Biden Spent New Years at the Home of Donors Bill & Connie Neville, Whose Software Company Powers Corporate Media Newsrooms.

President Joe Biden spent a week vacationing in the U.S. Virgin Islands, staying at the luxurious St. Croix villa of Bill and Connie Neville – tech and business moguls with interests in national media, foreign yacht sales, and venture capital investing. Online rental listings for their tropical villa indicate vacationers have paid between $700 and $900 a night to stay at the secluded beachfront property.

The Biden family has vacationed there a number of times, dating back to Biden’s Vice Presidency. Last year, He spent last New Years at the island ‘free-of-charge’ too. The White House defended the gift, stating: “As they have done previously, the President and the First Lady are staying at the home of their friends Bill and Connie Neville.”

Meet the Nevilles.

Bill Neville is the founder of US Viking, LLC, a software company whose main product is a ENPS – a software marketed by the Associated Press as “transforming the way media companies plan, manage and produce compelling news stories.” While US Viking, LLC doesn’t appear to have a website, the U.S. Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority states the company’s ENPS software is used by ” journalists in more than 800 newsrooms in over 60 countries, including ESPN and the BBC.”

Bill Neville is also listed as the head of Knowledge Ventures, LLLP – a venture capital investment firm affiliated with The University of the Virgin Islands Research and Technology Park (RTPark). The RTPark is a public-private partnership focused on research and development in financial technology, bio technology, green energy, business process outsourcing.

The same FEC data indicates Connie Neville is associated with Lightspeed Development, LLLP. Like the other businesses controlled by the Nevilles, there is little publicly available information outside of corporate filings and trademark claims. In the case of Lightspeed Development, LLLP, the company holds the trademark for Serenity Yachts, a Turkey-based luxury yacht manufacturer and shipyard.

Prolific Democrat Political Donors.

Both Bill and Connie Neville are prolific political donors. In 2020 both contributed the legal maximum to the Biden presidential campaign. Both are also supporters of Stacey Plaskett (D-USVI), the non-voting delegate to the United States House of Representatives from the United States Virgin Islands. Sens. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Joe Manchin (D-WV), and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) have all received support from Connie Neville, as has former Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL).

One of the few Republicans to receive contributions from the Neville’s is Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL). The couple are avid basketball fans and have lavished Alabama’s University of Auburn with donations benefiting their athletic programs despite neither having attended the school. The sports arena where the Auburn Tigers men’s basketball team plays was even named after them by the university. Auburn’s Neville Arena was built in 2010 to the tune of $86 million.

The couple have given prodigiously to the Democrat National Committee, as well as former Congressman Joe Crowley (D-NY) who was defeated by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in a heated primary, and the corrupt former Congressman Charlie Rangle (D-NY). Both Congressman served on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee which has legislative jurisdiction over both taxation and tariffs – issues of importance to the Neville’s who appear to have additional business interests – some with foreign ties.

Ethics Concerns.

When President Joe Biden hosted his first state dinner, with French President Emmanuel Macron, the Nevilles attended as guests, raising ethics concerns due to Biden’s vacations at their property.

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, raised these matters in a recent interview: “Hunter’s laptop and other evidence show Biden’s record of converting his public office into private gain. So it is no surprise Biden is getting a free luxury vacation from a wealthy donor who ‘coincidentally’ received primo White House state dinner tickets.”

Joe Biden has routinely failed to disclose free vacation stays at the homes of wealthy donors.

Republicans in the House of Representatives are advancing an impeachment inquiry into President Biden over allegations of abuse of office and public corruption during his tenure as Vice-President under President Barack Obama.

PROFILES: A Gay Hispanic, A Watergate Prosecutor’s Granddaughter, & Links to Clinton & Obama: Colorado’s Supreme Court Justices Who Kicked Trump off the Ballot.

Yesterday, four of Colorado’s seven state Supreme Court justices ruled to remove former President Donald Trump from the Rocky Mountain state’s 2024 ballot. Justices Monica Márquez, William W. Hood III, Richard L. Gabriel, and Melissa Hart all held the former President had instigated an insurrection against the United States and was therefore constitutionally disqualified from holding office under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. The three other justices, including Chief Justice Brian Boatright, all dissented from the radical opinion.

In late 2020, the Colorado judicial system was rocked by accusations of sexual harassment against female court employees. State law, however, shields judges from public discipline – with detailed accusations rarely becoming public unless they are part of a public court hearing. We do know between 2010 and 2019, Colorado judges were disciplined 51 times for offenses ranging from failing to issue timely rulings to engaging in sexual relations with court employees. The Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline hears, on average, 200 complains against judicial officials a year, with 90-percent being dismissed.

Justice Monica Márquez: The LGBT Latina.

Judge Monica Márquez – as well as her three colleagues who joined her in kicking Trump off the Colorado ballot – is a graduate of an elite American law school. She attained her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her Juris Doctorate (JD) from Yale University’s law school.

Márquez’s appointment to the Colorado Supreme Court made her both the first woman of Hispanic-heritage and first gay person to serve on the state’s high court. A dyed-in-the-wool progressive, she was appointed by Democrat Governor Bill Ritter, Jr in 2010 – after spending much of her early career engaged in gay-and-lesbian issues in the state.

Prior to her appointment, Márquez served as president of the Colorado LGBT Bar Association and on the Denver mayor’s LGBT Commission. While she has been less politically active as a member of the state’s judiciary, in 2008 Márquez did make several small contributions to then-Illinois Senator Barack Obama’s ultimately victorious campaign for President of the United States.

Justice William W. Hood III: The Obama Connection.

Unlike his colleague, Justice Márquez, judge William W. Hood III wasn’t an active political donor prior to joining the bench in early 2014. Appointed by then-Governor John Hickenlooper – who now serves as the junior Democrat Senator for Colorado – Hood received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. When the Colorado Supreme Court accepted the resignation of Arapahoe County judge Natalie Chase, and censured her for exhibiting racial bias, Justice Hood noted the censure did not mean all of the judge’s rulings were invalid. “Only when a judge was actually biased will we question the reliability of the proceeding’s result,” Hood said at the time, upholding a prior Judge Chase ruling in a parental rights case.

Prior to becoming a judge, Hood worked at Isaacson Rosenbaum, a legal firm which served as counsel to the Democratic National Committee during the August 2008 convention at which Barack Obama was nominated as presidential candidate.

Justice Richard L. Gabriel: Accused of Sexual Harassment

From Brooklyn New York, Gabriel is another Ivy League graduate, receiving his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Gabriel is described as “instrumental in representing” music industry corporates against digital file sharers in the early 2000s. After his 2015 appointment to the state supreme court by then-Gov. Hickenlooper, Justice Gabriel was accused of work-place sexual harassment. Between 2000 and 2007, Gabriel was a frequent donor to the Colorado Democrat Party, as well as Democrat candidates for office. After his appointment to the Colorado Court of Appeals by Democrat Gov. Bill Ritter in 2008, Gabriel’s political activity ceased.

Justice Melissa Hart: The Watergate Connection.

The final of the four justices to rule against Trump is Melissa Hart, the granddaughter of Democrat attorney and Watergate prosecutor Archibald Cox. Hart clerked for Clinton appointee Guido Calabresi, and both her and Gabriel were named in a 2018 Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaint filed by Michele Brown – a black woman who was over the age of 60 at the time. Brown alleged she was passed over for employment with the court by a six-person hiring committee – including both Gabriel and Hart – in favor of a younger, less experienced white woman. The case brought by Brown was ultimately dismissed.

Like her colleagues, Hart is also a graduate of an elite law school, receiving her JD from Harvard University. She was appointed to the high court in 2017 by then-Gov. Hickenlooper. Prior to her appointment, Hart had made several contributions to Democrat candidates over the years, including Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns.

The Dissenting Justices.

All three of the Colorado Supreme Court dissenters, Chief Justice Brian Boatright, Justice Maria E. Berkenkotter, and Justice Carlos Samour are graduates of the University of Denver School of Law. The divide between the justices when viewed through their education background suggests the four who ruled to remove Trump from the ballot were perhaps influenced by a more activist judicial tradition found in America’s elite, Ivy League institutions.

When asked on Wednesday if he believed former President Trump was an ‘insurrectionist’ and if he agreed with the Colorado decision, President Joe Biden said it is self-evident, adding “You saw it all. He continued: “Now whether the 14th Amendment applies, I’ll let the court make that decision. But he certainly supported an insurrection. There’s no question about it. None. Zero.”

The United States Supreme Court is likely to make a swift ruling in the Colorado ballot case – the state’s primary ballots are set to be certified on January 5th, 2024. If the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision does indeed go into effect, the Colorado Republican Party has said it will abandon the state-run primary and opt for a Party run caucus to select the GOP presidential nominee instead.

What Was The Lockerbie Bombing? Remembering the 270 Who Died 35 Years Ago.

Today marks the 35th anniversary of the Lockerbie bombing, a terrorist attack that took place on December 21, 1988. The bombing led to the deaths of all passengers and crew members on board Pan Am Flight 103 and impacted 11 Lockerbie, Scotland residents whose homes were hit by the plane. A mid-air explosion occurred less than an hour after the plane, carrying 243 passengers and 16 crew members, departed from London, subsequently crashing into the town. The perpetrators smuggled a plastic explosive in the front cargo of the aircraft, resulting in widespread destruction over 845 square miles. U.S. investigators later linked Colonel Gaddafi’s Libyan government to the bombing.

Libyan nationals Abdelbaset al-Megrahi and Al Amin Khalifa Fhimah were brought to trial in 2000 over the terror attack. Al-Megrahi was found guilty while Fhimah was acquitted. It wasn’t until 2003 that the Libyan government accepted responsibility, pledging to compensate victims’ families. Al-Megrahi, who was imprisoned, was released nine years later on compassionate grounds due to advanced prostate cancer. He passed away in 2012. Meanwhile, investigations into the bombing persist, with Abu Agila Mohammad Mas’ud Kheir al-Marimi, alleged to have constructed the bomb, still in U.S. custody awaiting trial in May 2025.

The bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 claimed 270 lives – including 35 Syracuse University students returning home for Christmas, U.S. intelligence officers, and the UN commissioner for Namibia. The high-profile victims and the fact that it occurred shortly before Christmas generated widespread international attention. The suspected bomb had been reportedly concealed in luggage that had passed through multiple baggage systems undetected. This event prompted an overhaul of security measures, including screening of all baggage prior to being loaded onto aircraft and regulations to prohibit unaccompanied luggage from being flown.

Mark Zuckerberg is Building a Massive, Super-Villain Compound in Hawaii.

Facebook-billionaire Mark Zuckerberg is constructing a sprawling 1,400-acre compound on the Hawaiian island of Kauai – with some estimates placing the final cost around $270 million. Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan have been purchasing swathes of land on the Hawaiian island for nearly a decade – ostensibly to build what they say is a family compound and get-a-way vacation home. Reports from local residents, however, indicate there may be more to the picture than a simple family compound.

The property will feature two mansions, their combined size being roughly 57,000 square feet. At least one of the structures contains numerous conference rooms and an industrial kitchen – suggesting the property will be used for more than just the rest and relaxation of the Zuckerberg family. Indeed, some reports indicate the Hawaiian property has already been used by Zuckerberg to host corporate retreats.

Taking a page from the Ian Fleming “James Bond” spy-thrillers, the two mansions are connected by an underground structure some have dubbed a ‘lair’. The subterranean facility will serve as a mixture of storage and residential space, including a panic room, an escape route, and even a bomb shelter with large, military-style steel and concrete doors.

Shifting from Bond to Star Wars, the property will also feature “a web of 11 disk-shaped treehouses… which will be connected by intricate rope bridges, allowing visitors to cross from one building to the next while staying among the treetops.” The disruption of natural features and prospect of additional large-corporate events at Zuckerberg’s compound have local residents concerned. A Change.org petition has been signed by over a million people in opposition to the billionaire’s Hawaiian land-grab and the impacts it is having on the native population and environment.

Who is Pedro L. Gonzalez, Anyway? Marxist, Son of a Mexican Murderer?

Pedro L. Gonzalez – a vocal supporter of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s presidential campaign who is often boosted by official DeSantis staffers – has a known history of wildly racist posts, which he now blames on having once supported President Donald J. Trump. What is less known about Gonzalez, however, is where he came from, and why he now feels the need to attack right-wing conservatives online in his pursuit of political internet relevance.

In recent months, Gonzales has lashed out at Trump-supporting individuals such as Jack Posobiec, Charlie Kirk, and Laura Loomer, often accusing said figures of being bought and paid for.

Gonzalez, also recently supported DeSantis press secretary Jeremy Redfern’s calls to deport conservative reporters who disagree with him.

The tactic is perhaps less surprising when you learn of Pedro’s “former” Marxist past. A keen supporter of the authoritarian leftist Bernie Sanders, Gonzalez’s own Mexican father – also apparently named Pedro Gonzalez – is said to have stabbed a man, possibly to death, before fleeing Mexico for California in the 1940s.

Gonzalez, who has also admitted his parents are poorly integrated Mexican migrants who learned little English, is one of many California leftists who supported the far-left Sanders. But his journey into Trump world, before flipping once again to try and ingratiate himself with the Florida Governor, raises questions over his motives.

Nightmares From My Father.

Writing for a now defunct journal, Gonzalez has admitted to his father’s shady past, raising questions over Pedro Senior’s entry into America, and the status of Gonzalez as a possible “anchor baby” with “birthright citizenship” as a result. Asked about his background, Gonzalez has usually offered cagey responses, and he was especially shifty when asked to discuss his family during a YouTube interview in 2022:

“[M]y mom’s, she’s retired, you know. My dad kind of just worked until the day that he died, and so, uh, long life, long productive life, he worked a lot of different jobs,” Gonzalez said. “I don’t have, like, uh, a remarkable background… My parents were just, you know, like, typical, socially conservative, like, first-generation Hispanic immigrants.”

But “typical Hispanic immigrants” don’t tend to have a murderous – attempted or otherwise – background, with Gonzalez writing about how “all but one of [my father’s] five brothers had been murdered in Mexico” before relating an equally disturbing story about how his dad likely murdered a man before fleeing justice like a coward.

In 2020, he related what he called a “quixotic” tale about how his father “rode all throughout Mexico on his beautiful brown horse” before getting into “a knife fight over a woman” in the 1940s. Gonzalez himself was born several decades later, in the United States – an impossibility had his father murdered or tried to murder a man and then gain entry to America legally. As a criminal, he would have been refused entry.

“My father fled town not knowing whether he had mortally wounded his challenger,” Gonzalez explained in his essay. “The last words shouted by the man he stabbed in the chest, ‘Me mataste!’ (You have killed me!), rang in his ears as he galloped away.”

While some bracero laborers were allowed across the southern border in the 1940s and ’50s, the immigration system still strongly favored Western Europeans, with fugitive murderers and attempted murderers finding it suitably difficult to secure visas.

Having been made aware of The National Pulse’s interest in his family history, Gonzalez hurriedly posted a story to his Substack and X account last night, insisting “I’m not an anchor baby” and claiming the story of his dad is now just “family lore.”

Gonzalez also omitted other details, such as how his family apparently never integrated into America, and failed to explain whether migrants like his parents would be allowed into the country under his latest political crush, Governor Ron DeSantis.

Under an ideal immigration system, would an unskilled laborer with no English and a history of stabbing people in the chest be allowed to stay in America, and should his U.S.-born progeny receive citizenship? The answer is obviously no.

Nazism… Like, Really.

Gonzalez’s open endorsements of racism and anti-Semitism, clear from various leaked messages, are clearer still in light of comments made to fellow DeSantis booster David Reaboi concerning his grandfather-in-law.

During the conversation, Gonzalez boasted that his wife’s grandfather “served in the German military in World War II,” spinning an unlikely tale about the Nazi soldier dying when the Allies bombed Dresden because, “he was helping people get into a bomb shelter, and he… stayed outside and made sure the doors were closed.”

In his aforementioned racist messages, Gonzalez also said he chose a German wife because Germans are the “master race,” advising fellow group members to “keep it hwhite [sic]” when dating.

While it is clear Gonzalez harbors deep racial resentment and perhaps even shame over his own family history, what remains unclear is to what extent the U.S. authorities knew about his father’s murder, or attempted murder, just a few years before entering America. Gonzalez appears more than happy to attack others on the basis of background, but when it comes to his own, he remains awkwardly imprecise.

Engoron’s ‘Co-Judge’ Law Clerk, Allison Greenfield, Attended Anti-Trump Events Endorsing Biden & Tish James, Spurred on By Impeachment Leader Dan Goldman.

Allison Greenfield, law clerk to Judge Arthur Engoron, has been recently involved with leading anti-Trump organizations in New York City, and has even been caught on camera attending the “Fall Event” of a group called the “Grand Street Democrats” in October 2022.

Greenfield – whose partisan activities were the basis for Judge Arthur Engoron’s now-overturned gag order against President Donald Trump – has been advising Engoron throughout the case, notably glaring at Trump and rolling her eyes during presentations by Trump’s lawyers, according to in-court witnesses.

Footage posted to the Judicial Protest X account early November shows Greenfield at the Grand St Dems event where speakers and the organization itself endorsed Attorney General Letitia James, whose partisan campaigning sparked the case against Trump in the first instance. The group has also endorsed James on its website:

Greenfield is also featured prominently on the Grand St Dems pages, and can be seen in the video, below, cheering for Joe Biden and even exclaiming, “Marijuana, heh heh heh!” at one point in the video (1:02), raising questions about her own potential drug use and advocacy:

This level of involvement in highly partisan activity is wildly unusual for a law clerk, especially one presiding over a trial of a former president and current presidential candidate running against the very people Greenfield is heard cheering on in the video.

Speakers at the event hurled epithets at Trump supporters, calling the MAGA movement “dangerous” and “anti-democratic,” while also claiming to have seen “the consequences of the former president [Trump]” in New York.

An image of Greenfield posing with far-left activists for the Grand St Dems Instagram page was even “liked” by former lead counsel in the first Trump impeachment, Dan Goldman, highlighting the anti-Trump nature of the event.

By her own admission, Greenfield has acted as a “co-judge” in the New York case against Donald Trump – something highly inappropriate for an unelected member of court staff. Greenfield has gone so far as to refer to herself and the judge using the term ‘we‘ at a candidate forum. Greenfield, at the time, was seeking office as a judge on the Manhattan Civil Court.

At the same candidate forum, Greenfield stated her judicial philosophy would be driven not by the facts and the law, but by political considerations. She said: “[o]ne thing that I think is incredibly important to consider, what would the people who elected me want me to do and is there any precedent… that would allow me to achieve that outcome.”
Greenfield’s view of the law is far outside the judicial mainstream, and in clear violation of New York’s Rules of Judicial Conduct which state: “A judge shall be faithful to the law and maintain professional competence in it. A judge shall not be swayed by partisan interests, public clamor or fear of criticism.” Another concerning revelation is that Greenfield has been in violation of  the Rules of Judicial Conduct throughout the course of the trial dude to her political contributions:

The mistrial filing cited above, provides nearly three pages of political contributions made in excess of the limits set by the Rules for Judicial Conduct. Some of the groups Greenfield contributed to, while the civil fraud case against Trump was pending, included organizations that were actively and publicly supporting Letitia James for Attorney General – raising further concerns regarding partisan impropriety by Engoron’s law clerk.

Less than two weeks before James filed her civil fraud case against former President Trump, the Grand Street Democrats organization posted on X (formerly Twitter):

The mistrial filing by former President Trump’s attorneys also makes clear that much of this information was hidden from the public and the court because of Engoron’s gag order. Late on Friday, November 17th, Engoron rejected the mistrial filing, claiming the long trail of evidence against Greenfield was “without merit”.

Will Upton contributed to this report.

Mike Pence Files His Paperwork But No One Cares.

Former Vice President Mike Pence announced a run for President of The United States today. No one can seem to explain why, besides being an establishment foil to hurl smears at Donald Trump from the pulpit of an Oval Office candidate.

Pence — who led the COVID taskforce and even appointed Ambassador Deborah Birx as well as Antony Fauci to it — is formally launching his campaign in Iowa this week.

His policy achievements as Vice President include:

  • The COVID-19 taskforce;
  • Failing to actually verify the votes on Jan 6.

Pence is also famed for having had a fly land on his forehead during a debate.
