Trump Is Prosecuting a Record Number of Illegal Immigrants.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: The Trump administration set a new monthly record for criminal prosecutions of illegal aliens in June, prosecuting over 3,000 for illegal reentry.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Department of Justice (DOJ), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and illegal immigrants.

📍WHEN & WHERE: June 2025, with notable increases in prosecutions in New Mexico and other states across the U.S.

💬KEY QUOTE: “They’re a great way to get a conviction, a great way to get a criminal off the street, and a great way to remove them from the country in an expeditious way.” – Jonathan Fahey, former Acting Director of ICE during the first Trump administration

🎯IMPACT: Illegal alien encounters have plummeted over 90 percent in certain months, with tens of thousands voluntarily leaving the U.S.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) filed charges against over 3,000 illegal immigrants in June, setting a new monthly record for prosecutions against aliens unlawfully present in the United States. The ramp-up in prosecutions stems from a multi-agency effort to identify illegal immigrants who have returned to the U.S. after being previously deported, allowing the DOJ to charge the individuals with felony illegal reentry.

In addition, federal prosecutors charged another 3,200 illegal immigrants with simple illegal entry—though that total is not a record for the DOJ. Nevertheless, the simple illegal entry charge comprised over 50 percent of U.S. Border Patrol arrests in June, setting a separate record. Notably, at the peak of the border crisis under former President Joe Biden, the arrest rate never exceeded one percent.

The DOJ asserted that it is “using all available investigative and prosecutorial tools” in the effort to fight the “invasion of illegal immigration.” Trump White House officials say the move to bring criminal charges against illegal immigrants is just a component of its “whole government” approach to addressing the illegal immigration crisis.

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Jonathan Fahey, who also served as the Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during the first Trump administration, notes that cases involving felony illegal reentry have a very high conviction rate. According to Fahey, prosecutors simply have to show that an illegal immigrant with a prior deportation subsequently reentered the country illegally.

“They’re a great way to get a conviction, a great way to get a criminal off the street, and a great way to remove them from the country in an expeditious way,” Fahey explained.

New Mexico, in particular, has seen a marked increase in felony illegal reentry cases. Filing data shows prosecutors brought 245 cases in May, with 277 filed in June. Under the former Biden government, not even 100 cases were filed in the final few months of 2024.

King Charles ‘Very Concerned’ Trump Will Criticize Mass Migration During State Visit: Report.

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. President Donald Trump criticized Europe’s handling of immigration on a visit to Scotland, calling it a “horrible invasion.” King Charles III is reportedly wary that the President could make similar comments when he hosts him for a state visit in September.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Donald J. Trump, King Charles, Nigel Farage, and unnamed royal sources.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Trump made the remarks on Friday during a visit to Scotland, ahead of a planned state visit to the United Kingdom in September.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “You better get your act together or you’re not going to have Europe anymore.” – Donald Trump

🎯IMPACT: Concerns have been raised by royal sources about potential political remarks during a state banquet.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump’s criticism of Europe’s lax immigration policies during his recent visit to Scotland is reportedly sparking concerns about his upcoming state visit to the United Kingdom in September, where he is expected to attend a banquet at Windsor Castle. The source, a civil servant described as close to the Royal Family, stated that “[King] Charles has spent his entire life promoting tolerance and compassion.”

“He will be appalled by what Trump said on Friday, which seems to be entirely driven by his domestic agenda, and will be very concerned about the possibility of a repeat of Trump’s outburst in September,” the royal source claimed in a recent media interview.

“If Trump starts sounding off about the evils of immigration to the cameras while the King is standing next to him, the King would find that hard to take,” said a source described as a “friend of the King.”

During his trip to Scotland last week, President Trump blasted European leaders for failing to stop a “horrible invasion” of illegal immigrants, arguing that the influx of foreign nationals is “killing Europe.” The America First leader issued a stern warning, saying, “You better get your act together or you’re not going to have Europe anymore.”

Immigration has been a contentious issue in the United Kingdom, with record numbers of small boats carrying illegal immigrants across the English Channel this year. Reform Party leader Nigel Farage has warned that the country is nearing “civil disobedience on a vast scale” over the crisis.

ICE Nets Hundreds of Illegal Alien Pedophiles in One Dem-Run City.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested over 200 criminal alien child sex offenders in six months in Houston, Texas, under the Trump administration, surpassing the total arrests for the previous fiscal year.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers, criminal aliens, and federal law enforcement agencies.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Houston, Texas, during the first six months of the Trump administration.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The strides we have made in just six months to make our local communities safer are substantial, and our officers continue to work tirelessly every day to get the worst of the worst criminal aliens out of Southeast Texas to return our communities to places we can all enjoy.” – Paul McBride

🎯IMPACT: Enhanced community safety through the removal of violent criminal aliens and child sex offenders from Southeast Texas.

IN FULL

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials in Houston, Texas, have announced the arrest of 214 illegal aliens with charges or convictions for sex crimes against children during the first six months of the Trump administration, surpassing the total of 211 for all of fiscal year 2024.

“Bringing together the resources and expertise of the entire federal law enforcement community to confront the overwhelming surge of illegal immigration that we saw over the past four years has resulted in the arrest and removal of historic numbers of violent criminal aliens, transnational gang members and child sex offenders,” said Paul McBride, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Houston’s acting Field Office Director

“While we still have a long way to go to truly get this crisis under control, the strides we have made in just six months to make our local communities safer are substantial, and our officers continue to work tirelessly every day to get the worst of the worst criminal aliens out of Southeast Texas to return our communities to places we can all enjoy,” he added.

These arrests are part of a broader effort launched by President Donald J. Trump on his first day back in office, targeting criminal aliens released by the Biden-Harris administration.

Notable arrests include Jesus Gutierrez Mireles, a 67-year-old three-time deportee from Mexico convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child; Jorge Zebra, 48, convicted of multiple child sex crimes; and Manuel Antonio Castro-Juarez, a 37-year-old Salvadoran national with sexual assault and illegal reentry convictions.

In June alone, ICE officers in Houston made 1,361 arrests, including 32 child predators, nine murderers, and multiple cartel and gang members. Following this, ICE launched a Homeland Security Task Force to counter organized crime in Southeast Texas.

While the Texas city’s municipal government is officially non-partisan, Mayor John Whitmire served as a Democrat lawmaker in the state legislature for 50 years, and most city council members are also aligned with the Democrats.

Trans Illegal Charged with Raping Boy in Bathroom.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: A transgender illegal alien is facing charges of raping a 14-year-old boy in New York City.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Nicol Suarez, a 30-year-old illegal alien from Colombia, and a 14-year-old boy.

📍WHEN & WHERE: February, at a bodega near Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem, New York City.

💬KEY QUOTE: Police sources indicated Suarez had been shielded by New York City’s sanctuary policy.

🎯IMPACT: The case highlights the consequences of sanctuary city policies that hinder federal immigration enforcement.

IN FULL

A 30-year-old Colombian transgender illegal immigrant who is biologically male but claims to be a woman made his first appearance in a New York court last week on charges of child rape. According to prosecutors, the man, who goes by Nicol Suarez, raped a 14-year-old boy in the bathroom of a bodega in East Harlem this past February.

Despite his unlawful status, warrants in Manhattan and New Jersey, and a detainer issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) prior to the alleged rape, Suarez was sheltered from arrest by New York City’s sanctuary policies. Only after the sexual assault of the minor was the transgender illegal finally taken into custody.

A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for September, and Suarez is being held at Rikers Island until then on a quarter-million-dollar bond. According to court documents, Suarez is accused of stalking the male minor into the bodega’s bathroom, where he proceeded to sexually assault the 14-year-old.

Following the rape, the child fled the bathroom and informed people nearby of the assault. Police were then called, with Suarez being arrested the next day on charges of first-degree rape.

Democrat AGs Bring Lawfare Case to Stop Trump Tracking Illegals.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: New York Attorney General Letitia James is leading a lawsuit against the Trump administration over demands for state data on food stamp recipients to help track illegal immigrants.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Letitia James, California AG Rob Bonta, Michigan AG Dana Nessel, and 20 Democratic attorneys general versus the Trump administration.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The lawsuit was announced Monday, with a deadline set for July 30 for data submission.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “This administration is attempting to use this program as a tool in their cruel and chaotic targeting of immigrants,” said Letitia James.

🎯IMPACT: Democratic attorneys general claim the Trump administration’s move violates privacy laws and threatens funding for food assistance programs.

IN FULL

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D), alongside California Attorney General Rob Bonta (D) and Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel (D), announced a lawsuit against the Trump administration over its demands for detailed data on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients. The administration has threatened to withhold SNAP funding from states that fail to comply by the July 30 deadline.

James criticized the move as an “illegal data grab” targeting illegal immigrants. “This administration is attempting to use this program as a tool in their cruel and chaotic targeting of immigrants,” she said during a press call. The attorneys general argue that the request violates federal privacy laws and exceeds the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) authority.

Bonta condemned the demands as a “bait-and-switch,” asserting that SNAP recipients provided information to access food assistance, not to be tracked or targeted. “This kind of targeting doesn’t make America safer. It threatens kids’ access to school meals and jeopardizes wildfire survivors’ access to relief,” he claimed.

The lawsuit follows a series of legal challenges led by Democratic attorneys general against Trump’s policies. They argue that expanded data requirements, which include immigration status, marital status, and employment history, are a violation of federal statutes and the Spending Clause.

“They’re bypassing legal procedures, ignoring privacy protections, and demanding data that federal law explicitly says can only be used for administering the SNAP program,” Bonta stated.

Critics say the lawsuit appears to be little more than a continuation of lawfare efforts to prevent President Donald J. Trump from ending the illegal immigration crisis enabled by the former Biden-Harris government.

ICE Just Caught an Illegal Alien Working as an Armed Policeman.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: A Jamaican national residing in the United States illegally has been arrested after attempting to unlawfully purchase a firearm. Shockingly, he was working as a police officer with the Old Orchard Beach Police Department in Maine.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Jon Luke Evans, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), ICE Boston Field Office director Patricia Hyde, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), and Maine’s Old Orchard Beach Police Department.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The arrest was announced on Monday, July 28, 2025, with Evans having overstayed his U.S. visa in October 2023.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “We have a police department that was knowingly breaking the very law they are charged with enforcing in order to employ an illegal alien.” — ICE Boston Field Office director Patricia Hyde

🎯IMPACT: The arrest of Evans is raising alarms about whether local law enforcement, especially in sanctuary jurisdictions, are enforcing U.S. laws or even conducting proper background checks on their own employees.

IN FULL

An illegal immigrant has been arrested after his attempt to unlawfully purchase a firearm was flagged by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). Shockingly, Jon Luke Evans—a Jamaican national—was employed as a police officer in Maine when he attempted the gun purchase.

According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Evans—who entered the U.S. through Miami, Florida, on September 24, 2023—failed to board his return flight to Jamaica on October 1, 2023, subsequently overstaying his visa. Somehow, despite no longer having legal status to remain in the United States, Evans was eventually hired as a police officer with the Old Orchard Beach Police Department in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.

The circumstances under which a local Maine police department hired Evans remain unclear. However, the Jamaican’s status as an illegal immigrant was discovered by federal immigration agents after he attempted to purchase a firearm for his job. Evans has admitted to the illegal purchase.

“Jon Luke Evans not only broke U.S. immigration law, but he also illegally attempted to purchase a firearm,” ICE Boston Field Office director Patricia Hyde said in a statement regarding the illegal immigrant’s arrest. “Shockingly, Evans was employed as a local law enforcement officer. The fact that a police department would hire an illegal alien and unlawfully issue him a firearm while on duty would be comical if it weren’t so tragic.”

The Old Orchard Beach Police Department is not escaping federal scrutiny, with Hyde adding: “We have a police department that was knowingly breaking the very law they are charged with enforcing in order to employ an illegal alien.”

London’s ‘Nasty’ Mayor Khan Clashes With Trump: ‘Diversity Makes Us Stronger.’

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump is clashing with London Mayor Sadiq Khan on his trip to the United Kingdom, with Trump criticizing Khan’s performance as Mayor of London and Khan defending mass migration.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump, Sadiq Khan, and Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The exchange took place on July 28, 2025, in the United Kingdom.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “I’m not a fan of your mayor… He’s a nasty person.” – President Trump

🎯IMPACT: The exchange extends President Trump’s yearslong feud with Khan, who has publicly denounced the America First leader as “racist, sexist, homophobic, and Islamophobic” and rooted for Hillary Clinton and his other election opponents.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump criticized London Mayor Sadiq Khan during a meeting with Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer—a Labour Party colleague of Khan’s—describing him as a “nasty person” who has done “a terrible job” running the British capital. “I’m not a fan of your mayor,” Trump told the press, with Starmer laughing nervously and interjecting “He’s a friend of mine, actually” after the American leader remarked on Khan’s poor performance.

Unmoved by the Prime Minister’s intervention, Trump continued, “No, I think he’s done a terrible job,” while expressing willingness to visit London.

Khan, who has attacked Trump as “racist, sexist, homophobic, and Islamophobic” and accused him of “defending white supremacists, neo-Nazis, and anti-Semites” for close to a decade, responded via a spokesman, who said, “Sadiq is delighted that President Trump wants to come to the greatest city in the world. He’d see how our diversity makes us stronger not weaker; richer, not poorer.”

However, contrary to Khan’s claims, recent official statistics and studies suggest that mass migration is, overall, a significant net drain on Britain in general and London in particular. For instance, low-wage migrant workers—who comprise a majority of migrant workers—are estimated to drain the equivalent of nearly $200,000, net, by the time they reach retirement age, rising to over $650,000 each if they live to 80 and well over $1 million if they live to 100.

Notably, migrants who arrive on work visas are a minority of the migrants arriving in Britain annually, with a combination of jobless dependents, asylum seekers, and others who are an even larger drain on the public finances, making up the bulk of the yearly influx.

Many migrants are also a significantly greater threat to public safety than the British-born, too, with Afghans, for instance, being over 22 times more likely to be over 22 times more likely to be convicted of sex crimes.

‘Get Your Act Together’ — Trump Laments ‘Horrible Invasion’ of Migrants ‘Killing Europe.’

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump arrived in Scotland and criticized Britain’s handling of illegal migration.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump, Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

📍WHEN & WHERE: July 2025, Glasgow Airport, Scotland.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “You better get your act together or you’re not going to have Europe anymore.” – President Trump

🎯IMPACT: Trump’s comments add pressure on British leadership to address rising illegal immigration issues.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump arrived in Scotland for a four-day visit and immediately addressed Britain’s illegal immigration issues. He urged Britain to “get its act together” to stop what he described as a “horrible invasion” affecting Europe.

“You better get your act together or you’re not going to have Europe anymore,” he said shortly after landing. “You’ve got to stop this horrible invasion that is happening to Europe, many countries in Europe.”

He continued: “Some leaders have not let it happen, and they’re not getting the proper credit… I could name them to you right now, but I’m not going to embarrass the other ones. But stop, this immigration is killing Europe.”

The America First leader highlighted his administration’s success in halting illegal entries, saying, “Last month we had nobody entering our country.”

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, of the left-wing Labour Party, faces increasing pressure to tackle illegal migration, with tens of thousands of migrants crossing the English Channel in small boats this year, with virtually none of them being deported. Many are being housed in often luxurious hotels at the taxpayers’ expense, despite being largely unvetted, with some committing crimes that have prompted riotous protests in recent weeks.

Trump plans to meet with Sir Keir and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen during his British trip. Despite his critical stance on the British premier’s handling of immigration, Trump commended the Prime Minister for successfully negotiating a U.S. trade deal—only possible as a result of Brexit—stating, “He got a trade deal done… It’s a good deal for the UK.”

Trump Admin Tracks Down Thousands of Lost Migrant Minors, Arrests Hundreds of Sponsors for Abuse and Trafficking.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says it has tracked down 13,000 unaccompanied migrant minors released into the United States under the former Biden government, and arrested over 400 sponsors for crimes ranging from child abuse to sex trafficking.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Former President Joe Biden, President Donald J. Trump, the DHS, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), unaccompanied illegal immigrant minors, NGOs, and unvetted sponsors.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The Trump White House’s efforts to locate upwards of 320,000 illegal immigrant children essentially lost by the former Biden government are ongoing.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “The safety of children and ensuring they are reunited with their parents or safe guardian is the top priority of the Trump Administration, which stands in stark contrast to the nearly 300,000 migrant children that were lost under the Biden Administration.” — DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin

🎯IMPACT: The Trump administration is prioritizing the deportation of unaccompanied minors to their families in their countries of origin instead of continuing the use of the unvetted sponsor system utilized by the Biden government.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is working to track down thousands of unaccompanied migrant minors that the former Biden government handed over to—in some instances—completely unvetted ‘sponsors.’ It is estimated that more than 13,000 minors have now been located, with hundreds of sponsors arrested for crimes including child abuse and worse.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) says it has arrested around 400 so-called sponsors who had been cleared to care for unaccompanied illegal immigrant minors under the Biden government. However, the number of sponsors who have engaged in criminal acts could be much higher. During recent testimony before Congress, counter-trafficking expert and policy advocate Ali Hooper revealed evidence that the Biden government left 65,000 phone calls unanswered on a hotline for unaccompanied minors to report sexual abuse, trafficking, or other criminal activities perpetrated by sponsors.

During the Biden government, an estimated 320,000 unaccompanied minors were released into the interior of the United States, and—through federal government partnerships with non-governmental organizations (NGOs)—these minors were placed with often poorly vetted sponsors. Local law enforcement across the country has warned of situations involving both sex trafficking and illegal underage labor.

Speaking with Laura Ingraham late Thursday, Hooper highlighted an alarming incident where suspects, now in custody, would lace minors’ drinks with an unidentified white powder. They would then bring in “clients” who would pay upwards of $1,000 for “appointments” at what is described as a “bunker.” The minors were often restrained and tied to beds. DHS is currently assisting the investigation.

In response to the massive number of unaccompanied illegal immigrant minors in the United States, the Trump White House has directed federal immigration officials to quickly deport the minors in question to be reunited with their families, instead of matriculaing into an NGO-sponsor network. “The safety of children and ensuring they are reunited with their parents or safe guardian is the top priority of the Trump Administration, which stands in stark contrast to the nearly 300,000 migrant children that were lost under the Biden Administration,” DHS Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement.
