DATA: 84% Expect to Be WORSE OFF Under 2nd Biden Term, Most Voters Say Trump Conviction ‘Not a Factor,’ And Most Say ‘No Retribution.’

Data from YouGov and CBS – in a 2000-person poll with a margin of error of 3.2 percent – has revealed that President Donald J. Trump’s voter base is far sturdier than that of his opponent, Joe Biden. Asked about the strength of their support for each candidate, nearly 80 percent of voters said their support for Trump was “very strong” and that they had already decided how to vote. For Biden, that number is 69 percent, with another six percent saying they “might” or “will probably” change their votes from the 46th President.

The numbers are equally ominous for the Biden campaign when voters are quizzed about who has a vision for the country: 51 percent say Biden has one, with 49 percent disagreeing.

Alternatively, 67 percent say Trump has a vision, with just 33 percent in disagreement.

Such a lack of confidence in the Biden-Harris ticket is also reflected when voters are asked about the main reasons they are voting for their preferred candidate: 54 percent say they’re voting for Biden simply as a negation of Trump, with just 27 percent saying they like Biden himself.

That number is almost inverted when Trump voters are polled along the same lines: 52 percent say their decision is based mainly on their admiration of Trump, with 34 percent mainly voting Trump to oppose Biden.

Asked about a Biden second term, 79 percent say he would increase the number of migrants or that a second term “won’t have an effect,” i.e., migrants would continue pouring in at current rates. Just 20 percent believe the numbers would be reduced under a second Biden term.

For Trump, exactly 70 percent believe he will decrease the numbers at the border, with 24 percent saying it won’t have an effect.

Eighty-four percent of voters believe their financial situation will remain the same or worse in a second Biden term.

Looking at Trump’s court cases, 57 percent say he received a fair trial, with 43 percent in disagreement. Just 28 percent called the subject a “major factor,” however, with 71 percent percent saying “his conviction is not a factor either way,” in how they will vote.

On the subject of political retribution, voters appear to want Trump back, but with a little less presidential authority than his first term. Forty-three percent say he should have less power, with 37 percent saying they want the same as term one. Twenty percent say he should have more power.

Meanwhile, 72 percent say they do not want him to investigate his political opponents, with just 28 percent wanting Trump to investigate and charge those who took unfair actions against him.
