Win for Texas AG Paxton as Court Rules Floating ‘Wall’ in Rio Grande Can Remain – For Now.

A floating barrier in the Rio Grande aimed at deterring illegal immigrants from crossing from Mexico into Texas can remain in place for now, the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Tuesday. This overturns a prior ruling by a panel from the same court, marking a new chapter in the ongoing conflict between Texas and the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris regime over illegal immigration across the 1,200-mile frontier with Mexico.

In a divided decision last December, a panel of the Fifth Circuit sided with a federal district court in Texas, which ordered the removal of the buoy barrier. On Tuesday, however, the full appeals court determined that the lower court had abused its discretion by issuing the preliminary injunction.

The broader case, brought against Texas by the BidenHarris government, remains active in the district court, with a trial set for August 6. The Biden-Harris regime insists the floating “wall” violates the federal Rivers and Harbor Act. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a leading America First conservative, has been fighting back, and Texas Governor Greg Abbott is pushing for states to have greater power over immigration control.

The buoy barrier, which is anchored in concrete, extends approximately the length of three soccer fields in an area known for frequent illegal border crossings between the Texas border city of Eagle Pass and Piedras Negras in Coahuila, Mexico.

The Justice Department (DOJ) argues that the buoys pose humanitarian and environmental threats along the international boundary, seeking a court order for their removal.

The Biden-Harris regime is also suing to be able to cut state-installed razor wire protecting the border.

Muslim Politician Demands Ban on Anti-Grooming Gangs Group (That is Already Defunct).

Disgraced former Scottish First Minister Humza Yousaf has called on the British government to ban, or proscribe, the English Defence League (EDL), an anti-grooming gang activist group that has been defunct for years. Yousaf published a letter on X (formerly Twitter) stating that membership in the EDL must be made a criminal offense under the 2000 Terrorism Act, alleging the group adheres to “far-right,” “Islamophobic,” and “racist” ideologies.

The letter was presented in response to disorder in Southport, England, which saw locals riot in reaction to a mass stabbing at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class by a 17-year-old male born in Wales to Rwandan migrant parents. Three girls aged six, seven, and nine were killed, and several others remain in critical condition.

A major issue with Yousaf’s call to proscribe the EDL as a terrorist organization is that the group has been on a rapid decline since 2013, and as of 2023, even the left-wing Guardian newspaper said the group was “defunct.”

Prior to the violence, Britain’s Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer was heckled by locals when laying flowers in front of press photographers near the site of the killings, with some asking him, “How many more children, Prime Minister?”

Illegal Alien ‘Gotaway’ Charged in Fatal Carjacking of American Grandmother.

Jose Aguilar-Martinez, a 21-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, has been charged with felony carjacking following the killing of a Maryland grandmother in Loudoun County, Virginia. Melody Waldecker, 54, of Montgomery County, was allegedly run over by Aguilar-Martinez after he stole her car at a 7-Eleven in Sterling, Virginia, around 11:30 AM. She had been visiting her sick mother.

The Salvadoran was apprehended approximately 45 minutes later, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed his status as an illegal alien. ICE has also placed a detainer on him, so he should be transferred to their custody if he is released from jail at any point. However, local authorities frequently refuse to cooperate with ICE and release criminal illegals in defiance of detainer requests, sometimes with disastrous results.

Aguilar-Martinez is a so-called “gotaway,” meaning he crossed the U.S. border without encountering Border Patrol officers or other U.S. officials. The number of annual gotaways is estimated in the hundreds of thousands and has tripled since the inaugurations of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. The latter was given special responsibility for tackling the “root causes” of illegal immigration by Biden in 2021, but it has increased exponentially under her watch.

Even if Aguilar-Martinez had been apprehended when he crossed the border, illegal aliens are usually released after minimal vetting, with immigration court dates set years into the future. The BidenHarris government has granted a de facto amnesty to hundreds of thousands of these illegals by terminating their asylum cases with no on either deporting them or granting them refugee status.

Family members tell the press that Melody Waldecker worked as a caregiver at a nursing home in Montgomery County and was fond of spending time with her grandchildren. Her four children and eight grandchildren survive her.

WATCH: Machete Gangs Brawl in Broad Daylight Near London.

Eight people have been arrested following machete brawls in the streets of Southend, Essex, just 40 miles east of central London. At least one person was stabbed, with local representative Bayo Alaba MP confirming, “There are some people in hospital with quite serious injuries.”

Footage from the seaside city, one of the most densely-populated localities in England, shows multiple brawls between mostly migration-background males with long blades, often in the presence of children. Some of the wounded had to be evacuated by air ambulance.

Reform Party leader Nigel Farage, recently elected to Parliament as the representative for Clacton-on-Sea, another seaside Essex town, commented, “Our country is being destroyed, our values trashed and the public on the point of revolt.”

He may have been referring to separate disorder in Southport, Merseyside, which saw clashes between police and rioters yesterday in response to a 17-year-old identified as the son of African migrants targeting children in a mass stabbing.

The suspect, not named by the authorities due to his age, targeted a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga class for young children, killing three and leaving several others in critical condition. Two female class instructors and a man in his sixties who intervened were also wounded.

Establishment Attacks Populist Lawmaker for Warning School Kids About Knife Crime and Rape Gangs.

A populist member of the German regional parliament in Brandenburg has been criticized for speaking to schoolchildren aged nine to 12 in Potsdam about rape gangs and knife crime. Alternative for Germany (AfD) member Dennis Hohloch told media he felt it was his duty to warn the children. Germany—and Europe at large—has faced waves of migration from Africa and the Middle East, leading to rising social tensions and crime.

The AfD politician’s opponents, however, are calling the remarks inappropriate. Critics, like Social Democrat Steffen Freiberg, Brandenburg’s current Minister of Education, said that Hohloch should have been aware that teachers cannot state personal political views to their students, while others claimed the subject matter was not appropriate for children that age. Hohloch says the criticism is an attempt to silence him on certain topics and that he will not stand for it.

Brandenburg will see an election in September, and the AfD is currently the most popular party in the region. In prior polls, its support was surging among German youth.

Sexual assault and incidents of rape have become major issues in Germany. The National Pulse previously reported that a study documenting incidents of attacks shows that sine since 2015, as many as 7,000 German women and girls have been assaulted or raped by migrants, and that migrants are greatly overrepresented in sex crime statistics.

Attempts have been made to silence other AfD members recently. AfD politician Marie-Thérèse Kaiser was fined by a German court in May for daring to quote official German crime statistics during a debate, noting the alarming rates of sexual crimes among Afghan migrants in particular.

BRITAIN BURNS: Riots Break Out After Kids Killed by Migrant-Background Man.

Rioting and attacks on police have begun in the United Kingdom town of Southport a day after three children were fatally stabbed by a man from a migrant background while they were attending a Taylor Swift-themed dance class. Footage of violence targeting police was published on X (formerly Twitter) by UK political pundit Darren Grimes, claiming that rioters had set a police van on fire after attacking the vehicle.

Anti-grooming gang activist Tommy Robinson posted several clips of the rioters, saying, “People have had enough. Who can blame them?”

The violence comes just a day after three young girls aged six, seven, and nine were brutally stabbed to death while attending a dance class, with a further nine wounded.

A 17-year-old male, the son of two migrants from Rwanda and born in Cardiff, was later arrested by police and remains in custody. Officials have yet to give a motive for the attack but have so far not claimed that the killings were related to terrorism.

Anger could already be seen on the streets of Southport prior to the riots on Tuesday, as British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer was heckled by locals as he tried to lay flowers at the site of the killings. “How many more children, Prime Minister?” one local shouted, while others told Prime Minister Starmer he was not welcome, with one even calling him a “scumbag.”

The fresh riots come just over a week after similar violence broke out in the Harehills area of Leeds after local police took several children away from a Roma-Gypsy family.

Suspected Palestinian, Turkish Terrorists Apprehended Crossing U.S. Southern Border.

Three Palestinians and a Turkish national with suspected ties to terrorist organizations were caught attempting to cross the U.S. southern border this week. The potential national security threat the four individuals posed was only discovered because the illegal immigrants provided their real names to border agents.

At least one of the suspected terrorists had menacing photos on their mobile phone, including one image of a masked man holding an AK-47. Several months ago, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a security memo for the San Deigo border region warning that individuals “inspired by, or reacting to, the current Israel-Hamas conflict may attempt travel to or from the area of hostilities in the Middle East via circuitous transit across the Southwest border.”

Since the Biden-Harris government’s border crisis began over three years ago, government officials—including Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director Christopher Wray—have warned that the unchecked flow of illegal immigrants poses a national security threat. “There is a particular network that, where some of the overseas facilitators of the smuggling network have ISIS ties that we’re very concerned about,” Wray warned Members of Congress in March.

The latest incident is, concerningly, just the latest encounter border agents have had with possible foreign threats. In early June, eight Tajikistan nationals with ties to Islamic State (ISIS) were arrested in several major U.S. cities after sneaking into the country through the porous southern border. At least one of the Tajik terror suspects was inadvertently released into the U.S. by the Biden-Harris government after initially being detained attempting to illegally enter the country.

In total, upwards of 400 individuals with potential ties to ISIS and other terrorist groups are believed to be at large in the United States.

WATCH: ‘How Many More Children, Prime Minister?’ – Parents Heckle Starmer After Mass Stabbing by African Migrants’ Son.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer was heckled by parents and other members of the public during a photo op in Southport, England, where three children are dead, and five others are in critical condition following a mass stabbing. The violent crime was allegedly perpetrated by the 17-year-old son of two Rwandan migrants.

Starmer was laying flowers in the English seaside town in front of a pack of press photographers when parents began calling out, “How many more children, Prime Minister?”

Others called out, “Are we going to do something?” and “Time for change, Starmer!” They became more agitated as the leftist politician pointedly ignored him and began to leave, saying, “Bye-bye, you’ve got your photos; off you go.”

“Make a real change! Our children!” some cried out.

Members of the public also shouted, “You’re not wanted!” and “Scumbag!” One woman said she had been told a nine-year-old girl she held in her arms as a baby had died in the attack.

In addition to the 12 children murdered or wounded by the attacker during a Taylor Swift-themed dance and yoga class, two women teaching the class were also injured. A man in his sixties working in the same building who attempted to intervene was also wounded.

One of Starmer’s first acts as Prime Minister was scrapping a plan to deport migrants to Rwanda, the native country of the alleged stabber’s parents.

The Labour premier has also sprung thousands of criminals from prison early, claiming he needs to ease overcrowding.

Britain FINALLY Jails Radical Islamic Terror Boss Anjem Choudary for ‘Life.’

Anjem Choudary, the British-Pakistani leader of the al-Muhajiroun terrorist organization, has been handed a ‘life’ sentence by England‘s High Court. He will not be eligible for parole for 28 years when he will be 85—if he is still alive.

Choudary has been a founder or spokesman for numerous Islamist organizations that have been determined to be terrorist groups or fronts, including al-Muhajiroun, Al Ghurabaa, and Islam4UK. He was a close associate of and inspiration to the British-Nigerian jihadists who near-decapitated British soldier Lee Rigby in Greater London in 2013.

Choudary avoided the British courts until 2016 when he was tried for swearing allegiance to the Islamic State. He was released from his supposed five-and-a-half-year sentence on license in 2018, however, and was soon actively—if more surreptitiously—preaching again.

He was arrested and convicted again in 2023 for directing the United Kingdom’s branch of the al-Muhajiroun terrorist network. Judge Sir Mark Wall noted the Choudary-run al-Muhajiroun had been “thinly disguised” as the “Islamic Thinkers Society” following its 2010 ban.

“Organizations such as yours normalize violence in pursuit of an ideological cause. They drive wedges between people who would otherwise live together in peaceful co-existence. Your behavior was of the highest culpability.” said Mr Justice Wall.

“I am sure you will continue to preach your message of hate and division in the future, you are not someone who can be diverted from that course,” he continued.

“The dangers you pose are in your organizational skills and skills as an orator; I cannot at present foresee a time when you will cease to be dangerous.”

Court reports suggest Choudary, 57, was “shocked” at the length of the sentence and rocked back on his feet as it was handed down.

Missouri AG Sues Biden, Harris Over Illegal Immigrant Border Flights Into State.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey (R) has announced a lawsuit against the Biden-Harris government over the transportation of illegal immigrants into Missouri. Bailey stated his intention to sue President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for allegedly withholding information on flights carrying illegals into the state.

In May, Representative Mark Alford (R-MO) and other GOP lawmakers from Missouri sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. They demanded clarity on the transport of illegal aliens facilitated by the Biden government’s Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNV) parole program. The lawmakers expressed concerns that since January 2023, over 400,000 illegals have entered the United States through this program.

Bailey has criticized Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas for his stance on welcoming illegal immigrants for work. Bailey pointed out that a Venezuelan individual who had bypassed U.S. immigration laws and was granted a work permit under the Biden-Harris parole policy was involved in a violent crime. The individual is accused of murdering college student named Laken Hope Riley in Georgia in February.

Bailey’s criticism extends to the broader issue of illegal immigrants overwhelming social services in major U.S. cities and committing crimes. He accused Mayor Lucas of encouraging the arrival of illegal immigrants to Missouri, a claim Lucas initially supported by saying, “All are welcome in Kansas City.” However, Lucas now claims his statement applied only to individuals lawfully present with valid work permits.
