The Lancet, a “world-leading” medical journal, published a “Marxist ecofeminist analysis” of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The analysis, coming from Simon Mair, who’s taught at institutions including University of the Arts: London and University of Surrey, was published December 1st, 2020.
The analysis was published in the Lancet, fitting the journal’s “extremely high standards for publishing.” “We are committed to ensuring that our editorial processes meet our standards of excellence,” the medical journal adds.
The research paper outlines “the intersection of ecological, feminist, and Marxist economics,” developing an “analysis of neoliberal capitalism as a specific historical form of the economy.”
