Non-Citizens Have Been Voting in California Since 2004.

A report by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has exposed longstanding issues in voter registration practices in Alameda County, California, where noncitizens have been systematically registered to vote for at least two decades. This has occurred due to a lack of verification or disregard of immigration status by election officials, according to PILF’s findings.

Foreign nationals have reportedly been allowed to register and vote even after admitting their noncitizen status during interviews. The problem in Alameda County, described as business as usual for at least two decades, first came to light with evidence of an illegal immigrant being registered in 2004. PILF’s research identified 54 instances where noncitizens were improperly allowed to vote. The foundation has called on states to implement robust safeguards to prevent such occurrences.

In February 2024, PILF initiated legal action against Alameda County to obtain records of noncitizens being approved for voter registration and remaining on voter rolls, even when their ineligibility was later discovered. After pursuing the lawsuit, the foundation received documents that detailed over 60 voter registration files. These records revealed two critical issues: noncitizens openly admitted their status on registration forms, and they often remained on voter rolls until they sought naturalization and requested removal.

PILF criticized the county for its failure to verify citizenship, relying instead on self-reported information from registrants. “The disclosed documents illustrate how foreign nationals are transparent or reticent about their ineligibility, yet still become registered voters,” stated PILF President J. Christian Adams. Adams also remarked on California‘s potential to improve citizenship verification if state leadership demonstrated willingness.

A federal investigation in North Carolina found similar evidence of noncitizens being registered to vote—with a number of them casting ballots.

Research indicates that noncitizen voting favors Democrats and has happened at a large enough scale to change election outcomes.

Illegal Vote Cast by Chinese National *WILL* Count in 2024 Election?!

A Chinese national is facing charges in Michigan after illegally casting a ballot in the 2024 election. The University of Michigan student—who is not a U.S. citizen and therefore cannot legally participate in the federal election—will have their illegal vote counted, however, as there is no mechanism in place to retrieve the ballot after it has been tabulated.

The Michigan Secretary of State’s office made the criminal charges public on Wednesday. They come amid heightened concerns regarding the illegal participation of noncitizens in the American election. According to the state’s top election official, the 19-year-old Chinse national has been referred to the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s office.

The student illegally registered to vote on Sunday, signing a government form identifying himself as an American citizen. Subsequently, the Chinese national was given a ballot which they filled out and entered into the vote tabulator. Election officials admit that the illegal vote will likely count in the 2024 election as the tabulator system is meant to keep ballots anonymous, so there is no method to track back the student’s ballot and remove it from the final vote tally.

“We’re grateful for the swift action of the clerk in this case, who took the appropriate steps and referred the case to law enforcement,” a joint statement by the Michigan Secretary of State and Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s offices reads. They add: “We are also grateful to law enforcement for swiftly and thoroughly investigating this case. Anyone who attempts to vote illegally faces significant consequences, including but not limited to arrest and prosecution.”

Earlier in the day, the United States Supreme Court issued a stay, blocking a lower court ruling that sided with a Biden-Harris government lawsuit seeking to block Virginia from continuing to remove self-identified noncitizens from their voter rolls.

Judge Says Critical County MUST Keep Early Voting Open Despite Democrat Attempt to Shut It Down.

President Donald J. Trump‘s 2024 campaign has won a significant victory in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to keep early voting open until Friday at 5:00 PM. Joined by the Republican National Committee (RNC), the campaign sued after local election officials ordered police to cut off early vote lines well ahead of closure times at some polling places due to the volume of voters—many believed to support Trump.

“We just won the Trump Campaign/RNC lawsuit against Bucks County, PA. We will now have extended early in-person mail-voting through November 1st—three extra days,” RNC co-chairman Michael Whatley said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) after the court issued its ruling. He added: “We will keep fighting. Go vote! Stay in line!”

Meanwhile, the Trump campaign also hailed the decision as a major victory for voters. “We just won our lawsuit in Bucks County for extended Early Voting through Friday at 5:00 PM,” James Blair—political director for the Trump campaign—wrote. He added: “Thank you to the court for making the right decision and for finding that Bucks County violated the Pennsylvania election code and providing the requested relief.”

Earlier this week, video footage surfaced showing local police and Democratic Party volunteers telling voters they had to turn back from vote centers because the lines were too long and they would not be able to receive their ballot before the locations were slated to close. Some voters appear confused, especially when confronted by the Democratic Party activists who they initially believed were government election workers.

In one clip, a police officer can be heard telling a woman that while the voting center didn’t close until 4:30 PM, the slow line and number of voters resulted in him cutting the line off entirely at 1:45 PM.

Dominion Voting Machines NATIONWIDE Are Experiencing ‘Programming Issues.’

Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is warning voters that a Dominion voting machine model in use in many of the state’s counties is erroneously preventing voters from casting split-ticket ballots. According to Benson, the error is impacting specifically the Dominion ICX Voter Assist Terminal (VAT) system, which is offered to individuals with disabilities and assists with marking their ballots.

According to Benson, the Dominion machine has an issue processing certain types of ballots—namely those where a voter wishes to vote for a mix of Republican and Democratic Party candidates instead of a straight party line. The Michigan Secretary of State claims the problem with the VAT machine isn’t unique to Michigan, and ballot marking errors have been reported by election officials nationwide.

“Yeah, this is a nationwide issue with Dominion voter access terminals in, in the counties that use them in the voter access terminals,” Benson announced earlier this week. She added: “Of course, not all the machines, just the ones that are accessible, have an issue. With the straight-party voting and a programming issue, that’s again affected the machines nationwide.”


Michigan election officials say that voters using Dominion-made VAT machines must either cast a straight-party line ballot or manually split their ballot by voting on each candidate individually. Typically, Michigan voters can select a partisan ballot choice and then override the party selection for specific races.

The Michigan Department of State says Dominion cannot fix the error in time for the 2024 election, so manual voting will be necessary for any disabled voter using a VAT machine. For her part, Benson expressed disappointment in Dominion over the issue, adding that she and others were unhappy to learn about the problem only when testing began.

Dem Operative Appears to Admit 2020 Steal on Hidden Camera.

Undercover footage of a Democrat operative in Georgia appears to confirm that a burst water pipe at Atlanta’s State Farm Arena during the 2020 election was used to send Republican election observers home while Democrats remained and supervised counting—which resumed promptly after their counterparts had left. Additionally, the operative states that Democrats engaged in legally dubious ballot harvesting tactics, specifically targeting elderly care facilities in the lead-up to the election.

Stephen Crowder and his team posted footage of Joel Caldwell, the Operations Director for the Georgia Coalition for the People’s Agenda, on X (formerly Twitter) on October 28. In the footage, Caldwell states that it was easier to steal an election by inflating vote totals for Democrats in areas that were already heavily Democratic to avoid raising suspicions.

Caldwell alludes to potentially illegal ballot harvesting activities, claiming a “man pulled up and put a hundred ballots in [a] box. You can’t do that sh*t.” He stated, “Groups [were] paying people to do just that. Drop off ballots. Go around collecting ballots [and] forge them.”

He also discusses the circumstances surrounding an alleged burst water pipe in Atlanta during the 2020 presidential election that caused counters to stop counting ballots at the State Farm arena after they were evacuated.

Caldwell notes that the Democrat observers returned to the venue and had workers resume counting while Republicans had left. He states in the video that only 100 votes were recorded for President Donald J. Trump in one specific locality, claiming the number was statistically impossible.

“Statistically, you’re downtown. There’s going to be more than a hundred votes for Trump,” he said.

Fulton County has been a significant focus of allegations of election fraud. However, Georgia’s top election official, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, has resisted efforts to spearhead major election integrity efforts.

The National Pulse previously reported that Raffensperger is instead fundraising for a group that targets activists and officials raising alarms over voter fraud.

Ballot Drop Boxes Set on Fire.

At least two allegedly secure ballot drop boxes have been set on fire in Oregon and Washington State—destroying an unknown number of ballots contained inside. The most recent incident, in Clark County, Washington, saw a ballot drop box billowing smoke as numerous ballots burned in the early morning hours on Monday.

Concerningly, Clark County sits in the hotly contested 3rd Congressional District, currently held by Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA). However, President Donald J. Trump won the district during the 2020 presidential election. The race is currently a toss-up between Gluesenkamp Perez and her Republican challenger, Joe Kent, a United States Army Special Forces veteran.

“This morning at about 4:00 AM, Vancouver Police responded to an arson at a ballot box located at 3510 SE 164th Ave. It was reported that the ballot box was smoking and on fire,” local police confirmed in a statement. They added: “Officers arrived and located a suspicious device next to the box. The ballot box was smoking and was on fire. Members of the Metro Explosive Disposal Unit (MEDU) arrived and safely collected the device, and the fire was extinguished.”


The preliminary report reveals that an incendiary device appears to have set the fire. At the moment, no suspect or motivation for the fire has been identified. According to the Clark County elections auditor, hundreds of ballots were in the drop box at the time of the fire, as the last pickup occurred at 11 AM on Saturday.

With many states expanding their early and mail-in voting timelines, election officials have insisted that ballot drop boxes are safe, secure, and adequately monitored. However, the two fires in Vancouver, Washington, and Portland, Oregon, undermine this assertion.

VA Asks SCOTUS to Block a Biden-Harris Push to Allow Noncitizens to Vote.

The Commonwealth of Virginia filed an emergency stay with the United States Supreme Court on Sunday night, asking that it block a ruling by a Biden-Harris-appointed federal judge barring the state from removing noncitizens from its voter rolls. Late last week, a federal district court ordered the state to halt the removal of over 1,500 individuals who have self-identified as noncitizens from state voter lists.

In 2006, then-Governor Tim Kaine (D-VA) signed legislation allowing the state to remove noncitizens from its voter rolls. Despite being on the books for nearly two decades, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has not challenged that law until now.

The emergency stay request, filed by Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares (R), is now on the Supreme Court’s docket. Chief Justice John Roberts will likely decide whether the stay request will move forward and be heard by the full court, which could happen within hours.

According to the original lawsuit filed by the Biden-Harris DOJ, removing noncitizen voters from the Virginia voter roll violates Section 8(c)(2) of the NVRA, also known as the Quiet Period Provision. This provision “requires states to complete systematic programs aimed at removing the names of ineligible voters from voter registration lists no later than 90 days before federal elections,” the DOJ contends.

However, Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) counters that the state law has been in force since 2006 and that the state’s same-day registration rules allow any potential legal voter caught up in the noncitizen removals to cast a provisional ballot on election day. “Virginians—and Americans—will see this for exactly what it is: a desperate attempt to attack the legitimacy of the elections in the Commonwealth, the very crucible of American Democracy,” Youngkin said, blasting the DOJ lawsuit.

Biden-Harris Judge Rules Noncitizens Can Vote.

A federal judge appointed by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris says the Commonwealth of Virginia cannot remove over 1,500 individuals who have self-identified as noncitizens from its voter roll. The lawsuit was brought by the Biden-Harris government.

U.S. election law bars those who are not American citizens from participating in federal elections. The issue of noncitizen voters has become a major concern during the 2024 election as several states have found significant numbers of illegal registrations on their voter rolls.

VIRGINIA LAW SINCE 2006.

“Let’s be clear about what just happened: only eleven days before a Presidential election, a federal judge ordered Virginia to reinstate over 1,500 individuals—who self-identified themselves as noncitizens—back onto voters rolls,” said Governor Glenn Youngkin (R-VA) in a statement blasting the ruling. He continued: “Almost all of these individuals had previously presented immigration documents confirming their noncitizen status a fact recently verified by federal authorities.”

Addressing the legal requirements for Virginia to remove these illegal voters from the state’s rolls, Youngkin emphasized that the law has been on the state books since 2006 and has been fulfilled under both Republican and Democrat governments.

“This is a Virginia law passed in 2006, signed by then-Governor Tim Kaine, that mandates certain procedures to remove noncitizens from the voter rolls, with safeguards in place to affirm citizenship before removal—and the ultimate failsafe of same-day registration for U.S. citizens to cast a provisional ballot,” Youngkin stated, adding: “This law has been applied in every Presidential election by Republicans and Democrats since enacted 18 years ago.”

Youngkin says the state will immediately ask the federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals for a stay of the decision.

Data shows that a statistically significant number of noncitizens have illegally participated in past elections. In Oregon, an alleged coding error resulted in over one thousand noncitizens being allowed on the voter rolls.

More Non-Citizen Voters Indicted.

Grand jurors have indicted six foreign nationals accused of voting illegally in Ohio. Ahmed Aden, 35, from Columbus, along with Nicholas Fontaine, 32, of Kent; Van Thuy Cooper, 53, of Hilliard; Maria Dearaujo, 62, of Columbus; Ramesh Patel, 68, of North Royalton; and Lorinda Miller, 78, of Hudson, face accusations of voting despite being noncitizens between 2008 and 2020.

The defendants stand charged under Ohio’s illegal voting law, which prohibits individuals from voting without legal citizen qualifications or voting more than once in a single election. Illegal voting is classified as a fourth-degree felony, potentially leading to an 18-month prison sentence. “If you’re not a citizen, it is illegal to vote whether you thought you were allowed to or not, and you will be held accountable in the state of Ohio,” warned Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.

Yost’s office intervened following referrals from Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, who, in August, brought attention to 138 cases of alleged illegal voting. Yost’s office focused on noncitizen cases, with special state prosecutors leading the investigations.

Federal law mandates that only American citizens can vote in federal elections. Still, the fact that people are not generally required to present proof of citizenship when registering to vote—or to present photographic identification when voting in person—has allowed noncitizens to circumvent the law sufficiently to change the outcome of elections.

The vast majority of Americans want proof of citizenship and photo ID requirements to be introduced, but the Democrats—who benefit disproportionately from noncitizens voting illegally—are bitterly opposed to such safeguards.

Probe Launched into Stolen and Fraudulently Cast Mail-In Ballots.

Local election officials in Mesa County, Colorado, have initiated an investigation following the discovery of at least 12 stolen mail-in ballots for the 2024 election, with some counted as valid votes. On Tuesday, officials in this predominantly Republican county identified the issue through signature verification processes. One particular ballot raised suspicion when a voter tracking their ballot found it had been cast despite the fact they never received it.

Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Bobbie Gross, a Republican, stated that the office is dedicated to maintaining election integrity and is actively investigating the fraud attempt. According to state officials, three ballots were accepted as legitimate votes and cannot be invalidated, but the voters can submit another ballot. It has been acknowledged that the signature verification system flagged these ballots, yet an election judge—now reassigned—approved them.

Jena Griswold—Colorado’s Secretary of State and a Democrat—admitted that counting these ballots was regrettable but insisted the state’s election system functioned as intended. Officials did not disclose which candidates were marked on the affected ballots.

Currently, over 27,000 votes have been counted in Mesa County, a region where former President Donald J. Trump secured a significant victory in 2020.
