Mike McCormick, a former White House stenographer from 2002 to 2018, insisted that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities are 50 percent of what they used to be.

The veteran of Bush, Obama, and Trump White Houses and author of Joe Biden Unauthorized made the astounding remarks while speaking on War Room: Pandemic on January 25th.

Host Stephen K. Bannon inquired what is “the percentage decline in his mental capacities, in your opinion, having seen him today vs. 2011. Is it a 10 percent drop, a 20 percent drop, a 25, 30 40?”

McCormick returned with “50 percent.”

“‘He’s half there. There’s no way he could be in a room with President Xi alone, one-on-one and make any decision that is valuable,” he adds.
