“Honoring” Planned Parenthood on Its 100th Anniversary

According to the Washington Examiner, 19 Senate Democrats have introduced a resolution recognizing Planned Parenthood for the 100th anniversary of its founding, which took place on October 16, 1916:

“The resolution, spearheaded by Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., praises the women’s health and abortion provider for leading significant changes in women’s health and civil rights, being at the forefront of social change and playing a major role in increasing access to abortion, contraception and sex education.

“It also calls for an end of efforts to strip federal funds from the group, which Republicans in Congress tried hard to do last year before being blocked by Senate Democrats.”

This resolution isn’t likely to pass the Senate, of course, thanks to those rascally pro-life Republicans. Instead, let’s take a moment to “honor” Planned Parenthood here at The Pulse 2016.

(You’ve heard of trigger warnings? Okay. This is a sarcasm warning. You’ve been warned.)

Since Roe v. Wade, Planned Parenthood has performed more than seven million abortions. And during the Obama administration, they have only increased their proficiency. In 2015 alone, they aborted 324,999 babies — near record volume. Most government programs are famously inefficient, but Planned Parenthood gets the job done!

Of course, we can’t honor Planned Parenthood without giving kudos to Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger, who frequently advocated for eugenics and eliminating the “unfit” “undesirables” with “bad genes” from society. What a hero!

In honor of Sanger, Planned Parenthood gives out a “Margaret Sanger Award” each year. That award went to Hillary Clinton in 2009. Here’s what Clinton said upon receiving the award:

I admire Margaret Sanger enormously, her courage, her tenacity, her vision. I am really in awe of her, there are a lot of lessons we can learn from her life.

That’s right, Hillary! Margaret Sanger is incredible! After all, she did so much good and said so many wise things.

Things like:

The most merciful thing that the large family does to one of its infant members is to kill it.

Wow, what a great person! Or even:

Give dysgenic groups [people with ‘bad genes’] in our population their choice of segregation or [compulsory] sterilization.

A true visionary! And don’t forget, Sanger had ties to the Ku Klux Klan as well. Here’s how Sanger planned to quietly eliminate minority populations:

We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities.  The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.

Shocked that the mainstream media refuses to cover this? Hey, quit worrying! In what amounts to a defense of eugenics, supposedly objective PolitiFact says none of this is true. Fa’ get about it!

The media has better things to do — like covering Donald Trump’s latest tweet. I mean, gosh, can you believe the crazy things he says?

Of course, Planned Parenthood continues Margaret Sanger’s mission today, focusing abortion services mostly in inner-cities, where they continue to sterilize and exterminate minorities and poor people — the so-called “unfit” “undesirables” Sanger wanted our society to have nothing to do with.

They want to expand that mission, so now they seek a repeal of the Hyde Amendment, which would pave the way for more taxpayer funding for abortion via Medicaid. So far, Planned Parenthood has provided more than 7 million abortions. Maybe with that pesky ban on taxpayer funding out of the way, they will be able to add a few million more. Maybe instead of one abortion every two minutes, they will increase their productivity and cut that down to one abortion every minute! Or even one abortion every thirty seconds!

And maybe they will get back into that baby parts business again! They’re so innovative! They practically fund themselves!

(This post was written tongue-in-cheek. Planned Parenthood is, without a doubt, the most evil taxpayer-funded organization in the United States. They are responsible for the destruction of one life — and the murder of another — every two minutes.)
