MSNBC hosts Joy Reid and Stephanie Ruhle are reportedly being asked to accept reduced salaries to maintain their roles as the network seeks to cut costs. This development follows a recent pay cut for Rachel Maddow, whose salary was reduced by $5 million annually. The far-left news network has seen ratings plummet for its flagship programming since President-elect Donald J. Trump’s landslide 2024 election victory.
Joy Reid, currently hosting the 8 PM show The ReidOut, is believed to earn $3 million annually. Reid, with MSNBC since 2011 and a primetime anchor since 2020, has recently reemerged as a leading conspiracy theorist regarding the first assassination attempt against Trump and other ‘BlueAnon‘ figments. Meanwhile, Stephanie Ruhle, who hosts The 11th Hour at 11 PM weeknights, reportedly receives $2 million annually. Ruhle, known for her critiques of Donald Trump, recently acknowledged his accessibility to the press compared to President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

MSNBC, headquartered at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, is experiencing internal concern over potential layoffs after parent company Comcast announced plans to spin off its cable properties. There are further concerns regarding the future of MSNBC President Rashida Jones, although network representatives have denied reports of her potential departure. This situation arises amidst declining primetime ratings, with MSNBC’s viewership dropping by more than 50 percent since November.
Meanwhile, competing network Fox News has reported a 7 percent increase in audience numbers since Election Day, maintaining its status as the leading cable news channel in both total viewers and the important 25-54 age demographic.

⚠️ Impact: The distribution of tactical gear to rioters suggests a level of organization in the pro-illegal immigrant riots in California, which have caused widespread destruction and led to disputes between the state and federal government.
IN FULL:
A mystery woman was captured on video handing out tactical gear, including gas masks and riot shields, to rioters in downtown Los Angeles, California, during pro-illegal immigrant demonstrations. The incident occurred near federal buildings as National Guard troops were stationed nearby.
“Bionic Shield” full-face protective gear could be seen being distributed from a pickup truck by the heavyset woman, who appeared to be accompanied by a group of masked agitators. It remains unclear if they are tied to any specific organization as of the time of publication.
Witnesses reported scenes of chaos, with rioters defacing property, burning rubber, and preparing for confrontations with police after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detained a number of illegal aliens, including a gang member convicted of a mass shooting at a high school graduation party. The riots saw vehicles torched, rocks thrown at law enforcement, and businesses looted.
President Donald J. Trump has deployed the National Guard and U.S. Marines to Los Angeles to protect federal property and personnel, marking a rare instance of federal troops being activated without a governor’s request. California Governor Gavin Newsom condemned the move, calling it an overreach of federal authority and filing a lawsuit against the administration.

📍 Where & When: Comments made on June 10, 2025, in response to events in Los Angeles, California.
💬 Key Quote: “This is the definition of insurrection. LA and CA leadership demand the right to illegally import unlimited foreigners into America, to control America’s entire immigration policy by fiat—and if they are not so permitted they will allow mobs to target ICE with impunity,” Miller said, responding to comments by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.
⚠️ Impact: Miller’s comments offer insight into the Trump administration’s evolving stance on the situation in California, with potential for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act.
IN FULL:
White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller has accused California Democrats of engaging in a de facto “insurrection” against the federal government, by pressuring President Donald J. Trump to withdraw U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from Los Angeles to stop violent riots.
Miller was responding to comments by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, who insisted that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids—which have netted dangerous criminals including pedophiles and a murderer who shot up a high school graduation party—”need to stop.”
“[The raids] should not be happening in our city; it is not warranted, and… the only thing it does is contribute to chaos. This was chaos that was started at Washington, D.C.,” she said, insisting: “On Thursday, the city was peaceful, on Friday, it was not, because of the intervention of the federal government.”
Miller characterized Bass’s remarks as an “explicit” threat, saying she was “effectively saying the mob violence is caused by the mere presence of ICE in the city and the violence against ICE will not stop unless federal law enforcement is withdrawn from the city.”
“This is the definition of insurrection,” Miller said, explaining: “LA and CA leadership demand the right to illegally import unlimited foreigners into America, to control America’s entire immigration policy by fiat—and if they are not so permitted they will allow mobs to target ICE with impunity.”
“Los Angeles and California are demanding the nullification of the election results, of federal law, of national sovereignty, and of the bedrock constitutional command of one national government,” he added.
Governor Gavin Newsom has expressed similar sentiments to Bass, insisting California “didn’t have a problem until Trump got involved.”
Miller has also responded to the Governor, saying his state has become “a criminal sanctuary for millions of illegal alien invaders, cartel killers, foreign terrorists, transnational gangs and insurrectionist mobs.”
After Border Czar Tom Homan warned that anyone obstructing ICE in California, including state politicians, would face federal charges, Newsom dared the Trump official to arrest him. Asked about Newsom’s remarks, President Trump suggested he would arrest the Governor in Homan’s position, and that Newsom would enjoy “the publicity.”

💬 Key Quote: “There was no violence! I was on the street, I know,” Waters insisted.
⚠️ Impact: Waters’s denial further undercuts the Democrats’ credibility on law and order, with social media being flooded with ample evidence of significant violence and disorder.
IN FULL:
Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) has insisted there has not, in fact, been any violence in Los Angeles, California, despite injuries to law enforcement officers and widespread property destruction across four days of pro-illegal immigrant riots and disorderly protests.
“Nobody was shot, nobody was killed. Get it in your head!” the 86-year-old Democrat declared during a press conference. “Don’t think that, somehow, because they called out the National Guard, there was violence. There was no violence! I was on the street, I know,” she insisted, adding, “So, first of all, get it straight, and don’t just rely on what you’ve been told on the few incidents that you saw.”
Video footage of incidents uploaded to social media include a large rock being thrown into the windshield of a moving police cruiser from a substantial height, and footage of an officer on foot being struck so hard in the head by a rock that his helmet was knocked off. Buildings have been extensively vandalized in several locations, and some business premises looted. A number of vehicles have also been torched, including Google’s self-driving Waymo taxis, with their damaged electric batteries presenting a toxic threat.
Waters has been present on the streets during the protests, at one point baiting and heckling National Guard troops deployed by President Donald J. Trump to protect U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel from rioters.
“What are you all going to do? Are you going to shoot some kids?” she demands in a recording of the incident. “Are you going to shoot an elected official? If you shoot me, you better shoot straight.”

⚠️ Impact: The ousting of the CDC’s old guard will help the Trump administration to make sweeping reforms.
IN FULL:
Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced on June 9 that he was “retiring” the entire panel of vaccine advisors at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in a major shakeup. All 17 members of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) have been removed from their roles.
“A clean sweep is needed to re-establish public confidence in vaccine science,” RFK Jr. stated in an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal. According to Kennedy, the panel was “plagued with persistent conflicts of interest and has become little more than a rubber stamp for any vaccine.”
The ACIP consisted of medical and public experts who reviewed scientific evidence to advise the CDC on who should be eligible for vaccination shots and whether insurers should cover the shots. While the panel members have been removed, HHS still states that ACIP will hold a meeting later in the month, possibly with new members.
Kennedy also claimed that the former Biden regime appointed several of the members at the end of Biden’s term in office. He also noted that President Donald J. Trump would not have been able to appoint a majority of new members until at least 2028 without retiring the current advisors.
The move to oust the panel members comes after Kennedy and the HHS dropped the recommendation for the COVID-19 vaccine for healthy children and pregnant women last month. In March, the CDC also announced it would be investigating any possible links between vaccines and autism in children.
While Big Pharma and claims there is no link, RFK Jr. noted that none of the 72 mandated childhood vaccines have been thoroughly examined.

📍 Where & When: Riots began Friday, June 2025, in Los Angeles, California, with a federal response ordered by President Trump.
💬 Key Quote: “My party loses the moral high ground when we refuse to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings, and assaulting law enforcement,” Sen. Fetterman posted on social media.
⚠️ Impact: Riots have led to widespread property destruction, clashes with law enforcement, and tensions between state and federal authorities.
IN FULL:
Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania has publicly rebuked his own Democratic Party over its handling of violent riots in Los Angeles, California, which began as protests against immigrationenforcement. The senator’s remarks, posted on social media, expressed disapproval of the party’s failure to denounce the destruction and assaults tied to the unrest.
“I unapologetically stand for free speech, peaceful demonstrations, and immigration—but this is not that. This is anarchy and true chaos,” Fetterman wrote. He added, “My party loses the moral high ground when we refuse to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings, and assaulting law enforcement.”
The unrest, which started Friday, has seen rioters set vehicles ablaze, throw projectiles at law enforcement officers, vandalize property, and block traffic, all while waving foreign flags. Federal law enforcement and National Guard troops were deployed to Los Angeles following President Donald J. Trump’s orders, after the sanctuary state failed to support U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents facing violence.
“We made a great decision in sending the National Guard to deal with the violent, instigated riots in California. If we had not done so, Los Angeles would have been completely obliterated,” President Trump wote on his Truth Social platform. He criticized California Governor Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass for their handling of the situation, accusing them of downplaying the violence.
Governor Newsom and Mayor Bass allege that the federal response has escalated tensions, suggesting that ICE provoked the riots in the first place. Senior Trump advisor Stephen Miller has hit back at this narrative, demanding, “What does Governor Newsom mean when he keeps saying the presence of ICE officers, and the troops necessary to protect their lives and duties, are ‘inciting’ riots?”
“He’s adopting the argument of the insurrectionists: enforcing federal immigration law in our city is not allowed and we will riot if you do,” Miller contended, adding: “Newsom isn’t trying to suppress the anti-American revolt, he’s encouraging it.”

28 Abrams tanks
28 Bradley Fighting Vehicles
F-22 jet flyovers

WWII and Vietnam era planes
100+ aircraft and vehicles
HIMAR rocket launchers
Logistics: 7,000 troops will march along Constitution Avenue beginning at 6:30 PM. President Trump and his guests will watch from the Ellipse.
More to celebrate: June 14 is also Flag Day and President Trump’s 79th birthday.
Price tag: The event has a $45 million budget, with $15 million of it earmarked for post-parade street repairs.
Counterprotests: A left-wing group called Refuse Fascism is planningprotests across all 50 states, hoping to upstage the military parade. They’re calling their protests “No King’s Day.”
Big picture: The left has framed Trump’s push for a military parade as being akin to Putin in Russia or Kim Jong Un in North Korea. But the truth is, it was likely inspired by the French. In 2017, Trump attended France’s grand Bastille Day celebration and called it “one of the greatest parades I’ve ever seen” and “a tremendous thing for France and the spirit of France.”

⚠️ Impact: House Republicans are investigating allegations that White House officials worked to cover up Joe Biden’s alleged cognitive decline, with subpoenas issued for the octogenarian Democrat’s doctor and senior aides.
IN FULL:
Former President Barack Obama‘s White House physician, Dr. Jeffrey Kuhlman, has raised concerns about the lack of cognitive testing for President Joe Biden during his time in office. Speaking to The Washington Post, Kuhlman suggested that Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, should have performed a cognitive evaluation, particularly given Biden’s advanced age. O’Connor, who has served as Biden’s doctor since 2009, declared in a 2024 health report that the then-81-year-old president was “fit for duty,” but the report did not include neurocognitive testing.
“Sometimes those closest to the tree miss the forest,” Kuhlman said. “It shouldn’t be just health, it should be fitness. Fitness is: Do you have that robust mind, body, spirit that you can do this physically, mentally, emotionally demanding job?” Kuhlman, who left the White House Medical Unit in 2013, described O’Connor as a “good doctor” but noted the possibility of future investigations revealing more details.
“I didn’t see that he’s purposely hiding stuff, but I don’t know that,” the Obama White House doctor said, adding: “Maybe the investigation will show it.”
Dr. Kuhlman’s comments come as House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has issued a subpoena for O’Connor to testify later this month. The inquiry focuses on allegations of a cover-up regarding Biden’s cognitive state and potential unauthorized use of executive powers. Comer’s letter to O’Connor also raised questions about whether financial ties to the Biden family influenced the physician’s assessments.
President Donald J. Trump has also weighed in, ordering Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate claims that Biden’s aides misused an autopen to conceal his cognitive decline. Trump described the allegations as “one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history.”
Special Counsel Robert Hur’s February 2024 report highlighted instances of Biden’s memory lapses, including an inability to recall key dates and events, though Hur ultimately recommended against prosecution.
Concerns about Biden’s mental acuity have extended beyond Republican circles. A recent book by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios’ Alex Thompson detailed internal Democratic Party debates over Biden’s capacity to govern, with one excerpt claiming, “Five people were running the country, and Joe Biden was at best a senior member of the board.”

💬 Key Quote: “For the first time in 15 months, the job gains for native-born Americans… exceeded job gains for migrant and foreign-born workers,” President Donald J. Trump said.
⚠️ Impact: The data suggests a significant shift in the workforce, with foreign-born workers leaving at a higher rate than native-born workers, aligning with Trump administration policies.
IN FULL:
The U.S. labor force saw a significant decrease in foreign-born workers between March and May, according to recent data from the St. Louis Federal Reserve. The foreign-born labor force dropped from 33.719 million in March to 32.706 million in May, marking a decline of 1.013 million workers.
By contrast, the overall civilian labor force experienced a far smaller reduction, decreasing by 0.437 million during the same period, from 170.653 million to 170.216 million. The disparity in these figures suggests that foreign-born workers are leaving the workforce at a disproportionately higher rate compared to native-born individuals.
This trend aligns with the Trump administration’s focus on prioritizing jobs for native-born Americans. In March, the administration highlighted job growth data showing that native-born workers gained 284,000 jobs in February, while foreign-born workers saw a loss of 87,000 jobs.
“For the first time in 15 months, the job gains for native-born Americans… exceeded job gains for migrant and foreign-born workers,” President Donald J. Trump stated earlier this year. He emphasized that this data counters Biden-era trends where foreign workers were seen to be taking a significant share of available jobs.
Under former President Joe Biden, foreign-born workers comprised a large portion of private sector job growth, with their labor force participation quickly recovering to pre-COVID levels. Meanwhile, native-born American workers saw their labor force participation continue to lag behind.
Notably, the importation of cheap foreign labor has been repeatedly shown to depress wages for the entirety of the U.S. labor force and reduce productivity.

Private sector job growth surged during the first six months of President Donald J. Trump‘s second term. Employment data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) shows 99.8 percent of job growth has been in the private sector, compared to just 75 percent during former President Joe Biden‘s last two years in office.
The data underpins claims that much of the job growth touted by the former Biden government was the direct result of the increase in federal government spending and not an actual expansion of the U.S. economy. Notably, the job numbers released during Biden’s term saw a number of post-facto corrections, with a benchmark revision in August 2024 revising the total jobs between April 2023 and March 2024 downward by nearly one million.
“Jobs are up, unemployment is down, wages are increasing, and inflation is dead. More than 139,000 good jobs were added to the private sector in May, all accounted for by American-born workers. Americans should continue to trust in President Trump, who continues to beat expectations,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement regarding last month’s jobs data. The U.S. economy added 139,000 jobs in May, with nearly all growth occurring in the private sector, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The unemployment rate held steady at 4.2 percent, and wages for private-sector workers also saw a notable increase.
The Biden government used high levels of new government employment to give the impression that the U.S. economy and labor market were stronger than expected. However, the high federal government spending required to expand public sector employment likely exacerbated inflation, which has now almost entirely subsided under President Trump.

IN FULL:
Several of those migrants being defended by the Los Angeles rioters are serious criminals, including convicted murderers, rapists, and child molesters. The White House has released a statement outlining the criminal history of some of the migrants who were detained.
Mexican illegal Eswin Uriel Castro, for example, was convicted of both child molestation and being armed with a deadly weapon. He also has prior convictions for robbery and domestic violence, and was already deported before.
Cielo Vivar-Ubaldo, another Mexican, heads convictions for sex with a minor, drug-related convictions, and a hit and run. Like Castro, he was also previously deported from the United States.
Cuong Chanh Phan, a Vietnamese national, is a known gang member and has been convicted of second-degree murder.
The Trump Administration released the details of over a dozen criminals, saying they had all been taken off the streets by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and other agencies within the last several days.
“Democrats like [Governpr] Gavin Newsom and [Los Angeles Mayor] Karen Bass should be thanking President Trump for stepping up and leading where they refused—and for ridding their streets of criminal illegal immigrant killers, rapists, and gangbangers,” the White House said in the statement.
The multi-day riots in Los Angeles are in defense of these dangerous criminals, ironically, including an illegal alien who took part in the unrest. Russell Gomez-Dzul, a Mexican national, was arrested for assaulting a federal official.
