Election Judge Charged with Felony for Accepting Unregistered Votes.

A Minnesota election judge faces criminal charges following allegations of allowing people not properly registered before the 2024 elections to vote. Timothy Michael Scouton, who operated as the head election judge for Badoura Township Precinct in Hubbard County, has been charged with two felonies: accepting votes from unregistered individuals and neglecting his duties as an election official.

An election auditor alerted authorities that at least 11 individuals were permitted to vote despite not completing the required registration forms intended to verify voter identity. Another judge working with Scouton on election night informed the police that Scouton instructed her to bypass the proper registration procedures.

Local officials, including the Minnesota Secretary of State, have expressed concern over the allegations. The Secretary of State’s office described the charges as “very serious,” emphasizing the importance of all election judges adhering to election laws.

Election fraud and voter integrity were a major issue during the 2024 presidential race, with states purging many ineligible voters leading up to the vote. North Carolina announced it purged over 747,000 ineligible voters in September, which included nearly 200,000 deceased people. Texas, likewise, stated they removed over a million voters from the state rolls, including illegal aliens.

However, the Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) issued guidelines for state and local officials that one former DOJ attorney said were tantamount to political intimidation. Gene Hamilton, a former attorney with the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, stated that the guidelines discourage officials from effectively ensuring that only eligible voters can participate in the election.

Trump Is Right, Ann Selzer Should be Investigated.

President-elect Donald J. Trump has called for an investigation into Iowa pollster Ann Selzer, whose pre-election survey predicted a loss for him in Iowa, a state he actually won by a significant margin. The Des Moines Register/Mediacom poll, conducted by Selzer & Company, placed Vice President Kamala Harris three percentage points ahead of Trump in the Hawkeye State. After his decisive victory, 56 percent to 42.7 percent, he expressed distrust in the Selzer poll on his Truth Social platform, suggesting election fraud.

“A totally Fake poll that caused great distrust and uncertainty at a very critical time,” Trump said, alleging: “She knew exactly what she was doing.”

He continued: “Thank you to the GREAT PEOPLE OF IOWA for giving me such a record breaking vote, despite possible ELECTION FRAUD by Ann Selzer and the now discredited ‘newspaper’ for which she works. An investigation is fully called for!”

Ann Selzer, described as “the best pollster in politics” as recently as 2016, announced her retirement from the polling industry the Sunday following the election. However, she claims that her methodology in Iowa was consistent with previous successful predictions.

The pollster claims her Iowa survey was accurate, suggesting its publication increased conservative turnout. “I told more than one news outlet that the findings from this last poll could actually energize and activate Republican voters who thought they would likely coast to victory. Maybe that’s what happened,” she argued.

If Selzer’s poll was fraudulent, as Trump argues, it could have diverted key campaign resources in what was expected to be a close race, making an investigation into possible attempted election interference fully warranted.

The New York Times Ran Cover for Democrat Election Deniers.

Democrat-aligned corporate media mainstays, like the New York Times, are changing their tune on “election deniers.” The liberal newspaper claimed in 2020 that challenging election results threatened democracy. However, the Times is now downplaying Democrat challenges to the 2024 election.

In Pennsylvania, the Times is spinning Senator Bob Casey Jr.’s (D-PA) attempt to overturn the election results in his failed re-election bid as a “twist,” portraying the decision of several Pennsylvania counties to count legally disqualified mail-in ballots as a mere difference of opinion. However, the actions of election officials in Bucks County—and several other localities—are a direct and deliberate violation of a recent state Supreme Court ruling that held that mail-in ballots lacking the proper signatures, dating, and return address are not to be counted:

The National Pulse reported last week that Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia openly stated her intent to violate the law and count the disqualified ballots during a meeting of the county’s Election Board. “I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” she declared last Thursday, continuing: “People violate laws any time they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes.”

Critics of the Times’ coverage argue the newspaper is downplaying the significance of the Democratic Party’s defiance of court rulings, alleging it is a very lenient portrayal compared to the attacks leveled against actions taken by Republicans after the 2020 election.

Despite trailing by around 24,000 votes, Sen. Casey Jr. has refused to concede the race, which has been called for his challenger, Dave McCormick, by the Associated Press and several other major news networks.

2 Dead in NYC Stabbing Spree After Man Escapes Migrant-Swamped Men’s Shelter.

Two men have been killed and a woman critically wounded in a stabbing spree in Manhattan, New York. The suspect, not identified by the authorities as of the time of publication, is reportedly a resident of Bellevue Men’s Shelter—described by local media as a “tinder box of newly arrived migrants, unhinged vagrants, and sex offenders” in 2022. Police describe him as a Hispanic, aged 51, who “appears to be undomiciled,” with a lengthy arrest record.

The seemingly “random” attacks began at roughly 8:20 AM when the alleged killer started a confrontation with a 30-year-old Hispanic construction worker on West 19th Street near Eighth Avenue and stabbed him in the abdomen. Two hours later, the suspect started a second confrontation with an Asian man in his late sixties on East 30th Street, stabbing him multiple times. Finally, he targeted a 36-year-old black woman at East 42nd Street and First Avenue at around 11 AM, stabbing her in the chest.

The men died of their injuries at Bellevue Hospital, while the woman is, as of the time of publication, at Weill Cornell Medical Center in critical condition.

Bellevue Men’s Shelter has previously been described as a “ticking time bomb” by the New York Post. In 2022, the former psychiatric hospital was hosting an “explosive amalgam” of poorly vetted migrants seeking asylum, paroled ex-convicts, and often mentally ill homeless people.

The homeless accused the migrants of stealing and “getting treated better than we do,” while the migrants complained the homeless were “dangerous” and openly abusing drugs.

Locals told the press that shelter residents were stashing “knives, needles, and other contraband” around the neighborhood, which had become “really, really scary.”

This story is developing…

BREAKING: Bannon’s New York Trial Postponed Until After Trump’s Inauguration.

New York Judge April Newbauer has postponed War Room host Stephen K. Bannon’s state fraud trial. The former Chief Strategist to President-elect Donald J. Trump will now be tried on February 25 after prosecutors asked to introduce new evidence to their case. Judge Newbauer—who initially refused a postponement—insists, “We’re not changing [the date] again.”

The case, brought by Manhattan District Attorney (DA) Alvin Bragg, centers on allegations that Bannon defrauded donors to We Build the Wall, an initiative to complete sections of the U.S. southern border war privately while lawfare and congressional resistance were holding up federal construction efforts during Trump’s first term.

Lawyers for Bannon, who denies any wrongdoing, have argued they will require additional time to respond to prosecutors introducing new evidence, as they “may now need to offer testimony and/or evidence countering” the claims against him.

Bannon completed a sentence for a separate federal conviction for defying the corrupt January 6 Committee shortly before Election Day.

While the new state trial date is set for after President-elect Trump’s inauguration, presidential pardon powers do not apply to state crimes.

BETTER CALL JOEL: DUI-Defending, Personal Injury Lawyer Joel Leppard Wheeled Out to Attack Trump’s AG Pick Matt Gaetz.

The campaign against President-Elect Donald J. Trump’s Attorney General pick, Congressman Matt Gaetz, begins in earnest today. Local Florida lawyer named Joel Leppard is set to make egregious claims about Gaetz in unchallenged media interviews.

Leppard, an Orlando-based specialist in personal injury claims and getting people off driving under the influence (DUI) charges, is understood to be touring Manhattan studios on Monday peddling the same debunked claims made about Gaetz three years ago.

The topic has since been used—at the instruction of ousted Speaker Kevin McCarthy—as a lawfare tool to bludgeon Gaetz as retribution for McCarthy’s ejection from the role, a campaign Gaetz led.

Leppard, The National Pulse can reveal, is a Democrat donor who has given at least 13 times since 2020. His donations all appear to be funneled through the far-left funding platform ActBlue, which has recently come under heightened scrutiny for the veracity of its donations.

Leppard’s historic clients include far-left ‘Occupy’ activists such as Nikki Wright, who was charged with trespassing in 2012. His firm’s current Instagram page is mostly AI-generated memes about helping criminals escape justice.

Leppard is expected to claim that Gaetz attended “sex parties” and will almost certainly claim the Florida congressman had sex with a 17-year-old girl around six years ago.

The Biden Department of Justice, however, has repeatedly refused to charge Gaetz despite what local lawyers like Leppard contend. The FBI has long investigated the case, with the DOJ finding no merit in the claims.

“Ultimately, I hope it puts a lot of pressure on the panel to release the [Congressional] report,” Leppard said. “My clients have already been through this several times and they really, really do not want to testify again, especially not on the floor of the Senate.”

A spokesman for Gaetz told POLITICO: “Merrick Garland’s DOJ cleared Matt Gaetz and didn’t charge him. Are you alleging Garland is part of a cover-up?”

Elizabeth Warren is Ringing a Huge Alarm for Democrats. Here’s Why…

Left-wing U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren has called for immediate action by her fellow Democrats to help rush through judicial appointments ahead of President-elect Donald Trump’s assumption of office. In an op-ed published in Time magazine, the Massachusetts Democrat urged Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to maximize the remaining legislative session before a Republican-majority Congress begins in January. Warren emphasized the need for confirming federal judges and key regulators, who remain unaffected by presidential transitions.

Four federal appeals court nominees and 23 district court nominees are pending confirmation, with over forty openings waiting to be filled. The Senate Judiciary Committee is also considering a nominee for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. This lame-duck session of Congress, concluding on December 20, provides a limited timeframe for these confirmations before the 119th U.S. Congress is seated on January 3.

A notable nominee is Mustafa T. Kasubhai, a United States Magistrate Judge from Oregon, who recently attended a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, sparking debate. Senator John Kennedy questioned Kasubhai about courtroom protocols regarding personal pronouns. Kennedy referenced a directive from Kasubhai that suggested people in his court introduce themselves with their names and pronouns.

Maggie Buchanan of the far-left Demand Justice group also highlighted Warren’s desperation, asserting the importance of confirming left-leaning judges before Trump takes office.

Schumer has initiated procedures for a Senate vote on President Joe Biden’s nominations of Judge Jonathan Hawley and April Perry for federal trial courts in Illinois. Votes are expected next week.

Trump Could Court Martial Military Brass Involved in Afghan Withdrawal Debacle.

The transition team for former President Donald Trump is investigating potential legal actions against senior U.S. military officers involved in the 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan, according to NBC News. This effort includes exploring the possibility of a commission to examine the withdrawal process, focusing on military decision-making and execution.

The Trump team is reportedly considering recalling officers to active duty, assessing charges as severe as treason. However, legal basis for such charges remains unclear as the officers adhered to orders from President Joe Biden, who authorized the withdrawal. Mark S. Zaid, attorney for former deputy assistant secretary of defense Matt Flynn, denied Flynn’s involvement in this investigation, though sources suggested he was assisting in the effort.

In the aftermath of the withdrawal, which Trump has rightly criticized as a national embarrassment, discussions are ongoing about potential accountability measures. Trump’s proposed secretary of defense, Pete Hegseth, has publicly criticized the operation, citing it in his writings as a demonstration of leadership failure and urging a revamp of Pentagon leadership. Hegseth’s comments emphasized the need for accountability following the attack at Abbey Gate in Kabul, resulting in the deaths of 13 U.S. service members and numerous civilians.

The 2021 withdrawal followed an agreement reached under Trump in 2020, which involved reducing U.S. troop presence and releasing Taliban prisoners. The Biden government delayed, then completed the withdrawal, botching the pull out and even murdering innocent civilians on the way out.

The Trump team did not reply to a request for comment.

‘Local’ Left-Wing Groups Funded by D.C. Dark Money Operation, Tax Forms Reveal.

An analysis of tax filings shows left-leaning groups significantly benefiting from the Sixteen Thirty Fund, a Washington, D.C.-based dark money entity. The fund distributed over $18 million in 2023 to organizations aiming to sway elections in critical states.

Operating as local advocacy groups, recipients of these funds reportedly focused on election influence campaigns, digital messaging, and voter mobilization efforts. Key states receiving substantial investment included Alaska, Arizona, and Wisconsin, all of which hosted crucial elections on November 5. These elections involved both presidential pathways and congressional races pivotal to legislative control. Arizona was the primary target, receiving nearly $4 million. Advancing Arizona, a political group self-identified as a grassroots coalition, used this funding to oppose Republican policies and candidates.

The fund also directed attention towards New York, anticipating its potential impact on House control. Empire State Voices garnered about $3.5 million, which was utilized for aggressive ad campaigns against GOP Representatives Marc Molinaro and Anthony D’Esposito.

In Virginia, the Sixteen Thirty Fund, alongside other liberal financiers, contributed around $1.4 million to sustain Democratic power.

Despite reduced fundraising and spending compared to previous years, the Sixteen Thirty Fund’s role in financing Democratic-aligned super PACs and organizations remains significant. Controversy surrounds the fund’s backing, being linked to contributions from Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss, raising concerns over compliance with federal laws on foreign donations.

“Federal law prohibits foreign nationals from contributing to PACs in the United States, [but] the Sixteen Thirty Fund contributes millions every year to Democrats-aligned PACs,” commented Capital Research Center analyst Parker Thayer.

Top Democrat Litigator: Cases Against Trump Should Be Dropped.

A top Democratic Party election lawyer and Supreme Court litigator who served as counsel to Vice President Al Gore during the 2000 presidential election recount in Florida argues that his colleagues should end the legal cases against President-elect Donald J. Trump. Thomas Goldstein, who now publishes the legal commentary website SCOTUSblog, echoes an argument made last week by former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr, contending that the 2024 Election serves as its own verdict on the prosecutions.

“Democracy’s ultimate verdict on these prosecutions was rendered by voters on Election Day,” Goldstein writes in an essay for the New York Times. The long-time Democrat litigator continues: “The charges were front and center in the campaign. The president-elect made a central feature of his candidacy that the cases were political and calculated to stop him from being re-elected.”

He adds: “Despite the prosecutions, more than 75 million people, a majority of the popular vote counted so far, decided to send him back to the White House.”

DUBIOUS LEGAL THEORIES.

Goldstein contends that the two federal cases against Trump “are history” as Biden-Harris Department of Justice (DOJ) special counsel Jack Smith has indicated that he intends to resign from his constitutionally questionable appointment. Interestingly, Goldstein contends that the two state-level prosecutions against the President-elect in New York and Georgia “invoke legal strategies that had never been used to criminalize the behavior that prosecutors charge.” He notes both cases “…carry the stench of politics and, if pursued, could lay the groundwork for political prosecutions of future presidents.”

A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY.

The SCOTUSblog publisher also agrees with Trump’s legal team’s contention that the “prosecutors’ legal theories were and are unusual” and that they “are fundamentally federal, not state, concerns.” Additionally, Goldstein argues that the continued pursuit of the charges would threaten the U.S. Constitution and American democracy.

“Inviting prosecutors of the opposing political party to pursue these kinds of charges in the wake of a presidential election can only make things worse,” he states.
