Border Invasion

This Senate Republican Wants to Block Illegal Immigrants from Public Benefits.

New legislation to restrict access to public benefits for individuals illegally residing in the United States has been put forward by Senator Mike Lee (R-UT). Lee’s proposal, referred to as the “America First Act,” seeks to amend the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act. The bill would bar illegal immigrants in the U.S., including asylum seekers and individuals granted parole, from being eligible for various public benefits.

The bill is part of a broader effort coordinated by President-elect Donald J. Trump and Congressional Republicans to end incentives for foreign nationals to enter and stay in the country illegally. In effect, Lee’s legislation could result in many of those in the U.S. illegally self-deporting to their home country.

“Millions of illegal immigrants ‘paroled’ into the United States, many for fraudulent asylum claims, have gained the ability to access welfare and aid programs originally designed to help American families, not attract and support massive populations of foreign citizens,” Sen. Lee said in a statement announcing the bill. The Utah Republican continued: “The America First Act pulls the plug on this criminal redistribution scheme forced upon the American people by Joe Biden and generations of dishonest politicians.”

Lee’s proposal complements plans made by Trump and his border czar, Tom Homan, to deport the 11 to 20 million illegal immigrants currently unlawfully residing in the U.S. On Monday, Homan met with New York Democrat Mayor Eric Adams to discuss how local and state officials can aid the initial phase of deportations targeting primarily violent illegals.

Notorious Drug Lord Returns to Mexico After U.S. Prison Term.

A notorious Mexican drug lord has been arrested in Mexico after U.S. authorities deported him following a lengthy prison sentence. Osiel Cárdenas Guillén, former leader of the Gulf cartel, was extradited to the U.S. in 2007. He completed 14 years of a 25-year sentence before U.S. officials deported him. Upon arrival in Mexico, Mexican authorities took him into custody and transferred him to Altiplano, a maximum-security prison near Mexico City.

Cárdenas Guillén now faces charges for drugs, organized crime, and money laundering in his home country. Samuel Olson, Chicago Field Office Director for Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), stressed the importance of removing an “international fugitive.”

Cárdenas Guillén, 57, is from Matamoros, a city on the U.S.-Mexico border. He earned the nickname “El Mata Amigos” or “Friend Killer” for his violent tactics. He recruited former Mexican special forces soldiers to form the brutal Zetas group, known for extreme violence.

Captured in Tamaulipas, Mexico, in 2003, Cárdenas Guillén was convicted in the U.S. in 2010. The U.S. Justice Department accused him of threatening an undercover Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in Texas. This was over a failed drug delivery involving nearly a ton of marijuana.

President-elect Donald J. Trump has promised to crack down on the Mexican cartels, stating last year that he views them as “unlawful enemy combatants” and could allow the U.S. military to operate against them.

Air Force Gen. Gregory M. Guillot, the commander of U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command, claimed this year that the cartels were also using thousands of drones at the border to aid in their operations.

Migration-Background Man Sentenced for Raping Healthcare Worker to Death.

A migration-background man has been sentenced to life in prison for raping a British healthcare worker to death as she lay unconscious on a public bench in London. Mohamed Iidow, 35, was found guilty of raping and killing National Health Service (NHS) worker Natalie Shotter when she was asleep in a London park after a night of drinking in 2021. The mother of three died of a heart attack as Iidow orally raped her several times while she lay deeply unconscious on a bench.

CCTV footage captured Iidow moving her body into different positions as he repeatedly raped her. Following the rape, Iidow drove to a gas station, where he nonchalantly bought cat food and mouthwash before going back to his home.

A jury found Iidow guilty of rape and manslaughter in October, and the court has now handed him a life sentence with a minimum term of 10 years and eight months in prison. They were not, however, told of his prior convictions for attempting to groom minors online.

Claims are circulating that Iidow is an illegal immigrant, including by anti-grooming gang activist Tommy Robinson. However, an official press release and corporate media reports are studiously avoiding making any mention of his immigration status. The National Pulse has asked London’s Old Bailey to clarify the matter but has not received a reply as of this article’s publication.

Migrants from some countries are statistically far more likely to commit crimes than British nationals. Ministry of Justice (MOJ) figures state that Albanians, for instance, have an incarceration rate of over 232 people per 100,000. The British-born British incarceration rate stands at just 14.27 per 100,000.

Biden Border

Senate Dems Urge Biden to Bolster Protections for Illegals Against Trump Deportations.

Joe Biden is under mounting pressure from Senate Democrats to extend deportation protections for certain illegal immigrants. The incoming Trump White House plans to initiate a mass deportation campaign next year.

Senators Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV), Ben Ray Luján (D-NM), and Alex Padilla (D-CA) held a press conference this week urging Biden to take action on behalf of immigrants currently under Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). A number of open borders activists joined the Democrat senators.

TPS grants work permits and protection from deportation to nationals from countries deemed unsafe for return, while DACA shields immigrants brought to the U.S. as children. The Trump administration plans to let TPS expire for many countries, including Haiti. The Biden government’s broad use of TPS has often been criticized as a backdoor open-border policy. In the House, a bill introduced by Senator-elect Jim Banks (R-IN) aims to restrict TPS. If passed, it will require congressional approval for 12-month terms and additional measures for extensions.

Sen. Cortez Masto emphasized the president’s authority to provide immigrant communities with certainty, warning of “chaotic” immigration policies from the next administration. Sen. Padilla highlighted the importance of using this moment to protect immigrants who allegedly strengthen the economy.

The Supreme Court blocked previous attempts by the Trump administration to end DACA, leaving the matter still under judicial consideration.

The National Pulse has reported that a majority of Americans support President-elect Donald J. Trump’s mass deportation plan.

Migrant Charged with Deadly Stabbing of Woman Working at Hotel Hosting Him.

Deng Chol Majek, an 18-year-old asylum seeker housed at the Park Inn Hotel in Walsall, England, has denied murdering Rhiannon Skye Whyte, a 27-year-old employee at the same hotel. Majek is accused of fatally stabbing Whyte at Bescot Stadium railway station on October 20, leading to her death three days later in hospital.

During his appearance via video link from His Majesty’s Prison (HMP) Manchester at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday, Majek denied the charges, stating, “Not guilty, I did not kill her.” Originally from South Sudan, he spoke through an Arabic interpreter. He also denied being at the crime scene or possessing a screwdriver unlawfully at the station where Whyte was killed.

Housing often unvetted asylum seekers in hotels, including thousands of illegal immigrants who pay smugglers to bring them across the English Channel from France in small boats, is contentious. The practice costs British taxpayers millions of pounds per day and often causes significant anxiety, disruption, and strain on public services in the communities where they are transplanted.

RECURRING ISSUE.

Since the migrant crisis began in 2015, numerous serious crimes have been committed by asylum seekers residing in shelters and hotels across Europe. One of the most notorious involved Maria Ladenburger, a German teenager volunteering at a migrant shelter in Freiburg. Asylum seeker Hussein Khavari, who claimed to be an Afghan child migrant but was later identified as a 32-year-old Iranian, raped and murdered her. Court evidence revealed that Khavari had previously been sentenced to ten years in prison in Greece for pushing a woman off a cliff before he slipped away to Germany.

Maria Ladenburger’s father, an EU official, actively solicited donations for migrants in his daughter’s obituary.

Majek remains in custody. The courts have scheduled a pre-trial hearing for February 7, with a full trial expected in 2025.

Mayor Adams Met with Trump’s ‘Border Czar.’

New York City Mayor Eric Adams met with Thomas D. Homan, President-elect Donald J. Trump’s incoming “border czar,” on Thursday. The two discussed the Trump administration’s border policy and how the city can work with federal officials to remove illegal immigrants who have committed crimes in the city.

Over the last year, Adams has engaged in a significant shit regarding his stance on illegal immigration and New York City’s status as a sanctuary city. The Democrat mayor, who once touted his city as a protector of illegal immigrants, now says the sanctuary law should be changed.

“We should not be allowing people who are repeatedly committing crimes to remain here, and we cannot collaborate with ICE in the process,” Adams said in February, blaming the New York City’s sanctuary status for his inability to crack down on surging migrant crime.

In his conversation on Thursday with Homan, Mayor Adams has indicated a willingness to support federal efforts to apprehend immigrants accused of crimes, emphasizing his viewpoint that due process rights should not extend to criminals who have entered the country without legal permission. He later clarified during a press conference that his remarks were directed at those immigrants identified as repeat offenders, emphasizing: “We are not going to be a safe haven to those who commit violent acts.”

However, despite Adams signaling a willingness to work with the Trump administration, his own city government is already undertaking efforts to hamper Homan’s deportation operation. The National Pulse reported earlier this week that New York City is moving to shutter a large tent complex used to shelter illegal immigrants at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn. As the facility is built on federal land, city officials fear the estimated 2,000 migrants at the facility lack protection from immigration enforcement operations.

Now Nearly Half of Canadians Say They’re In Favor of Mass Deportations.

Even the notably pro-mass immigration Canada seems to be second-guessing their open borders policies. A new poll suggests nearly half of the country’s population now supports mass deportations to fight illegal immigration.

The polling firm Leger found that 48 percent of Canadians now favor mass deportations as a way to control illegal immigration, just a single percentage behind the number of Americans who also support such a policy. Canadians, once one of the most pro-immigration populations in the Western world, are also increasingly skeptical of legal immigration. The poll found that 65 percent of Canadians think Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government is accepting too many immigrants legally.

While the number of illegal border crossers to Canada pales in comparison with the United States, an estimated 500,000 people live in Canada illegally after either overstaying visas or coming to the country illegally. America’s northern neighbor, which has a population of nearly 42 million people, has seen unprecedented levels of immigration under Trudeau, with legal migration driving the population to increase by over a million people in the span of just a year.

Mass deportations are favored by President-elect Donald J. Trump, who has called for the large-scale removal of illegals across the United States. The immigration enforcement operation will be overseen by former ICE official Tom Homan, who Trump has tapped as his border czar.

Some Democrats have pledged to resist efforts to deport illegals, including Denver mayor Mike Johnston, who said he would be willing to go to jail to block deportations. Homan, in response, said he would be willing to arrest Mayor Johnson if need be. Others, however, like the Democrat Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, have stated they will work with the incoming Trump administration on illegal migration issues.

Now Britain’s Socialized Health Service is Defending Pakistani Cousin Marriage.

Britain’s National Health Service (NHS) is running defense for Pakistani-heritage couples who marry their first cousins, suggesting it is no more dangerous than White British women having children over the age of 34. The NHS trust covering Bradford, an English city where Pakistanis account for a substantial share of the population, said in literature on birth defects: “[I]t is important to mention that just like a cousin marriage is a cultural practice in Asian/British Pakistanis heritage, resulting in increasing risk factors for congenital anomalies, so too is choosing to give birth at or after the age 34 in White British women/couples.”

The trust accuses White Britons having children later in life of “choosing lifestyles embedded in liberal values such as preferring jobs, careers, bodily fitness and individualism over giving birth before the age 34.” It does not mention how rising house prices and an increasing tax burden strain White British couples, with these pressures partly driven by mass migration and failures in migrant integration. For example, the unemployment rate for Pakistanis stands at 11.1 percent, which is more than three times higher than the 3.3 percent unemployment rate for whites.

HEALTH RISKS.

Having children after 34 does increase the risk of birth defects, with such children—born to mothers of all ethnicities—accounting for 19 percent of cases in Bradford. However, cousin marriage appears to have far higher risks, accounting for around 30 percent of birth defects, despite Pakistanis only accounting for a little over a quarter of the city’s population.

First-cousin marriage is also linked to lower IQ and higher rates of mood disorders and psychoses, negatively impacting life outcomes across a wide variety of domains. Approaching 40 percent of Pakistanis in Bradford are in these consanguineous marriages, compared to fewer than one percent of White British couples.

Nevertheless, Muslim lawmakers are defending cousin marriage in Parliament, with Iqbal Mohamed MP telling the House of Commons that “ordinary people see family intermarriage as something that is very positive overall; as something that helps to build family bonds and puts families on a more secure financial foothold” during a debate on a bill to outlaw the practice.

DATA: New York Now Overwhelmingly Supports Trump’s Deportation Plan.

A majority of New Yorkers say they are in favor of President-elect Donald J. Trump’s mass deportation plan of illegals and say the state government should aid deportation efforts. A Siena College New York State poll reveals that 54 percent of New Yorkers surveyed believe the state government should help the incoming Trump administration deliver on its plan for mass deportations.

Even residents of New York City strongly support the mass deportation plan, with Siena College pollster Steven Greenberg  stating, “A majority of voters from the City, 51 percent, upstate, 54 percent, and the downstate suburbs, 58 percent, want the State to support the Feds’ efforts.”

“Supporting the Feds also has majority support from white and Black voters, and a plurality of Latino voters, 47-36 percent,” he added.

Even among Democrat voters, only a little over half said they reject the mass deportation plan, at 51 percent, with 38 percent saying they are in favor of it. Around 87 percent of Republicans and 54 percent of independents were also in favor.

Polls from earlier this year have suggested that a policy of mass deportations is popular across America among the majority of Americans.

The New York poll comes after New York City Mayor Eric Adams stated that he would cooperate with the incoming Trump administration on deportations. “I’m not going to be warring with this administration. I’m going to be working with this administration,” Adams said, inviting Trump’s border czar, Thomas Homan, to a meeting.

Overall, polls since Trump’s November victory have shown that the American public broadly supports his plans for his second term in office, including immigration, criminal justice, and economic policies.

Illegal Immigrant Barber Accused of Abusing Girls.

Authorities in Texas have charged a Mexican national with sexually abusing young children while working as a barber in Montgomery County, near Houston. Jose Luis Briseno, 49, is accused of multiple instances of sexual abuse against two unnamed minors, according to court documents. The alleged incidents occurred in November at locations including the Porter Barber Shop in New Caney.

One of the alleged victims reported that Briseno assaulted her on three occasions, starting at the barber shop while she waited to have her hair cut. She also claimed he threatened her family with a firearm to keep her silent and offered her cash as hush money.

The same day, Briseno reportedly continued the abuse at a nearby home, enticing the girl with the promise of a toy. Later, he allegedly transported several children from the residence to his house, ostensibly to purchase batteries for their new toys. There, he reportedly abused the first victim again, filming the incident, and then a second child under similar pretenses.

Authorities say Briseno fled to Louisiana after committing these acts and allegedly stealing significant funds from his family’s business. He has since been arrested and extradited to Texas, where he is currently in custody. The National Pulse has previously reported that Lousiana approved voluntary surgical castration for those convicted of pedophilia.

Homeland Security admits that Briseno entered the United States illegally in 2004 and was involved in a domestic assault case in 2014 in San Antonio. After serving a short jail sentence and being fined, he was transferred to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He was later released on bond by an immigration judge despite his initial illegal entry into the country.
