Zelensky Throws Toys From Pram, Cancels Peace Talks Appearance.

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky is canceling his expected appearance at peace talks with Russian officials to be held in Saudi Arabia and moderated by the United States. Zelensky instead announced on Tuesday he would depart Ankara, Turkey, where he was holding meetings with Turkish strongman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and head home to Ukraine.

“For Europe, it is fundamentally important that any talks on ending the war do not happen behind the backs of the key parties involved, who are affected by the consequences of Russia’s aggression,” Zelensky said in a press conference on Tuesday in Ankara. He continued: “Ukraine, and in the broader sense Europe, Turkey, and Great Britain, must be involved in the talks and in working out the necessary security guarantees, together with America, that concern our destiny in our part of the world.”

“For a lasting peace, it is important not to make any mistakes. It is only possible when the talks are just,” Zelensky added.

Between the lines, Zelensky’s 11th-hour decision to skip the Saudi Arabia talks is partly due to his desire to bring other pro-Ukrainian countries into the negotiations. Zelensky appears intent on ensuring that the United Kingdom and Turkey are party to any peace discussions, which appears to be aimed at reducing the United States’ influence on these discussions. Zelensky and U.S. President Donald J. Trump have had a strained relationship, with the latter suspecting Zelensky of being unrealistic regarding his country’s position in its ongoing U.S.-sponsored defense against Russia’s invasion.

The National Pulse has previously reported that President Trump and Russia’s President Vladimir Putin have agreed to a series of meetings as the former continues to push the Russians to end their war with Ukraine.

Anti-Trump, Foreign-Born Judge Now Presides Over Crucial DOGE Hearing.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan, who gained prominence driving some of the failed lawfare cases against President Donald J. Trump prior to his reelection, is now presiding over a case involving the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). The lawsuit, filed by various Democrat-led states, seeks to prevent DOGE from obtaining access to government data.

Appointed in 2013 by President Barack Obama, Chutkan is a former employee of Trump-Russia hoax dossier firm Fusion GPS and originally Jamaican, from a family of “dangerous subversive agents.”

In 2021, Chutkan denied Trump’s claim of presidential immunity in his election interference case, which the Supreme Court later reversed. Her judgments against the January 6 defendants are also notable, as she issued unusually harsh sentences—sometimes going far beyond what prosecutors requested—and openly criticized Trump’s pardons for those involved, saying they could not “whitewash the blood, feces, and terror that the mob left in its wake [or] repair the jagged breach in America’s sacred tradition of peacefully transitioning power.”

The current case centers on Elon Musk’s DOGE and the extent of its data access and authority over federal employment decisions. Judge Chutkan’s history suggests she will likely be hostile to Trump’s administrative actions.

DOGE Says $4.7 Trillion of Taxpayer Cash is ‘Untraceable.’

The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has claimed that $4.7 trillion in federal transactions lack something called a Treasury Account Symbol (TAS), a vital tracking code that means tens of thousands of payments over many years are untraceable.

This discovery represents nearly 70 percent of last year’s federal spending, drawing urgent attention to the issue of financial accountability and transparency. On his X platform, Elon Musk highlighted the significance of this discrepancy, noting its potential to lead to significant Treasury payment improvements.

Musk’s advisory body, aiming to streamline federal spending, found that the TAS code had been optional for substantial government payments. Consequently, new mandates have been introduced to require the use of this code, enhancing budget transparency.

The DOGE Tracker website reveals that the department, expected to wind up its primary work by July 4, 2026, has so far achieved just 2.75% of its target, though it has been operating for less than a month at the time of publication. DOGE has a $2 trillion goal.

The cuts thus far reflect a saving of around $400 per taxpayer, with 1,203 initiatives slashed.

Transgender Teen Charged with Plotting Valentine’s Day School Massacre.

Authorities in Indiana have charged 18-year-old transgender Trinity Shockley, a female who goes by the name “Jamie,” with conspiracy to commit murder and two terrorism-related charges for allegedly plotting a mass shooting at Mooresville High School on Valentine’s Day. Shockley, a senior at the school, is accused of planning to emulate the 2017 Parkland shooting, which killed 17 people. The teen is currently held without bond in Morgan County Jail.

Police reports reveal Shockley’s fixation on Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz, including a disturbing romantic obsession. Shockley confessed to a school counselor about being sexually attracted to Cruz, expressing desires to have children with him and even naming them. The teen wore a heart locket necklace containing Cruz’s photo and had a bedroom wall covered with images of mass shooters, including Cruz, Dylann Roof, and Randy Stair. Notebooks found in Shockley’s backpack contained violent phrases like “kill” and “I hate you all DIE DIE DIE.”

The plot came to light after an anonymous tipster reported that Shockley had access to an AR-15 rifle, had ordered a bulletproof vest, and admired Cruz. Discord messages allegedly sent by Shockley detailed plans for the shooting, including targeting their best friend, with one message stating, “Parkland part two. I’ve been planning this for a YEAR.” The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) traced the messages to Shockley and alerted local authorities.

Police Chief Kerry Buckner expressed shock, noting, “Nothing ever happens in Mooresville. It’s a small town. To think somebody was plotting to hurt a lot of individuals, kids, future leaders of this country, is pretty disturbing.”

A search of Shockley’s home uncovered AR-15 magazines, .40 caliber bullets, and a soft armor vest in their father’s room, though it’s unclear if Shockley had access to a firearm.

Hearing for Illegals Suing to Prevent Being Sent to Gitmo Canceled After They’re Deported to Venezuela Instead.

A status conference scheduled for March 3 regarding the fate of three Venezuelan illegal immigrants who successfully attained a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) from a U.S. District Court preventing them from being sent to a migrant facility at Guantanamo Bay has been canceled. The U.S. District Court in New Mexico—which granted the restraining order—vacated next month’s status conference after President Donald J. Trump’s administration deported the three men to their home country of Venezuela instead.

“This matter is before the Court on Respondents’ Notice of Removal, filed February 11, 2025. Having considered the information provided in the Notice of Removal, the Court hereby vacates the status conference set for March 3, 2025,” an order signed by the Chief Judge on Friday reads. The judicial order goes on to note that while the Court had issued a TRO preventing the three plaintiffs from being removed from the United States to the U.S. military base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, the Trump administration opted instead to return them to their home country of Venezuela. The Chief Judge rightfully notes this negates the need for further proceedings.

In early February, President Trump announced that illegal immigrants considered too dangerous to hold in standard U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facilities—or, in some instances, too dangerous to deport to their country of origin—would instead be sent to a 30,000-bed migrant holding facility at Guantanamo Bay. The individuals now being detained at the U.S. military base in Cuba include numerous members of the extremely violent Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua.

Trump Says Vance Is Right, Europe Is Losing Free Speech and Overrun by Migrant Crime.

President Donald J. Trump has backed Vice President J.D. Vance’s “brilliant speech” at the Munich Security Conference slamming Europe’s eroding free speech rights and mismanagement of mass migration, saying, “I think it’s true; in Europe, they’re losing their wonderful right of freedom of speech. I see it.”

“Europe has to be careful,” the America First leader told journalists in the Oval Office. “[Vance] talked about immigration, and Europe has a big immigration problem. Just take a look at what’s happened with crime,” he added.

In some European countries, migrants and their second and third-generation descendants account for a majority of terrorists and an outsized share of criminals. For instance, data disclosed by Germany‘s Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) revealed that migrants are now implicated in 58.5 percent of all violent crimes.

Vance had said in his speech earlier on Friday, “The threat that I worry the most about vis-à-vis Europe is not Russia, it’s not China, it’s not any other external actor. And what I worry about is the threat from within.”

“Europe faces many challenges, but the crisis this continent faces right now, the crisis I believe we all face together, is one of our own making,” he added.

SCOTUS Has Already Rebuked the Universal Injunctions Being Used to Stop Trump.

Across the country, activist judges from the corners of left-wing cities are issuing “universal injunctions” that force the executive branch to pause its efforts to implement President Donald J. Trump’s policies—but the Supreme Court has already ruled that these moves are “legally and historically dubious.”

Explainer: “Nationwide” or “Universal” injunctions prohibit the Executive Branch from applying a law or policy nationally — as opposed to in just the state where the lawsuit is brought.

The details: Since taking office just four weeks ago, President Trump has seen dozens of his executive orders and memorandums challenged by federal courts and temporarily paused. A few examples:

  • A judge forced Trump to continue funding child sex changes
  • Two separate judges blocked Trump’s freeze on federal aid
  • A judge banned Trump’s federal buyout program [this was already reversed]

Elon Musk, who has been leading Trump’s effort to cut government waste, wrote on X yesterday in response to this wave of judicial activism:

  • “If ANY judge ANYWHERE can stop EVERY Presidential action EVERYWHERE, we do NOT live in a democracy.”

The Supreme Court agrees with him: In 2018, the Supreme Court overturned a lower court’s nationwide injunction on President Trump’s travel ban during his first term. In the majority opinion, Justice Clarence Thomas warned:

  • “District courts… have begun imposing universal injunctions without considering their authority to grant such sweeping relief.”
  • “These injunctions are… encouraging forum shopping, and making every case a national emergency for the courts and for the Executive Branch.”
  • “In sum, universal injunctions are legally and historically dubious.”
  • “I am skeptical that district courts have the authority to enter universal injunctions. These injunctions did not emerge until a century and a half after the founding. And they appear to be inconsistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief and the power of Article III courts. If their popularity continues, this Court must address their legality.”

Big picture: It’s clear that the federal courts today are doing everything Justice Thomas warned of in 2018. And many, if not all, of these rulings will likely need to go to the Supreme Court to be remedied. But in the meantime, Democrats are delaying the will of the American people who voted for Trump to enact the policies being blocked.

WATCH: Knifeman and Passing Deliveryman Attack Protestor Burning Koran in London.

A protestor burning a Koran near the Turkish consulate in London, England, was attacked by a knife-wielding Muslim on Thursday. A passing cyclist working for Deliveroo, an Uber Eats-like food delivery service, also paused to kick the protestor while he was on the ground.

The incident follows the assassination of Salwan Momika in the middle of a livestream in Sweden. Momika, originally from Iraq, had been hoping to claim asylum in the U.S., as the authorities were prosecuting him for incitement against an ethnic group for his own Koran-burning protest.

Video of the incident in London shows a white-haired man with a foreign accent rushing the Koran-burning protestor, slashing and stabbing at him with a knife. The protestor falls to the ground as he flees, and the knifeman begins kicking, slashing, and spitting at him, shouting, “That’s my religion; you don’t burn Koran!” A Deliveroo cyclist watching the scene also delivers a kick to the protestor, seemingly opportunistically, while he is on the ground.

A man claiming to be the protestor wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that he burned the Koran to “protest the Islamist government of [Turkish President Recep Tayyip] Erdogan, who has made Turkey a base for radical Islamists and is trying to establish a sharia regime.”

London’s Metropolitan Police have confirmed they arrested “a man” following an “assault in Knightsbridge.”

“The victim was taken to hospital with injuries to his finger. He did not receive any stab wounds. Officers attended within minutes and arrested a man on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and grievous bodily harm,” they state.

Vance Tells Germans to Respect AfD and Its Voters.

U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance has called for Germany’s establishment parties to reconsider their policy of shutting out the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, Vance said, “I think, unfortunately, the will of voters has been ignored by a lot of our European friends.”

“It’s really about censorship and about migration, about this fear that President Trump and I have, that European leaders are kind of terrified of their own people,” the Vice President explained to the press ahead of his address to the conference.

Vance struck a similar tone when turning to the question of supposed Russian influence over the European political discourse, saying, “If your democratic society can be taken down by $200,000 of social media ads, then you should think seriously about how strong your grip on or how strong your understanding of the will of the people actually is.”

The AfD is currently the second-most popular party in Germany, projected to place ahead of the governing Social Democrats and their current and former coalition partners in the Green and Free Democratic parties. It will likely place behind the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), a notionally right-wing party that occasionally indulges in anti-mass migration rhetoric but was formerly led by Angela Merkel, who opened Germany to millions of Middle Eastern migrants.

Elon Musk, the tech mogul leading the Department for Government Efficiency (DOGE) for the Trump administration, has previously endorsed the AfD, calling it the only party that can save Germany.

Afghan Accused of Munich Car Ramming Suspected to Have Islamist Motive.

An Afghan bodybuilder has been arrested after a car was plowed into a crowd in Munich, Germany, injuring 36 people, with two, including a toddler, in critical condition. The incident occurred on Thursday morning when a Mini Cooper drove into a group of trade union strikers on Seidlstrasse. Authorities suspect the act may be linked to Islamist extremism, as revealed in a Friday morning police statement.

The suspect, identified as 24-year-old Farhad Noori, reportedly confessed to intentionally driving into the crowd. German anti-terror police are leading the investigation. Noori, who emigrated from Kabul in 2016, had an asylum application denied by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. However, due to security concerns in Afghanistan, he was allowed to stay in Germany anyway.

Noori’s social media presence shows indications of extremist connections, including posts that were reportedly supportive of Islamist ideologies. His now-deactivated accounts also showcased his passion for bodybuilding, a sport in which he competed nationally.

The attack occurred near the Munich Security Conference, attended by international leaders, including Vice President J.D. Vance.

Chancellor Olaf Scholz has called for firm action against Noori, stressing that he should face punishment and deportation. However, had the authorities removed or detained him after his asylum claim was initially rejected, the attack could have been preempted.
