Democrats Blasted After Refugee Suspected of Murder Released, Then Caught on Campus With a Rifle.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: A repeat offender, Ephraim Debisa, was arrested on a college campus in Colorado for unlawful possession of a weapon and trespassing, following previous arrests for violent crimes.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Ephraim Debisa, Rep. Gabe Evans (R-CO), Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams, and Governor Jared Polis (D-CO).

📍WHEN & WHERE: The arrest occurred last week in Weld County, Colorado.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “This is just devastating to public safety in Colorado, and it’s devastating to law enforcement morale.” – Rep. Evans

🎯IMPACT: The situation highlights concerns over Colorado’s criminal justice policies and their impact on law enforcement morale and public safety.

IN FULL

Ephraim Debisa, a 21-year-old refugee from Tanzania, was arrested last week in Weld County, Colorado, for unlawful possession of a weapon on school grounds and trespassing. According to the Weld County Sheriff’s Office, Debisa had previously been arrested on suspicion of attempting to commit second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and engaging in a riot. He also faced earlier charges of felony menacing and first-degree burglary. However, the Democrat-governed state’s recently enacted competency law has prevented Debisa from standing trial or being held by law enforcement.

Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams criticized Colorado’s Democratic leadership for policies that he says have weakened the criminal justice system. “They have continued to weaken the criminal justice system by handcuffing law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges for the sake of criminals,” said Reams. “I pray this individual doesn’t hurt another innocent victim but the public deserves to know of his past violent actions so they can protect themselves accordingly.”

Congressman Gabe Evans (R-CO) also expressed frustration over the situation, saying, “This is just devastating to public safety in Colorado, and it’s devastating to law enforcement morale.” Evans, a former police officer, noted the emotional toll such cases take on law enforcement, adding, “You go, and you arrest a repeat violent offender who then gets released, and then you got to go catch him again two weeks later when he’s armed with a gun.”

Evans pointed to broader issues, including anti-law enforcement sentiment and policies he described as “soft on crime.” He said, “For the last five years plus, we have seen the left double down on their anti-law enforcement rhetoric, going back to the riots of 2020. They are at an ideological point where they struggle to be able to actually back law enforcement and condemn political violence when it’s against conservative figures.”

Governor Jared Polis (D-CO) defended his administration’s actions, claiming he is “getting real results” on crime. However, he had to acknowledge that the new competency law has had “unintended consequences” and expressed willingness to work with law enforcement and legislators to address the issue.

Armed Hamas Operatives Arrested for Plotting Attacks on Jews in This European Country.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Authorities in Germany have detained three suspected Hamas members accused of planning terror attacks and acquiring weapons.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Suspects Abed Al G., Wael F. M., and Ahmad I. are described as operatives of Hamas.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The arrests occurred on October 1 in Berlin, with searches conducted in Leipzig and Oberhausen.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “During today’s arrests, various weapons, including an AK-47 assault rifle and several pistols, and a significant amount of ammunition were found,” said Germany’s Federal Prosecutor General.

🎯IMPACT: The arrests highlight ongoing security concerns for Jewish communities in multicultural Germany amid the Hamas-Israel conflict.

IN FULL

German authorities have arrested three men suspected of being Hamas members who were allegedly planning terrorist attacks within the country. The arrests occurred on Wednesday during a police operation in Berlin aimed at intercepting a weapons handover, according to the Federal Prosecutor’s Office.

The suspects were identified as Abed Al G., a 36-year-old German citizen of Lebanese descent; Wael F. M., 43, born in Lebanon but with an unclear German citizenship situation; and Ahmad I., 44, a German citizen originally from Syria. All three are accused of being members of the jihadist organization Hamas and of preparing acts of violence endangering the state.

Prosecutors allege that the suspects had been instructed by Hamas leadership to acquire firearms and ammunition in Germany for use in attacks against Jewish and Israeli targets. During the operation, officers seized an AK-47 assault rifle, multiple pistols, and a substantial amount of ammunition. Additional searches were carried out in Leipzig and Oberhausen as part of the broader investigation.

The Federal Prosecutor’s Office referred to the suspects as “foreign operatives of the terrorist organization Hamas,” stating that they have been active members of the group since at least the summer of 2024. All three were taken into custody by officers from the Federal Criminal Police Office and are expected to appear before the Federal Court of Justice.

This case unfolds amid rising security concerns across Europe due to the ongoing conflict between Hamas and Israel, which escalated following the October 7, 2023, terrorist attacks in Israel. In Germany, authorities have repeatedly warned of an increased threat to Jewish communities and institutions, particularly from individuals influenced by Islamist ideologies.

Germany has faced growing challenges related to radical Islam more generally. According to a study by the University of MĂĽnster, nearly 20 percent of Muslims with migration backgrounds in the country show signs of emotional or ideological radicalization, including anti-Semitic or anti-Western views. With millions of Muslims living in Germany, this suggests that over a million individuals may be at risk of radicalization.

In recent years, German law enforcement has thwarted several Islamist plots. For instance, in late 2024, a 17-year-old with known Islamist sympathies was arrested for allegedly planning to drive a truck into a Christmas market in the town of Elmshorn.

‘They Are Throwing Us Out’ — Leaked Police Call Proves Migrant Gangs Have Created ‘No Go Zone’ in This Town.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: A leaked recording revealed local police in Torelló, Spain, admitting they are unable to control violent migrant groups and have been forced to retreat from dispatch calls.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Local police, residents of Torelló, and migrant groups, primarily described as young men from the Maghreb.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The incidents occurred in Torelló, Catalonia.

💬KEY QUOTE: “They are laughing at us. They are throwing us out. If we don’t want to get hurt, we too [must leave],” said a local police officer in the leaked recording.

🎯IMPACT: Residents have organized a rally to demand action, while local authorities have acknowledged the issue and announced plans to strengthen the police force.

IN FULL

Torelló, a town in the Spanish region of Catalonia, is facing growing unrest after a leaked police recording revealed that local officers feel unable to handle violent migrant groups in certain neighborhoods. The recording, confirmed as authentic by local authorities, features a police officer explaining how they were forced to retreat from around 25 rioters on Sant Josep Street due to being severely outnumbered. “They are laughing at us,” the officer says. “They are throwing us out. If we don’t want to get hurt, we too [must leave].”

Residents claim that the area has become a hub for fights, intimidation, and antisocial behavior. The recording has spread quickly through the community, reinforcing a growing belief that law enforcement is losing control. In response, residents are organizing a protest outside the town hall on Monday evening to demand tougher action from local leaders.

Torelló’s Security Councillor, Elisabet Viñas of the Republican Left, confirmed the audio’s legitimacy. “The Local Police are going there, they are there, and have arrested them many times. The laws are not strong enough, nor justice fast enough to get rid of these filthy people,” she said. Viñas blamed the issue primarily on young men, “mostly foreigners from the Maghreb”—Islamic North Africa—who she says are squatting in apartments and involved in burglaries and store break-ins.

Municipal sources admit the problem extends beyond TorellĂł. Across Catalonia, concerns over crime have intensified, with official statistics showing that foreign nationals are disproportionately involved in serious offenses. The Catalan capital of Barcelona now leads Spain in violent robberies.

The situation in Torelló is drawing comparisons to “no-go zones,” the subject of a 2017 book by The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief Raheem Kassam, where police struggle to enforce the law against large migrant and migrant-descended populations. For instance, in Berlin, Germany, the city’s police chief has advised Jewish and LGBT residents to be cautious in neighborhoods with large Arab populations, saying there are areas where such people may not be safe.

In other Western cities, including Dearborn, Michigan, police are now using Arabic-language identifiers in migrant-heavy areas.

Another Muslim Rape Gang Has Been Sentenced in Britain.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: Mohammed Zahid, the ringleader of a grooming gang in Rochdale, England, has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for using two schoolgirls as “sex slaves” between 2001 and 2006.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Mohammed Zahid, also known as “Boss Man,” and six other men, including Mushtaq Ahmed, Kasir Bashir, Mohammed Shahzad, Naheem Akram, Nisar Hussain, and Roheez Khan.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The crimes occurred in Rochdale, England, between 2001 and 2006. Sentencing took place recently at Manchester Minshull Street Court.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “Both were seriously let down by those whose job it was to protect them,” Judge Jonathan Seely said of the victims during sentencing.

🎯IMPACT: There has been widespread criticism of past failings by social services and police officers, who ignored grooming gang abuses across the country for decades because the perpetrators were primarily Pakistani-background Muslims and the victims primarily working-class white girls.

IN FULL

Mohammed Zahid, 65, has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for leading a grooming gang that sexually abused at least two 13-year-old schoolgirls between 2001 and 2006 in Rochdale, England. Known as “Boss Man,” Zahid was convicted in June alongside six other men for multiple sexual offences, including rape and indecency with a child. The gang, which treated the girls as “sex slaves,” exploited their victims repeatedly in unsafe and unhygienic locations.

“Girl A” testified she may have been targeted by over 200 offenders, while “Girl B” said some abuse occurred while she lived in a children’s home. Of the seven men, Zahid, Mushtaq Ahmed, Kasir Bashir, Mohammed Shahzad, Naheem Akram, Nisar Hussain, and Roheez Khan, Bashir, sentenced in absentia to 12 years, is believed to have fled the country.

Judge Jonathan Seely described the victims as highly vulnerable with troubled backgrounds, noting, “They were highly susceptible to the advances of these men and others, and both were sexually abused by numerous other men. They were passed around for sex—abused, humiliated, degraded, and then discarded. Both were seriously let down by those whose job it was to protect them.”

Girl A said her life was “destroyed,” while Girl B said it had been “on hold for 20 years.” Both police and social services apologised for past failures to act on warnings.

This case adds to a litany of British grooming gang scandals, enabled by police and social services ignoring the cases because the perpetrators were primarily Pakistani-background Muslims and the victims mainly white working class. A report earlier this year by Baroness Louise Casey has highlighted authorities’ reluctance to act due to fears of appearing racist and their poor recording of offenders’ ethnicity—likely intended to manipulate official statistics so South Asians would not appear even more grossly overrepresented among the grooming gang offenders.

In Rotherham, a police watchdog also found “systematic organisational failure” by senior leadership.

Illegal Aliens Caught Targeting CBP Helicopter with Laser in Portland.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Four illegal aliens were arrested for targeting a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) helicopter with a laser in Portland, Oregon.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Portland, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the arrested illegals.

📍WHEN & WHERE: September 27, 2025, over Portland.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “The federal government will not tolerate violence against federal officers.” – FBI Portland

🎯IMPACT: All four suspects were placed into ICE custody.

IN FULL

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), in partnership with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Protective Service Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), has netted four illegal aliens after searching a Portland, Oregon residence linked to the targeting of a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) helicopter with a blinding laser. Another aircraft in the vicinity was also targeted.

“Agents made contact with the subject, as well as three other inhabitants who were at the residence. All four suspects are in the U.S. illegally, and were placed into the custody of [U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Seattle] personnel,” the bureau announced in a statement posted to X (formerly Twitter).

“The laser that was used was acquired during the course of the investigation,” the statement continued, adding: “The federal government will not tolerate violence against federal officers, nor will we tolerate assaults on personal, commercial, or government aircraft.”

The incident underscores the growing dangers faced by law enforcement, particularly those engaged in immigration enforcement, such as ICE and CBP. The Trump administration complains that inflammatory rhetoric from leading Democrats such as Minnesota Governor and failed vice presidential candidate Tim Walz, who recently compared ICE to Adolf Hitler’s Gestapo, intensifies these dangers.

ICE facilities have been targeted in two sniper attacks in recent months, one of which saw a responding local police officer shot in the neck.

This Insurance Giant Could Soon Face a Federal Probe Over DEI Policies.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Insurance giant Chubb is facing calls for a federal investigation into its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and other practices over alleged violations of anti-discrimination laws and a Trump Executive Order.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Chubb, Consumers’ Research, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The campaign was launched on Wednesday, with Chubb being a globally operating American-Swiss insurance conglomerate listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “Chubb’s practices run counter not only to the colorblind policies of this administration, but very likely, to the Civil Rights Act and other federal anti-discrimination laws as well.” – Consumers’ Research Executive Director Will Hild

🎯IMPACT: Consumers’ Research has launched a nationwide campaign, including ads, billboards, and a website, to draw attention to Chubb’s policies and urge federal action.

IN FULL

American-Swiss insurance conglomerate Chubb could soon be subject to federal scrutiny over its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and other practices. Consumers’ Research, a consumer protection watchdog group, is petitioning the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Treasury Department to launch a probe into the insurance giant, alleging that Chubb’s policies may violate President Donald J. Trump’s Executive Order prohibiting DEI programs and federal anti-discrimination laws.

Chubb, the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company, is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and part of Lloyds of London. Consumers’ Research, a nonprofit watchdog group, launched its campaign on Wednesday, labeling Chubb the “wokest insurance company” and urging the DOJ to investigate.

In a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Consumers’ Research Executive Director Will Hild stated, “Chubb’s practices run counter not only to the colorblind policies of this administration, but very likely, to the Civil Rights Act and other federal anti-discrimination laws as well.” Hild also criticized Chubb’s DEI-driven philanthropic initiatives, such as the Chubb Rule of Law Fund and the Chubb Charitable Foundation.

Trump’s Executive Order—effectively barring the federal government from doing business with any companies that implement diversity quotas, affirmative action mandates, and other DEI-style policies—has resulted in numerous major U.S. corporations scrapping discriminatory programs. After Trump signed the order in January, Deloitte—a member of The Big Four accounting firms—notified its employees through a firm-wide e-mail that it would be ending its DEI initiatives.

Notably, The National Pulse reported in September that the House Oversight Committee is broadening its investigation into potential discrimination by insurance companies and financial institutions against individuals and entities with right-leaning political views. The probe also examines whether retirees’ pension accounts are being used to fund progressive policies without their consent.

Epstein’s Ties to Banks and Hedge Funds Are Far More Extensive Than Previously Thought.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: Newly reported documents have revealed Jeffrey Epstein’s extensive banking activities and transactions before his death.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Jeffrey Epstein, several banks, hedge funds, and known associates, including the former Bill Clinton-era Treasury Secretary and Barack Obama-era National Economic Council Director Larry Summers.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Before Epstein’s death in 2019, involving banks and entities across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

🎯IMPACT: The House Oversight Committee may issue subpoenas for bank records, potentially leading to further investigations.

IN FULL

Pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein‘s banking and investment activities were more extensive than previously known, involving multiple banks and major transactions with hedge funds. The true extent of Epstein’s investment portfolio and banking ties was revealed after his estate provided Congress with a list of over 20 banks where he held accounts.

Among the banks were Wells Fargo, TD Bank, and FirstBank Puerto Rico. JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank have already faced scrutiny and lawsuits due to their past associations with Epstein, although they claim to have severed ties in 2013 and 2018, respectively.

Documents reveal Epstein transferred significant sums, including $60 million to Honeycomb Partners and $13.5 million from a hedge fund led by Paul Tudor Jones. He also sold $15 million in shares to Blockchain Capital. These transactions occurred in the years leading up to his 2019 death, after his 2008 conviction for procuring a child for prostitution.

Epstein’s financial dealings involved a complex network of entities. Payments were made to known associates like Larry Summers, the former Bill Clinton-era Treasury Secretary and Barack Obama-era National Economic Council Director, who received $1,232.25 as a travel reimbursement.

The House Oversight Committee is expected to subpoena banks for further records, potentially uncovering more about Epstein’s financial network.

More Charges in Major Nursing Diploma Fraud Case.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Fraud charges have been filed against 12 defendants involved in selling fake nursing diplomas and transcripts as part of Operation Nightingale.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The defendants include nursing school owners and employees, such as Herline Lochard, Carleen Noreus, and others.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The charges were announced in Miami, Florida, with related activities occurring from January 2019 through September 2022.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “The charges highlight the purpose of a professional nursing licensure: protecting the public from harm by ensuring that only qualified and competent practitioners provide nursing care.” – DOJ Press Release

🎯IMPACT: The fraudulent scheme resulted in approximately 7,300 fake diplomas, posing significant risks to public health and safety.

IN FULL

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has charged 12 people with fraud-related offenses in Miami, Florida, as part of Phase II of Operation Nightingale. This operation exposed a scheme that sold fake nursing diplomas and transcripts, enabling unqualified individuals to bypass proper licensing and secure nursing jobs.

The accused, including owners and staff of nursing schools, allegedly conspired to provide fraudulent credentials, allowing buyers to take the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) and obtain nursing licenses for employment nationwide. Among the defendants, Herline Lochard has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, while Carleen Noreus faces charges including conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering. These fake credentials helped unqualified people gain nursing positions and benefits from unsuspecting healthcare providers across the country.

The scheme operated through several now-closed for-profit nursing schools in Florida, issuing around 7,300 fake diplomas between January 2019 and September 2022. The charges highlight the importance of legitimate nursing licensure in ensuring public health and safety.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General, and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Miami are leading the investigation. The defendants face up to 20 years in prison for wire fraud conspiracy charges.

WATCH: NYC’s Zohran Mamdani Confirms He Wants Legal Prostitution.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Democratic New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani endorsed decriminalizing prostitution in a televised interview.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Zohran Mamdani, prostitutes, pimps, and New York City residents.

📍WHEN & WHERE: September 2025, during a Good Day New York interview.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “Yes,” Mamdani confirmed his support for decriminalizing prostitution.

🎯IMPACT: Mamdani’s stance highlights his extreme soft-on-crime stance, which also includes previously expressing support for abolishing prisons and defunding the police.

IN FULL

Zohran Mamdani, the Democratic candidate for New York City mayor, reiterated his support for decriminalizing prostitution in America’s most populous city. The Twelver Muslim, a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), was confronted on the DSA’s support for legal prostitution and his own co-sponsorship of a legal prostitution bill in the New York State Assembly in a Good Day New York interview, with the hostess telling him, “A lot of people are concerned, especially if you go to Queens, Roosevelt Avenue, the people who live and work around there, who have to walk their kids past there, are very concerned. Young kids are being prostituted there. People are concerned where you stand on that; where do you divorce yourself from the Democratic Socialists of America?”

Mamdani said his platform is separate from the Democratic Socialists’ platform, but, when pressed, admitted that “Yes,” he does support decriminalizing prostitution. “What we have to bring to City Hall is a focus on ending sex trafficking; on ensuring that there is no tolerance for violence against women, and also having safety at the cornerstone of all the policies that we pursue.”

He claimed the “World Health Organizations” [sic] and a United Nations working group both found that decriminalizing prostitution provides the most “safety” for prostitutes.

Mamdani subscribes to a range of far-left, soft-on-crime policies, including the abolition of prisons, or “decarceration,” and defunding the police—although he has begun downplaying his past, vociferous support for these causes as he attempts to win the support of regular voters.

He also plans to spend an additional $100 million on legal aid for migrants to fight deportation.
