Biden Declares He Is ‘Proud to Be the First Black Woman to Serve with a Black President.’

In his latest embarrassing gaffe, Joe Biden told a radio interviewer he is “proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, first black woman, to serve with a black president.” The stumble comes amid mounting pressure from previously Biden-friendly corporate media to force him to step aside as the Democratic candidate for November.

As Vice President, the 81-year-old served under Barack Obama, a biracial man with a white mother and a black African father. As President, he appointed Kamala Harris as the first biracial vice president, with an Indian mother and a black Caribbean father. Biden himself is a white man of English and Irish heritage.

The incident comes as The Economist magazine runs a cover story showing the presidential seal affixed to a Zimmer frame walker, saying Biden appeared as a “befuddled old man” in his disastrous debate with Donald Trump.

The Atlantic lamented Biden’s “repeated freeze-ups” during the debate, “his mouth hanging agape, his vacant stare into the middle distance, and, above all, his frequent inability to present a coherent thought.”

Some have gone as far as to suggest the Biden campaign should use artificial intelligence (AI) deepfakes of the Democrat incumbent to make him appear less mentally and physically feeble. The Huffington Post ran an article arguing that “AI-enhanced videos could ensure that the public does not make decisions about the future of our democracy based on an inconveniently timed cough, stray stutter, or healthy but hobbled walk.”

Democrats Blasted After Refugee Suspected of Murder Released, Then Caught on Campus With a Rifle.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A repeat offender, Ephraim Debisa, was arrested on a college campus in Colorado for unlawful possession of a weapon and trespassing, following previous arrests for violent crimes.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Ephraim Debisa, Rep. Gabe Evans (R-CO), Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams, and Governor Jared Polis (D-CO).

📍WHEN & WHERE: The arrest occurred last week in Weld County, Colorado.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This is just devastating to public safety in Colorado, and it’s devastating to law enforcement morale.” – Rep. Evans

🎯IMPACT: The situation highlights concerns over Colorado’s criminal justice policies and their impact on law enforcement morale and public safety.

IN FULL

Ephraim Debisa, a 21-year-old refugee from Tanzania, was arrested last week in Weld County, Colorado, for unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds and trespassing. According to the Weld County Sheriff’s Office, Debisa had previously been arrested on suspicion of attempting to commit second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and engaging in a riot. He also faced earlier charges of felony menacing and first-degree burglary. However, the Democrat-governed state’s recently enacted competency law has prevented Debisa from standing trial or being held by law enforcement.

Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams criticized Colorado’s Democratic leadership for policies that he says have weakened the criminal justice system. “They have continued to weaken the criminal justice system by handcuffing law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges for the sake of criminals,” said Reams. “I pray this individual doesn’t hurt another innocent victim but the public deserves to know of his past violent actions so they can protect themselves accordingly.”

Congressman Gabe Evans (R-CO) also expressed frustration over the situation, saying, “This is just devastating to public safety in Colorado, and it’s devastating to law enforcement morale.” Evans, a former police officer, noted the emotional toll such cases take on law enforcement, adding, “You go, and you arrest a repeat violent offender who then gets released, and then you got to go catch him again two weeks later when he’s armed with a gun.”

Evans pointed to broader issues, including anti-law enforcement sentiment and policies he described as “soft on crime.” He said, “For the last five years plus, we have seen the left double down on their anti-law enforcement rhetoric, going back to the riots of 2020. They are at an ideological point where they struggle to be able to actually back law enforcement and condemn political violence when it’s against conservative figures.”

Governor Jared Polis (D-CO) defended his administration’s actions, claiming he is “getting real results” on crime. However, he had to acknowledge that the new competency law has had “unintended consequences” and expressed willingness to work with law enforcement and legislators to address the issue.

Trump Proposes Funding Boost for Universities Promoting Conservative Perspectives.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump is offering nine universities a deal to advance conservative ideas on campus in exchange for federal funding.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Trump administration and nine universities.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The offer was sent from the White House on Wednesday to universities across the U.S.

💬KEY QUOTE: Participating universities will be required to scrap departments that “purposefully punish, belittle, and even spark violence against conservative ideas.”

🎯IMPACT: So far, nine universities have been sent the proposal, which includes stipulations such as banning race or sex as factors in admissions and hiring, freezing tuition fees for five years, and capping international undergraduate students at 15 percent.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump has proposed a 10-point “Compact for Academic Excellence in Higher Education” to nine top universities, requiring them to promote conservative ideas and meet other conditions in exchange for federal funding. The compact promises benefits such as “substantial and meaningful federal grants” for universities that comply.

The deal includes stipulations such as banning race or sex as factors in admissions and hiring, freezing tuition fees for five years, and capping foreign undergraduate students at 15 percent. Universities must also foster a “vibrant marketplace of ideas” and scrap departments that “purposefully punish, belittle, and even spark violence against conservative ideas.”

So far, nine universities have been sent the proposal, including Vanderbilt University, Dartmouth College, the University of Pennsylvania, and others. May Mailman, a senior White House adviser, explained that these universities were selected because their leadership or boards have shown a commitment to higher-quality education.

Critics, such as Cornell William Brooks from Harvard Kennedy School, have condemned the compact as a “weapon to exert command and control.”

MAHA Push Sees Walmart Ditch Synthetic Dyes, Sweeteners, and Other Additives.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Walmart announced it will remove synthetic dyes, artificial sweeteners, and over 30 other additives from its store brands in compliance with the “Make America Healthy Again” agenda.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Walmart, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and the Trump administration.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Changes are expected to be fully implemented by January 2027, with reformulated products hitting shelves in the coming months.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Our customers have told us that they want products made with simpler, more familiar ingredients—and we’ve listened.” – John Furner, Walmart U.S. CEO

🎯IMPACT: Walmart’s reformulation is expected to improve over 1,000 products and aligns with broader efforts to improve food quality and public health.

IN FULL

U.S. retail giant Walmart says it will eliminate synthetic dyes, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and over 30 other additives from all of its store brands. The changes are set to impact over 1,000 products ranging from salty snacks to salad dressings and power drinks. Reformulated items will begin appearing on shelves in the coming months, with a full rollout expected by January 2027.

“Our customers have told us that they want products made with simpler, more familiar ingredients—and we’ve listened,” said John Furner, President and CEO of Walmart U.S. Notably, the move aligns the company with the Trump administration’s “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) initiative, which aims to address the underlying factors contributing to the nation’s growing health issues.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has worked closely with companies like Walmart, PepsiCo, and Tyson Foods to phase out synthetic food dyes and other controversial additives.

In addition to Walmart’s efforts, the Department of Agriculture (USDA) and HHS have collaborated to restrict food stamp purchases to healthier options, cutting out sugary drinks and candy. At least 12 states have received waivers to adjust their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) guidelines accordingly.

“We are spending $405 million a day on SNAP, and about 10 percent is going to sugary drinks. If you add candies to that, it’s about 13-17 percent,” Kennedy said, emphasizing the need for healthier food options. He believes that taxpayers “should not be paying to feed the poorest kids in the country food that will give them diabetes.”

Hamas Military Chief Opposes Trump’s Peace Plan.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The leader of Hamas’ military wing in Gaza has reportedly rejected U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s peace plan aimed at ending the conflict in Gaza.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Izz al-Din al-Haddad of Hamas, President Donald J. Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and other regional leaders.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The peace plan was announced on September 29, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “We have one signature that we need, and that signature will pay in Hell if they don’t sign.” – President Trump

🎯IMPACT: The plan faces resistance from Hamas leaders, despite being backed by most Middle Eastern governments.

IN FULL

The head of Hamas‘s military wing in Gaza, Izz al-Din al-Haddad, has reportedly rejected the 20-point peace plan proposed by U.S. President Donald J. Trump. The proposal, which Israel has endorsed, aims to end the ongoing conflict in Gaza through measures such as disarmament, the release of hostages, and the establishment of a Palestinian transitional government.

Trump issued a deadline of three to four days for Hamas to accept the plan, warning of “a very sad end” if the group refuses. The plan includes provisions for large-scale aid to Gaza, the release of Palestinian prisoners, and the withdrawal of Israeli forces, but it requires Hamas to relinquish its control over the territory.

Hamas leaders are reportedly divided on the proposal, with some political figures in Qatar expressing willingness to negotiate amendments. However, the group’s military wing, led by al-Haddad, remains opposed, citing distrust of Israel and concerns over disarmament and the creation of a security buffer zone along Gaza’s borders.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has also expressed reservations, despite endorsing the plan. In a video posted on social media, Netanyahu stated that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) would maintain a presence in parts of Gaza, potentially contradicting some elements of the U.S.-backed proposal.

Regional leaders, including the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt, have voiced support for Trump’s efforts, emphasizing the importance of a two-state solution. However, The National Pulse reported on Wednesday that United Nations (UN) Special Rapporteur for the so-called Occupied Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, is calling on Palestinians to reject President Trump’s plan, dismissing it as the “Trap of the Century.”

Maxine Waters Confirms Democrats Shut Down Government Over Funding for Illegals.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) appeared to admit that her party was shutting down the government to prioritize healthcare for illegal immigrants.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Maxine Waters, President Donald J. Trump, and Republican and Democratic lawmakers.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The government shutdown began at 12:01 AM on Wednesday.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Democrats are demanding healthcare for everybody. We want to save lives.” – Maxine Waters

🎯IMPACT: The shutdown has furloughed 750,000 federal employees, with Republicans signaling potentially permanent layoffs and Democrats holding firm on healthcare demands.

IN FULL

Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) appeared to admit in an interview earlier this week that her Democrat colleagues in the U.S. Senate forced a government shutdown over the lack of healthcare funding for illegal immigrants in the Republican stopgap funding bill. In an interview with Alison Steinberg of Lindell TV, Waters stated, “Democrats are demanding healthcare for everybody. We want to save lives. We want to make sure that healthcare is available to those who would die, but having the help of their government.”

The admission by the senior House Democrat lawmaker bolsters Republican claims that congressional Democrats are prioritizing illegal immigrants over American citizens and federal government workers. In a post on Truth Social, President Donald J. Trump slammed Democrat leaders on Capitol Hill, noting Waters’s comments, “Maxine Waters admitted that she is demanding Healthcare for Illegal Aliens, and it’s going to be Top of the Line, taking American Taxpayers’ Healthcare away from them!”

Late Tuesday, Senate Democrats moved to block a Republican-backed short-term funding measure that would have averted the budget lapse, setting off the government shutdown at 12:01 AM on Wednesday. The Republican stopgap bill sought to maintain current funding levels through November 21, but Democrats demanded provisions addressing the extension of Obamacare subsidies.

Republican lawmakers contend the Democrat proposal to extend the subsidies contains language that would remove safeguards preventing illegal immigrants from receiving them. Waters dismissed accusations of prioritizing non-citizens over Americans as “divisive.”

Trump Meeting With Project 2025 Veteran to Slash ‘Democrat Agencies.’

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump announced he will meet with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Russell Vought on Thursday to determine what federal agencies will face funding cuts amid the ongoing Democrat-engineered government shutdown.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump, OMB Director Russell Vought, and Senate Democrats.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The meeting will occur in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, October 2, 2025.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I have a meeting today with Russ Vought, he of PROJECT 2025 Fame, to determine which of the many Democrat Agencies, most of which are a political SCAM, he recommends to be cut, and whether or not those cuts will be temporary or permanent.” —  President Trump

🎯IMPACT: Trump contends that Democrat obstruction on Capitol Hill has given him an “unprecedented opportunity” to unilaterally cut wasteful spending

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump announced he will meet with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director Russell Vought on Thursday to determine what federal agencies will face funding cuts amid the ongoing Democrat-engineered government shutdown. The America First leader, in a post on Truth Social, emphasized that Democrat obstruction on Capitol Hill has given him an “unprecedented opportunity” to unilaterally cut wasteful spending.

“I have a meeting today with Russ Vought, he of PROJECT 2025 Fame, to determine which of the many Democrat Agencies, most of which are a political SCAM, he recommends to be cut, and whether or not those cuts will be temporary or permanent,” President Trump wrote Thursday morning. “I can’t believe the Radical Left Democrats gave me this unprecedented opportunity. They are not stupid people, so maybe this is their way of wanting to, quietly and quickly, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

Senate Democrats have blocked several attempts to bring a Republican-backed stopgap funding measure to the floor, causing government funding to lapse on October 1, the start of the 2026 fiscal year.

The Trump White House has already begun to halt federal funding for a number of programs, along with furloughing nonessential government workers. On Wednesday, Vought announced the administration will cancel $8 billion in green agenda projects across 16 states in light of the ongoing government shutdown.

An additional $18 billion in infrastructure funding for New York City was paused as the ongoing shutdown is preventing the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) from completing a review of the projects to ensure they’re in compliance with President Trump’s Executive Order barring the federal funding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.

🎯IMPACT: An emergency COBRA meeting has been convened by the Prime Minister.

IN FULL

UPDATE: 10:20 AM EST — Counter Terror Police have confirmed that the attack at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation, Crumpsall, is being treated as a terror attack. They believe they know the identity of the perpetrator, who was shot dead by officers at the scene, but are not disclosing it at this time, citing safety reasons. Two other suspects have been arrested.

Orginal report continues below:

At least two people were killed and several others seriously injured in a violent attack at a synagogue in Manchester, England, on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar. The attack took place at the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation in Crumpsall, with a vehicle being driven into pedestrians before a man wearing a suicide belt or mock suicide belt began stabbing people.

Armed police officers are believed to have shot the suspect dead, but there has been a delay in checking his condition due to concerns over the device strapped to his waist. The synagogue has been evacuated as a safety precaution.

In addition to the two victims confirmed as deceased, three additional victims remain in serious condition following the attack.

A photo of the possible suspect has been published, showing a bald man dressed in all black with a beard, suggesting a potential Islamist motive.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, whose wife and children are Jewish, has condemned the violence, saying, “The fact that this has taken place on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar, makes it all the more horrific.” He has convened an emergency COBRA meeting in response.

Armed Hamas Operatives Arrested for Plotting Attacks on Jews in This European Country.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Authorities in Germany have detained three suspected Hamas members accused of planning terror attacks and acquiring weapons.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Suspects Abed Al G., Wael F. M., and Ahmad I. are described as operatives of Hamas.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The arrests occurred on October 1 in Berlin, with searches conducted in Leipzig and Oberhausen.

💬KEY QUOTE: “During today’s arrests, various weapons, including an AK-47 assault rifle and several pistols, and a significant amount of ammunition were found,” said Germany’s Federal Prosecutor General.

🎯IMPACT: The arrests highlight ongoing security concerns for Jewish communities in multicultural Germany amid the Hamas-Israel conflict.

IN FULL

German authorities have arrested three men suspected of being Hamas members who were allegedly planning terrorist attacks within the country. The arrests occurred on Wednesday during a police operation in Berlin aimed at intercepting a weapons handover, according to the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.

The suspects were identified as Abed Al G., a 36-year-old German citizen of Lebanese descent; Wael F. M., 43, born in Lebanon but with an unclear German citizenship situation; and Ahmad I., 44, a German citizen originally from Syria. All three are accused of being members of the jihadist organization Hamas and of preparing acts of violence endangering the state.

Prosecutors allege that the suspects had been instructed by Hamas leadership to acquire firearms and ammunition in Germany for use in attacks against Jewish and Israeli targets. During the operation, officers seized an AK-47 assault rifle, multiple pistols, and a substantial amount of ammunition. Additional searches were carried out in Leipzig and Oberhausen as part of the broader investigation.

The Federal Prosecutor’s Office referred to the suspects as “foreign operatives of the terrorist organization Hamas,” stating that they have been active members of the group since at least the summer of 2024. All three were taken into custody by officers from the Federal Criminal Police Office and are expected to appear before the Federal Court of Justice.

This case unfolds amid rising security concerns across Europe due to the ongoing conflict between Hamas and Israel, which escalated following the October 7, 2023, terrorist attacks in Israel. In Germany, authorities have repeatedly warned of an increased threat to Jewish communities and institutions, particularly from individuals influenced by Islamist ideologies.

Germany has faced growing challenges related to radical Islam more generally. According to a study by the University of Münster, nearly 20 percent of Muslims with migration backgrounds in the country show signs of emotional or ideological radicalization, including anti-Semitic or anti-Western views. With millions of Muslims living in Germany, this suggests that over a million individuals may be at risk of radicalization.

In recent years, German law enforcement has thwarted several Islamist plots. For instance, in late 2024, a 17-year-old with known Islamist sympathies was arrested for allegedly planning to drive a truck into a Christmas market in the town of Elmshorn.

‘They Are Throwing Us Out’ — Leaked Police Call Proves Migrant Gangs Have Created ‘No Go Zone’ in This Town.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A leaked recording revealed local police in Torelló, Spain, admitting they are unable to control violent migrant groups and have been forced to retreat from dispatch calls.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Local police, residents of Torelló, and migrant groups, primarily described as young men from the Maghreb.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The incidents occurred in Torelló, Catalonia.

💬KEY QUOTE: “They are laughing at us. They are throwing us out. If we don’t want to get hurt, we too [must leave],” said a local police officer in the leaked recording.

🎯IMPACT: Residents have organized a rally to demand action, while local authorities have acknowledged the issue and announced plans to strengthen the police force.

IN FULL

Torelló, a town in the Spanish region of Catalonia, is facing growing unrest after a leaked police recording revealed that local officers feel unable to handle violent migrant groups in certain neighborhoods. The recording, confirmed as authentic by local authorities, features a police officer explaining how they were forced to retreat from around 25 rioters on Sant Josep Street due to being severely outnumbered. “They are laughing at us,” the officer says. “They are throwing us out. If we don’t want to get hurt, we too [must leave].”

Residents claim that the area has become a hub for fights, intimidation, and antisocial behavior. The recording has spread quickly through the community, reinforcing a growing belief that law enforcement is losing control. In response, residents are organizing a protest outside the town hall on Monday evening to demand tougher action from local leaders.

Torelló’s Security Councillor, Elisabet Viñas of the Republican Left, confirmed the audio’s legitimacy. “The Local Police are going there, they are there, and have arrested them many times. The laws are not strong enough, nor justice fast enough to get rid of these filthy people,” she said. Viñas blamed the issue primarily on young men, “mostly foreigners from the Maghreb”—Islamic North Africa—who she says are squatting in apartments and involved in burglaries and store break-ins.

Municipal sources admit the problem extends beyond Torelló. Across Catalonia, concerns over crime have intensified, with official statistics showing that foreign nationals are disproportionately involved in serious offenses. The Catalan capital of Barcelona now leads Spain in violent robberies.

The situation in Torelló is drawing comparisons to “no-go zones,” the subject of a 2017 book by The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam, where police struggle to enforce the law against large migrant and migrant-descended populations. For instance, in Berlin, Germany, the city’s police chief has advised Jewish and LGBT residents to be cautious in neighborhoods with large Arab populations, saying there are areas where such people may not be safe.

In other Western cities, including Dearborn, Michigan, police are now using Arabic-language identifiers in migrant-heavy areas.

Another Muslim Rape Gang Has Been Sentenced in Britain.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Mohammed Zahid, the ringleader of a grooming gang in Rochdale, England, has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for using two schoolgirls as “sex slaves” between 2001 and 2006.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Mohammed Zahid, also known as “Boss Man,” and six other men, including Mushtaq Ahmed, Kasir Bashir, Mohammed Shahzad, Naheem Akram, Nisar Hussain, and Roheez Khan.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The crimes occurred in Rochdale, England, between 2001 and 2006. Sentencing took place recently at Manchester Minshull Street Court.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Both were seriously let down by those whose job it was to protect them,” Judge Jonathan Seely said of the victims during sentencing.

🎯IMPACT: There has been widespread criticism of past failings by social services and police officers, who ignored grooming gang abuses across the country for decades because the perpetrators were primarily Pakistani-background Muslims and the victims primarily working-class white girls.

IN FULL

Mohammed Zahid, 65, has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for leading a grooming gang that sexually abused at least two 13-year-old schoolgirls between 2001 and 2006 in Rochdale, England. Known as “Boss Man,” Zahid was convicted in June alongside six other men for multiple sexual offences, including rape and indecency with a child. The gang, which treated the girls as “sex slaves,” exploited their victims repeatedly in unsafe and unhygienic locations.

“Girl A” testified she may have been targeted by over 200 offenders, while “Girl B” said some abuse occurred while she lived in a children’s home. Of the seven men, Zahid, Mushtaq Ahmed, Kasir Bashir, Mohammed Shahzad, Naheem Akram, Nisar Hussain, and Roheez Khan, Bashir, sentenced in absentia to 12 years, is believed to have fled the country.

Judge Jonathan Seely described the victims as highly vulnerable with troubled backgrounds, noting, “They were highly susceptible to the advances of these men and others, and both were sexually abused by numerous other men. They were passed around for sex—abused, humiliated, degraded, and then discarded. Both were seriously let down by those whose job it was to protect them.”

Girl A said her life was “destroyed,” while Girl B said it had been “on hold for 20 years.” Both police and social services apologised for past failures to act on warnings.

This case adds to a litany of British grooming gang scandals, enabled by police and social services ignoring the cases because the perpetrators were primarily Pakistani-background Muslims and the victims mainly white working class. A report earlier this year by Baroness Louise Casey has highlighted authorities’ reluctance to act due to fears of appearing racist and their poor recording of offenders’ ethnicity—likely intended to manipulate official statistics so South Asians would not appear even more grossly overrepresented among the grooming gang offenders.

In Rotherham, a police watchdog also found “systematic organisational failure” by senior leadership.
