Tren de Aragua Gangsters Arrested in Violent $75K Jewelry Heist.

Four individuals alleged to be members of the Venezuelan street gang Tren de Aragua have been arrested following a robbery and a lengthy standoff with law enforcement in Texas. The incident unfolded on September 21 when the gang reportedly assaulted a woman in her garage in Northwest Dallas, making off with $75,000 in jewelry after forcing her into her home.

The suspects, identified as Yean Brayhan Torralba, 20; Alberto Martinez Silva, 34; Manuel Hernandez-Hernandez, 28; and Wilmer Colmenares Gonzalez, 27, were apprehended after police utilized surveillance footage and fingerprint evidence from the crime scene. While three were quickly detained, Gonzalez managed to barricade himself in a residence, leading to an eight-hour standoff with the police before his eventual capture.

During the robbery, the assailants allegedly tied the victim and threatened extreme violence if she did not cooperate, according to police records.

The Tren de Aragua gang is believed to have crossed into the United States at scale among migrants seeking asylum since 2022, mostly at the behest of the Biden-Harris government.

Authorities indicate that the gang has extended its activities to multiple regions and engages in serious illegal enterprises such as human trafficking. Members of the gang have infiltrated shelters for migrants in New York City, using them as bases for drugs and weapons trafficking and robbery operations.

New ‘Migrant Crime’ Table Shows Which Nationalities Offend Most.

Analysis has revealed the highest imprisonment rate amongst all migrant backgrounds in Britain is among Albanians, reaching 232.33 per 10,000, or approximately two percent of their population in the UK. The incarceration rate among British nationals is a comparatively low 14.27 per 100,000, while the incarceration rate among Americans in Britain is just 7.27 per 100,000.

The lowest offenders include Germans, Italians, Indians, Greeks, and Americans.

The analysis, based on Ministry of Justice (MOJ) figures checked against official census data, likely underestimates the Albanian population due to uncounted illegal migrants, including more than 12,000 who crossed to Britain in small boats in 2022. Following Albanians, Kosovans—most of whom are ethnically Albanian—have the second-highest incarceration rate, at 150.23 per 10,000.

Vietnamese, Algerians, Jamaicans, Eritreans, Iraqis, and Somalis are also high on the list, with all of these nationalities having over one percent of their resident populations in prison.

Afghans and Syrians–allowed into Britain in substantial numbers following the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan and years of war in Syria–are also significantly more likely to be imprisoned than British nationals, with incarceration rates of 67.85 per 100,000 and 32.82 per 100,000, respectively. However, Ukrainians have a lower imprisonment rate than Britons, with 12.75 per 100,000 people imprisoned. The Russian incarceration rate is similar, at 12.26 per 100,000.

COVER-UP.

Commenting on the analysis, Conservative lawmaker Neil O’Brien observed: “[T]he migration debate is hampered by a lack of data which the Government could easily publish but chooses not to.”

For instance, “The Home Office”—roughly equivalent to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)—”knows the immigration status of prisoners and whether they were here legally or illegally, but it does not publish this. It knows about the offending history of overseas nationals in our prisons and whether they are committing multiple offenses, but it does not publish this.”

O’Brien argues it is “shameful that the Government refuses to publish so much of the information which it holds about this subject. It should be available to the public so we can have an informed debate.”

FEMA Slammed for Preventing, Seizing Aid to Hurricane Helene Victims.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is facing major criticism as the death toll from Hurricane Helene increases to over 200, and some claim the agency is preventing the distribution of aid.

Allegations suggest relief workers remain inactive or are blocking the distribution of necessary aid, with claims initially surfacing from tech billionaire Elon Musk and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fl).

Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, shared information from a SpaceX engineer alleging FEMA’s obstruction of Starlink satellite internet deployment in disaster-struck areas, particularly in Asheville, North Carolina.

According to the engineer, FEMA has reportedly been preventing the distribution of Starlink equipment and local aid, requiring escorts for shipments.

Gaetz further supported this viewpoint, indicating whistleblower reports of mismanagement were rampant across various emergency management levels.

He stated that numerous responders, including those from the Department of Defense, have been left without clear deployment directives, idly stationed in North Carolina.

Gaetz sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claiming that FEMA’s pre-disaster aid delays exacerbated the crisis.

He insisted that funds meant for disaster relief were misused and demanded a thorough account of expenditures, asking whether funds were diverted to assist migrants rather than disaster victims.

Mayorkas previously acknowledged a funding shortfall within FEMA, noting that $1.4 billion was spent over two years on illegal immigrants.

Border Agents Now Get to Pick Their Preferred Pronouns!

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced a policy update introducing a wide range of pronouns for employees’ official online profiles. A CBP source says the woke initiative forms part of a broader drive by the Biden-Harris government for so-called social justice at a time when the CBP’s core task of border security is faltering.

“We couldn’t care less whether the agency implements a function to allow employees to list a myriad of pronouns on their official profile if we have not worked to secure the border,” said the source, speaking anonymously for fear of retaliation.

“This comes while we are still releasing thousands daily under CBP One, parole programs at airports, and to NGO shelters at the border. These social justice moves only serve to sink morale further,” they added.

CBP employees can reportedly enter a combination of up to 60 characters to describe their pronouns. There are a range of boutique gender identities beyond the standard he/him/himself, she/her/herself, and they/them/themself for the allegedly “non-binary.”

The LGBTQIA Resource Center at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) lists multiple neopronouns, including co/cos/coself, for people who claim to be multiple genders, and em/eir/emself, which is one of many alternative non-binary pronouns.

The White House began asking for pronouns on its online contact form shortly after Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were inaugurated, but provides for less customization than CBP, offering only he/him, she/her, they/them, and ‘Other,’ alongside a ‘Prefer not to share’ option.

Vice President Harris is a committed gender ideologue, introducing publicly-funded gender surgeries for prisoners in California and committing to rolling them out for criminals and illegal aliens in government detention nationwide if she becomes President.

Feds Ignored Migrant Risk Assessments Under Biden-Harris Rules.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) released noncitizens without identification into the United States and allowed them to fly on domestic flights without properly assessing the risks involved, according to a report by Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Inspector General Joseph Cuffari.

“CBP and ICE immigration officers we interviewed acknowledged the risks of allowing noncitizens without identification into the country, yet neither CBP nor ICE conducted a comprehensive risk assessment for these noncitizens to assess the level of risk these individuals present and developed corresponding mitigation measures,” Cuffari’s partially redacted report notes. Concern is also expressed that “neither CBP nor ICE could determine how many of the millions of noncitizens seeking entry in the United States each year entered without identification” because comprehensive records are not kept.

On the TSA allowing potentially dangerous migrants to board domestic flights, the report warns, “Because of CBP’s and ICE’s process for inspecting and releasing noncitizens, TSA’s methods to screen for individuals who pose a threat would not necessarily prevent these individuals from boarding flights.”

“If CBP and ICE continue to allow noncitizens — whose identities immigration officers cannot confirm — to enter the country, they may inadvertently increase national security risks,” the report concludes, recommending “comprehensive analysis of the risks associated with releasing noncitizens into the country without identification” by CBP and ICE and “procedural changes” at the TSA.

The Biden-Harris DHS is rejecting all of Cuffari’s recommendations. The Inspector General, in turn, has submitted follow-up commentary and recommendations to the DHS, with the department having 90 days to respond.

Hundreds of Terror-Linked Migrants Attempting U.S. Entry.

The Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has revealed hundreds of “watchlisted” migrants with links to terrorism are being encountered at the U.S. border. More terror-linked migrants were encountered at the U.S.-Canada border—283— than at the U.S.-Mexico border—139—in the fiscal year to July 2024.

“Over the next year, we expect some individuals with terrorism ties and some criminal actors will continue their efforts to exploit migration flows and the complex border security environment to enter the United States,” the DHS states in its Homeland Threat Assessment for 2025.

“Individuals with potential terrorism connections continue to attempt to enter the Homeland at both the U.S.-Mexico and U.S.-Canada borders and also through the immigration system,” the report adds.

While northern border crossings remain lower than southern border crossings, the former has seen a significant increase in encounters. The National Pulse reported on Wednesday that a Border Patrol sector covering New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire saw as many migrant detentions in fiscal year 2024 as in the last 17 years combined.

The relatively low security along the northern frontier may explain why it is attracting a disproportionate number of migrants with ties to terrorism.

CARTELS.

The Homeland Threat Assessment also predicts that Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCOs) will “continue to exploit the complex security environment at the U.S. border to smuggle drugs and migrants to and across our border” in the coming year.

Mexico-based TCOs, to include cartels and human smuggling organizations, will almost certainly continue to smuggle irregular migrants across the U.S.-Mexico border,” but warns Honduran drug trafficking cells have also begun distributing Sinaloa Cartel-sourced fentanyl, in particular, since January 2022.

“Prior to 2022, these traffickers primarily distributed heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine,” the report notes, suggesting Honduran criminals are creating a new market for Sinaloa Cartel fentanyl under Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Vice President Harris has previously argued in favor of defunding U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), meaning such issues are unlikely to recede if she wins the presidential race in November.

Trans Migrant Granted Refugee Status Despite Pedophilia Conviction.

An Algerian migrant, referred to as Medhi F., has been granted refugee status in France despite a past conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. Medhi F., who identifies as transgender, had been sentenced in 2019 to four years in prison for the crime against a 15-year-old.

In 2020, Medhi sought asylum with the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA), arguing that returning to Algeria would result in persecution due to his transgender identity. OFPRA rejected the application, but Medhi appealed the decision to France’s National Court of Asylum (CNDA). In 2023, the CNDA overturned OFPRA’s decision, claiming Medhi no longer posed a threat to society despite being a convicted pedophile.

OFPRA escalated the matter to France’s Council of State, but it upheld the CNDA’s ruling in July, declaring that being a convicted pedophile provides insufficient grounds to refuse or revoke refugee status by itself.

Former President Donald J. Trump has frequently lamented that “France is no longer France” and is warning against the U.S. following its path as a society ahead of the November elections.

“We’ve seen what happened when Europe opened its doors to jihad. Look at Paris, look at London; they’re no longer recognizable,” he said in May, adding, “We can’t let that happen to our country.”

Biden-Harris Govt Says FEMA Needs Money for Hurricanes After Agency Spends $1 Billion Housing Illegals.

The Biden-Harris government’s Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is suggesting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)—a subagency of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and ostensibly tasked with responding to natural disasters—likely will not have enough money in its budget to get through hurricane season. While FEMA claims the catastrophic damage and costs from Hurricane Helene will limit its ability to respond to future storms, the agency announced $380 million in supplemental funding for illegal immigrant housing just a month ago—bringing the total to over $1 billion for the 2024 fiscal year.

Mayorkas made the remarks while traveling with President Joe Biden to North Carolina, where the western part of the state has seen catastrophic flooding and mudslides—with at least 160 declared dead so far—in the wake of Helene. The Biden cabinet official made similar claims in June, telling Congress that FEMA was underbudgeted.

In fiscal year 2024, FEMA saw an allocation of around $20 billion, while DHS received over $61 billion in total. In April, the disaster management agency announced it would “provide $640.9 million of available funds to enable non-federal entities to off-set allowable costs incurred for services associated with noncitizen migrant arrivals in their communities.” These grant funds primarily go to paying for food and shelter for illegal immigrants as they await their appearance before an immigration judge.

Despite the initial allotment for illegal immigrant housing, FEMA announced at the end of August that it would make an additional $380 million in grants available. The supplemental grants bring FEMA’s total spending on shelter and food for illegal immigrants to over $1 billion for the fiscal year.

The National Pulse reported earlier this week that eight illegal immigrants were arrested in flood-ravaged eastern Tennesse for looting in Hurricane Helene’s aftermath.

Single Sector on U.S. Northern Border Sees Unprecedented Surge of Illegals, More Than Past 17 Years Combined.

A Border Patrol sector on the United States-Canadian border has seen an unprecedented number of illegal immigrants in the last year. Covering New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire, the sector has seen border agents detain nearly 20,000 illegal immigrants for the fiscal year 2024. The number of arrests suggests the surge of illegal crossings under the Biden-Harris government is not just impacting the southern border.

According to Chief Patrol Agent Robert Garcia, who oversees the U.S. border’s Swanton Sector, his agents have apprehended 19,222 individuals attempting to cross the border from Canada illegally. He adds that the detained are believed to originate from at least 97 different countries—adding further evidence that the U.S. border crisis is no longer just fueled by illegal immigrants from a handful of Central and South American countries.

Concerningly, the border data released by Garcia shows that far fewer illegal immigrants—6,925—were arrested in his sector in the 2023 fiscal year, and 1,065 in the fiscal year 2022. The number of illegals arrested while crossing from Canada in the Swanton Sector only broke 1,000 apprehensions in a single fiscal year under President Donald J. Trump and has otherwise not crossed into the quadruple digits since 2010.

The Biden-Harris government’s executive action, allegedly intended to reduce the number of asylum seekers entering the United States, only applies to the southern border with Mexico. It is unclear when, in the fiscal year 2024, the Swanton Sector saw the most illegal crossings. The National Pulse reported in August that the Biden-Harris government’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has sought to expedite the asylum process for illegal immigrants entering from Canada.

Tim Walz’s Minnesota Swears in First Non-Citizen Cops, Including Hijab-Clad Somali Muslim.

The most populous city in Minnesota, controlled by Democratic vice presidential hopeful Governor Tim Walz, has sworn in its first non-U.S. citizen police officer. Lesly Vera, who was born in Mexico, took the oath of office in Minneapolis last week.

The move follows a policy change by the Minnesota Board of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) in 2023, eliminating the citizenship prerequisite for law enforcement candidates. Under the new guidelines, candidates only need to be residents authorized to work in the U.S.

“Our 23 new officers include the first Somali-American woman to join the department and the first permanent resident. A police service that looks like our residents is better able to serve our residents, and I couldn’t be more proud of the department we’re building under Chief O’Hara,” Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said.

Elon Musk, CEO of X, expressed concerns about the move, noting the Roman Empire’s reliance on noncitizens in its military prior to its collapse.

Similar initiatives to put migrants in police uniforms are underway across the country. In the U.S. capital of Washington D.C., foreign nationals can even receive $25,000 signing bonuses.

Noncitizens can also run U.S. elections—despite technically being banned from voting in them—including Kelly Wong, a Chinese citizen appointed to the San Francisco Elections Commission.
