Biden To Fire All Trump’s U.S. Attorneys Except Durham, Hunter Investigator

President Biden is seeking resignations from all of President Trump’s U.S. Attorneys with the exception of John Durham and David Weiss. 

The move will pave the way for the former veep to choose the nation’s top federal prosecutors.

“The requests will affect 56 Senate-confirmed U.S. attorneys appointed by Trump. Many of Trump’s appointees already resigned,” The Week notes.

However, David Weiss, the U.S. attorney in Delaware will continue to oversee a tax investigation of Hunter Biden and U.S. Attorney John Durham will keep his position as special counsel investigating the origins of the Trump-Russian investigation while resigning as U.S. attorney for Connecticut.
