Iraqi Migrant Plotted to Smuggle Assassins over Mexico Border to Kill Prior President.

Shihab Ahmed Shihab Shihab, an Iraqi migrant residing in Ohio, plotted to smuggle Islamic State sympathizers into the U.S. with an ambition to assassinate former president George W. Bush. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison following a guilty plea.

Court documents reveal Shihab deemed Bush guilty of mass murder in Iraq. The migrant plotted to smuggle two former Iraqi intelligence agents across the U.S.-Mexican border to carry out the former president’s assassination, not realizing he was dealing with a confidential Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) informant.

Shihab faces additional charges for involvement with al-Qaeda as a weapon supplier from Syria to Iraq during the war.

Bush has previously partnered with the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, founded by Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg, to push mass migration and amnesty for illegal aliens.

Officials working for the Joe Biden regime have admitted to a ninefold increase in terrorists attempting to cross the southern border over the course of 2023.

There appears to be some reluctance in terms of acknowledging the issue, however, with the U.S. Border Patrol having been known to delete press releases announcing terrorist apprehensions at the frontier.

Major London Train Station Displays ‘Hadiths of the Day’ Throughout Ramadan.

King’s Cross, one of the busiest and most important railway stations in Sadiq Khan’s London, has been displaying ‘Hadiths of the Day’ on its main display throughout the Islamic month of Ramadan.

A picture of a screen on the station’s main concourse, displaying a quote with the text “All the sons of Adam are sinners but the best of the sinners are those who repent often,” has gone viral on X (formerly Twitter).

It is the ninth in a series of similar quotes, however. A ‘Hadith of the Day’ reading, “When Ramadan enters, the gates of Paradise are Opened,” was celebrated by the Islam Channel, among others. This message also urged Muslims who “need support” with their fasting to speak to station staff.

Many X users expressed misgivings about the messages and voiced extreme skepticism that similar Christian messages would be displayed during holidays such as Lent, Easter, and Christmas.

In the most recent national census taken in 2021, the share of London’s population recorded as ‘White British’ had fallen to just 36.8 percent.

Mayor Khan’s office has previously issued guidance suggesting official materials should not feature images of white families, stating they do not represent “real Londoners.”

Judge Rules Illegals Can Carry Guns.

A federal judge recently ruled that an illegal alien was wrongly forbidden from carrying firearms per 18 U.S.C. § 922. Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, an illegal alien, was criminally charged in 2020 after he was found with a semi-automatic pistol in Chicago. Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman dismissed the case after she ruled that 18 U.S.C. § 922 violates the Second Amendment.

“The noncitizen possession statute, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), violates the Second Amendment as applied to Carbajal-Flores,” Judge Coleman wrote. “Thus, the court grants Carbajal-Flores’ motion to dismiss.”

Coleman concurred with the defense’s argument that the government failed to show that the law in question matches the “historical tradition that delimits the outer bounds of the right to keep and bear arms.” In 2022, the Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment presumptively protects conduct included in the amendment’s text. Per this ruling, any regulation must be “consistent with this nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.”

Despite the government’s contention that the rule unilaterally does not apply to illegal immigrants, Judge Coleman sided with Carbajal-Flores.

“The government argues that Carbajal-Flores is a noncitizen who is unlawfully present in this country. The court notes, however, that Carbajal-Flores has never been convicted of a felony, a violent crime, or a crime involving the use of a weapon. Even in the present case, Carbajal-Flores contends that he received and used the handgun solely for self-protection and protection of property during a time of documented civil unrest in the Spring of 2020,”  Judge Coleman wrote.

SCOTUS Blocks Texas From Securing the Border.

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito extended an order Monday blocking Texas officials from executing a new state immigration law authorized by Governor Greg Abbott. The state-sanctioned SB4 considers illegal immigration a state-level crime in addition to being a federal offense. This law equips state and local law enforcement to prosecute illegal immigrants charged with unlawful entry. It also empowers Texas judges to order forced returns to Mexico as an alternative to prolonging their prosecution.

The Biden government has argued that SB4 is unconstitutional. Following its request last month, a federal judge halted the law on the grounds that it contradicted federal immigration laws. The 5th Circuit Court suppressed that ruling until Alito postponed enforcement for administrative reasons.

Alito’s stay preserves the status quo until the court deliberates on the Justice Department’s request for emergency relief. The litigation concerning SB4’s legality continues in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.

Texas officials, led by Abbott, argue that the federal government’s efforts to control illegal immigration are inadequate, necessitating the state’s intervention. For three years, Texas has mounted actions to contest the federal government’s supremacy over immigration policy. Moves include transporting illegal immigrants to Democrat-controlled’ sanctuary cities’ and installing deterrents along border regions.

On the other hand, the Justice Department maintains that SB4 violates federal law and the Constitution, as immigration enforcement has traditionally been a federal duty. They also argue that the legislation impairs relations with Mexico, whose government has dubbed SB4 “anti-immigrant” and pledged to refuse illegal immigrants returned by Texas.

Haitian Invasion: Boat With Guns, Drugs, and Night Vision Intercepted Off Florida Coast.

A Haitian migrant vessel containing guns, drugs, and night vision gear was intercepted off the coast of Florida last week. Twenty-five Haitian illegal aliens were also on board.

“Our Florida Fish and Wildlife offices interdicted a vessel that had 25 illegal immigrants, potential illegal immigrants from Haiti in their boat. In their vessel they had firearms, they had drugs, they had night vision gear, and were boating very recklessly, which would potentially endanger other folks,” Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced last week.

“That vessel was interdicted near the Sebastian Inlet and those illegal aliens were turned over to the Coast Guard for deportation,” he added.

The revelation comes after DeSantis deployed additional law enforcement officers and National Guard troops to South Florida to protect the state from an impending surge of Haitian illegals. Last week, the Department of Defense was warned that the escalating crisis in Haiti could result in a “maritime mass migration” and said it was “alert to that possibility.”

The situation in Haiti is deteriorating rapidly as gang violence continues to plague the nation’s capital, Port-au-Prince. A transitional council is expected to take power soon following the announced resignation of the country’s prime minister, Ariel Henry. Currently, the most powerful man in the country is Jimmy Chérizier, the leader of a cannibal gang who goes by the name ‘Barbecue.’

Haitian Charged with Raping 15-Year-Old Girl Entered America Via Biden’s Parole Program.

A Haitian who entered the U.S. under the Biden regime’s controversial Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan and Venezuelan (CHNV) parole processes faces charges of raping a 15-year-old girl in Rockland, Massachusetts.

Cory Alvarez, a 26-year-old Haitian national, came to the U.S. via the program, which permits up to 30,000 migrants per month to fly into the country. The program applies to Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan migrants. It grants them work authorization and a two-year stay in the U.S., provided they have a sponsor, pass specific checks, and have not entered the country illegally.

Massachusetts local authorities arrested Alvarez at a Comfort Inn, a participant in a program that provides accommodation for migrant families. The charge was one count of aggravated rape of a child, to which he pleaded not guilty.

The Biden government established the CHNV program for Venezuelans in October 2022, expanding it to include Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Cubans in January 2023. The Department of Homeland Security has touted the scheme as a ‘safe and orderly’ method of immigration and a key asset in managing the hemisphere’s elevated migration levels.

A court struck down a lawsuit from 20 GOP-led states against the program which accused the government of misusing the parole process. Alvarez is one of a number of illegal aliens arrested recently for sex crimes. Just this week, ICE reported it detained 275 “noncitizen sex offenders” in a February operation. Also this week, police in Florida arrested three Guatemalan illegals for abducting and sexually assaulting a woman.

Arizona’s Democrat Governor Begs Biden for $752M to Aid Illegal Migrants.

Democratic Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs is requesting $752 million in federal government funds to fund migrant shelters and related services. The governor says she hopes to lessen the financial burden currently shouldered by local governments and non-governmental organizations. The unchecked flow of illegal immigrants across the southern border has brought many local government budgets to the brink of collapse.

The financial support requested by Arizona would be directed towards the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Shelter and Services Program, part of the anticipated Homeland Security Appropriations bill. This federal initiative provides aid to groups dedicated to assisting illegal immigrants who have claimed asylum.

According to Hobbs, Congressional inaction has shifted the responsibility for security and well-being onto working families in Arizona. The Democratic governor is also lobbying lawmakers to back the Senate border deal. The National Pulse has previously reported that the Senate legislation contains little in the way of border funding. It is primarily a guest worker program tacked on to military aid for Ukraine.

Local officials in Arizona say they hope that state and federal lawmakers will heed their appeals and address the escalating crisis. “I hope that Washington just listens to what we here on the border need. Sometimes we’re forgotten,” said Yuma police chief Thomas Garrity. He added: “You hear about San Diego, you hear about Tucson, you hear about Eagle Pass, but they forget about that here in Yuma. We face this every day.”

Cartels Are Using Thousands of Drones At The U.S. Border.

Air Force Gen. Gregory M. Guillot, the commander of U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command, voiced his concerns Thursday about the increasing number of unauthorized drone incursions along the U.S.-Mexico border. Gen. Guillot said these incursions could reach as high as 1,000 per month, a statistic he deemed “alarming.”

Gen. Guillot asserted at a Senate hearing that the estimated incursions run well into the thousands despite not having exact figures. Border patrol agents have subsequently confirmed this estimate on the ground.

Ever since assuming his new position in February, Gen. Guillot has prioritized addressing the issue of unauthorized drone activities along the southern border. He said the need for urgency is underscored by further assessments from U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials that suggest these drones may be instrumental tools for cartels. Mexican cartels have reportedly used drones to evade law enforcement by tracking their positions, thereby enabling more efficient smuggling of people and drugs across the border.

The rising prevalence of such incursions demonstrates a complex challenge for U.S. border and airspace security, demanding undivided attention from all relevant agencies. Gen. Guillot said the cartels’ use of drones serves to highlight the evolution and complexity of illicit activities across the border while underscoring. He told senators the U.S. would need to develop new and creative strategies to tackle the technological threat posed by cartel drones.

Tyson Foods Hiring 42,000 Migrants? Actually, It’s Worse Than That…

Tyson Foods, a major American producer of meat, is facing boycott calls after its Human Resources associate director Garrett Dolan told Bloomberg, “We would like to employ another 42,000 [migrants] if we could find them,” during an interview about the firm’s involvement in the Tent Partnership for Refugees program founded by Chobani. Tent is led by Obama-era White House staffer Gideon Maltz.

The firm insists on its website that recent media coverage on the matter is “misinformation,” adding, “Tyson Foods is strongly opposed to illegal immigration, and we led the way in participating in the two major government programs to help employers combat unlawful employment, E-Verify and the Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers (IMAGE) program.”

But the distinction appears to be mostly semantics, with Tyson actually relying on the Biden government’s fast-tracking of employment authorizations for millions of people in the country illegally. The Trump administration had previously suspended such authorizations. In April last year alone, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said they were processing 535,764 pending authorization petitions, also known as Employment Authorization Documents (EADs). The move to relax restrictions on these was one of the first things the Biden government and its Attorney General Merrick Garland did after taking office.

Moreover, Tyson already employs 42,000 immigrants amongst its 120,000-strong labor force, further undercutting their claims to have been the subject of “misinformation.”

America First Legal, a Trump-world advocacy group, latched on to the discriminatory statement made by Dolan, stating: “It is ILLEGAL under federal law to discriminate against American citizens based on their citizenship in favor of non-citizens of any kind when it comes to employment.”

The meat firm also invests cash into legal aid services for their migrant employees, provides them paid time off for any court appearances, as well as childcare and transportation, and English classes.

“They’re very, very loyal,” Dolan said. “They’ve been uprooted and what they want is stability — what they want is a sense of belonging.” It is unclear if Dolan is suggesting that U.S. workers are disloyal, do not want stability, nor a sense of belonging.

‘Justice for Laken!’ Trump to Demand ‘Not One More Death from Migrant Crime’ in Ohio Speech Saturday.

President Donald J. Trump will address an Ohio crowd at 4 PM ET, and is expected to demand that “[n]ot one more American life should be lost to migrant crime.” He will add: “When I am President of the United States, I will demand Justice for Laken [Riley],” in reference to the 22-year-old Georgia student murdered by an illegal migrant who remained in America as a result of Joe Biden’s open border policies.

“Now in Venezuela, the murder rate is down by almost 66 percent,” Trump will explain, “while violent crime in America is way up. All over the world, crime is way down because they’re sending their criminals, their perverts, their murderers, their terrorists, their human traffickers, their drug dealers—they’re all pouring into the United States because of Joe Biden.”

“Laken Riley would be alive today if Biden had not unleashed this savage into America—but instead of apologizing to Laken’s family, Joe Biden apologized to the killer for calling him an illegal — he said he should have called him undocumented,” Trump will state, going on to tell the crowd: “In the Republican Party, we believe that Laken’s killer is an illegal alien criminal, he is an illegal alien monster, he should never have been in our country, and he would never have been in our country under the Trump policy.”
