🎯IMPACT: The shooting highlights ongoing violence against ICE, encouraged by the inflammatory rhetoric of Democrat politicians.

IN FULL

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has confirmed the discovery of “anti-ICE” messages on rounds found “near the suspected shooter” in a deadly sniper attack at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday morning. Four people were shot during the attack, including the sniper, who suffered a “self-inflicted” gunshot. Sources have named him as Joshua Jahn, 29.

FBI Director Kash Patel shared a photograph of the rounds on social media, stating, “While the investigation is ongoing, an initial review of the evidence shows an [ideological] motive behind this attack.” He added: “One of the unspent shell casings recovered was engraved with the phrase ‘ANTI ICE.’ … These despicable, politically motivated attacks against law enforcement are not a one-off.”

Speaking at a press conference in Dallas, FBI field office head Joseph Rothrock also confirmed that “Early evidence that we’ve seen from rounds that were found near the suspected shooter contained messages that are anti-ICE in nature,” stressing: “[T]his is just the most recent example of this type of attack.”

A radical leftist previously carried out a sniper attack on ICE officers in Alvarado, Texas, in July, with a responding local police officer being shot in the neck. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reports that attacks on ICE officers generally are up by over 1,000 percent.

Immediately following the Dallas shooting, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said, “While we don’t know motive yet, we know that our ICE law enforcement is facing unprecedented violence against them. It must stop.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) has said the Dallas shooting “will NOT slow our arrest, detention, & deportation of illegal immigrants.”

Three Shot at ICE Facility in ‘Sniper’ Attack.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: At least three people were injured in a shooting at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas, Texas.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: ICE officers, detainees, and the gunman, who reportedly shot himself.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Wednesday, at an ICE facility in Dallas, Texas.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The shooter is ‘down’ due to a self-inflicted wound,” authorities confirmed.

🎯IMPACT: The incident has disrupted operations at the ICE facility and left multiple people injured.

IN FULL

At least three people have been injured during a shooting at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday. The shooting reportedly took place as ICE officers were in the process of transferring detainees into the facility. Authorities have stated that the shooter sustained a self-inflicted wound and is “down.”

The identity and condition of the shooting victims had not been definitively confirmed as of the time of publication, although at least one report suggests they were migrants, and one has died. “While we don’t know motive yet, we know that our ICE law enforcement is facing unprecedented violence against them. It must stop,” commented Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

In July, radical leftist Benjamin Song allegedly executed a sniper attack on ICE officers in Alvarado, Texas, which resulted in a responding local police officer being shot in the neck. The Trump administration has blamed inflammatory Democrat rhetoric for encouraging such attacks, with Minnesota governor and failed 2024 vice presidential candidate Tim Walz, for instance, smearing ICE as “Donald Trump’s modern-day Gestapo” in May.

ICE Recaptures Escaped Illegals Accused of Assaulting Female Border Agent.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Two illegal immigrants who escaped custody after allegedly choking a female Border Patrol agent have been recaptured by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Juan Carmen Pardon Mendez, 29, and Juan Carlos Padron Barron, 23, both from Mexico, along with ICE and law enforcement partners.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The escape occurred on September 22 in Conroe, Texas. Both were recaptured on Tuesday.

💬KEY QUOTE: “It is sickening that another law enforcement officer has been needlessly harmed as a direct result of the continued demonization of legitimate law enforcement activities by political leaders and certain members of the media,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations acting Field Office Director Gabriel Martinez.

🎯IMPACT: Both men will be criminally prosecuted. The incident highlights the ongoing risks faced by law enforcement and the challenges of securing the border.

IN FULL

Two illegal immigrants, Juan Carmen Pardon Mendez, 29, and Juan Carlos Padron Barron, 23, have been recaptured by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after they escaped custody and allegedly attacked a female Border Patrol agent. ICE confirmed both men are back in custody and will face criminal prosecution.

The escape occurred on September 22 in Conroe, Texas, when one of the men managed to free himself from restraints and choke the agent who was transferring them to the Montgomery Processing Center. Both individuals were initially detained during an ICE-led operation targeting violent criminal aliens and egregious immigration offenders near Spring, Texas.

“It is sickening that another law enforcement officer has been needlessly harmed as a direct result of the continued demonization of legitimate law enforcement activities by political leaders and certain members of the media,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations acting Field Office Director Gabriel Martinez, adding: “Every time they label the brave men and women who work for ICE, CBP, or Border Patrol as Nazis or bounty hunters, they might as well paint a bright target on their backs because attacks like this are inevitable and will continue to occur.”

ICE noted that Padron Barron has entered the U.S. illegally at least three times and was previously expelled in December 2022 and January 2023.

Trump Warns World Leaders: ‘Your Countries Are Going to Hell,’ United Nations ‘Funding an Assault on Western Countries and Their Borders.’

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump told delegates at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York that “your countries are going to hell” due to uncontrolled immigration.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump; UN member-state representatives; El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele; European leaders, officials from China, India, Russia, Iran, and U.S. allies recognizing a Palestinian state.

📍WHEN & WHERE: United Nations Headquarters, New York, September 23, 2025, during the 80th UN General Assembly.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I’m really good at this stuff. Your countries are going to hell.” – Donald Trump

🎯IMPACT: The remarks will intensify debate over migration, sovereignty, and multilateralism, with many European and other Western governments adopting a far weaker stance on immigration than the Trump administration.

IN FULL

In a fiery address to the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), President Donald J. Trump declared to representatives from around the world that “your countries are going to hell” because of unchecked mass migration. In his first major address to the UN since 2020, he warned, “The United Nations is funding an assault on Western countries and their borders.”

The MAGA kingpin specifically targeted European nations, lamenting immigration’s impact on Britain and taking a pointed jab at London Mayor Sadiq Khan, of the far-left Labour Party. However, he praised El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele for detaining U.S. deportees in CECOT, a high-security prison originally designed for terrorists, stressing, “In the United States, we reject the idea that mass numbers of people from foreign lands can be permitted to travel halfway around the world, trample our borders, violate our sovereignty, cause unmitigated crime and deplete our social safety net.”

Beyond immigration, Trump announced a U.S.-led push to enforce the Biological Weapons Convention and called for “a cessation of the development of nuclear weapons.” On Ukraine, he blamed former President Joe Biden and singled out China and India, as well as Europe, as funding Russia’s war on the country through energy purchases. He threatened tariffs on Russia—eschewing traditional sanctions—but only if Europe halts remaining oil and gas purchases from the Kremlin.

The address also touched on the Middle East and Iran. Trump demanded that Hamas “release the hostages now” and criticized U.S. allies recognizing a Palestinian state as rewarding the terror group. On Iran, he boasted that U.S. bombings “completely obliterated” the Islamic Republic’s nuclear sites, but also touted his role in resolving conflicts such as Cambodia–Thailand and Armenia–Azerbaijan. Meanwhile, he dismissed the UN as largely ineffective in brokering peace, demanding, “What is the purpose of the United Nations?”

Dem Mega-Donor Netflix Chief Endorses Trump’s $100K H1-B Visa Fee: ‘Great Solution.’

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Anti-Trump Democrat mega-donor and billionaire Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings is offering praise of President Donald J. Trump’s H1-B visa reforms, calling them “a great solution.”

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Reed Hastings, President Trump, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and companies sponsoring H1-B migrant workers.

📍WHEN & WHERE: September 21, 2025, on X (formerly Twitter).

💬KEY QUOTE: “I’ve worked on H1-B politics for 30 years. Trump’s $100k per year tax is a great solution. It will mean H1-B is used just for very high value jobs, which will mean no lottery needed, and more certainty for those jobs.” — Reed Hastings

🎯IMPACT: The endorsement of the H1-B reforms comes as a fairly significant surprise, as Hastings was a major donor to not just Never Trump groups but also to Kamala Harris’s disastrous 2024 presidential campaign.

IN FULL

Anti-Trump Democrat mega-donor and billionaire Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings is offering praise of President Donald J. Trump’s H1-B visa reforms, calling them “a great solution.” Hastings is a major funder of the Never Trump’er group, Defending Democracy Together (DDT), and its Republican Accountability PAC. Notably, DDT is spearheaded by former Republicans Bill Kristol and Sarah Longwell.

“I’ve worked on H1-B politics for 30 years. Trump’s $100k per year tax is a great solution,” Hastings wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter). “It will mean H1-B is used just for very high value jobs, which will mean no lottery needed, and more certainty for those jobs.”

The endorsement of the H1-B reforms comes as a fairly significant surprise, as Hastings was a major donor to not just Never Trump groups but also to Kamala Harris’s disastrous 2024 presidential campaign. Harris’s embrace of Hastings, and other tech billionaires like Epstein Island guest Reid Hoffman and Mark Cuban, rankled labor unions and progressive activists concerned over Big Tech’s anti-worker and monopolistic actions.

President Trump announced late last week that new H1-B applications will require the sponsoring company to pay a $100,000 visa application fee. The policy, which took effect on Sunday, is aimed at encouraging U.S. companies to hire and train native-born American workers instead of relying on cheap, foreign labor.

“If you’re going to train somebody, you’re going to train one of the recent graduates from one of the great universities across our land. Train Americans. Stop bringing in people to take our jobs,” Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said during a Trump White House event announcing the visa policy change.

Farage Reveals Plans to Reverse ‘Boriswave’ Mass Migration.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Nigel Farage’s Reform Party has announced plans to deport hundreds of thousands of immigrants currently holding indefinite leave to remain (ILR) in the United Kingdom.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Reform UK, led by Nigel Farage, Reform policy chief Zia Yusuf, and immigrants in the United Kingdom.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The policy was announced on Monday morning in Britain.

💬KEY QUOTE: “These changes will lead to hundreds of thousands of people having to apply and ultimately losing their settled status in the UK.” – Zia Yusuf

🎯IMPACT: The proposed policy could reverse the unprecedented influx of legal immigrants under former British prime ministers Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak, should Farage’s party win the next British general election.

IN FULL

Nigel Farage’s Reform Party has pledged to scrap the Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) immigration system, which allows immigrants to settle in the United Kingdom permanently after just five years, to stop the “Boriswave” migrant influx under former prime ministers Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak from becoming irreversible. Instead, Farage proposes a temporary visa system where immigrants must renew their permission to stay every five years.

The ILR reforms are to be paired with changes to the British welfare system, so that only British citizens are eligible for government support. Reform believes this will save taxpayers around £234 billion (~$316 billion) and encourage many migrants who are dependent on state handouts to self-deport.

Reform policy chief Zia Yusuf confirmed the immigration reforms will mean “hundreds of thousands of people having to apply and ultimately losing their settled status in the United Kingdom, which will be done on a staggered and orderly basis to allow businesses to train British workers to replace them.” He added that many immigrants who rely on welfare should leave on their own, while those who do not could face deportation.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan, of Britain’s governing, far-left Labour Party, called Reform’s plans “unacceptable,” insisting that migrants with ILR are valuable “friends, neighbours, and colleagues.”

According to 2021 Census data, at least 40 percent of London’s population is foreign-born, and an even higher percentage of residents have a recent migration background, with only 36.8 percent falling under the ‘White British’ category. Many immigrant groups in the city are heavily dependent on welfare; for instance, 74 percent of Somalis live in public housing.

Reform has been polling in first place consistently, with the government required to hold another general election at some point between the present day and 2029 at the latest.

Trump Admin Has Tracked Down 25,000 Migrant Children Lost by Biden.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Border Czar Tom Homan revealed that the Trump administration has located approximately 25,000 migrant children who were unaccounted for after crossing the border alone under former President Joe Biden.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Trump administration officials, Tom Homan, whistleblowers, and the former Biden government.

💬KEY QUOTE: “We’ve rescued thousands of children, and President Trump is committed, I’m committed, that we’re not gonna stop looking for these children ’til we find every single one of them or run down the leads on them.” – Tom Homan

🎯IMPACT: Thousands of children have been rescued, and the Biden government’s vetting system for sponsors has been criticized for enabling trafficking and abuse, with federal whistleblowers exposing significant failures.

IN FULL

The Trump administration has located approximately 25,000 migrant children who were previously unaccounted for after entering the United States alone during former President Joe Biden’s term, according to Border Czar Tom Homan. The children had gone missing after being released into the country under a flawed sponsor vetting system.

According to a report from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) inspector general, around 320,000 unaccompanied migrant children were released to sponsors between October 2018 and September 2023. As of May 2024, roughly 291,000 of them were never assigned future immigration court dates, making it nearly impossible for authorities to track their whereabouts. An additional 32,000 children who received court dates failed to appear.

While some of the missing children were found hiding with relatives to avoid deportation, many were discovered in dangerous and abusive situations. “They were enslaved to work ungodly hours, not going to school… not being paid, being abused,” Homan said. “We’ve rescued thousands of children, and President Trump is committed, I’m committed, that we’re not gonna stop looking for these children ’til we find every single one of them or run down the leads on them.”

Homan also confirmed that 27 of the children were found to have died.

Migrant children released under the Biden-Harris administration were effectively “lost,” with no oversight or follow-up. Internal whistleblowers from HHS have come forward alleging systemic failures in the vetting process used to place children with sponsors. One whistleblower told a Senate panel that she faced retaliation after reporting that children were being sent to non-relatives or individuals with signs of trafficking or abuse.

Another whistleblower, Deborah White, testified that the government and its contractors were complicit in endangering children by failing to ensure proper placement. “Children were not going to their parents. Children were being trafficked with billions of taxpayer dollars by a contractor failing to vet sponsors and process children safely, with government officials complicit in it,” she said.

White also described how staff were discouraged from investigating red flags and that fake identification documents were common. “We never saw sponsors face-to-face, and fake documents were rampant,” she said. “When we questioned documents… leadership said, ‘You’re not a fake ID expert, and your job is not to investigate the sponsor. Your job is to reunify the child with the sponsor.’”

Attempts to contact foreign consulates or follow up on children’s welfare were reportedly met with reprimands.

Four Charged for Smuggling Drugged Children Over the Border While Posing as Their Parents.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Four people were charged in connection with a child-smuggling operation involving unaccompanied minors, sedated with marijuana gummies, being brought from Juárez, Mexico, into the United States.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Mexican nationals Susana Guadian, Daniel Guadian, their daughter Dianne Guadian (a U.S. citizen), and Manuel Valenzuela, a legal U.S. resident living in El Paso.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The smuggling incidents reportedly occurred between May 1, 2024, and October 18, 2024, across the U.S.-Mexico border in El Paso, Texas.

💬KEY QUOTE: “These children are nothing more than currency to the criminals.” – Jason Stevens, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) El Paso Special Agent in Charge

🎯IMPACT: The case highlights the exploitation of children by smuggling networks; already the Trump administration tracked down 13,000 unaccompanied migrant minors released into the United States under the former Biden government, and arrested over 400 sponsors for crimes ranging from child abuse to sex trafficking.

IN FULL

Four people have been charged in a child-smuggling case that involved unaccompanied minors being brought illegally into the United States. The suspects, two Mexican nationals and two U.S. residents, allegedly posed as the children’s parents and sedated them with marijuana gummies to avoid detection at Border Patrol checkpoints.

The accused include Susana Guadian, Daniel Guadian, their U.S. citizen daughter Dianne Guadian, and legal U.S. resident Manuel Valenzuela. They face charges of conspiracy to transport aliens and bringing aliens to the U.S. for financial gain. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is working to extradite the Mexican nationals to face charges in the U.S.

According to Jason Stevens, HSI El Paso Special Agent in Charge, the smugglers used falsified U.S. documents and had drivers pose as parents to smuggle children, aged five to 13, across the border. “They would normally bring them in overnight between 10 AM and 4 or 5 AM, when the children would be sleeping anyway,” Stevens explained, adding: “They use that to ensure that they stay sedated.”

The criminal complaint revealed text messages between suspects arranging smuggling operations, including one message stating, “Young lady, are you working today? I have a boy 7 and 8. They are small.” Another read, “Also Fanny, I have two little girls ages 4 and 5.” Proof-of-life pictures of the children were also found on the suspects’ phones.

Stevens emphasized the risks involved, noting, “These children are nothing more than currency to the criminals.”

The Trump administration has tracked down thousands of unaccompanied migrant minors released into the United States under the former Biden government, and arrested over 400 sponsors for crimes ranging from child abuse to sex trafficking.

Portland Officials Join Fight Against ICE Facility Besieged by Antifa.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The City of Portland issued a land use violation notice to its U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility, citing alleged violations of a 2011 permit agreement and ongoing Antifa riots.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Portland Mayor Keith Wilson (D), ICE officials, Antifa rioters, and federal agents under the Trump administration.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The ICE facility on Macadam Avenue in Portland, Oregon, with events spanning from June 2024 to the present day.

💬KEY QUOTE: “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement made clear detention limitation commitments to our community, and we believe they broke those policies more than two dozen times,” alleged Mayor Wilson.

🎯IMPACT: The notice could lead to fines or hearings, while Antifa continue to target federal agents and infrastructure nightly.

IN FULL

The City of Portland, Oregon, has issued a land use violation notice to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility located on the city’s southwest waterfront. The notice, posted on Thursday, alleges that ICE is violating a 2011 land use permit that prohibits holding detainees overnight or for more than 12 hours. The Deportation Data Project, a Portland-based progressive nonprofit, claims that the facility breached these terms at least 25 times between October 2024 and July 2025, based on data obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Notably, the ICE facility has been the site of ongoing protests, many of which have escalated into violence due to the actions of far-left groups like Antifa. A second notice is expected to be filed regarding the facility’s boarded-up windows, which were put in place following multiple attempts by rioters to breach the building. Democrat Portland Mayor Keith Wilson alleged, “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement made clear detention limitation commitments to our community, and we believe they broke those policies more than two dozen times.”

Rioters have targeted the facility nightly for months, with over 27 people facing federal charges under the Trump administration for crimes such as assault on federal officers, arson, and property damage. More than 100 citations have been issued, and local police have arrested over 20 people. The facility itself has been defaced with graffiti calling for the death of ICE agents.

Portland Police have been restricted in their response to the protests following an August court ruling by Multnomah County Judge Ellen Rosenblum. The decision stated that police are not required to enforce noise ordinances against demonstrators, rejecting a lawsuit filed by a local resident. This ruling appears to have emboldened rioters, who continue their occupation outside the facility.

The Trump administration has taken notice of the situation, with President Donald J. Trump threatening to deploy the National Guard to Portland. Border Czar Tom Homan has visited the city, announcing plans to increase immigration enforcement operations.

Dem Officials Arrested Trying to Force Their Way Into ICE Facility.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Over a dozen Democrat officials were arrested during a protest at a New York City immigration holding facility.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: City Comptroller Brad Lander, state lawmakers, local advocates, and federal agents.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Thursday at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan, New York City.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Another day, another sanctuary politician pulling a stunt in an attempt to get their 15 minutes of fame while endangering DHS personnel and detainees.” – Tricia McLaughlin

🎯IMPACT: The arrests highlight ongoing tensions between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and pro-illegal immigrant Democrats.

IN FULL

Over a dozen Democrat officials were arrested on Thursday while protesting and attempting to gain entry at an illegal immigrant holding facility in New York City. The protest came after a federal judge extended a court order requiring better treatment of detainees. Among the 77 people detained at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan were city Comptroller Brad Lander (D) and several state lawmakers. Eleven officials were arrested inside the building while attempting to enter the 10th floor under the auspices of inspecting holding rooms.

The arrested officials claim they sought to determine if U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was complying with a preliminary injunction issued Wednesday. The injunction requires ICE to limit capacity, maintain cleanliness, and provide detainees with basic necessities. Federal agents, however, barred access to the holding rooms and arrested the officials during a sit-in. The building was later locked down due to a bomb threat.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin criticized Comptroller Lander, stating, “Another day, another sanctuary politician pulling a stunt in an attempt to get their 15 minutes of fame while endangering DHS personnel and detainees.”

Lander, who was previously arrested at the facility in June, denied the allegations and accused ICE of failing to comply with federal court orders. State Senator Jabari Brisport (D) described the conditions as “disgusting and cowardly” and accused officials of blocking visibility into the holding areas.

Outside the building, dozens of protesters, including open borders advocates and liberal faith leaders, were also arrested. Protesters carried signs opposing ICE and criticized the agency for alleged inhumane treatment. U.S. District Court Judge Lewis A. Kaplan’s injunction requires ICE to provide detainees with adequate space, hygiene products, and confidential legal communication. The injunction follows complaints from detainees about unsanitary conditions and inedible food.
