The Border Patrol Union, which represents 16,000 U.S Border Patrol agents, has officially endorsed President Donald J. Trump in the 2024 election. “On behalf of the 16,000 men and women represented by the National Border Patrol Council, we strongly support and endorse Donald J. Trump for President of the United States,” the union wrote on X on Monday, after announcing their endorsement at a Trump rally on Sunday.
Border Patrol Council President Paul Perez spoke at the Trump rally in Arizona, saying, “If we allow border czar Harris to win this election, every city, every community in this great country, is going to go to hell.”
“The untold millions of people, unvetted, who she has allowed into this country that are committing murders, rapes, robberies, burglaries, and every other crime will continue to put our country in peril. Only one man can fix that, and that is Donald J. Trump,” he added.
Under border czar Harris, millions of illegals have flooded into the United States, with a recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) report indicating that over 13,000 convicted murderers have been allowed into the country.
Border Patrol officials have previously criticized Harris, including former Chief Patrol official for the San Diego Sector, Aaron Heitke, who says that the Biden-Harris regime prevented him from notifying the public about a surge of potential terrorists entering the U.S.
Others have noted that despite being the border czar, Harris showed little interest in visiting the border, refusing to reply to invitations from border states in 2021.
Prior to becoming Vice President, Harris compared ICE to the Klu Klux Klan (KKK), and her running mate Tim Walz stated he would invest in a “ladder factory” if Trump finished the border wall.
On behalf of the 16,000 men and women represented by the National Border Patrol Council, we strongly support and endorse Donald J. Trump for President of the United States.
