WATCH: Bannon’s ‘Victory or Death’ Speech (+ Subtitles & Transcript.)

Stephen K. Bannon spoke at the Turning Point People’s Convention in Detroit this weekend, telling an audience of thousands, “Victory, or death!” as the culmination of a 20-minute long address that touched on the 2020 election, the necessity of MAGA volunteers across the U.S., and the intent of the political establishment to jail President Trump on July 11th.

“Are we at war? Is this a political war to the knife? Are you prepared to leave it all on the battlefield in 2024? There’s no other chance. You realize if they win, if they steal this election, because they can’t win the election, right? No chance they can win it. If they steal this election and they fully intend to steal it, this republic ends,” Bannon said.

You are the vanguard of a revolution. Do you understand that? Trump. Trump. Trump. Trump. Trump. Do you understand the inspiration that you give to the world, the young people here today? What do you think inspires, what do you think inspires Germany and France and the United Kingdom? The young people in those nations are rising up against their Marxist leaders for freedom and liberty and its Turning Point. And you, that are inspiring them.

Are we at war? Is this a political war to the knife? Are you prepared to leave it all on the battlefield in 2024? There’s no other chance. You realize if they win, if they steal this election, because they can’t win the election, right? No chance they can win it. If they steal this election and they fully intend to steal it, this republic ends. That’s what the burden’s on your shoulders. Look what they’ve done. Look what the Biden regime has done since the scene of the crime right here in this building where they stole the 2020 election. Look what the Biden regime has done.

I don’t need to go through the litany of how they destroyed this country, particularly on the three big things: the invasion, the overspending that destroyed the economy and left inflation, right, the invasion and the forever wars that they refuse to back off. But what they’ve done is something even worse. They turned, they’ve turned the legal system. They’ve turned the legal system, whether it’s bankruptcy, whether it is taking away somebody’s law license, whether it’s debanking. And they have the greatest president this nation’s had since Abraham Lincoln. They’re about to put him, by the way, you know, on the 11 July, they’re going to sentence him for multiple years in prison. You understand that, right? You understand what they’re doing in New York? And then they’re going to limit, they’re going to limit how he can travel, how it’s going to be court supervised.

Why is that? To steal the election. To steal the election. Under no circumstances can they have the Trump, the Trump administration take back over. They can’t have MAGA rule the country. They don’t care about this election. They don’t care how many votes we get. They’re going to fight us every step of the way. Look, it’s between now and November 5 and what Charlie and the team here and you guys go through these workshops and get out the vote and chase the ballots. And voter integrity is everything. But just winning in November is just the first step. Then, from November 5 to the 6th, Jamie Raskin is going to try to steal the election. On January 6. He’s going to. They’re already talking about right now to say President Trump’s an insurrectionist and we will never certify an election of an insurrectionist. Raskin talks about it all the time. That’s why we have to take the House, even by just one seat.

And then, and then, and then starting on high noon on the 20 January, when President Trump takes his hand off the King James Bible. Now, are all you folks going to be there on that day? You better be. We’re gonna have one hell of a party that night, are we not? They haven’t seen a party like that since Andrew Jackson’s crowd showed up taking the drapes out of the White House. I think after Biden, we’re going to have an exorcism. Correct? That afternoon for Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden and Hunter Biden, all in the Biden, they’re a bunch of feral dogs, right? It’s a family of feral dogs. We’re going to have to fumigate in it and have an exorcism.

That’s where the real work starts. The real work’s going to start on the afternoon, the 20th. And the first thing we gotta, we gotta stop the forever wars, particularly in Ukraine. No more money. No more money for Ukraine. Not a penny, not a penny. We’ve got to stop the massive spending and what’s destroyed the economy. We also have to begin to end the Fed and we need to get in back of independent cryptocurrencies. Not a central bank, digital currency, where they’re going to control you. Correct. And most importantly, he’s got to seal the southern border, and we got to start the deportation of 10 to 15 million. That’s the three big things.

But trust me, on the afternoon of the 20th, we’re also going to start the pick and shovel work to take apart the administrative state and to take on its rogue element, the praetorian guard, the deep state. We’re going to run them all out of town. Hey, hey, Merrick Garland. Merrick Garland. Let me give you a heads-up, bro. You’re not going to be able to have your Department of Justice send a memo and say, oh, he should be prosecuted, and then have Department of Justice say, oh, well, I’m not going to prosecute myself, right, for holding back the tapes that we know show the lives of Joe Biden, the treason of Joe Biden, and how enfeebled he is. After that. It’s not the tapes we’re coming after. Lisa Monaco, Merrick Garland, the senior members of DOJ that have prosecuted President Trump.

Jack Smith, and this is not about vengeance. This is not about revenge. This is not about retribution. This is about saving this republic. We’re going to use the Constitution. We’re going to use the Constitution. We’re going to use the constitution in the rule of law to go after you and hold you accountable. November 5 is Judgment Day. January 20, 2025, is accountability day. You’re going to have a man up here tonight at 06:00 the 06:00 this evening or thereabouts. You know, President Trump’s schedule, having been to a Turning Point conference before. And President Trump is coming here both to give a speech, a rally speech, and also to give Q and A. That’s how highly he thinks of Charlie Kirk and you guys. President Trump, when he takes this stand tonight, is now eligible for 700 years in prison. They want him to serve all of it. They bankrupted him. They smeared his name. And on July 11, they’re going to start by giving him a several-year prison sentence and have Judge Merchan be the custodian of where he can go and how he campaigned in Direct election interference.

Let me tell the people that have done that to President Trump, whether you’re in the federal government or whether you’re down in the state of Georgia or you’re in Arizona or you’re initially, we are going to go and we’re going to get every single receipt into the fullest extension of the law. You are going to be investigated, prosecuted and incarcerated. Okay? We are not going to stop. This has nothing to do with retribution, has nothing to do with revenge because retribution, revenge might be another order of magnitude. This has to do with justice. We’ve got to go back to the beginning. We’ve got to go back to Russiagate. We’ve got to go back to who did that. We’ve got to go back to Mueller’s commission. We got to go back to Andrew Weissman and MSNBC and the New York Times and all of it, right? They stole it. We got to go back there. We’ve got to go back, we got to go back to the pandemic. We have to go back to the George Floyd Summer of love. We have to investigate it all. We have to go back, we have to go back to the 3 November of 2020. We must go back and we’ve got to adjudicate how they stole it and who stole it. We have to go to January 6 and we have to find out every FBI agent or the CIA, DHS, Chris Wray, all of them. The Fedsurrection must be investigated.

The afternoon of January 20, we must free the 1400 patriots and must incarcerate the criminals. Every patriot and Patriot grave, from the revolution to the civil war to Normandy. Now, this 80th anniversary of Saipan, which is big as Normandy, every patriot that died on a battlefield demands it of us. They demand it. They say, we bequeath. We gave all to give you this republic. And look what you allowed to happen. Well, guess what? It stops on the afternoon of the 20 January, 2025. Because then, then the criminals in this government, the criminals on Wall street, the criminals in Silicon Valley, that’s when it’s going to start. That’s when accountability day starts. And we must go there.

MSNBC and the Biden-Harris campaign, they’re clipping this right now. Look at this. This is all they’re talking about. This is not all we’re talking about. President Trump’s talking about peace and prosperity, just like he gave us for three and a half years before the Chinese Communist Party Him with a bioweapon. He’s talking about ending the war in Ukraine, he’s talking about ending the war in the Middle East. He’s talking about backing down China from Taiwan. He wants peace. And only a strong man can give us peace. Only a leader can give us peace. We’ve seen what a feckless, hapless old man can do. President Trump is going to get the tax cuts back, have a growth plan, and stop the massive federal spending. And most important, he’s going to seal the border and deport not just the criminals, not just the sick. He’s going to deport every single illegal alien that came here on Joe Biden’s watch, and you’re going back home. But that leaves plenty of time to set things right.

And that’s where you come in. You’re the vanguard of this revolution. We are not prepared to be governed by criminals and we are going to purge DOJ. We’re going to take apart the FBI, the FBI, the American Gestapo. That building on Pennsylvania Avenue. We don’t need $400 million for a new headquarters. You’re not going to need a headquarters. You’re not going to be in the FBI. We’re going to get everybody out of that building. We’re going to take it down ugly slab by ugly slab is the ugliest building on Pennsylvania Avenue. And we’re going to do what the Romans did to Carthage. We’re going to salt the earth around it so there’ll never be another building there again in mainstream media. Don’t sit there. Go. They want to get rid of the FBI. They’re doing such great work on terrorism. They’re doing such great work on this and that. Yeah, they did great work on terrorism. 9/11, great work. You haven’t gotten anything right. And the CIA hadn’t got anything right in 50 years because you’re spending all your time going after Catholics, pray, praying rosaries at abortion centers. You’re going after moms and dads, going to school boards. You’re an American Gestapo. And it’s going to end on our watch.

And we’re going to rebuild something else. There’ll be something that comes up and is rebuilt along the lines that’s appropriate. Not a federal police force. Not a federal police force that’s in citizens business. Not a federal police force that with jackboots kicking down doors and arresting innocent people, you’re going to be put on a short leash. Like the CIA is going to be on a short lease. The DOJ is going to be in a short leash. It’s going to be a new day. And Maga will run things. The globalist elite, uniparty will not run things in this country. Now, here’s the whole reason I came here today is about President Trump and the team around President Trump, whether it’s Roger Stone or Rudy Giuliani or John Eastman or, you know, Alex Jones, Alex Jones, every person that has defended President Trump, whether they’re a lawyer, whether they’re a media person, Tucker Carlson, they’re trying to, they’re trying to debank people, they’re trying to de-platform people. They’re trying to take their law license away and scare lawyers from defending people. They’re turning people into political prisoners and sending people to prison. And they will send every one of you in this audience to prison also. That’s why they’re coming for Trump.

But the concept, the concept that you have to embed, whether it’s President Trump or Tucker Carlson or Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, Peter Navarro, James O’Keefe, whoever, we’re just the first wave. We’re like the first wave of the Normandy beaches. You’re the second, the third, the fourth. It’s next man up and next woman up. The only way we lose is if we quit. They know that this, this movement is ascendant. We are two-thirds of the nation, maybe 75% of the nation. We just have to get the word out to them. And that’s you. And when anybody falls, when everybody’s taken off, whether they’re put in jail, whether they’re bankrupt, whether they are, they’re de-platformed de banked. They lost their law license. You must step into the breach. Nobody else. Check yourself. You, if you commit to that, if your task and purpose is saving your country, this country will be saved.

Understand, you’re exactly like the patriots in 1774 and 1775. You’re fighting a tyranny, and you’re fighting monopolistic economic power. They, they only had, like, 3% at the beginning, then 5%, then 10%, but they never had more than a third. We have over half the nation right now. Biden didn’t get 81 million votes. The 74 million votes that were won in a landslide, they hadn’t stolen it. You know that, I know that, and they know that. The only thing that defeats us is if we stop. If we don’t stop, we grow more powerful and larger every single day. And when on November 5, when you send a message, when you send a message to Davos and Brussels in Geneva and Wall Street and Silicon Valley and Beverly Hills, they’re going to know that Maga is not only ascended, Maga is in charge.

Between now and election day, they’re going to try to take out so many people. And that’s where it’s next man up. It’s next woman up. Are you prepared to fight? Are you prepared to give it all? Are you prepared to leave it all on the battlefield? I can’t hear you. And they can’t hear you. Ladies and gentlemen, it’s very simple. Victory or death.

KASSAM: Charlie Kirk’s Assassination Was Inevitable, And Here’s Who Is to Blame…

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief, Raheem Kassam, has called for sweeping measures against the leftist political apparatus following the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Raheem Kassam. Charlie Kirk, far-left extremists, and their allies in media, academia, and politics.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Kassam made his remarks this past weekend at the Hoosier Leadership Summit, hosted by Senator Jim Banks (R-IN) in Indianapolis.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Don’t forget that these are not your friends. These are not people you can necessarily coexist with.” – Raheem Kassam.

🎯IMPACT: Kassam’s call echoes similar calls from Vice President J.D. Vance, Stephen Miller, and others in the America First movement to fight back against the violence of left-wing extremism and those who aid and support it.

IN FULL

This past weekend, The National Pulse Editor‑in‑Chief Raheem Kassam issued a forceful statement accusing left-leaning media outlets, politicians, and activists of demonizing conservatives and Christians both before and after the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.

Speaking at the Hoosier Leadership Summit, hosted by Senator Jim Banks (R-IN) in Indianapolis, Kassam warned that the United States is facing “a latent terror network” and demanded legal and political consequences for those who have supported or enabled domestic violence and threats.

Kassam said that on January 6, he walked through crowds in the U.S. Capitol and watched people being targeted “just for peacefully praying in the halls of their Congress.” He added that he was put on two subpoena lists simply for having been around the Capitol that day and receiving e-mails about verifying votes correctly. He declared, “They cast a wide net, and we must cast a wider one.”

Kassam also sharply criticized news organizations such as MSNBC and CNN, accusing them of having “given material support and succor to a domestic terror faction.” He emphasized, “Don’t forget that these are not your friends. These are not people you can necessarily coexist with.”

“They have been demonizing us for speaking up for constitutional values, for Christian values, for so long now that what happened this week was, unfortunately, inevitable,” Kassam said.

“So I want to see all of them hauled before the committees. I want to see all of them hauled before the FBI and made to account for every single cent. George Soros, Alex Soros, the Ford Foundations—all of it. Every single one,” he continued, adding: “If one penny ended up in the pockets of somebody who has championed violence and championed threats, then there has to be legal recourse.”

The National Pulse chief said it is time to revive an early MAGA movement phrase left “forgotten for too long,” namely: “Lock them up.”

Biden’s Disinformation Czar Loses Defamation Case.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Former Biden government disinformation czar Nina Jankowicz has officially lost her long-shot defamation lawsuit against Fox News, after an attempt to appeal a lower ruling to dismiss the case failed.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Nina Jankowicz, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and Fox News.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Monday, September 15, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I’m writing with bad news: my appeal of the lower court’s decision to grant Fox’s motion to dismiss was not successful. This marks the end of my defamation suit against Fox, but not the end of my fight for the truth.” — Nina Jankowicz

🎯IMPACT: While it is unclear—other than attorney’s fees—what additional legal or financial exposure Jankowicz has, she has informed her readers that she’s renaming her GoFundMe page to the “Nina Jankowicz Legal Fund” even though it appears to still be just a standard GoFundMe and not a formally filed Legal Defense Fund.

IN FULL

Former Biden government disinformation czar Nina Jankowicz has officially lost her long-shot defamation lawsuit against Fox News, after an attempt to appeal a lower ruling to dismiss the case failed. Jankowicz, a former official with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) who oversaw efforts to root out supposed “disinformation” in the media, attempted to sue the Fox News network, alleging they had defamed her in their description of her work and the circumstances of her removal from DHS.

“I’m writing with bad news: my appeal of the lower court’s decision to grant Fox’s motion to dismiss was not successful. This marks the end of my defamation suit against Fox, but not the end of my fight for the truth,” Jankowicz wrote in a post on Substack, going on to engage in an astounding degree of legal disinformation herself: “Since I resigned my appointment at DHS 40 months ago, I have become well-acquainted with an American justice system that too often protects offenders instead of victims. It is a justice system that, in this crucial moment, doesn’t seem capable of reconciling decades-old precedent with the realities of violent political rhetoric in the digital age.”

Notably, Jankowicz attempts to skirt the fact that she, as a former government official, is a public figure and the legal bar to defamation is far higher, due to long-standing court precedents to ensure the protection of First Amendment rights. However, Jankowicz continues her play for pitty, arguing: “As the nation reels from the highest profile political assassination in decades, following a year of other high profile acts of political violence, it’s hard not to interpret the Third Circuit’s decision as a shrug: to the suffering Fox’s coverage caused me, to the suffering the network’s lies have caused others, and to our suffering democracy, abdicating the role the courts might play in healing our poisoned political discourse.”

Humorously, given that the court merely upheld long-standing precedent, the former Executive Director of the Disinformation Governance Board at DHS, sometimes dubbed the Ministry of Truth, dabbbles in her own ‘disinformation,’ claiming: “The court has effectively given permission for pundits to baselessly declare open season on people with whom they disagree, making it almost impossible for anyone to serve their country without the fear of being tarred and feathered by a powerful cable news channel with a rabidly devoted audience.”

While it is unclear—other than attorney’s fees—what additional legal or financial exposure Jankowicz has, she has informed her readers that she is renaming her GoFundMe page to the “Nina Jankowicz Legal Fund” even though it appears to still be just a standard GoFundMe and not a formally filed Legal Defense Fund.

‘Passport Killer’ Bill Put Forward to Strip Terrorist Supporters of Travel Docs.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: House Republicans are looking to advance a bill that would allow the Secretary of State to revoke the passports of people accused of aiding terrorist groups.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: House Foreign Affairs Chairman Brian Mast (R-FL), the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The bill could be advanced during a House Committee on Foreign Affairs hearing in Washington, D.C., this week.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This bill is not just a reform for today, or for President Trump; it is a lasting framework that will strengthen the State Department and benefit every commander-in-chief who follows.” – Brian Mast

🎯IMPACT: The bill seeks to amend the Passport Act of 1926 to block international travel for those providing “material support” to foreign terrorist organizations, though critics warn it could be misused to silence dissent.

IN FULL

House Republicans are moving to advance a bill titled “No Passports for Terrorists and Traffickers,” which would allow the Secretary of State to revoke the passports of Americans accused of supporting foreign terrorist organizations. Introduced by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Brian Mast (R-FL), the measure seeks to amend the Passport Act of 1926 to block international travel for those providing “material support” to such groups.

“This bill is not just a reform for today, or for President Trump; it is a lasting framework that will strengthen the State Department and benefit every commander-in-chief who follows,” Mast argues.

The bill defines “material support” broadly, including financial aid, lodging, weapons, transportation, and “expert advice or assistance.” Exceptions are made for medicine and religious materials. Notably, people whose passports are revoked would be allowed to appeal.

The definition of material support was expanded during the Trump administration to include links to international drug trafficking. Supporters of the bill argue it would strengthen national security by restricting the movements of people connected to terrorism or transnational criminal networks.

The highly controversial Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) criticized the proposal, saying it would allow the State Department to unilaterally revoke passports without requiring formal charges or convictions.

The bill comes amid a broader crackdown on people accused of supporting terrorism. In April, a federal judge approved the deportation of Mahmoud Khalil, a permanent resident and former Columbia University student who organized “pro-Hamas” demonstrations. The Trump administration argued that Khalil’s activism endangered public safety and violated immigration laws. However, just months later, a liberal judge stopped the administration from deporting Khalil and others.

The Trump administration has been dramatically increasing deportation efforts across the board. As of July, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was deporting approximately 1,300 individuals per day, one of the highest rates in U.S. history.

This Activist Has Collected Over 51,000 Tips on Leftists Celebrating Charlie Kirk’s Assassination.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A conservative activist has collected tips on over 51,000 people who celebrated or mocked the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, leading to multiple firings.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Ryan Fournier, Students for Trump National Chairman, and thousands of people and companies.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Following Charlie Kirk’s assassination in Utah last Wednesday, with incidents reported across the U.S., including national brands and local businesses.

💬KEY QUOTE: “For years, the left tried to destroy people for simply having conservative values.” – Ryan Fournier

🎯IMPACT: Over 76 individuals have been fired, and Fournier’s efforts have drawn over 300 million views and significant online engagement.

IN FULL

Ryan Fournier, the National Chairman of Students for Trump, is leading a growing online campaign to expose and hold accountable people who celebrated or mocked the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. His efforts, driven primarily through his X (formerly Twitter) account with 1.2 million followers, have already resulted in over 76 people losing their jobs. Fournier says he has received over 51,000 tips and generated over 300 million views across his platforms.

“For years, the left tried to destroy people for simply having conservative values,” Fournier said. “They ruined careers, families, livelihoods. But now, we are fighting back.”

Among those fired is Apple employee Cody Ikerd. An Old Navy worker who identified with “she/they/enby/transfem” pronouns was also terminated after posting “Rest in piss, scum.” Other cases include a fitness instructor in Scottsdale, Arizona, and a school educator in Arkansas who also faced consequences for their online remarks.

The campaign has spilled into the political realm as well. Palmetto Bay, Florida Council Member Steve Cody is under pressure to resign following a post that read, “Charlie Kirk is a fitting sacrifice to our Lords: Smith & Wesson. Hallowed be their names.” Florida Republican lawmakers Carlos Gimenez and Omar Blanco have called for Cody to step down, saying the comments are unfit for someone in elected office.

While critics have accused Fournier of leading a “cancel culture” crusade, he argues his campaign is about accountability. “This is not cancel culture,” he said. “This is consequence culture. You want to praise an assassination? Fine. But don’t cry when your boss, your school board, or your community finds out what kind of sick, soulless person you really are.”

Reactions to Kirk’s murder have been deeply polarized. Karen Attiah, a former Washington Post columnist, was fired after posting on Bluesky that she would not engage in “performative mourning for a white man that espoused violence.” She also criticized the public expectation to show sympathy, saying such responses to figures like Kirk were part of what makes America violent.

Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and far-left immigrant journalist Mehdi Hasan also drew attention during a post-assassination discussion where they criticized Kirk’s legacy and laughed at him being described as a champion of civil debate. Their remarks prompted Republican members of Congress to introduce measures calling for Omar’s censure and removal from committee assignments.

New Russiagate Documents Show Media and Government Collusion.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Declassified documents reveal connections between former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey, Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), and leaks of classified information aimed at smearing President Donald J. Trump as colluding with Russia.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: James Comey, Sen. Schiff, reporters Ellen Nakashima and Michael Schmidt, and several Schiff staffers, including Rheanne Wirkkala and Timothy Bergreen.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Events occurred primarily in 2017, with leaks tied to Washington D.C. media and government offices.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Leaking the information was one way to topple the administration.” — FBI source on Schiff’s alleged actions said in 2017.

🎯IMPACT: The leaks contributed to the Russiagate narrative, undermined Trump, and led to Pulitzer-winning stories later debunked as false.

IN FULL

Newly declassified Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) documents suggest that senior congressional staffers working for Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA), then a member of the House of Representatives, coordinated with intelligence officials and journalists to leak classified or sensitive information during the early months of the first Trump administration—actions some FBI sources believe were aimed at undermining the presidency.

The documents include FBI interview summaries (“302s”) with a whistleblower who served on the House Intelligence Committee for over a decade. According to the whistleblower, Schiff’s office formed a “Russia team” in early 2017 that selectively funneled intelligence to the press through intermediaries, including staff spouses who were reporters.

A February 13, 2017, meeting is cited as a key moment, where Schiff allegedly instructed aides to “leak classified derogatory information” about Trump to “friendly” journalists. Among the staffers named are Rheanne Wirkkala, Michael Bahar, Timothy Bergreen, and Patrick Boland.

The whistleblower told the FBI that Wirkkala “used her husband, a national security reporter, as a cut-out to provide classified information to journalists, including Ellen Nakashima at the Washington Post.” The documents note that several published stories closely mirrored intelligence that had only just been shared with the committee.

“Leaking the information was one way to topple the administration,” the source said, adding, “Everything is directed at Trump and trying to get him impeached.”

The revelations emerge from one of at least seven FBI leak investigations launched between 2017 and 2020. However, none led to criminal charges. The Justice Department’s Inspector General report, released alongside the FBI files, cites “insufficient evidence” and barriers such as the Speech or Debate Clause that shielded congressional communications from scrutiny.

While the IG acknowledged that some of the whistleblower’s claims could not be corroborated, the report also noted that certain digital records, such as deleted messages, spousal communications, and broader e-mail data, were not obtained during the probe.

Media figures mentioned in the documents include Nakashima, Michael Schmidt of the New York Times, and Shane Harris of the Washington Post, among others. The whistleblower alleged these journalists received “curated” leaks from intelligence staffers or their proxies.

Current FBI Director Kash Patel is reportedly reviewing whether to reopen several leak cases. The statute of limitations for unauthorized disclosure of classified information is 10 years, while espionage has no time limit.

Trans Writer Loses Comic Deal After Celebrating Charlie Kirk’s Assassination.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: DC Comics canceled a new series by transgender writer Gretchen Felker-Martin after he celebrated the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Gretchen Felker-Martin, Charlie Kirk, DC Comics, and Utah State University student Tyler Robinson.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The incident occurred on September 10, 2025, at Utah State University, with DC Comics’ decision following shortly after.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Hope the bullet’s okay after touching Charlie,” Felker-Martin posted on social media.

🎯IMPACT: DC Comics canceled Felker-Martin’s Red Hood series after one issue and offered credits for unsold copies.

IN FULL

Gretchen Felker‑Martin, a transgender horror author, has lost a publishing deal with DC Comics, behind franchises such as Batman and Superman, following a social media post mocking the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. Felker‑Martin, who was set to release a new comic book series titled Red Hood, responded to news of Kirk’s death by writing, “Hope the bullet’s okay after touching Charlie.”

The post sparked swift backlash, and DC Comics quickly moved to cancel the series after only the first issue had been released. The company issued a statement saying, “Posts or public comments that can be viewed as promoting hostility or violence are inconsistent with DC’s standards of conduct.” Retailers were offered credit for any unsold copies.

Kirk was shot and killed on September 10, 2025, while speaking at Utah State University. The suspect, Tyler Robinson, a student whose boyfriend is transgender, was taken into custody and charged with murder.

Felker‑Martin, a man who poses as a woman, later defended his remarks in an essay published on Patreon. He described Kirk as “evil” and alleged that “His cruelty will linger like a bad smell for decades to come.” He added that He regretted not taking that cruelty more seriously when others tried to raise the issue. Felker‑Martin is no stranger to controversy. In 2022, he authored a horror novel depicting author J.K. Rowling burning to death, and in 2023, he made inflammatory public comments accusing several writers of being transphobic.

The fallout from Kirk’s assassination has extended far beyond Felker‑Martin. People in media, government, education, and academia have faced disciplinary actions or been terminated for making similar remarks about Kirk’s death. For instance, Matthew Dowd, a political analyst at MSNBC, was fired after he said on air that “hateful thoughts lead to hateful words which ultimately lead to hateful actions,” a statement the network deemed inappropriate and insensitive.

Karen Attiah, a former columnist at The Washington Post, confirmed she had been fired for posts on Bluesky that were labeled “gross misconduct” by the paper. A U.S. Secret Service agent was also suspended after allegedly posting celebratory messages about the killing, while a FEMA employee and an assistant dean at Middle Tennessee State University also lost their jobs following comments seen as condoning or mocking Kirk’s assassination.

Judge Dismisses Terrorism Charges Against Luigi Mangione.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A judge dismissed two state terrorism charges against Luigi Mangione, accused of killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, claiming insufficient evidence.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Luigi Mangione, Judge Gregory Carro, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The ruling occurred on Tuesday in Manhattan court, related to a December 2024 shooting in New York City.

💬KEY QUOTE: “While the defendant was clearly expressing an animus toward UHC, and the healthcare industry generally, it does not follow that his goal was to ‘intimidate and coerce a civilian population,’ and indeed, there was no evidence presented of such a goal.” – Judge Gregory Carro

🎯IMPACT: The dismissal undermines the prosecution’s case, though Mangione still faces several state and federal charges, with his federal trial expected in 2026.

IN FULL

A New York judge on September 16 dismissed two terrorism-related charges against Luigi Mangione, who is accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson on a Manhattan street in December 2024. Judge Gregory Carro ruled that prosecutors had not presented enough evidence to support the terrorism charges, which included first-degree murder and a second-degree murder count tied to an alleged act of terrorism.

“While the defendant was clearly expressing an animus toward UHC, and the healthcare industry generally, it does not follow that his goal was to ‘intimidate and coerce a civilian population,’ and indeed, there was no evidence presented of such a goal,” the judge said. The ruling has garnered significant backlash, with some legal commentators accusing Carro of overly sympathizing with Mangione’s motives.

Mangione, now 27, still faces a remaining second-degree murder charge, as well as other state and federal charges. These include firearm possession, use of a silencer, stalking, and forgery related to his December arrest. He has pleaded not guilty to all counts.

The December 4 shooting took place in Midtown Manhattan as Thompson was heading to an investor conference. Authorities described the incident as a targeted, premeditated killing. Police arrested Mangione five days later in rural Pennsylvania, where he was reportedly found with a weapon matching the one used in the attack, a fake ID, and a notebook expressing anger toward the healthcare industry.

Mangione is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and had become increasingly isolated in the months leading up to the incident. Investigators have noted his online writings, which criticized the healthcare system and referenced chronic pain.

His legal defense is led by Karen Friedman Agnifilo, a former Manhattan prosecutor and current CNN legal analyst. She has called the dual prosecution strategy by state and federal authorities “confusing” and criticized the terrorism charges as overreach.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg had originally filed 11 charges against Mangione, including the terrorism-related counts. Bragg had described the murder as a “frightening, well-planned, targeted” act meant to “cause shock and attention and intimidation.”

Mangione’s case has attracted national attention. His legal defense fund, the “December 4 Legal Committee,” has raised more than $1.5 million through tens of thousands of small-dollar donations, with far-left extremist supporters framing him as a symbol of frustration with the healthcare system.

Mangione remains in custody without bail. His federal trial is scheduled to begin in 2026.

Tim Walz Seeks Third Term as Minnesota Governor.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) announced his intention to seek a third term in office in 2026.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Governor Tim Walz, Democratic Party leaders, and Republican challenger Scott Jensen.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Announcement made Tuesday in Minnesota, coinciding with a special legislative election.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I want to make Minnesota a place where everyone has a chance to succeed, in every corner of the state.” – Tim Walz

🎯IMPACT: Walz’s decision adds to speculation about his future political ambitions and sets the stage for a competitive gubernatorial race in 2026.

IN FULL

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) announced on Tuesday that he plans to run for a third term in 2026. In his announcement video, Walz—the Democratic Party’s 2024 vice presidential nominee—stated, “I want to make Minnesota a place where everyone has a chance to succeed, in every corner of the state.”

Minnesota is one of several states that permits governors to serve more than two terms. Walz joins Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker (D) in seeking re-election in 2026. Both governors have been tied to a potential 2028 presidential run, suggesting their gubernatorial re-election bids serve as a means of keeping them politically relevant. However, current polling data shows both Democratic governors having an uphill fight against the likes of Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) and far-left Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).

Walz was re-elected to a second term in 2022, defeating his Republican challenger, Scott Jensen, by over seven percentage points. Jensen announced in July that he intends to face Walz again.

As Kamala Harris‘s 2024 vice presidential running mate, Walz did little to help the Democratic ticket in his home state. Harris, en route to her landslide defeat at the hands of President Donald J. Trump, only won Minnesota by just over four points—despite the state being a reliable Democrat bastion.

Already, Walz is facing significant pushback from voters over his response to the shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, in which two children died. The Minnesota governor has pushed for new gun control measures, ignoring the fact that the shooting was an ideologically motivated attack carried out by a transgender. He also openly fantasized about President Donald J. Trump dying this past Labor Day.

Over 100 Texas Teachers Suspended for Celebrating, Justifying Charlie Kirk’s Assassination.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The State of Texas is revoking over 100 teacher certifications due to inappropriate social media posts about the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R), Texas Education Agency (TEA) Commissioner Mike Morath, Republican State Rep. Hillary Hickland, and Republican State Sen. Mayes Middleton.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The investigation began Friday in Texas following Kirk’s assassination on Wednesday at Utah Valley University.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Educators cheering murder must not only be fired, but also placed on do-not-hire registries and stripped of their certifications. There must be zero tolerance for this.” – Republican State Sen. Mayes Middleton

🎯IMPACT: Texas is taking strong measures to ensure educators who promote violent rhetoric are held accountable and prevented from teaching again.

IN FULL

The Texas state government announced that more than 100 school teachers are set to lose their certification over “reprehensible and inappropriate” celebrations of the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) announced the revocations on Tuesday, revealing that the Texas Education Agency (TEA) launched an investigation last Friday into teachers it alleges “have proliferated such vile content.”

Local Texas news outlets report that state officials have already received over 180 complaints regarding educators who have either celebrated or justified Kirk’s assassination. “While the exercise of free speech is a fundamental right we are all blessed to share, it does not give carte blanche authority to celebrate or sow violence against those that share differing beliefs and perspectives,” the Texas Education Agency (TEA) announcement states.

One incident involved a Pflugerville ISD employee who posted that she refused “to feel bad about the death of a Nazi,” a comment highlighted by State Representative Hillary Hickland (R). Meanwhile, Texas State Senator Mayes Middleton (R) has called for stricter actions, stating, “Educators cheering murder must not only be fired, but also placed on do-not-hire registries and stripped of their certifications. There must be zero tolerance for this.”

Sen. Middleton further emphasized, “Their behavior proves they are unworthy of ever being entrusted with educating students again. No half measures and no passing the trash—our children must be protected from these vile individuals. I will fight to ensure they are held fully accountable.”

On Tuesday afternoon, Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray formally charged Tyler Robinson with the murder of Charlie Kirk. The charges include aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and committing a violent offense in the presence of a child.

Gray also confirmed that Robinson was in a relationship with a male-to-female transgender named Lance Twiggs, and had been becoming increasingly left-leaning and focused on gay and trans rights, citing his relatives.

FBI Targets Chat Group Connected to Charlie Kirk’s Alleged Assassin.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Kash Patel confirmed an investigation into over 20 people linked to an online chat group allegedly connected to the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Kash Patel, alleged assassin Tyler Robinson, Robinson’s transgender lover Lance Twiggs, and Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL).

📍WHEN & WHERE: The assassination occurred on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University. Patel testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 16, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “It’s important that this FBI is as transparent as possible without jeopardizing investigations.” – Kash Patel

🎯IMPACT: The revelation suggests the FBI is broadening its investigation and raises the possibility that Kirk’s assassination involved more individuals than just Robinson.

IN FULL

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Kash Patel confirmed during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Tuesday that the agency is investigating over 20 people connected to a Discord chat group allegedly involved in the planning of Charlie Kirk’s assassination. The suspect, Tyler Robinson, 22, was taken into custody within 33 hours of the attack, having been turned in to the authorities by his father after being recognized from security camera footage Patel ordered released to the public.

The attack occurred on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University, where Kirk was shot during an open forum debate. Patel defended his decision to provide real-time updates on the investigation, stating, “It’s important that this FBI is as transparent as possible without jeopardizing investigations.” He credited the FBI’s release of evidence for aiding in the identification of the suspect by his own family.

While authorities have stated that Robinson’s roommate and boyfriend, male-to-female transgender Lance Twiggs, is cooperating with authorities, the latter’s family members, speaking with the media, suggest ulterior motives. “[Twiggs] is very angry with anyone who is supportive of conservative ideals and Christian values,” a family member said in a recent interview. “As far as I know, he was not going by another name. I just know he was in the process of transitioning. I know he was trying to take different medications.”

Meanwhile, Senate Democrats, including Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL), accused Patel of creating confusion with premature updates, claiming he was “anxious to take credit” for the investigation’s progress. However, Patel maintained that transparency was essential, adding, “I was telling the world what the FBI was doing as we were doing it.”

Patel acknowledged that his initial social media post about having a suspect in custody could have been “worded a little better,” but he stood by his approach, emphasizing the importance of public cooperation in high-profile investigations. The FBI continues to investigate other groups linked to the plot.
