Illegal Alien Faces Trial for Michigan Murder.

In Grand Rapids, Michigan, Brandon Ortiz-Vite, a previously deported illegal alien from Mexico, will stand trial for the alleged execution-style murder of 25-year-old Ruby Garcia. Ortiz-Vite, also 25, faces multiple charges, including felony murder, open murder, carjacking, carrying a concealed weapon, and felony possession of a firearm.

A judge confirmed on Wednesday that sufficient evidence exists to proceed with the trial. According to the prosecution, Ortiz-Vite and Garcia were in a relationship at the time of her death. Prosecutors allege that on March 22, Ortiz-Vite made Garcia pull over while they were in her car on U.S. Highway 131. He then allegedly shot her four times — twice in the head, once in the arm, and once in the hand.

Garcia’s body was found on the side of the highway. On March 24, Ortiz-Vite called authorities to turn himself in, reportedly admitting to the crime. “I am calling because I want to turn myself in [for] a murder I committed two nights ago,” Ortiz-Vite allegedly said to dispatchers. “I know what I did was wrong and I will do the time, I just don’t want to die inside.”

Officials from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that Ortiz-Vite had been deported to Mexico in 2020. In addition to the current charges, Ortiz-Vite had a bench warrant issued in 2020 for failing to appear in court on drunk driving and driving with a suspended license charges. His criminal record includes incidents from 2017 and 2018 as well.

Ortiz-Vite remains in the Kent County Correctional Facility without bail and is facing a possible life sentence without parole. The trial date has not yet been set.

Northern Border Crisis: ‘The Worst Is Yet To Come.’

North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley (R) has issued a stark warning regarding illegal immigration flows through the northern U.S. border, asserting that the situation, which intensified under the Biden government, is likely to worsen. Wrigley delivered his testimony on Wednesday at a field hearing conducted by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

The hearing, titled “The Biden Border Crisis: North Dakota Perspectives,” addressed how illegal crossings at the northern border are impacting residents and communities in North Dakota. Only Republican lawmakers were present.

North Dakota hosts 18 land ports of entry along its 310-mile stretch of the U.S.’s 5,525-mile northern border, with only three ports operating 24 hours a day. “The situation has deteriorated significantly in recent years, and the current situation is untenable with millions of illegal entrants streaming across America’s southwest border,” Wrigley stated. “North Dakota is already experiencing negative law enforcement impacts due to the Biden Administration’s refusal to shut down the border, but my concern is that the worst is yet to come, both in terms of street crimes and national security.”

Wrigley reported that there were 4,444 migrant encounters in fiscal year 2023, a significant rise compared to 2,127 in fiscal year 2022 and 548 in fiscal year 2021. He also emphasized that preliminary data suggests the upward trend will continue into fiscal year 2024. These encounters include apprehensions of illegal border crossers, individuals deemed inadmissible by U.S. border security, and expulsions.

Wrigley noted a stark difference in drug prices at the U.S. borders, highlighting that fentanyl and synthetic opioids are available for as little as 25 cents per pill at the Southwest border, whereas in North Dakota, a single pill can fetch between $60 and $80, making it a significant draw for drug traffickers.

European Nation Sees Over 70,000 Syrians Naturalized in Last Year Alone.

Germany experienced a significant rise in citizenship grants last year, with a considerable number of Syrian nationals contributing to the highest naturalization figures since at least 2000. Official data released on Tuesday by the Federal Statistical Office indicated that approximately 200,100 individuals were granted German citizenship in 2023. This represented an increase of about 31,000, or 19 percent, compared to the prior year.

This rise followed a 28 percent increase in 2022, driven by the naturalization of many Syrians. These individuals migrated to Germany between 2014 and 2016 and met the requirements for citizenship. In 2023, 75,500 people from Syria were naturalized, making them the largest group, comprising 38 percent of the total. This number was up by 56 percent compared to 2022. On average, they had spent 6.8 years in Germany before obtaining citizenship.

Other significant groups included 10,700 individuals each from Turkey and Iraq, who also became German citizens last year.

To be granted citizenship, individuals were required to have a working knowledge of German and to demonstrate financial self-sufficiency. Applicants generally need to have lived in Germany for at least eight years. The period could be reduced to six years for individuals demonstrating “special integration accomplishments” such as superior language skills, professional achievements, or civic engagement.

New legislation taking effect on June 27 will ease these requirements. Eligibility for citizenship will be reduced to five years or three years for those with “special integration accomplishments.” Additionally, German-born children will automatically become citizens if one parent has been a legal resident for five years, reduced from the previous requirement of eight years. Restrictions on dual citizenship will also be lifted.

Germany has experienced significant trouble integrating its large Muslim migrant population. A recent study found that nearly half of young Muslims want an Islamic caliphate. Earlier this month, over a thousand Muslims gathered in Hamburg to demand the creation of such a caliphate in Germany.

WATCH: Leaked Video Shows Future UK Deputy PM Begging Muslims for Support.

A leaked video of Angela Rayner, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party in Great Britain, shows her pleading for support from Muslim community leaders in the upcoming British election, groveling she owes her seat in Parliament to them.

Rayner, who also joined Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer in kneeling to Black Lives Matter in 2020, faces a serious challenge in her Ashton-under-Lyne constituency (electoral district) from the Workers Party of Britain, led by George Galloway.

Galloway, a former Labour MP, returned to Parliament in a February by-election in Rochdale, an area with a sizeable Muslim population notorious for grooming gang activity. Galloway has long cultivated the Muslim community, campaigning on a platform that Labour was insufficiently anti-Israel and declaring, “This is for Gaza!” when he won the Rochdale seat.

In the video, Rayner says, “2019 was a very difficult year in Ashton. My voters were very upset with the Labour Party: I was with you, and you saw me over the line. You supported me. In seats that are similar to mine, people lost their seat — you were there for me, and I don’t believe I could have done that without you.” The Conservatives under then-Prime Minister Boris Johnson won the election in 2019 by a large margin.

Labour is now on course to oust the Conservatives in a landslide on July 4. However, Rayner will likely not be Deputy Prime Minister if she loses her seat.

“If me resigning as an MP now would bring the ceasefire [in Gaza] I would do it… We can’t affect anything when we’re not in government,” she begs, promising a Labour government will “recognize Palestine” as a state if it gains power.

“Qatar, Saudi Arabia, all of these people, we are all working to stop what’s happening at the moment,” she says — though she confesses Joe Biden has far more power to influence the Israel-Hamas war than any British government.

The Atlantic Comes Out in Favor of Foreign Students Supporting Hamas.

The Atlantic magazine has attacked Donald Trump for saying he would deport anti-Israel foreign students rabble-rousing on behalf of Hamas, claiming such protests are “an essential element of American freedom.”

“One thing I do is, any student that protests, I throw them out of the country. You know, there are a lot of foreign students. As soon as they hear that, they’re going to behave,” Trump reportedly told donors earlier this month, stressing the need to stop the “radical revolution” gripping U.S. college campuses.

Atlantic staff writer David Graham branded the proposal “classic Trump: vindictive, nonsensical, disproportionate, and based on the assumption that deportation is the answer to America’s problems.”

Graham complained Trump was “[proposing] a penalty, deportation, not permitted for citizens.” He noted, “Americans can lose citizenship for treason, and naturalized citizens can be denaturalized for a small range of offenses,” but insisted “protesting U.S. foreign policy is not one [of them].”

He went on to allege Trump “has no problem violating… the basic civil rights guaranteed for other people by the Constitution.”

NO ‘TERRORIST SYMPATHIZERS ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES.’

Trump campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt has said, “President Trump will side with Jewish Americans and American citizens, period, and he will not tolerate terrorist sympathizers on our college campuses.” She also said Joe Biden had “empowered antisemitic protesters destroying our college campuses and threatening to undermine our democracy.”

The campus crisis has become a major electoral issue for Biden. Most voters are appalled by the disruption and occasional violence and anti-Semitic attacks they involve, but segments of the Muslim and youth vote, critical demographics for the 81-year-old Democrat, believe he has been too pro-Israel.

“I condemn the anti-Semitic protests… I also condemn those who don’t understand what’s going on with the Palestinians,” Biden said in April, trying unsuccessfully to appease both sides.

Illegal Arrested for Abduction of Minor.

An illegal alien has been apprehended in Alleghany County, Virginia, following the alleged abduction of an underage girl from Louisiana, police reported. Diego Soch Castro faces charges of abduction, indecent liberties with a minor, and assault and battery for allegedly kidnapping the girl and transporting her nearly a thousand miles to Virginia.

According to the Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office, the incident came to light when the girl contacted the police around 4:00 AM from a Love’s Travel Stop gas station, seeking help. Upon arrival, sheriff’s deputies located the girl and Castro inside a four-door sedan bearing Arkansas plates and registration.

Investigation at the scene revealed that the girl had been reported missing in Louisiana and was allegedly being held against her will in Castro’s vehicle. Deputies promptly took Castro into custody and transported the girl to a nearby hospital for a medical evaluation. Following the medical assessment, the girl was placed under the care of Child Protective Services (CPS).

Castro is currently held at the Alleghany County Regional Jail, and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer has been issued against him, pending further legal proceedings.

This case marks the latest in a bevy of crimes perpetrated by illegal immigrants against minor children in the United States. The National Pulse recently reported that Melvin Jesus Aquino Enriquez, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, was arrested and charged with causing grievous physical harm to a three-month-old child who later died. Aquino Enriquez had been deported from the U.S. under Donald Trump but reentered the country under the Biden government.

Illegal Migrants Exposed as DPD Worker Killers.

Four men convicted of fatally beating a DPD delivery driver in Shrewsbury last year were found to be in Britain illegally. Aurman Singh, 23, from Smethwick, sustained severe head injuries after being attacked with an axe, golf club, and hockey stick by a group of eight men. The attackers ambushed Singh during his delivery route, resulting in his death.

Authorities confirmed that four of the men involved in the attack were in Britain illegally due to expired visas. Arshdeep Singh, Jagdeep Singh, Shivdeep Singh, and Manjot Singh have each been sentenced to life in prison. The police disclosed that these individuals had overstayed their visas. In accordance with British law, any foreign national sentenced to at least 12 months in prison faces a deportation order. The men may now be deported to India to serve the remainder of their sentences.

The court also convicted Sukhmandeep Singh, who was legally residing in the UK, of manslaughter last month. He received a 10-year prison sentence for his role in assisting the attackers by helping them locate Aurman Singh. Sukhmandeep Singh was acquitted of the murder charge.

The incident saw the attackers fleeing in two cars, and footage later emerged showing them discarding the axe used in the attack in a bin. The case has raised concerns over immigration enforcement and the tracking of individuals with expired visas.

In 2023, the British government issued 1.4 million visas and approved a record number of asylum applications, leading one Member of Parliament to write that “Britain will be unrecognisable if this carries on.”

WATCH: Rashida Tlaib Urges Muslim Revolt Against Biden.

Representative Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) has told voters to reconsider their support for Joe Biden in the upcoming 2024 presidential election, declaring, “You are an enabler, President Biden!” at the People’s Conference for Palestine in Detroit, Michigan – a key swing state with a large, traditionally Democrat-voting Muslim population.

Biden said “what’s happening [in Gaza] is not genocide” at a Jewish American Heritage Month event on May 20.

“[W]e aren’t going to forget in November, are we?” Tlaib told her Michigan audience. “The International Court of Justice just ruled that the Israeli government must stop its invasion of Rafah. But, President Biden says what’s happening in Gaza is not a genocide. Where’s your red line, President Biden?” she demanded.

Gaza has become an intractable issue for Biden, who has historically claimed to be a Zionist and is aware that Israel has broad support over Hamas among many donors and ordinary voters. However, among Muslims and many younger voters, who were key support bases for the 81-year-old in 2020, anti-Israel sentiment is common.

He has attempted to placate each faction by saying there are fine people on both sides, but with limited success. His support among younger voters has plummeted, and Muslim voters are increasingly saying they will not vote for him even if Donald Trump is also supportive of Israel.

“You’re really asking me whether I’m going to take a [travel] ban or a genocide? I’ll take a ban.” said Palestinian-American comic Amer Zahr in April.

Migrant Crime

THIS WEEK IN ‘MIGRANT CRIME’: Child Killers, Gun Runners, & FAKE Robbers.

Media outlets such as the New York Times continue to deny Donald Trump’s warning that the U.S. is seeing the emergence of “migrant crime” as a “new category of crime… worse than any other form of crime.” The National Pulse has reviewed the last seven days and found many standout cases vindicating the former president.

TWO DEAD CHILDREN.

Israel Alejandro Gonzalez-Arcinega, 40, is in United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody pending deportation after he drunkenly mowed down and killed an eight-year-old boy and his five-year-old sister and hospitalized their parents.

The Mexican was arrested for the crime in Meriden, Connecticut, in 2013 and convicted for a range of serious offenses, including vehicular manslaughter. He was sentenced to a notional 12 years in prison, plus five years’ probation, in 2014. An immigration judge authorized his deportation in May 2015.

Nevertheless, the Democrat-controlled Connecticut Department of Corrections ignored a detainer against the killer and released him back onto the streets on April 2 without even notifying deportation officers. He remained at large for weeks but was detained on May 1.

“His actions shattered a family. We cannot allow unlawfully present convicted felons to victimize the residents of our communities,” complained ICE field office director Todd M. Lyons.

PEDOPHILE ‘GOTAWAY.’

ICE confirmed the arrest of a Salvadoran pedophile on Tuesday. They did not name the illegal — covering up identifying information has become a worsening habit of the agency under Joe Biden — but confirmed he was convicted of raping a person under the age of 15 in New York.

The Salvadoran told the authorities he “unlawfully entered the United States April 10, 2022, at a place not designated as a port of entry… thus he was not inspected, admitted or paroled into the United States by an immigration official.”

This makes him a so-called “gotaway” — a category of illegal alien often missed in immigration statistics that has tripled under Biden.

SECOND-CHANCE DRUNK DRIVER KILLS TEEN.

Antonio Antonio Rodas, 29, has been charged with murder after smashing into a car driven by Adam Luker, 19. The illegal alien was hurtling down an Alabama road the wrong way at 88 miles per hour, with an alcohol level three times the legal limit, when he struck the teenager’s vehicle.

Rodas had been charged with driving under the influence already in 2021 but was not deported.

“If [Rodas had been deported], then this would have never happened,” said an attorney for the slain teen’s family. “You know, the federal government has access to all of the, you know, information about arrests and that kind of thing,” he complained.

EVERY STATE A BORDER STATE.

Hiuder Pedro Javier Sacul-Caal, a 21-year-old illegal alien with a drunk driving record and at least one prior deportation from the United States under his belt, has been charged in Virginia for raping a minor.

Just weeks prior, former Biden press secretary Jen Psaki sneered at Virginians for rating immigration their number one issue: “You’re thinking, like, what?” she sputtered to MSNBC colleague and Russiagater Rachel Maddow in March.

“Well, Virginia does have a border with West Virginia!” Maddow jeered.

However, Sacul-Caal is just one of many illegal aliens charged with serious crimes in the Old Dominion this year.

GUN-RUNNING GANG MOM.

Ingrid Vanessa Duque-Morales faces deportation proceedings after being charged with shipping firearms from Florida to Colombia.

The 33-year-old, linked to the El Mesa Y Pachelly crime organization, was arrested at her daughter’s house for allegedly shipping AR-15s, Scorpion carbines, Ruger pistols, or parts for them out of Miami, disguised in air conditioners.

She is already at large again, despite her illegal alien status, after being able to post bond.

THIRTY-EIGHT ‘EGREGIOUS’ OFFENDERS.

ICE confirmed on Thursday it had netted 38 illegal alien criminals convicted of or charged with a range of “egregious” crimes in an April operation.

It did not name the migrants, identifying only a handful by age and crime. However, they include a Honduran convicted of felony rape, false imprisonment, and “perverted practice,” who was previously deported under Trump in 2017. They also include a home invader, a money launderer, and a Dominican convicted of child sex offenses.

COMMITTING CRIME BY FAKING CRIME?

One of the more bizarre examples of migrant crime uncovered by The National Pulse involves a gang charged with staging “hundreds” of fake armed robberies across Chicago.

Five men have been charged with a string of “professionally” orchestrated armed robberies in the Windy City, using stolen cars, swapped plates, and “advanced planning.”

Law enforcement became suspicious of the robbery spree, which spanned “two or three nights a week for at least two years,” as a result of the sums being stolen — “[m]ost victims had only a few dollars with them” — and the immigration status of the victims.

Illegals who are victimized by criminals become eligible for so-called “victim visas” preventing their deportation, and the authorities believe the Chicago “robberies” were organized to abuse this policy.

They were not totally without danger, however. At least one store clerk was shot by the “robbers” after he discharged his firearm during one of the “robberies,” seemingly by accident.

VIDEO INTERVIEW: Even Illegals Are SHOCKED At How America is Letting ‘Killers, Psychopaths’ In.

Joe Biden is receiving criticism over his refusal to secure the U.S. southern border from an unexpected source. Illegal immigrants who’ve already crossed into the United States are now themselves expressing concern regarding the Biden government‘s open border policies, which have allowed millions of illegals to enter the country since the 81-year-old Democrat incumbent assumed the presidency in 2021.

In an interview with Fox News, a Turkish national who unlawfully entered the U.S. told reporter Bill Melugin that he’s concerned about the lack of security screening of his fellow illegal immigrants by the Biden government. “In fact, American people is right, completely true,” the man said regarding the concerns of U.S. citizens about the criminal threat posed by some illegal immigrants. The illegal Turkish immigrant continued, speaking in broken English: “Who comes into this country? They don’t know. Okay. I’m good, but how if they’re not good.”

“How if they’re killers, psychopath, else? No guarantee of that. Like no security, no security check, no background check,” the man added. When Melugin asked if he was concerned about the intentions of other illegal immigrants crossing the border, the Turkish national responded: “Yes, yes, yes. Of course, because people are not normal.”

An estimated 13 million illegal immigrants have been allowed into the United States by the Biden government. The lack of border enforcement has allowed foreign criminal organizations to flourish not just in border towns but throughout the country. Ultra-violent gangs like the Venezuelan-based Tren de Aragua have used the open southern border to establish a significant foothold in several U.S. states.

In March, FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before a U.S. Senate committee that the border crisis has opened the country not only to violent criminal gangs, drug traffickers, and sex offenders—but also to terrorist threats from groups like ISIS as well.
