Mike Johnston Denver

Denver Mayor Slashes Funding for Police, Fire Depts., Shifts $90M to Pay for Illegals.

Denver, Colorado, Mayor Mike Johnston announced he will raid city coffers and slash the police, firefighter, and 9-1-1 call center budgets to boost funding for housing and other services for illegal immigrants. Johnston, who has embraced the Biden government’s term “newcomers” to refer to the city’s burgeoning illegal alien population, said the cuts are necessary to afford the $89.9 million in new spending on illegals.

The city’s police department will see a $8.4 million cut in its budget, while the Denver fire department will have its budget slashed by $2.5 million. In addition, 9-1-1 operators would be forced to take a pay cut. Other city services will be reduced by $45.9 million as part of the funding shift, which prioritizes Denver’s illegal immigrant population of its legal residents.

“After more than a year of facing this crisis together, Denver finally has a sustainable plan for treating our newcomers with dignity while avoiding the worst cuts to city services,” Johnston claimed during the April 10 announcement of his budget plan. He continued: “So many times, we were told that we couldn’t be compassionate while still being fiscally responsible. Today is proof that our hardest challenges are still solvable and that together we are the ones who will solve them.”

Johnston has joined other state and local Democratic politicians across the U.S. in asking for the Biden government to provide financial assistance for cities as well as increase the number of work permits for illegal immigrants. “We think if the federal government can take action on the supplemental budget that President Biden has proposed, that would be $14 billion that could help meet this need,” the Denver mayor said earlier this year. Johnston’s budget will head to the Denver City Council for debate and a final vote on April 16.

Public Inquiry Finds Chinese Election Interference Aided Justin Trudeau – Is The Same Tactic Happening Here?

Revelations in February that the Chinese communist government sought to interfere in the past two Canadian elections on behalf of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the ruling Liberal Party have sparked a public inquiry in Ottowa. Over the past three weeks, the inquiry commission has heard testimony from top Trudeau government aides, national security and intelligence officials, and the Prime Minister himself. Despite Trudeau’s insistence that the 2019 and 2021 Canadian elections were “free and fair,” testimony from intelligence officials suggests otherwise.

‘CHINA GOT THE OUTCOME IT WANTED.’

“It would just seem very improbable that the Chinese government itself would have a preference in the election,” Prime Minister Trudeau testified last week before the inquiry, which Quebec Court of Appeal Justice Marie-Josée Hogue heads. However, intelligence documents made public in the course of the inquiry detail a sophisticated and concerted effort by agents acting on behalf of China to push Chinese-Canadian voters to back Liberal Party candidates over their Conservative Party opponents. In response to the proceedings, The Washington Post concluded: “China got the outcome it wanted in 2021 — the reelection of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau with a minority government.”

A Canadian intelligence investigation into Chinese activities during the 2021 election concluded that the communist regime used Chinese immigrants, members of their diplomatic service, political proxies, as well as Chinese-language news outlets to induce — or even coerce — Chinese-Canadian voters to back candidates they viewed as friendly or open to Beijing’s global agenda.

While this meant pushing Liberal Party candidates in 2019 and 2021, there is concerning evidence that the Conservatives may also be the subject to Beijing’s influence. Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre has sought to improve the party’s standing among Chinese-Canadians. In January, Poilievre appeared at a Toronto Chinese community event alongside several individuals with extensive ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

U.S. IMPLICATIONS.

The Chinese efforts to influence Canadian elections also hold stark implications for the United States. The ongoing immigration crisis at the U.S. southern border has seen a historic number of Chinese enter the country illegally. Many of these individuals are men of military age whom U.S officials know little about — raising concerns about their roles in potential Chinese intelligence operations in America.

Biden Border

Biden’s So-Called ‘Nuclear’ Border Option is Just Basic Trump-Era Policy.

The “nuclear option” being considered by Joe Biden to tackle the border crisis reportedly amounts to little more than reviving baseline Donald Trump administration policies.

While the White House has argued it cannot protect the border without the passage of a controversial Senate bill focused primarily on aid for Ukraine and Israel, rumors have circulated for weeks that Biden may take executive action to mitigate the crisis, which is hurting the Democrats in the polls.

Touted as a “nuclear option,” reports now indicate he would merely resort to section 212(f) of the federal code, previously used by Donald Trump to restrict immigration from several countries deemed to be terror risks, immigrants without health insurance, and immigrants in general during the coronavirus pandemic.

Section 212(f) empowers the President to “suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants” if their entry “would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.”

Biden has seemed indifferent as to whether or not any executive action actually stops the border crisis, however, telling Univision: “Some are suggesting that I should just go ahead and try it, and if I get shut down by the court, I get shut down by the court.” An outright majority of Americans believe he has been  “encouraging” illegal aliens to enter the United States to “create a permanent majority” for the Democrats.

Since is inauguration, the 81-year-old Democrat has overseen an influx of at least 9.4 million illegal aliens, on course to match all legal immigrants processed at Ellis Island from 1892 to 1954.

Chambers County Texas Illegal Pedos

10 Suspected Illegals Arrested on Child Porn, Human Trafficking Allegations.

Law enforcement officials in Chambers County, Texas, announced they have detained ten individuals at an East Texas home – suspected of being illegal immigrants from Asia and Guatemala – for allegedly possessing child pornography. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) further alleges the house, located 33 miles east of Downtown Houston, was being used to facilitate human trafficking.

The Chambers County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) says the suspects were detained and taken into custody after a Thursday morning raid. The operation necessitated forced entry after occupants declined to allow officers access to the property. According to a Fox News report, Homeland Security officials are still working to determine the legal status of the arrested individuals.

Government officials say the operation was prompted by information gleaned from the Internet Crimes Against Children database, which suggested possible child pornography downloads associated with the location. Bryan Baker, a CCSO Captain, emphasized the local law enforcement’s commitment to maintaining zero tolerance for such illegal downloads.

Inside the house, law enforcement encountered ten people suspected to be illegally residing in the country, as well as multiple electronic devices. The officers also found supplies commonly associated with restaurants at the scene.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) assisted local officers at the scene. All suspects are said to have been transported to the Chambers County Jail, where they await processing by federal agents. Currently, criminal charges against the suspects have not been made public. The CCSO noted that the investigation into potential human trafficking or human smuggling, among other crimes, is ongoing.

Senate Dems Demand Work Permits for Illegals to Boost Profits.

Senate Democrats have reintroduced legislation that could further exacerbate the immigration crisis at the southern border by granting illegal immigrants working in the agricultural sector a pathway to legal status. First introduced in 2022, the Affordable and Secure Food Act — backed by Sens. Michael Bennet (D-CO) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) — would provide a 10-year process for illegals working in agriculture to become legal immigrants with work visas. The legislation would also expand H-2A visas to include non-seasonal employment.

The legislation’s Democrat proponents point to the ongoing surge in food prices as the impetus for the changes. They contend that flooding the American agricultural sector with cheap, immigrant labor will alleviate grocery costs and stymie ongoing farm closures. However, some experts have argued that mass illegal immigration actually threatens the food supply.

The National Pulse previously reported that the expansive reliance on immigrant labor has suppressed American wages and artificially boosted the labor market. Labor force participation among native-born Americans has yet to recover to pre-pandemic levels.

One significant provision of the act is the establishment of a Certified Agricultural Worker status. This would grant illegal immigrant workers legal rights to employment in America and authorize them to travel internationally with a guarantee of re-entry. Immediate family members would also be given legal status, further incentivizing illegal immigration and the abuse of chain migration.

Sens. Bennet and Gillibrand aren’t the only Democrats pushing for granting potentially millions of illegal immigrants legal status. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is urging the Biden government to authorize work permits for over half a million illegal immigrants currently residing in Illinois — arguing the move would help alleviate the strain they’ve placed on public assistance programs.

Prince Harry is ‘Very Anxious’ About His U.S. Immigration Status.

Prince Harry will be feeling “very anxious” as a judge examines his immigration papers, according to royal expert Charlotte Griffiths.

The Heritage Foundation has been attempting to secure the prince’s papers under the Freedom of Information Act, after he revealed an extensive history of drug abuse, some of which occurred on U.S. soil, in his memoir Spare.

“The most likely thing that will happen is Harry’s going to be feeling very anxious somewhere in Montecito right now, and for the next few days,” said Griffiths. “It’s going to be really embarrassing because they’ve already hinted that his defense might be that he lied about drug use in Spare. We all know that he was trying to sell copies of his book, so I imagine that before deportation, there might be some sort of embarrassing climbdown,” she added.

Lawyers for the Joe Biden regime have argued privacy rules protect the papers. Heritage argues they are a matter of public interest, as Harry’s memoir admissions suggest he either lied about his drug abuse on his visa or admitted it and was granted a visa anyway, which would mean he received special treatment. Judge Carl Nichols is currently reviewing the papers in camera to determine whether or not they should be released.

Donald Trump has already confirmed that if he returns to the White House, the renegade royal will receive no special treatment from his administration and could be deported.

More Latinos Than Ever Want a Border Wall, Mass Deportations.

The construction of a border wall between the United States and Mexico is now supported by nearly half of Latino voters, according to a new poll. Additionally, almost 40 percent of those same voters support deporting all illegal immigrants from the U.S.

According to the Axios-Ipsos survey, support for the border wall has jumped 12–points since December 2021, with 42 percent of Latino voters saying they now support the construction. The survey also — for the first time — asked Latino voters if they backed the president closing the U.S.-Mexico border if too many illegal immigrants were seen crossing into the country. Nearly two-thirds of respondents (64 percent) believed the president should have the authority to close the border.

Overall, immigration ranked as the third most important issue for Latino voters — behind crime and inflation. Over the past several months, polls have shown consistent weakness for President Joe Biden on all three issues — with voters overwhelmingly saying that former President Donald Trump is more capable of handling these problems.

Chris Jackson, senior vice president and pollster at Ipsos, said the survey “illustrates that some immigration hardline positions (are) incrementally more popular” among the Latino voter demographic. The data adds further credence to recent polls, which suggest Latino and Hispanic support for former President Donald Trump is growing because of his tougher stance on illegal immigration.

The National Pulse reported in late March that 74 percent of Hispanic voters backed using the term “Illegal” to describe Laken Riley’s murderer — Venezuelan national Jose Antonio Ibarra. A February Marist poll showed that nearly 60 percent of Hispanic voters disapprove of President Biden’s open border policies.

Muslim Migrant Murdered 70-Year-Old in the Name of Gaza.

Ahmed Alid, a 45-year-old asylum seeker living in taxpayer-funded accommodation in Britain, stabbed another asylum seeker who was converting to Christianity in the chest, then stabbed a random 70-year-old man to death in the street, in a show of support for Gaza following the Hamas terror raid on Israel on October 7.

Javed Nouri, the asylum seeker Alid stabbed at their shared accommodation in Hartlepool, England, survived the attack. He reported Alid shouted “Allahu Akbar!” as he struck, and that he had previously reported the extremist to housing managers and police, to no avail.

“Mr Nouri was a Muslim who had converted to Christianity, and the defendant would therefore have regarded him as an apostate or ‘murtad,’” prosecutors told Teesside Crown Court.

“[W]hen the defendant was interviewed by the police, he initially thought that he had killed both Mr Nouri and Mr Carney,” they continued, referring to the murdered senior citizen, Terence Carney.

“He said he had wanted to kill them because of the conflict in Gaza and to further his desire that Palestine would be free from the Zionists, by which he meant Israel.

“The defendant said he would have killed more people if he had been able to do so.”

Alid is also accused of assaulting two policewomen who interviewed him following his arrest for the stabbings.

Chicago Reports 57 Measles Cases in Migrant Shelters.

Chicago city officials have announced 57 “confirmed cases” of measles so far this year, primarily in its migrant shelters. In 2023, just 58 cases were reported across the entire country.

Of Chicago’s confirmed cases, 33 are in migrant children aged four or younger. Seven cases are in individuals aged five to 17, and adults aged 18 to 24 account for 16 cases. One case is in a person over 50. City officials have also warned that members of the public may have been exposed to the disease across the city’s public transit, various stores, clinics, and schools.

The increase in Chicago’s measles cases, mainly amongst sheltered illegal border crossers, has shown a surge compared to previous years. In 2022, a total of 121 cases were recorded countrywide. However, only two months into 2024, 41 cases have already been reported across 16 states, excluding the new Chicago cases.

Measles is a rare disease in the U.S. and has been considered eliminated since the year 2000. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) have long maintained that the disease only appears when brought into the country from outside.

Alongside measles, a tuberculosis (TB) outbreak has also raised concerns, with the Chicago Department of Public Health recently reporting “a small number of cases” among new arrivals in several migrant shelters.

Last August, doctors warned that migrants crossing the border may be bringing with them tuberculosis and measles, both of which Chicago is currently grappling with in migrant shelters. Last month, it was reported that the U.S. was on the verge of a major measles outbreak due to conditions at migrant shelters.

A Major New Migrant Surge Is Coming. Here’s Why…

The anti-Western coup d’état in Niger last year is likely to drive further illegal immigration to Europe, the European Commission has warned.

Ylva Johansson, the Home Affairs Commissioner  on the European Union’s unelected executive, has confirmed the coup “could, of course, lead to a lot of new migrants coming in a very difficult and dangerous situation.”

Niger is one of several African countries in the Sahel region, running from the Atlantic Ocean to the Red Sea, where Russia-friendly military juntas have supplanted Western-leaning regimes. It has already revoked legislation aimed at slowing the flow of migrants towards Europe.

Agadez, a desert outpost from which outward migration was previously banned, has already filled with “caravans of pickup trucks” ready to transport migrants from West and Central Africa through the Sahara and into neighboring Libya.

From there, many will make the journey from the North African coast to Europe, often assisted by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating “rescue” ships that loiter in the area, waiting to collect migrants from smaller craft.
