More Victims of Migrant Accused of High School Sexual Assault Spree Come Forward.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: An adult illegal immigrant in Virginia, already facing multiple charges for sexually assaulting female classmates at a high school, now faces additional accusations.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Israel Flores Ortiz, 18, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, and female students at Fairfax High School.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Reports surfaced on March 5, 2026, at Fairfax High School in Fairfax County, Virginia. Ortiz turned himself in on March 7.

💬KEY QUOTE: “It’s terrifying as a parent because when I send my daughters to school, I think they’re safe in the care of the school,” said parent Stacy Langton.

🎯IMPACT: Ortiz is being held without bond, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has filed a detainer to remove him from the country. Parents have expressed outrage over safety concerns at the school.

IN FULL

Israel Flores Ortiz, an adult illegal immigrant from El Salvador, is facing additional assault and battery charges, following previous charges for a sexual assault spree targeting girls at Fairfax High School in Virginia. He was originally charged with nine counts, but authorities have added four more as further victims have come forward during the ongoing investigation.

Fairfax County police first learned of the incidents on March 5, 2024, and obtained an arrest warrant. Ortiz surrendered to authorities on March 7 and remains in custody at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, held without bond. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has placed a detainer on him in order to remove him from the United States.

Local parents have voiced outrage and concern. “It’s terrifying as a parent because when I send my daughters to school, I think they’re safe in the care of the school,” said Stacy Langton, whose daughters attend Fairfax High School. “In this case, they absolutely were not safe.”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a statement pressing Fairfax County to honor the ICE detainer. “We are calling on Fairfax County to honor our detainer to ensure this violent criminal is removed from our country so he can never claim another victim again,” the department said.

“We prioritize student and staff safety, and we fully investigate any time someone shares that an incident has occurred at school, or that they do not feel safe at school,” Fairfax County Public Schools district stated.

New Report Warns ‘No-Go Zones’ Fueled by Mass Migration, Islamization, and State Weakness Are Spreading.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A new report highlights the spread of “no-go zones” across the European Union (EU), linked to mass immigration and Islamization.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) Charlie Weimers, Marion Maréchal, and Nicola Procaccini presented the report; The National Pulse Editor-in-Chief, Raheem Kassam, has been warning against “no-go zones” for many years.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The report was presented on Wednesday in Europe.

💬KEY QUOTE: “A wake-up call on the failures of uncontrolled immigration.” – Nicola Procaccini

🎯IMPACT: Broad demographic changes and weakening state control are fracturing European societies.

IN FULL

A new report, presented by conservative Members of the European Parliament (MEPs), is raising alarms over the growing number of “no-go zones” across the European Union (EU). It points to mass migration, growing Islamization, and the erosion of state authority in cities as the main drivers of the trend.

Unveiled by Sweden Democrats MEP Charlie Weimers, French nationalist MEP Marion Maréchal, and Brothers of Italy MEP Nicola Procaccini, the study contends that “parallel societies” are taking root in many parts of Europe. These areas, the report says, are ruled by codes of radicalization and violence instead of national laws.

Marion Maréchal noted that France is home to many such areas, stating, “Our study demonstrates that no-go zones develop according to two factors: immigration and Islamization—63 percent of Islamist terrorists are linked to these areas.”

The report employs a scoring system that weighs factors such as crime and violence, the existence of parallel societies, and evidence of state withdrawal. It examined 17 neighborhoods in seven EU countries, giving France’s Franc Moisin district the worst score. Other prominent examples cited include La Castellane in Marseilles, France, and Molenbeek in Brussels, Belgium. The findings reveal a clear link between no-go zones and elevated shares of foreign-born and Muslim residents, with the average Muslim population in these districts far above the EU-wide figure.

Raheem Kassam, Editor-in-Chief of The National Pulse, has been warning against the emergence of parallel societies in Europe and the United States for years, releasing his book No Go Zones: How Sharia Law Is Coming to a Neighborhood Near You in 2017.

While more commonly associated with Europe, no-go zones are increasingly evident in the United States. Police in Dearborn, Michigan, now have Arabic patches, and the city’s Muslim mayor, Abdullah H. Hammoud, warned a Christian resident he was “not welcome” in the city last year when he expressed opposition to street signs honoring an Arab publisher accused of supporting terror.

Trump Crackdown Has Drastically Reduced Immigrant Numbers in Border Towns.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. population growth slowed significantly in 2025, with steep declines in metro areas along the southern border as immigration fell.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The U.S. Census Bureau, President Donald Trump, and demographers, including Helen You and Kenneth Johnson.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Data covers the one-year period ending July 2025, with key impacts in U.S. metro areas, including Laredo, Texas; Yuma, Arizona; and El Centro, California.

💬KEY QUOTE: “After four years in which millions and millions of illegal aliens poured across our borders totally unfettered and unchecked, we now have the strongest and most secure border in American history, by far.” – President Donald J. Trump

🎯IMPACT: Immigration declines have reshaped population trends, with border regions and major metro areas experiencing sharp drops.

IN FULL

New Census Bureau figures show a marked slowdown in overall U.S. population growth for the 12-month period that ended in July 2025. Metropolitan areas along the U.S.-Mexico border recorded some of the largest drops, driven by a steep fall in immigration after border policies were tightened at the start of President Donald J. Trump’s second term.

Laredo, Texas, saw its annual growth rate collapse from 3.2 percent to just 0.2 percent. Yuma, Arizona, fell from 3.3 percent to 1.4 percent, while El Centro, California, swung from 1.2 percent growth to a 0.7 percent loss. Major hubs for immigrants—including Miami-Dade County, Harris County in Texas, and Los Angeles County—also registered sharp reductions in immigration inflows, adding to the nationwide pattern.

“That pattern suggests a sharper rise-and-fall effect in border regions, where international migration plays a more central role in year-to-year population change,” said Helen You, interim director of the Texas Demographic Center. The Census Bureau reported that nine out of ten U.S. counties received fewer immigrants than in the previous year.

President Trump previously drew attention to these shifts in his State of the Union Address, stating, “In the past nine months, zero illegal aliens have been admitted to the United States. But we will always allow people to come in legally, people that will love our country and will work hard to maintain our country.”

Although border metros lost momentum, solidly Republican states such as Texas and Florida still posted the strongest overall population increases nationwide. At the same time, natural disasters—Hurricanes Helene and Milton—drove population losses in counties along Florida’s Gulf Coast and in parts of North Carolina.

Bondi’s DOJ Now Calls Immigration Court Arrests a ‘Regrettable Error.’

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A federal prosecutor suggested U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should not be arresting migrants at immigration court, and that a previous memo saying they could be was a “regrettable error.”

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton, ICE officials, immigration advocacy groups, and former New York City comptroller Brad Lander (D)

📍WHEN & WHERE: The issue spans over the last year, with recent developments in Manhattan and other U.S. immigration courts.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Based on our discussions with ICE today, this regrettable error appears to have occurred because of agency attorney error,” said U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton.

🎯IMPACT: The revelation has sparked calls for congressional investigations and raised questions about due process violations in immigration court arrests.

IN FULL

A Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutor in Manhattan says that his office’s backing of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) policy memo authorizing arrests of migrants at immigration court was a “regrettable error.” In a letter to a federal judge, U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton said ICE’s legal team had “specifically informed” his office that arrests in immigration court were exempt from guidance against courtroom arrests, but that this was mistaken.

Last May, ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons stated that “ICE officers and agents should generally avoid enforcement actions in or near courthouses, or areas within courthouses that are wholly dedicated to non-criminal proceedings (e.g., family court, small claims court).” However, ICE Assistant Director of Field Operations Liana Castano released a memo stating that this arrest policy “does not apply” to immigration courts.

“Based on our discussions with ICE today, this regrettable error appears to have occurred because of agency attorney error,” Clayton said of the memo.

Former New York City comptroller Brad Lander (D)—himself arrested by ICE agents inside Manhattan’s immigration court—called the news a “bombshell” and called on Congress to investigate. “All courthouse arrests should cease immediately,” Lander demanded.

In the past year alone, ICE agents have arrested thousands of immigrants right outside courtrooms, frequently moments after their court-ordered hearings ended. Immigration courts, which fall under the Department of Justice (DOJ), have become a particular battleground for lawsuits challenging ICE’s enforcement methods.

Philly DA Threatens ICE Agents.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner (D) threatened to prosecute U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents deployed at the airport if they acted inappropriately.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Larry Krasner, ICE agents, and travelers at Philadelphia International Airport.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Tuesday at Philadelphia International Airport, following ICE deployment by President Donald J. Trump.

💬KEY QUOTE: “I will put you in handcuffs and I will put you in a courtroom, and if necessary, I will put you in a jail cell…” – Larry Krasner

🎯IMPACT: Krasner has a long history of threatening federal immigration agents, comparing them to Nazis and stating that he will “hunt them down.”

IN FULL

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner (D)—one of a number of local prosecutors backed by far-left billionaire George Soros—threatened U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents assisting with security at the Philadelphia International Airport with prosecution if they “commit crimes.” The warning, issued by Krasner on Tuesday, was intended to deter and hamper federal officers from carrying out their legal duties.

“This is how it works—you commit crimes within the jurisdiction that is the city and county of Philadelphia, I prosecute you. That is how it works. No, I don’t take a phone call from the President saying, ‘Let ’em go.’ No, the President cannot pardon you. I’ll say it again, the President cannot pardon you,” Krasner said. “I will put you in handcuffs and I will put you in a courtroom, and if necessary, I will put you in a jail cell if you decide to [do] anything like you did in the streets of Minneapolis, which involved the criminal homicide of unarmed, innocent people.”

The far-left Democrat prosecutor repeated his threat on Wednesday in a video posted to X (formerly Twitter). “To anyone who is an ICE agent, thank you for upholding the law and the Constitution of the United States. But if you don’t, you’re gonna find out,” Krasner stated.

ICE agents have been surged to airports around the country by President Donald J. Trump to backfill and assist with security screenings as thousands of Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers have either quit or called off work amid missed paychecks due to the Senate Democrats’ refusal to fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Notably, this is not the first time that Krasner has threatened federal agents, especially those who work for ICE. The National Pulse reported in January this year that Krasner smeared ICE agents as  “wannabe Nazis,” and vowed to prosecute them.

“If we have to hunt you down the way they hunted down Nazis for decades, we will find your identities; we will find you; we will achieve justice,” he said at the time.

CBP Just Seized 120 Pounds of Meth at the U.S.-Mexico Border.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers seized over 120 pounds of methamphetamine during two enforcement actions at the Nogales Port of Entry.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: CBP officers, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents, and two drivers who were arrested.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The seizures occurred on March 10 and March 11 at the Mariposa and DeConcini Crossings in Nogales, Arizona.

💬KEY QUOTE: “Our streets are safer thanks to the dedication of our CBP officers.” – Jose Acuna, Acting Port Director at Nogales Port of Entry.

🎯IMPACT: The seizures prevented a significant quantity of methamphetamine from reaching U.S. streets.

IN FULL

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers earlier this month seized over 120 pounds of methamphetamine at the Nogales Port of Entry along America’s southern border. The illicit drugs were uncovered during two separate enforcement actions on March 10 and 11.

“Our frontline officers’ ability to apply training, inspection experience, and technology allowed them to zero in and take down a couple of significant drug loads,” Acting Port Director Jose Acuna said of the methamphetamine seizure. He added, “Our streets are safer thanks to the dedication of our CBP officers.”

According to the CBP, on March 10, officers at the Mariposa Crossing seized nearly 44 pounds of methamphetamine concealed in a 2007 Acura RL. Using a non-intrusive inspection system, officers conducted a closer physical examination and discovered 32 packages of methamphetamine hidden in the back seat of the vehicle. The drugs and the vehicle were seized, and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents arrested the driver, launching a criminal investigation.

The following day, on March 11, CBP officers at the DeConcini Crossing seized over 76 pounds of methamphetamine hidden in a 2019 Volkswagen Polo. An inspection scan and physical examination led to the discovery of 70 packages of methamphetamine concealed in a false floor compartment of the vehicle. The narcotics and the vehicle were seized, and the driver was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation.

The State of Minnesota is Suing the Trump Admin. Here’s Why…

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: The state of Minnesota filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration, alleging federal authorities obstructed access to evidence in three shootings involving federal agents.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Defendants include the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Attorney General Pam Bondi, and former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The incidents occurred in January in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Tuesday.

💬KEY QUOTE: “At stake is not only Plaintiffs’ access to evidence central to these shootings but also a fundamental principle of our constitutional system: that the States retain the sovereign authority—and responsibility—to investigate crimes committed within their borders,” the complaint stated.

🎯IMPACT: The lawsuit seeks to compel federal authorities to provide evidence, claiming their obstruction violates the Tenth Amendment and undermines state sovereignty.

IN FULL

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz‘s (D) government has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration, accusing federal authorities of withholding evidence in three shootings involving federal agents and Minneapolis residents. The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Tuesday, names the Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Attorney General Pam Bondi, and former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem as defendants.

In the filing, attorneys for the state of Minnesota contend that the federal government has engaged in “unprecedented noncooperation,” and “has deprived state investigators of timely access to evidence in federal custody that is directly relevant to their investigations of potential violations of Minnesota criminal law.” The Walz administration is asking the federal court to “secure access to the evidence necessary to investigate these shooting incidents and to ensure that the State of Minnesota can fulfill its sovereign duty to determine whether federal officers committed crimes within its borders.”

The incidents include the fatal shootings of anti-ICE activists Renee Good on January 7 and Alex Pretti on January 24. Additionally, a Venezuelan illegal immigrant, Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis, was shot in the leg by an ICE agent on January 14 but survived. Minnesota investigators claim federal authorities blocked access to evidence in all three cases.

The filing alleges that federal agents physically blocked Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigators from accessing the scene, even after a judicial warrant was obtained. The complaint concludes, “At stake is not only Plaintiffs’ access to evidence central to these shootings but also a fundamental principle of our constitutional system: that the States retain the sovereign authority—and responsibility—to investigate crimes committed within their borders.”

A Deportee Just Filed a $1.3 Million Lawsuit Against the United States.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A Venezuelan man deported to El Salvador and detained in the country’s CECOT mega-prison has filed a lawsuit in the U.S., seeking $1.3 million in damages for alleged false imprisonment and emotional distress.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Neiyerver Adrián Leon Rengel, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and advocacy groups including LULAC and the Democracy Defenders Fund.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Leon Rengel was detained in 2025 in El Salvador’s CECOT prison; lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Tuesday.

💬KEY QUOTE: “There came a point when I thought about hanging myself with the sheet they gave us.” – Neiyerver Adrián Leon Rengel

🎯IMPACT: The lawsuit seeks to challenge the use of wartime powers for deportation and the treatment of detainees in foreign facilities.

IN FULL

Venezuelan national Neiyerver Adrián Leon Rengel, 28, has filed a lawsuit in the United States seeking $1.3 million in damages for the mistreatment he claims he suffered during four months of detention in El Salvador’s CECOT mega-prison. Deported by U.S. authorities in 2025, he claims he endured beatings, inhumane conditions, and severe psychological trauma, and that the detention amounted to “torture” under international law.

Leon Rengel described his time in CECOT as “total hell,” claiming he was forced to drink the same water used for bathing and that guards warned him he would be imprisoned for 90 years. “There came a point when I thought about hanging myself with the sheet they gave us,” he said.

The lawsuit, filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act, contends that he was falsely imprisoned and deliberately subjected to emotional distress. Advocacy organizations, including the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) and the Democracy Defenders Fund, are backing his legal action. “What happened to Adrián Rengel is government-sanctioned torture,” alleged Juan Proaño, LULAC’s CEO.

Leon Rengel was deported under the Alien Enemies Act, a wartime measure the Trump administration invoked to address the “invasion” of the U.S. by migrant gangs. Leon Rengel insists he has no gang ties and says he was wrongly identified because of a tattoo. “I’ve never been a gang member, nor a member of a criminal group,” he claimed.

Now back in Venezuela, Leon Rengel says he has no plans to return to the U.S.

Illegal Immigrant Arrested for High School Sexual Assault Spree.

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A 19-year-old illegal immigrant was charged with nine counts of assault and battery for allegedly groping girls at a Fairfax County high school.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Israel Flores Ortiz, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, and multiple high school students.

📍WHEN & WHERE: Fairfax County, Virginia, incidents occurred during school hours in hallways while students were changing classes.

💬KEY QUOTE: “This is a public safety issue and every single parent’s daughters are at risk because of this policy.” – Stacy Langton, a parent of students enrolled at the Fairfax County high school

🎯IMPACT: Parents, including those across political lines, are outraged, and the incident has sparked renewed debate over public safety policies and immigrant laws.

IN FULL

Israel Flores Ortiz, a 19-year-old illegal immigrant from El Salvador, has been charged with nine counts of assault and battery for allegedly groping girls at a high school in Fairfax County, Virginia. The Salvadoran allegedly groped at least a dozen female students in school hallways while they were changing classes.

Stacy Langton, a parent and local activist, expressed her outrage at the incidents, stating, “It’s terrifying as a parent because when I send my daughters to school, I think they’re safe in the care of the school. And in this case, they absolutely were not safe.” Langton added that her daughters, both students at the school, were aware of the incidents, with some of their friends among the 12 alleged victims.

Langton criticized policies that allow “English Learners” to remain in public schools up to age 22, calling it a “public safety issue” that affects all parents regardless of political affiliation. “This is a problem for every single parent in the school, whether you’re a Democrat, whether you are an Independent, or whether you are a Republican,” she said. The school district, while unable to comment on specifics due to privacy laws, stated, “We prioritize student and staff safety, and we fully investigate any time someone shares that an incident has occurred at school, or that they do not feel safe at school.”

Notably, Fairfax County has become a recent hotspot for illegal immigrant violent crime, with its George Soros-backed Commonwealth’s Attorney Steven Descano facing backlash for dropping charges against illegal immigrants, including Salvadoran national Marvin Morales-Ortez. Morales-Ortez was released despite a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer and later allegedly murdered a man in Reston, Virginia.

More recently, Descano failed to pursue charges against Abdul Jalloh, a 32-year-old illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone with an extensive criminal history, including over 30 arrests.  In late February, Jalloh stabbed 41-year-old Stephanie Minter to death at a bus stop along Richmond Highway in Fairfax County, and is currently facing a charge of murder.

SURPRISE! The Most Unsafe Areas Are the Most ‘Diverse.’

PULSE POINTS

WHAT HAPPENED: A YouGov survey has revealed the top ten places in Britain where residents feel most unsafe, and almost all of them are majority-minority areas which have been subjected to significant demographic change.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The survey was conducted by YouGov.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The poll was published on March 20, 2026, focusing on various localities across Britain.

💬KEY QUOTE: “The results show a widespread belief among the public (65-67%) that police would not attempt to properly investigate minor crimes such as phone theft, shoplifting, or vandalism. More people than not also think police wouldn’t try and investigate burglary (50%), or online fraud (47%).” – YouGov Poll Analysis

🎯IMPACT: The findings highlight public fears about safety in areas that have experienced significant demographic shifts, prompting concerns over integration and social cohesion.

IN FULL

A recent YouGov poll has revealed the areas in Britain where residents feel most unsafe, with almost all of them being majority-minority. The survey lists Newham, in London, as the area where residents feel most unsafe, at 43 percent. Notably, Newham’s population is just 14.8 percent White British.

Along with Newham, the survey lists Barking & Dagenham, Brent, Leicester, Luton, Birmingham, and Hounslow, all have white populations below 50 percent. The remaining three areas in the top ten, Sandwell, Westminster, and Wolverhampton, are white-majority, but not by much.

The Ministry of Justice’s latest data from 2024/25 shows that ethnic minorities are disproportionately represented in the criminal justice system, with black people accounting for 12  percent of prisoners despite accounting for only four percent of the general population. Non-white groups overall comprise 27 percent of the prison population, against an 18 percent share of the general population.

Foreign national conviction rates further highlight disparities, with data secured by the Centre for Migration Control under the Freedom of Information Act showing significantly higher rates of violence, sexual offending, and theft among certain nationalities compared to British citizens. For instance, the conviction rate for sexual offenses in England and Wales per 10,000 people is 59 for Afghans, compared to just six for British citizens. Similarly, the conviction rate for crimes of violence among Afghans is 102—behind only Somalis and Congolese, at 129 and 187, respectively—compared to 16 for British citizens.
