Twitter’s public policy director, Carlos Monje, has departed the social media company to join Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden’s transition team.
The move is the latest testament to the cozy relationship between the Democratic party and notoriously anti-conservative big tech platforms. For example, Twitter has repeatedly censored conservative content and users – even President Trump.
Social media platforms are also expected to play an unprecedentedly important and influential role in the 2020 election, given the left’s plans to obstruct them from announcing a victor on election night.
