Feds Took DNA From 1.5 Million Migrants.

Federal authorities’ routine collection of DNA from legal and illegal immigrants has surged dramatically since 2020, with a 50-fold increase in the number of samples in a national genetic database. A report by the Georgetown Law Center on Privacy & Technology indicates that over the past four years, the database has expanded by more than 1.5 million noncitizen profiles. Until the surge began in late 2020, just 30,000 samples were collected since DNA collection was authorized in 2005.

The substantial rise in DNA collection follows a 2020 rule change by the Department of Justice (DOJ) under the Trump administration, which mandated that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) collect DNA from nearly all individuals detained at the border or within the country. Once taken, these samples are tested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and included in the Combined DNA Index System (CODIS), where they are marked as “offender” profiles and become accessible to law enforcement agencies nationwide.

Illegal immigrants can be challenging to track and identify after they’ve committed a crime inside the United States as they lack official government documentation and identification. The DNA database allows law enforcement agents to review genetic data and potentially connect illegal immigrants with suspects in unsolved crimes that may lack otherwise conclusive identification by witnesses.

Georgetown researchers argue that this practice raises significant concerns about privacy rights and the program’s constitutionality, suggesting it may violate the Fourth Amendment. Their report highlights that immigration agents are not bound by the same procedural rules that police must follow to obtain DNA from U.S. citizens.

The National Pulse has covered the surge in illegal immigrant crime extensively since the murder of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley by an illegal Venezuelan immigrant. Under the Biden government’s open borders policies, countless violent criminals have entered the country.

WATCH: Kassam Warns Ukraine Will Be ‘First African Nation in Europe’ After Post-War Replacement Migration.

National Pulse editor-in-chief Raheem Kassam has warned a mass replacement of Ukraine’s hollowed-out population with Third World migrants is looming. “Ukraine, what’s the plan for the future of Ukraine? Because, clearly, the plan isn’t to keep young Ukrainian men alive to rebuild the nation after all of this is done,” Kassam said while co-hosting the War Room with Donald Trump’s former chief strategist, Stephen K. Bannon.

“There’s nothing left. So, who do you think they intend to import into Ukraine to rebuild the country? If I can put it so bluntly, Ukraine will be the first African nation in Europe in 10 to 15 years’ time if this thing continues the way it is. They are going to mass import… They’ve got a base for mass migration like you’ve never seen before, and they’ve got a ‘moral imperative’ for it as well: ‘We have to rebuild! Of course! We need all these people! Bring ’em in, they’re academics and doctors,’ and so forth,” he explained.

Bannon concurred, comparing it to the way U.S. open borders advocates claim “the illegal alien invasion is what’s keeping the economy even going.”

The United Nations (UN) estimates that 5,872,700 Ukrainians are in other European countries, with 358,300 elsewhere. The country’s population is estimated to be between 33 and 35 million, but this includes people in regions already incorporated into the Russian Federation, with Crimea alone having a population estimated at around 2.5 million. The Ukrainian government has already expressed fear that its refugees will never return.

THE BRITISH PRECEDENT.

The need for outside help with post-war reconstruction was used to usher in the accelerating mass migration era in the United Kingdom, which was still 99.9 percent white and overwhelmingly British and Irish as recently as 1951. Open borders advocates claimed black nurses from the Caribbean, in particular, were the backbone of the newly established National Health Service (NHS) in the post-war period to justify the current policy of issuing over a million visas every year, mostly to migrants who are not coming for work.

In fact, claims that immigration was essential to Britain’s post-war reconstruction are largely mythical. In 1961, out of a total of 55,000, only around 6,365 immigrant student nurses were in the NHS, and not all were Caribbean.

Substantial net emigration from Britain, particularly to the former colonies of Australia, Canada, the United States, and America, occurred throughout the post-war decades, suggesting there was not really a pressing need for foreigners to fill out the economy. Migration overall is currently a drag on Britain’s economy and infrastructure.

Cartels Are Operating in All 50 States.

Mexican cartels are operating in all 50 states, flooding American cities with hard drugs and using violence to maintain control, according to a new U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) report.

The details: The DEA report found the extremely violent Jalisco and Sinaloa cartels are dominating the U.S. drug trade for meth and fentanyl, with thousands of cartel-linked foot soldiers operating within the 50 states. The report says:

  • “Together, the Sinaloa and Jalisco cartels have caused the worst drug crisis in U.S. history.”
  • The cartels have “effectively eliminated any competition in U.S. markets” and “dictate the flow of nearly all illicit drugs.”

The numbers: Nearly 38,000 fentanyl-related deaths occurred in the first half of 2023.

Recent busts: Last week, the DEA busted “Skittles Man” Roque Bustamante and six others in Florida for fentanyl distribution. It seized:

  • roughly 21 kilograms of pure fentanyl
  • 70,000 rainbow-colored fentanyl pills
  • 3,000 M30 blue fentanyl pills
  • 243 pounds of crystal meth
  • 2 kilos of cocaine
  • 24 guns

Biden’s border crisis: This is, of course, a dangerous symptom of Joe Biden’s immigration policies, which have allowed more than 10 million people to stream into the country illegally.

The solution: Donald Trump has pledged to take swift action to shut down the border by re-implementing successful policies from his first term, such as “Remain in Mexico” and Title 42. He has also threatened to deport 11 million illegals.

Biden Border

Just 54 House Dems Vote Against Biden’s Border Madness.

The House of Representatives passed the Police Our Borders Act on Thursday, with a surprising 54 House Democrats joining the Republican majority in taking action against Joe Biden and his disastrous border crisis. The legislation demands that the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) “report to the Congress within 180 days of enactment on the experiences of federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement officers working on issues related to immigration at the southern border of the United States.”

Rep. Anthony D’Esposito (R-NY) sponsored the legislation, which passed with a total of 254 in favor and just 157 against. According to the New York Republican, if signed into law, the bill would “mandate the Attorney General compile a report on the border crisis’s impacts on law enforcement agencies across the United States – quantifying the impacts of an ever-expanding crisis and allowing Congress the ability to know where best to direct future resources.”

“It is vital that Congress has a clear picture of the burden placed on law enforcement agencies across the United States as a result of President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas’s dereliction of duty, and the Police Our Border Act is a crucial step in compiling that data,” D’Esposito said in a statement following the House’s adoption of his legislation.

The National Pulse has previously reported that well over 13 million illegal immigrants have entered the country since Joe Biden entered the White House in January of 2021. Even more concerning is the increasing number of Chinese and other illegals from countries hostile to the United States who’ve entered the country as the Biden government continues to allow the southern border to remain open.

Muslim Shot Dead While Setting Fire to Synagogue.

A man who set fire to a synagogue in Rouen, France, has been shot dead after approaching responding police officers armed with a knife and an iron bar. French Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin said the incident occurred on Friday morning, and that the unnamed suspect “was not French, he was of Algerian origin.”

Darmanin implied the attack was terroristic, describing it as an “antisemitic act against a place that is sacred to the republic” and an “unacceptable, despicable” attack on Jews.

Rouen Mayor Nicolas Mayer-Rossignol said the synagogue was heavily damaged after the Algerian “climbed up the synagogue and threw an object, a sort of Molotov cocktail, into the main praying room.”

Jewish community leader Natacha Ben Haim described the incident as “catastrophic,” adding she was personally “very upset.”

France has the largest Muslim population in Europe as well as the largest Jewish population in Europe, measured in sheer numbers. It has faced significant internal tension since the onset of the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza. The MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) in 2023, scheduled to take place in Paris, were scrapped amid fears of a terror attack.

Islamists have also targeted Christians in the Normandy region where Rouen is located. In 2016, Islamic State jihadists seized several hostages at the Church of Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray during a morning Mass. Father Jacques Hamel, 85, was later killed by having his throat slit at the church altar.

Indigenous Riot Over White People Voting.

Security forces have been sent to New Caledonia, a French overseas territory, following indigenous riots against more people of European descent voting. The riots have claimed four lives, and hundreds have been arrested.

“Reinforcements will arrive massively, immediately (and will be) deployed to control the areas which have escaped our control in recent days… to reconquer all the areas of the urban area which we have lost,” vowed High Commissioner Louis Le Franc.

New Caledonia sends representatives to the French legislature and votes in the French presidential elections. In 1998, the French government struck a deal to appease the indigenous Kanaks, restricting the franchise in local elections and referendums to people already living in New Caledonia before that year.

Over time, the number of people prevented from voting by this deal has increased to around one-fifth of the electorate. These are primarily people of European descent and their children, as well as non-Kanak Polynesians.

Nevertheless, the restricted electorate voted against independence from France in 2018, 2020, and 2021. The French government granted voting rights to more non-Kanaks this year, causing hardliners angry at the Kanak vote being “diluted” to riot.

There are no restrictions on citizens of foreign heritage from voting in Metropolitan (European) France.

Trump Team Plans UK-Rwanda Inspired Deportation System.

Donald Trump could send migrants to safe countries overseas to receive asylum. The plan is inspired by a deal the British government has struck with Paul Kagame’s government in Rwanda, diverting migrants seeking asylum in Britain to the African country. It is believed sending migrants to safe third countries like Rwanda, instead of hosting them in the West, will discourage “asylum shopping” and bogus claims of persecution by economic migrants.

Outside advisors to Trump’s team have “started identifying countries in South America, including Panama, and in Africa” where asylum seekers could be sent, according to the Wall Street Journal. Trump struck a deal that diverted around 1,000 asylum seekers from El Salvador and Honduras to Guatemala in 2019 so they could seek asylum in that country instead of the United States.

The Anglo-Rwandan deal dates to 2022 but has been mired in constant delays by activists bringing lawsuits before left-leaning judges. The British authorities only sent their first migrant to Rwanda — who went voluntarily — towards the end of April. Raids have been launched to detain further migrants for forcible removal pending further lawsuits.

However, a deal to divert asylum seekers from the U.S. to third countries could work more effectively than the Rwanda deal. Australia, which used to experience significant issues with migrants making dangerous voyages to its territory by sea, struck a deal to remove any seaborne migrants to third countries in the Pacific for processing in 2013. Even if found to be genuine refugees, these boat migrants would be hosted in countries other than Australia — lowering arrivals to nearly zero for many years.

Two Migrants in Custody After Trying to Breach Marine Base.

Two individuals, one of whom is reportedly on the U.S. terrorist watchlist, are presently in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody following an alleged attempt to breach the Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia. The pair, driving a delivery truck, were apprehended by military sentries on May 3, according to base spokesman Capt. Michael Curtis.

The duo claimed to be fulfilling a delivery under an Amazon subcontractor and were stopped due to a lack of appropriate credentials. Upon being directed to comply with standard vetting procedures, the truck’s driver purportedly tried to force entry onto the base. This resulted in military officers executing vehicle denial measures, subsequently detaining the individuals and placing them into ICE custody.

Details concerning the immigrants’ status are currently undetermined. However, according to Potomac Local News: “Multiple sources report one of the individuals inside the truck is a Jordanian foreign national who recently crossed the southern border into the U.S., and that one of the occupants is on the U.S. terrorist watch list.”

The incident highlights the inherent national security threat of the ongoing border crisis. In March, a Lebanese illegal alien and professed member of Hezbollah was apprehended trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border. He admitted his intention to build a bomb and target New York.

INVASION! ‘Gotaways’ At U.S. Border Have TRIPLED Under Biden.

The number of “gotaways” — a term for illegal aliens who evade Border Patrol — has seen a marked rise under the Biden government, growing 340 percent from the peak numbers during former President Donald J. Trump‘s term in office. U.S. Customs and Border Protection data reveals that over 670,000 illegal immigrants were able to avoid agents and immediate detainment in fiscal year 2023.

Between 2021, when Biden first took office, and the end of the fiscal year 2023 last October, Customs and Border Protection estimates that 1.6 million “gotaways” entered the country illegally, avoiding capture. Overall, estimates reveal that it is likely over 13 million illegal immigrants have entered the country under the Biden government. However, many of these individuals were initially detained by border agents and then subsequently released into the U.S. interior after claiming asylum. At the time of their release, these alleged asylum seekers are given an immigration court date — however, these legal proceedings often don’t take place for several years or more.

Under former President Trump, the number of “gotaways” never exceeded 151,000 in a single fiscal year — with the peak occurring in 2019 prior to the pandemic. The Obama government recorded a “gotaways” high of 171,000 in the fiscal year 2013. The Biden government’s refusal to take serious action to tackle the ongoing border crisis has fueled a flood of illegal immigrants at the U.S.-Mexico border.

The method for calculating “gotaways” involves taking into account the number of detected illegal immigrants who did not make contact with Border Patrol officers through various means, such as sensors, cameras, and footprints. According to the Biden government, the total number of illegal immigrants encountered while attempting to enter the U.S. exceeded 3.2 million in the fiscal year 2023.

REVEALED: Taxpayer-Funded Election Org Trained ‘Non-Citizens’ to Vote in U.S. Elections.

Documents obtained by watchdog group Judicial Watch reveal that the Washington, D.C., Board of Elections held a training event aimed at teaching illegal aliens to vote in D.C. elections. The “Non-Citizen Voting Education Virtual Training” was held in April following the announcement of noncitizen voting in D.C.

The findings, brought to light through a FOIA request, were slammed by Judicial Watch’s president, Tom Fitton. “Illegal aliens and noncitizens should not vote in any elections,” Fitton said. “That Congress allows the votes of citizens to be legally stolen by illegal aliens in our nation’s capital is inexcusable.”

Responding to the documents, Texas Republican Rep. Chip Roy expressed concerns about “radical progressive Democrats” in the D.C. city government championing illegal alien voting rights. “The radical progressive Democrats in the D.C. city government couldn’t be prouder of the fact that they’re going to have illegal aliens voting in their elections,” Roy told the Daily Mail. “[Y]et, they want us to believe that it’s going to stop there, and that none of them are going to try — or be encouraged — to illegally vote in federal elections? Give me a break.”

Roy is promoting his SAVE Act as a response to this development. The bill would prohibit non-citizens from participating in federal elections and mandate proof of citizenship before voting. It would also ensure that all states actively remove non-citizens from their voter rolls and penalize errant election officials.

Earlier this month, a report found that noncitizens are illegally voting in elections across the country and are three times more likely to vote for Democrats.
