Transgender Illegal Immigrant Receives Just Six Months in Prison for Sexually Assaulting Schoolboy.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A transgender illegal migrant who admitted to sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in New York received just a six-month prison sentence, sparking outrage over its leniency.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a 31-year-old transgender Colombian illegal immigrant, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, and the victim’s family.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The assault occurred in February 2025 in East Harlem, New York, with the plea deal approved in March 2026.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I didn’t know you could get six months on this… It’s generally a minimum of two [years] and a maximum of seven, so I think something must be wrong here.” – Seth Zuckerman, former prosecutor and criminal defense attorney

🎯IMPACT: Critics argue the sentence undermines justice for child victims and sends a concerning message about accountability for serious crimes.

IN FULL

A lax sentence given to Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a transgender illegal migrant from Colombia, is sparking outrage among New Yorkers. Contreras-Suarez was arrested last year for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy in a bodega bathroom in New York City; however, he was just given a six-month term in prison after reaching a plea agreement with the Manhattan District Attorney‘s Office.

Seth Zuckerman, a former prosecutor in the Brooklyn DA’s Office and now a criminal defense lawyer, expressed disbelief at the outcome. “I didn’t know you could get six months on this,” he said, adding, “It’s generally a minimum of two [years] and a maximum of seven, so I think something must be wrong here.” Zuckerman noted that clients in similar cases typically do not receive such favorable deals.

The defendant, who has already served the six-month term while detained at Rikers Island since February 2025, was also wanted in New Jersey and Massachusetts for violent offenses and was subject to immigration enforcement detainers. Mark Bederow, a defense lawyer and former Manhattan prosecutor, described the sentence as “extraordinarily low” and highlighted that it deviates from standard sentencing guidelines.

The Manhattan DA’s office stated that the resolution was reached in consultation with the victim’s family to avoid the teenager testifying before a grand jury and during a trial. A spokesman added, “We expect the defendant to remain detained and be deported following sentencing, due to the felony conviction.”

Jennifer Harrison, founder of Victims Rights NY, condemned the plea deal, saying, “Let’s not pretend this sentence reflects real justice. It doesn’t. It sends a dangerous message that even the most horrific crimes against children won’t be met with the full weight of the law.”

The National Pulse reported in August 2025 that Contreras-Suarez had entered the United States illegally in March 2023 but was subsequently paroled into the interior of the country by the former Biden government. After initially being apprehended at the San Ysidro Port of Entry in California, Contreras-Suarez was released into the country. Following this release, authorities say he was involved in several criminal incidents in Medford, Massachusetts, where charges were filed for armed robbery, prostitution, and assault with a deadly weapon.

Illegal Immigrant Charged with Violent Rape of 5-Year-Old.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: An illegal immigrant was arrested for the alleged rape of a five-year-old child in Long Island, New York.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Carlos Aguilar Reynoso, 27, of Guatemala, and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The alleged assault occurred in Long Island, New York, with Reynoso charged on March 23.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Carlos Aguilar Reynoso, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, was charged for raping a five-year-old child in New York. While local law enforcement processed DNA evidence and built their case, they contacted ICE to arrest this pedophile so he would not be released into our communities to prey on more innocent children,” said Acting Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis.

🎯IMPACT: Reynoso faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted and deportation, with his bail denied until further court proceedings.

IN FULL

Carlos Aguilar Reynoso, a 27-year-old illegal immigrant from Guatemala, has been ordered removed from the United States following his arrest for the alleged rape of a five-year-old girl in Long Island, New York. Court documents detail that Reynoso forcibly penetrated the victim, leaving the young girl bloodied and requiring surgery to repair internal injuries.

Reynoso was charged on March 23 with predatory sexual assault against a child, sexual abuse, and other related offenses. The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office is prosecuting the case. The attack reportedly occurred while Reynoso was babysitting the child. Upon returning home, the mother discovered her daughter bleeding and took her to a hospital, where a rape kit test linked Reynoso to the crime.

While awaiting DNA test results, Reynoso was initially set to be released under New York’s bail reform laws, which prevent prosecutors from requesting bail for certain offenses. Detectives issued a desk appearance ticket, enabling U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to take Reynoso into custody on February 2, 2026, while prosecutors built their case against him.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis stated, “Carlos Aguilar Reynoso, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, was charged for raping a five-year-old child in New York. While local law enforcement processed DNA evidence and built their case, they contacted ICE to arrest this pedophile so he would not be released into our communities to prey on more innocent children.”

An immigration judge ordered his removal on March 16. Reynoso remains in custody with bail denied and faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

Fugitive Migrant Wanted for Deadly Hit-and-Run Entered U.S. Illegally at Least Twice.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: An Ecuadorian migrant accused of fatally hitting a pedestrian in a New Jersey hit-and-run is believed to have entered the U.S. illegally twice.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Wilson “Adrian” Morocho-Necta, 33, is the suspect; the victim has been identified as 68-year-old Justo Pilco-Tenesaca of Morristown, New Jersey.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The incident occurred near Sussex Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey, around 7 AM last Friday.

💬KEY QUOTE: “We are calling on the public to report any sightings of Wilson Adrian Morocho-Necta. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of this illegal alien, they should immediately contact ICE at 866-DHS-2-ICE.” – Acting Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Lauren Bis.

🎯IMPACT: The suspect remains at large, and law enforcement is urging public cooperation while navigating New Jersey’s restrictions on ICE collaboration.

IN FULL

Wilson “Adrian” Morocho-Necta, a 33-year-old Ecuadorian migrant, has been identified as the main suspect in a fatal hit-and-run that killed 68-year-old Justo Pilco-Tenesaca in Morristown, New Jersey. Authorities say the incident took place early Friday morning, when a work truck struck the victim. According to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Morocho-Necta fled the scene on foot.

Federal officials say Morocho-Necta had previously entered the United States illegally twice, including once after being deported in 2019. He is now being sought by local police and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). However, New Jersey’s Immigrant Trust Directive restricts local law enforcement from fully cooperating with federal immigration authorities.

Acting Assistant DHS Secretary Lauren Bis urged the public to help locate him, stating, “This illegal alien is the lead suspect in a hit and run that killed Justo Pilco-Tenesaca and remains at large. If anyone has information on the whereabouts of this illegal alien, they should immediately contact ICE at 866-DHS-2-ICE.”

Morocho-Necta was last seen wearing a white hoodie and jeans and is believed to be in the Morristown area. The truck involved belonged to MC Home Improvements & Construction, whose owner, Eric Couper, said he was “friggin’ mortified” by the incident.

The suspect faces charges of second-degree leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and third-degree endangering an injured victim. Prosecutors said the case will proceed in line with state and federal laws.

The case has renewed debate over crimes involving migrants who have avoided immigration enforcement. In a separate case this year, an Ecuadorian national reportedly took refuge in a consulate to avoid deportation. In another incident, a migrant charged with child molestation was released in a sanctuary jurisdiction despite an immigration detainer.

‘Big Tish’ James in Hot Water Again.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) was hit with two federal criminal referrals alleging she may have committed homeowners’ insurance fraud.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Federal Housing Finance Agency Director William Pulte, U.S. Attorneys Andrew Boutros and Jason Reding Quinones, and Letitia James.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Referrals were filed on Wednesday with U.S. Attorneys in Florida and Illinois, concerning incidents tied to a property in Norfolk, Virginia.

💬KEY QUOTE: “[I]t appears Ms. James may have defrauded the Illinois-based insurance company.” – William Pulte

🎯IMPACT: The referrals add to ongoing legal scrutiny of James; her attorney has dismissed the allegations as baseless and politically motivated.

IN FULL

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) has received two federal criminal referrals accusing her of possibly providing false information in homeowner insurance applications. William Pulte, Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, sent the referrals to U.S. Attorneys Andrew Boutros in Illinois and Jason Reding Quinones in Florida. The claims focus on insurance documents filed with Allstate Insurance Company and Universal Property Insurance.

The referrals followed the posting of documents on social media that appeared to show inconsistencies in James’s filings. Pulte’s referral alleges that James misrepresented the occupancy of a Norfolk, Virginia, property she bought in 2020, claiming it would house a single adult when it was allegedly occupied by four people, including three children and her niece. A separate allegation claims she falsely stated the property would sit empty for five months each year, even though it was reportedly occupied year-round.

A Justice Department spokesman confirmed that the referrals had been received. James’s attorney Abbe Lowell—who has also represented Hunter Biden—rejected the accusations as elements of a politically motivated “revenge campaign,” charging that opponents were simply recycling baseless claims. “These desperate tactics will fail—just as every previous attempt has failed,” said Lowell.

Notably, this is not the first time James has faced legal action. A federal judge dismissed a mortgage fraud case against her last November, ruling that the interim U.S. Attorney assigned to the matter had been improperly appointed. Two federal grand juries declined to issue new indictments on related charges. The current referrals concern the same Norfolk property that was central to the earlier case.

Predators Targeting Girls as Young as 11 at Vape Shops, Mini-Marts.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Senior British politicians have called for an urgent investigation following allegations of child sexual exploitation linked to mini-marts and vape shops in England’s West Midlands.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: West Midlands Police, local council officials, victims, and political leaders, including Reform Party Shadow Home Secretary Zia Yusuf.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Allegations span from 2019 onwards, centered around high streets in the West Midlands.

💬KEY QUOTE: Reform Party Shadow Home Secretary Zia Yusuf called the reports “sickening,” and said West Midlands Police’s initial dismissal of the concerns amounted to a “complete collapse of duty.”

🎯IMPACT: Authorities face mounting pressure to investigate the allegations, as public concern over child safety grows.

IN FULL

Senior British politicians are demanding an immediate inquiry into claims of child sexual exploitation connected to mini-marts and vape stores across the West Midlands. The push follows repeated warnings from a municipal government employee about children as young as 11 being put at risk of abuse.

West Midlands Police originally insisted there was “no evidence” to back the allegations, but after revisiting the information, they said it was being “actioned appropriately.” This echoes Britain’s notorious grooming gangs scandal, in which police forces across the country initially resisted investigating Pakistani Muslims preying on white children, acting only after significant media coverage.

Intelligence updates issued between 2019 and 2024 highlighted concerns that youngsters were being targeted for exploitation after being offered drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes at these premises. One former employee at a mini-mart in the area described being sexually assaulted by another worker, stating, “I screamed and ran out of the shop.” She added that she had been harassed and propositioned for sex on multiple occasions by staff at different locations.

Reform Party Shadow Home Secretary Zia Yusuf called the reports “sickening,” and said West Midlands Police’s initial dismissal of the concerns amounted to a “complete collapse of duty.”

Mini-marts and vape shops are known hubs of criminality in Britain, with an investigation late last year spanning locations from Dundee, Scotland, to south Devon, England, revealing that a Kurdish organized crime network was allowing migrants to illegally operate premises generating profits from black market cigarettes and vapes, some of them sold to children.

More Victims of Migrant Accused of High School Sexual Assault Spree Come Forward.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: An adult illegal immigrant in Virginia, already facing multiple charges for sexually assaulting female classmates at a high school, now faces additional accusations.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Israel Flores Ortiz, 18, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, and female students at Fairfax High School.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Reports surfaced on March 5, 2026, at Fairfax High School in Fairfax County, Virginia. Ortiz turned himself in on March 7.

💬KEY QUOTE: “It’s terrifying as a parent because when I send my daughters to school, I think they’re safe in the care of the school,” said parent Stacy Langton.

🎯IMPACT: Ortiz is being held without bond, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has filed a detainer to remove him from the country. Parents have expressed outrage over safety concerns at the school.

IN FULL

Israel Flores Ortiz, an adult illegal immigrant from El Salvador, is facing additional assault and battery charges, following previous charges for a sexual assault spree targeting girls at Fairfax High School in Virginia. He was originally charged with nine counts, but authorities have added four more as further victims have come forward during the ongoing investigation.

Fairfax County police first learned of the incidents on March 5, 2024, and obtained an arrest warrant. Ortiz surrendered to authorities on March 7 and remains in custody at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, held without bond. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has placed a detainer on him in order to remove him from the United States.

Local parents have voiced outrage and concern. “It’s terrifying as a parent because when I send my daughters to school, I think they’re safe in the care of the school,” said Stacy Langton, whose daughters attend Fairfax High School. “In this case, they absolutely were not safe.”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a statement pressing Fairfax County to honor the ICE detainer. “We are calling on Fairfax County to honor our detainer to ensure this violent criminal is removed from our country so he can never claim another victim again,” the department said.

“We prioritize student and staff safety, and we fully investigate any time someone shares that an incident has occurred at school, or that they do not feel safe at school,” Fairfax County Public Schools district stated.

CBP Just Seized 120 Pounds of Meth at the U.S.-Mexico Border.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers seized over 120 pounds of methamphetamine during two enforcement actions at the Nogales Port of Entry.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: CBP officers, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents, and two drivers who were arrested.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The seizures occurred on March 10 and March 11 at the Mariposa and DeConcini Crossings in Nogales, Arizona.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Our streets are safer thanks to the dedication of our CBP officers.” – Jose Acuna, Acting Port Director at Nogales Port of Entry.

🎯IMPACT: The seizures prevented a significant quantity of methamphetamine from reaching U.S. streets.

IN FULL

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers earlier this month seized over 120 pounds of methamphetamine at the Nogales Port of Entry along America’s southern border. The illicit drugs were uncovered during two separate enforcement actions on March 10 and 11.

“Our frontline officers’ ability to apply training, inspection experience, and technology allowed them to zero in and take down a couple of significant drug loads,” Acting Port Director Jose Acuna said of the methamphetamine seizure. He added, “Our streets are safer thanks to the dedication of our CBP officers.”

According to the CBP, on March 10, officers at the Mariposa Crossing seized nearly 44 pounds of methamphetamine concealed in a 2007 Acura RL. Using a non-intrusive inspection system, officers conducted a closer physical examination and discovered 32 packages of methamphetamine hidden in the back seat of the vehicle. The drugs and the vehicle were seized, and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents arrested the driver, launching a criminal investigation.

The following day, on March 11, CBP officers at the DeConcini Crossing seized over 76 pounds of methamphetamine hidden in a 2019 Volkswagen Polo. An inspection scan and physical examination led to the discovery of 70 packages of methamphetamine concealed in a false floor compartment of the vehicle. The narcotics and the vehicle were seized, and the driver was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation.

40% of Vape Stores Checked by Police Caught Selling to Children.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Police in Smithfield, North Carolina, checked ten vape stores in response to reports of school students vaping, and caught clerks selling to minors at four of them.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Smithfield Police Department, school resource officers, vape store clerks, and students.

📍WHEN & WHERE: March 2026, Smithfield, North Carolina.

💬KEY QUOTE: The Smithfield Police Department urged the community to adhere to state regulations on vape sales.

🎯IMPACT: The operation highlighted ongoing issues with criminality at vape stores.

IN FULL

North Carolina’s Smithfield Police Narcotics Division carried out a compliance operation at ten vape stores on March 18, amid reports of underage school students vaping. Officers caught clerks selling to minors at four of them. School resource officers had noted a sharp rise in students carrying vapes throughout March.

Under North Carolina law, it is illegal to sell vape products to anyone under the age of 18. Charges have been filed against the arrested clerks. Increasingly, vape stores are becoming hubs for criminality across the United States and the wider West, with raids in another North Carolina town earlier this month netting four arrests, millions in cash, and illegal narcotics.

In the United Kingdom, vape stores have been definitively linked to anti-social behavior, the sale of drugs and counterfeit cigarettes, and organized crime, including immigration crime. They are also a threat to public safety and national heritage, with one of many unregistered stores selling unsafe products in Glasgow, Scotland, recently starting a fire that burned a 175-year-old historic landmark to the ground.

The fire also forced the country’s largest railway station, located nearby, to close, triggering days of chaos across the national rail network.

Illegal Immigrant Arrested for High School Sexual Assault Spree.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A 19-year-old illegal immigrant was charged with nine counts of assault and battery for allegedly groping girls at a Fairfax County high school.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Israel Flores Ortiz, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, and multiple high school students.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Fairfax County, Virginia, incidents occurred during school hours in hallways while students were changing classes.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This is a public safety issue and every single parent’s daughters are at risk because of this policy.” – Stacy Langton, a parent of students enrolled at the Fairfax County high school

🎯IMPACT: Parents, including those across political lines, are outraged, and the incident has sparked renewed debate over public safety policies and immigrant laws.

IN FULL

Israel Flores Ortiz, a 19-year-old illegal immigrant from El Salvador, has been charged with nine counts of assault and battery for allegedly groping girls at a high school in Fairfax County, Virginia. The Salvadoran allegedly groped at least a dozen female students in school hallways while they were changing classes.

Stacy Langton, a parent and local activist, expressed her outrage at the incidents, stating, “It’s terrifying as a parent because when I send my daughters to school, I think they’re safe in the care of the school. And in this case, they absolutely were not safe.” Langton added that her daughters, both students at the school, were aware of the incidents, with some of their friends among the 12 alleged victims.

Langton criticized policies that allow “English Learners” to remain in public schools up to age 22, calling it a “public safety issue” that affects all parents regardless of political affiliation. “This is a problem for every single parent in the school, whether you’re a Democrat, whether you are an Independent, or whether you are a Republican,” she said. The school district, while unable to comment on specifics due to privacy laws, stated, “We prioritize student and staff safety, and we fully investigate any time someone shares that an incident has occurred at school, or that they do not feel safe at school.”

Notably, Fairfax County has become a recent hotspot for illegal immigrant violent crime, with its George Soros-backed Commonwealth’s Attorney Steven Descano facing backlash for dropping charges against illegal immigrants, including Salvadoran national Marvin Morales-Ortez. Morales-Ortez was released despite a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer and later allegedly murdered a man in Reston, Virginia.

More recently, Descano failed to pursue charges against Abdul Jalloh, a 32-year-old illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone with an extensive criminal history, including over 30 arrests.  In late February, Jalloh stabbed 41-year-old Stephanie Minter to death at a bus stop along Richmond Highway in Fairfax County, and is currently facing a charge of murder.

SURPRISE! The Most Unsafe Areas Are the Most ‘Diverse.’

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A YouGov survey has revealed the top ten places in Britain where residents feel most unsafe, and almost all of them are majority-minority areas which have been subjected to significant demographic change.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The survey was conducted by YouGov.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The poll was published on March 20, 2026, focusing on various localities across Britain.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The results show a widespread belief among the public (65-67%) that police would not attempt to properly investigate minor crimes such as phone theft, shoplifting, or vandalism. More people than not also think police wouldn’t try and investigate burglary (50%), or online fraud (47%).” – YouGov Poll Analysis

🎯IMPACT: The findings highlight public fears about safety in areas that have experienced significant demographic shifts, prompting concerns over integration and social cohesion.

IN FULL

A recent YouGov poll has revealed the areas in Britain where residents feel most unsafe, with almost all of them being majority-minority. The survey lists Newham, in London, as the area where residents feel most unsafe, at 43 percent. Notably, Newham’s population is just 14.8 percent White British.

Along with Newham, the survey lists Barking & Dagenham, Brent, Leicester, Luton, Birmingham, and Hounslow, all have white populations below 50 percent. The remaining three areas in the top ten, Sandwell, Westminster, and Wolverhampton, are white-majority, but not by much.

The Ministry of Justice’s latest data from 2024/25 shows that ethnic minorities are disproportionately represented in the criminal justice system, with black people accounting for 12  percent of prisoners despite accounting for only four percent of the general population. Non-white groups overall comprise 27 percent of the prison population, against an 18 percent share of the general population.

Foreign national conviction rates further highlight disparities, with data secured by the Centre for Migration Control under the Freedom of Information Act showing significantly higher rates of violence, sexual offending, and theft among certain nationalities compared to British citizens. For instance, the conviction rate for sexual offenses in England and Wales per 10,000 people is 59 for Afghans, compared to just six for British citizens. Similarly, the conviction rate for crimes of violence among Afghans is 102—behind only Somalis and Congolese, at 129 and 187, respectively—compared to 16 for British citizens.
