement, with potential implications for future deployments—but is likely to be appealed. Notably, a previous ruling by Breyer against President Trump deploying the National Guard in L.A. was overturned unanimously.

IN FULL

A federal judge appointed by Bill Clinton has ruled that President Donald J. Trump’s deployment of military troops in Los Angeles, California, is largely unlawful. The ruling prohibits the Pentagon from using the National Guard and U.S. Marines for police duties, U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer complaining about President Trump potentially “creating a national police force with the President as its chief.”

In June, Trump sent troops to Los Angeles to protect U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel and federal buildings, arguing that state and local law enforcement were not sufficiently defending them against pro-illegal immigrant rioters due to “sanctuary” laws. Although most troops have now been withdrawn, approximately 300 remain, with plans under consideration to deploy federal law enforcement and troops to restore order in other cities in Washington, D.C.-style crime crackdowns.

San Francisco-based Judge Breyer ruled that the deployment violated the Posse Comitatus Act, which limits the military’s role in domestic law enforcement. His ruling bans the Pentagon from “ordering, instructing, training, or using the National Guard currently deployed in California, and any military troops heretofore deployed in California, [to engage] in arrests, apprehensions, searches, seizures, security patrols, traffic control, crowd control, riot control, evidence collection, interrogation, or acting as informants.”

Technically, the ruling does not mandate the removal of the remaining 300 troops, only that they be used only for what Breyer deems lawful purposes. Notably, although the decision is a victory for Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom, who brought the case, its longevity is uncertain. Breyer previously ruled that President Trump could not deploy the National Guard in L.A. at all, only to be overturned swiftly and unanimously on appeal.

Lefty UK Comic Arrested Over Anti-Trans Tweets.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Graham Linehan, co-creator of the comedy series Father Ted, was arrested at London’s Heathrow Airport for posts shared on the X social media platform (formerly Twitter).

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Graham Linehan, an Irish comedy writer and BAFTA winner based in the United Kingdom, and five armed police officers at Heathrow Airport.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The incident occurred at Heathrow Airport upon the left-wing but gender critical comic’s arrival from Arizona on September 1. He was later taken to a hospital due to health concerns.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I was arrested at an airport like a terrorist, locked in a cell like a criminal, taken to hospital because the stress nearly killed me, and banned from speaking online, all because I made jokes that upset some psychotic crossdressers.” – Graham Linehan

🎯IMPACT: Linehan’s arrest has sparked discussions on the ongoing collapse of freedom of speech in Britain, and British law enforcement’s eagerness to intervene in online disputes.

IN FULL

Graham Linehan, the Irish comedy writer behind the hit shows Father Ted, The IT Crowd, and Black Books, was arrested by five armed police officers at London‘s Heathrow Airport over three social media posts. Linehan, a leftist but also a longtime critic of gender ideology, claims he was taken into custody immediately after arriving from Arizona on September 1. The posts in question, which he shared on X (formerly Twitter), have been described by authorities as potentially inciting violence.

One post, dated April 20, read: “If a trans-identified male is in a female-only space, he is committing a violent, abusive act. Make a scene, call the cops and if all else fails, punch him in the balls.” A separate post from April 19 included a photo of a transgender rights rally with the caption: “A photo you can smell,” followed by another post that stated, “I hate them. Misogynists and homophobes. F*** em.”

Linehan detailed the experience in a blog post, writing, “The moment I stepped off the plane at Heathrow, five armed police officers were waiting. Not one, not two—five. They escorted me to a private area and told me I was under arrest for three tweets.” He says the stress of the incident caused his blood pressure to spike to dangerous levels, leading to a brief hospital stay. Authorities later confirmed he was released on bail while investigations continue.

This is not the first time Linehan has faced repercussions for speaking out against transgenderism. His original Twitter account was permanently suspended in 2020 for what the platform called “hateful conduct,” including remarks like “Men aren’t women tho.” He has been a vocal defender of the rights of real women to single-sex spaces and sports, and has consistently criticized what he calls the erasure of women in favor of radical gender ideology.

Linehan says the United Kingdom has become “hostile to freedom of speech” and accused British law enforcement of going out of its way to appease gender ideologues. “If they think this is going to silence me,” he wrote, “they’ve got another thing coming.”

The Free Speech Union has said it “do[es] not believe Graham’s arrest or the bail conditions imposed”—said to comprise solely of a ban on posting on X—”were lawful.” They added that they would be “backing him all the way in his fight against these preposterous allegations and the disproportionate response from the police.”

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling, another noted critic of gender ideology, said of the arrest, “What the f**k has the UK become? This is totalitarianism. Utterly deplorable.”
