Trump: ‘You Hear About Anti-Semitic, But You Don’t Hear About Anti-Christian.’

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump delivered a speech at the Museum of the Bible, emphasizing the role of faith in America and the growth of anti-Christian hatred.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Trump, the White House Religious Liberty Commission, and the Museum of the Bible.

📍WHEN & WHERE: September 8, 2025, at the Museum of the Bible.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “I created the first-ever Department of Justice task force to eradicate anti-Christian bias. And for those people that are a little bit naive, or not well read, there is a tremendous anti-Christian bias. We don’t hear about it. We don’t think about it. You hear about anti-Semitic, but you don’t hear about anti-Christian.” – Donald Trump

🎯IMPACT: Trump’s speech highlights the issue of anti-Christian bias and his administration’s ongoing efforts to stamp it out.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump addressed the White House Religious Liberty Commission at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., on Monday, emphasizing the growth of anti-Christian hatred and bias and his efforts to address it. “I created the first-ever Department of Justice task force to eradicate anti-Christian bias. And for those people that are a little bit naive, or not well read, there is a tremendous anti-Christian bias,” he told his audience. “We don’t hear about it. We don’t think about it. You hear about anti-Semitic, but you don’t hear about anti-Christian.”

President Trump stressed that there is a “strong anti-Christian bias,” but that his administration is “ending that rapidly,” adding: “We’re in a much different world today than we were one year ago.”

Infamously, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under the former Biden-Harris government distributed the so-called Richmond Memo to over a thousand employees, describing traditional Catholics as “Radical Traditionalist” ideologues and linking them to “racially or ethnically motivated” violence.

Speaking more broadly, President Trump affirmed that “America was founded on faith, as we know, and I’ve been saying it for a long time, when faith gets weaker, our country seems to get weaker.”

The America First leader announced that he had donated his family Bible to the Museum of the Bible, remarking that the Christian holy book has “[f]or thousands of years… shaped civilization, ethics, art and literature, and it’s brought hope, healing, and transformation to untold millions and millions of lives.”

He also addressed his previously expressed desire to take federal action to crush crime in Democrat-run cities like Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles, similar to his takeover of law enforcement in Washington, D.C., saying, “We’d love to go into Chicago and straighten it out.”

Trump Trade Advisor Navarro Appeals J6 Committee Conviction.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Senior Counselor to the President for Trade and Manufacturing Peter Navarro has asked a federal appeals court to compel the Department of Justice (DOJ) to explain why it no longer supports his 2022 conviction for defying a subpoena from the January 6 committee.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Peter Navarro, President Donald J. Trump, the DOJ, and federal prosecutors.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The filing was made on Sunday night to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

💬KEY QUOTE: “DOJ told the courts my appeal raised no substantial questions, forcing me to surrender and lose four months of freedom. Now the same DOJ attorney of record wants to yank his own brief. You don’t make that pivot unless serious constitutional questions exist.” – Peter Navarro

🎯IMPACT: The case could set a precedent on the separation of powers and the immunity of White House advisers from congressional subpoenas.

IN FULL

Peter Navarro, Senior Counselor to President Donald J. Trump for Trade and Manufacturing, filed a request with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on Sunday night, demanding an explanation from the Department of Justice (DOJ) for its decision to stop defending his conviction for contempt of Congress. Navarro was convicted in 2022 for defying a subpoena from the corrupt former House select committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riots.

In his 13-page filing, Navarro argued that the DOJ’s abrupt withdrawal undermines transparency and fairness in the legal process. The filing also raised concerns about the constitutional implications of prosecuting senior White House advisers for contempt of Congress, particularly regarding executive privilege, immunity, and separation of powers.

Navarro was subpoenaed in 2022 for his role in allegedly attempting to delay Congress’s certification of the 2020 election results. He claimed executive privilege shielded him from testifying, asserting that President Trump had invoked the privilege. However, the trial judge ruled that the privilege did not apply to the January 6 committee’s subpoena, leading to Navarro’s conviction on two counts of contempt of Congress.

After Trump returned to office and Navarro rejoined the White House, federal prosecutors revealed they no longer supported the Biden-era DOJ’s position and suggested appointing an external lawyer to defend the conviction. Navarro contended that the DOJ is obligated to provide a detailed explanation for its reversal, citing Supreme Court precedent aimed at guiding lower courts on such issues.

“DOJ told the courts my appeal raised no substantial questions, forcing me to surrender and lose four months of freedom. Now the same DOJ attorney of record wants to yank his own brief. You don’t make that pivot unless serious constitutional questions exist,” Navarro said in a statement.

Trump Moves to Deport Hundreds of Korean Illegal Workers.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Trump administration officials will deport 300 South Korean migrants who were working illegally at a taxpayer-funded construction site in Georgia.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), South Korean workers, Hyundai Motor Group, LG Energy Solution Ltd., and Border Czar Tom Homan.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The arrests occurred at a construction site in Ellabell, Georgia, where a factory funded by over $1 billion in government aid is being built.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “These companies that hire illegal aliens, they undercut the competition of paying U.S. citizen salaries,” said Tom Homan.

🎯IMPACT: The deportations are expected to delay Hyundai’s construction project and highlight the ongoing issue of illegal labor undercutting American wages.

IN FULL

The Trump administration will move to deport an estimated 300 South Korean illegal immigrants found to be working illegally at a Hyundai Motor Group and LG Energy Solution Ltd. factory construction site in Ellabell, Georgia. The arrests, which took place on Thursday, saw over 500 people detained, including 23 Mexicans in addition to the South Koreans. According to the Trump administration, those detained at the facility—which received $1 billion in U.S. taxpayer funding—either lacked proper immigrant work visas, had expired work visas, or were working despite only holding non-work visas.

The Hyundai immigration raid and arrests sparked a diplomatic row with South Korea’s government, and pushback from pro-illegal immigrant labor advocates like the CATO Institute, who argue it is economically desirable to replace American workers with cheap foreign labor. Trump White House Border Czar Tom Homan emphasized the economic impact of such hiring practices, stating, “These companies that hire illegal aliens, they undercut the competition of paying U.S. citizen salaries.”

Homan also shared his personal experience, saying, “I had to call five different companies before I had a company that guaranteed me a legal workforce. I talked to one company, just a father and son, who laid off 20 citizen employees because they couldn’t afford—they couldn’t win a bid, because the competition were bidding a lot less for a job because they were paying their employees a lot less to work because they’re illegally in the United States.”

The South Korean workers reportedly entered the U.S. using B-1/B-2 tourist/business visas or Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) waivers. Hyundai, a repeat violator of labor rules, is expected to face delays and increased costs as it replaces the deported workers with American labor. The arrests are part of broader efforts by the Trump administration to enforce immigration laws and prioritize high-skill, high-productivity sectors in the U.S. economy.

Hyundai has faced scrutiny before for labor violations, including the use of child labor in Alabama factories. Corporate executives often shield themselves from accountability by outsourcing hiring to third-party staffing agencies. Despite pushback from pro-illegal immigrant labor advocates, the Trump administration has emphasized the importance of enforcing laws to protect American workers and wages.

Gunmen Murder Six at Jerusalem Bus Stop.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Palestinian gunmen opened fire at a bus stop in north Jerusalem, killing six people and wounding several others, including a pregnant woman.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The attackers were identified as two Palestinian militants. Israeli police, emergency responders, and civilians at the scene were also involved.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The attack occurred late Monday morning at the Ramot Junction on Yigal Street, north Jerusalem, on September 8, 2025.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “Innocent civilians, women, men, and children were brutally murdered and wounded in cold blood on a bus in Jerusalem by vile and evil terrorists,” said Israeli President Isaac Herzog.

🎯IMPACT: The attack is one of the deadliest incidents since the October 7, 2023, attack on Israel by Hamas, and heightens tensions in the region.

IN FULL

Six people were killed and several others injured, including a pregnant woman, in a terror attack the morning of September 8 at a bus stop in northern Jerusalem. The shooting occurred at Ramot Junction on Yigal Street, where two Palestinian gunmen arrived in a vehicle and opened fire on civilians. A security officer and an armed civilian returned fire, killing both attackers at the scene.

Israeli emergency service Magen David Adom (MDA) initially reported five fatalities, later updated to six by Foreign Minister Gideon Saar. Seven other victims were listed in serious condition, with no immediate updates on their medical status.

President Isaac Herzog condemned the attack, calling it a “painful and difficult morning” and stating, “Innocent civilians, women, men, and children were brutally murdered and wounded in cold blood on a bus in Jerusalem by vile and evil terrorists.” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened an emergency security meeting following the incident.

The terror group Hamas praised the attack, labeling it a “natural response” to ongoing Israeli actions in Gaza and elsewhere. Hamas has been at war with Israel since launching a surprise attack on October 7, 2023, that left over 1,200 people dead, mostly civilians. Israel has since carried out extensive military operations in Gaza, where the Hamas-run health ministry claims more than 64,000 people have been killed. Israeli forces have also carried out operations in the West Bank, Lebanon, and Syria.

The attack in Jerusalem comes as Israel intensifies its offensive in Gaza, particularly in Gaza City. Israeli forces have declared the city a “dangerous combat zone” and are reportedly conducting the early stages of a larger ground operation. Defense officials say roughly 60,000 reservists have been called up in preparation for what could be a full-scale assault.

Over the past several days, Israeli airstrikes have demolished several high-rise buildings in Gaza City that Hamas was reportedly using for military purposes. Hamas has denied those reports. Meanwhile, the humanitarian situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate, with reports of widespread food shortages and increasing civilian casualties.

This European Country Has Adopted a Law to Lock Up Rejected Asylum Seekers Who Don’t Leave.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Legislators in Greece have passed a law imposing strict penalties on migrants who remain in the country after their asylum applications are denied.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, Migration Minister Thanos Plevris, Greek lawmakers, and migrants.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The law was passed on Wednesday in Greece, following a summer of increased migrant arrivals on the island of Crete.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “All European countries now understand that it is not possible to have open borders, it’s not possible to welcome illegal migrants with flowers.” – Thanos Plevris

🎯IMPACT: Migrants face up to five years in prison, increased fines, and stricter monitoring.

IN FULL

The Greek Parliament has passed a law imposing tough penalties on migrants who remain in the country after their asylum claims are rejected. Under the new rules, rejected applicants who fail to leave within 14 days of their applications being denied face up to five years in prison and fines equivalent to over $30,000. The Greek government will also begin using electronic ankle monitors to track individuals awaiting deportation.

The legislation is part of a wider campaign by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis’s administration to crack down on illegal immigration. In July, Greece suspended asylum applications for three months following a sharp rise in arrivals, with more than 2,600 migrants landing on Crete in the first week alone. Mitsotakis defended the move, saying it was necessary to send a clear signal to human traffickers that “the passage to Greece is closed.”

Migration Minister Thanos Plevris strongly backed the new law, explaining, “There are those who are downtrodden, and then there are some who are spoiled, who think that Europe owes them.”

“We need to put emphasis on the voluntary returns, but there will be consequences for those who do not choose to return to their countries,” he added.

Another significant change under the new law is the elimination of a longstanding provision that allowed illegal immigrants to apply for legal status after seven years of continuous residence in Greece. Authorities say the goal is to prevent abuse of the system and reduce incentives for illegal entry.

Early signs suggest the measures are already having an impact. By late August, migrant arrivals on Crete had dropped to around 500, down from over 2,600 in early July. Crete has become a key smuggler route as other European Union (EU) governments implement stricter border controls.

“All European countries now understand that it is not possible to have open borders, it’s not possible to welcome illegal migrants with flowers,” Plevris said. “There should be a clear message that countries have borders, (that) Europe has exceeded its capabilities and will not accept any more illegal migrants.”

Greece previously warned that ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, particularly in Gaza, could lead to a new surge in migration toward Europe.

Britain Just Appointed a Far-Left Muslim to Oversee Migration.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has appointed Shabana Mahmood, a far-left Muslim, as Home Secretary, broadly responsible for border security, immigration, policing, and national security in the United Kingdom.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Keir Starmer, Shabana Mahmood, and Britain’s governing Labour Party.

📍WHEN & WHERE: September 5, 2025, in the United Kingdom.

💬KEY QUOTE: “There’s been an explosion of Islamophobia since October 7—but there’s also a huge underreporting of the issue.” – Shabana Mahmood, in 2024

🎯IMPACT: Mahmood’s appointment raises concerns over worsening censorship and the ongoing immigration enforcement failures in Britain.

IN FULL

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has appointed Shabana Mahmood as Britain’s Home Secretary, broadly responsible for border security, immigration, policing, and national security. The Islamophobia-obsessed Labour Party politician, raised partly in Saudi Arabia, was previously the Justice Secretary, overseeing the mass early release of criminals and the imprisonment of many people who demonstrated against mass migration or criticized it online following a mass stabbing in Southport, England, by a migration-background teenager.

Mahmood’s appointment follows now-former Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner exiting her role and being replaced by the Trump-hating David Lammy amid a tax scandal. Mahmood’s elevation has sparked public concern, given her poor record as Justice Secretary and apparent desire for even more draconian action against “Islamophobia,” at a time when Britons are already facing harsh restrictions on their speech.

As Justice Secretary, Mahmood implemented an early-release scheme for thousands of prisoners, ostensibly to ease overcrowding. Freed offenders were seen celebrating outside prisons, some popping champagne, and many quickly violated their release conditions, leading to their return to prison and causing distress to victims. Even then, Mahmood intervened to ensure such prisoners would be eligible for early release again after just 28 days, with Victims Commissioner Baroness Newlove expressing “serious concerns” about the policy retraumatizing victims.

Notably, while prisons in Britain have become overcrowded, the government has always managed to find new spaces to house illegal immigrants when necessary. Moreover, much of the space freed up by the mass early release scheme was soon occupied by people who had criticized or protested against mass migration in the wake of the Southport killings.

As Home Secretary, it seems unlikely that Mahmood will move to redirect law enforcement resources away from policing opinions. In 2024, she alleged there had been “an explosion of Islamophobia since October 7″—but also, conveniently, “huge underreporting of the issue,” allowing her to justify aggressively pursuing the matter with or without statistical evidence.

DOJ Concludes Federal Oversight of Seattle PD After 13 Years.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington formally ended federal oversight of the Seattle Police Department (SPD) after 13 years under a consent decree.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: The Seattle Police Department, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon, Acting U.S. Attorney Teal Luthy Miller, and Seattle Police Officers Guild President Mike Solan.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The ruling was issued on Wednesday by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

💬KEY QUOTE: “For close to 14 years, the tax base in the city of Seattle had put forth over $200 million into this process. It’s crushed morale, we’ve lost over half of the department, and it has decimated public safety,” Mike Solan said.

🎯IMPACT: The end of the decree marks a return of full control of SPD to the city but has left lasting effects on morale, staffing, and public safety.

IN FULL

The 13-year-old consent decree governing the Seattle Police Department (SPD) officially ended this week, following a ruling on Wednesday by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington declaring the 2011 Department of Justice (DOJ) order fulfilled. Established in the wake of United States v. City of Seattle, the consent decree had subjected the SPD to over a decade of federal oversight aimed at addressing issues surrounding use of force, crisis intervention, and accountability within the department.

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon of the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division welcomed the District Court ruling, stating, “We congratulate the Seattle Police Department on its achievement of sustained substantial compliance with this consent decree.” Acting U.S. Attorney Teal Luthy Miller praised the department’s efforts, saying it had become “an example for other police forces.”

However, Seattle Police Officers Guild (SPOG) President Mike Solan criticized the Barack Obama-era federal oversight requirement, claiming it was more about enriching oversight staff than reform. “For close to 14 years, the tax base in the city of Seattle had put forth over $200 million into this process. It’s crushed morale, we’ve lost over half of the department, and it has decimated public safety,” he complained.

Solan also tied the oversight bureaucracy to broader issues within King County, pointing to a $1.5 billion social justice spending spree with no accountability. He noted that the timing of the decree’s initial planned end coincided with the George Floyd riots, which reset progress. Solan remarked, “Just one week before Floyd’s death, city leaders and the DOJ had agreed that SPD was ready to exit the decree. Then George Floyd happens, and we’re back to square one.”

Trump Revives the Department of War.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order to restore the historic name “Department of War” as a secondary title for the Department of Defense.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: President Donald J. Trump, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, and the Department of Defense.

💬KEY QUOTE: “To be prepared for war is one of the most effective means of preserving peace.” – President George Washington

🎯IMPACT: The order aims to project strength, sharpen the military’s focus, and signal America’s readiness to secure its interests by force if necessary.

IN FULL

President Donald J. Trump has signed an Executive Order to restore the historic name “Department of War” as a secondary title for the Department of Defense. The order allows the Secretary of Defense, the Department of Defense, and subordinate officials to use titles such as “Secretary of War,” “Department of War,” and “Deputy Secretary of War” in official contexts. It further directs all executive departments and agencies to recognize and accommodate these secondary titles in communications.

The Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, was instructed to recommend legislative and executive actions to permanently rename the Department of Defense to the Department of War. President Donald J. Trump believes that the name “Department of War” better reflects the military’s power and readiness to advance the national interest offensively as well as defensively. The ‘Department of War’ name dates from 1789 and was the department’s moniker during historic American victories in conflicts such as the First World War and Second World War.

President George Washington, in his First Annual Address to Congress on January 8, 1790, stated, “To be prepared for war is one of the most effective means of preserving peace.” Citing this quote as justification for the name change, the Trump White House argued, “Our founders knew that projecting strength would be the best way to ensure that we would rarely need to use it.”

Trump Is Taking This Dem City to Court Over Its Sanctuary Policies.

PULSE POINTS

❓WHAT HAPPENED: The U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the City of Boston, Mayor Michelle Wu (D), the Boston Police Department, and its commissioner over sanctuary policies that allegedly obstruct federal immigration enforcement.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Attorney General Pam Bondi, the Department of Justice (DOJ), Michelle Wu, and the Boston Police Department.

📍WHEN & WHERE: The lawsuit was announced this week and targets the City of Boston, Massachusetts.

đź’¬KEY QUOTE: “If Boston won’t protect its citizens from illegal alien crime, this Department of Justice will.” – Pam Bondi

🎯IMPACT: The lawsuit is part of a broader DOJ effort to dismantle sanctuary policies nationwide, citing public safety concerns and non-compliance with federal law.

IN FULL

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a lawsuit Thursday against the City of Boston, Mayor Michelle Wu (D), the Boston Police Department, and its commissioner, accusing them of using “sanctuary” policies to obstruct federal immigration enforcement.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said Boston’s policies violate federal law and put residents at risk. “The City of Boston and its Mayor have been among the worst sanctuary offenders in America; they explicitly enforce policies designed to undermine law enforcement and protect illegal aliens from justice,” Bondi said in a statement. “If Boston won’t protect its citizens from illegal alien crime, this Department of Justice will.”

According to the DOJ, Boston routinely refuses to cooperate with federal immigration officials, leading to the release of migrants convicted of serious crimes, including aggravated assault, burglary, and drug and human trafficking, who would otherwise be held for federal deportation proceedings.

Mayor Wu has defended the city’s sanctuary status. Last month, she dismissed warnings from the federal government, criticizing the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown and defending Boston’s commitment to illegal aliens.

The lawsuit is part of a larger federal push under the Trump administration to challenge sanctuary policies across the country. Since taking office, the DOJ’s Civil Division has been tasked with identifying and targeting cities and states that are blocking immigration enforcement.

In August, Bondi published a list of sanctuary jurisdictions, with Boston near the top. She vowed to pursue legal action against cities on the list. Similar lawsuits have already been filed against New York and Los Angeles.

On August 28, President Trump directed ICE to ramp up operations in Democrat-run New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Portland, and Seattle. Plans include possibly using a naval base near Chicago as a staging area for expanded immigration enforcement action.

However, the administration has faced judicial resistance. Just days before the DOJ filed the Boston lawsuit, U.S. District Judge William Orrick, a Barack Obama appointee, blocked Trump’s attempt to withhold federal funding from over 30 sanctuary jurisdictions, including Boston. The judge ruled that the move amounted to unconstitutional coercion.

Britain’s New Deputy Prime Minister Branded MAGA a ‘Cult of White Supremacists.’

PULSE POINTS

âť“WHAT HAPPENED: Britain’s Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has appointed David Lammy, the now-former Foreign Secretary, as Deputy Prime Minister. Lammy, who attended university with Barack Obama, has a virulently anti-Trump and anti-MAGA background.

👤WHO WAS INVOLVED: Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy, President Donald J. Trump, and the Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement.

📍WHEN & WHERE: September 5, 2025, in the United Kingdom.

💬KEY QUOTE: “You’re going to struggle to find any politician who has not had things to say about Donald Trump in his first term, particularly on Twitter.” – David Lammy

🎯IMPACT: Lammy’s remarks could potentially affect the “special relationship” between Britain and the United States.

IN FULL

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has appointed David Lammy, Britain’s now-former Foreign Secretary, as Deputy Prime Minister, replacing the scandal-hit Angela Rayner. Despite attempting to build bridges with Vice President J.D. Vance as Foreign Secretary, Lammy is known to be virulently anti-Trump, previously describing the America First leader as a “neo-Nazi sympathizing sociopath” and the broader MAGA movement as a “cult of white supremacists.”

Lammy defended these comments shortly after becoming Foreign Secretary, suggesting “You’re going to struggle to find any politician who has not had things to say about Donald Trump in his first term, particularly on Twitter.”

The black identitarian politician went far further than most of President Trump’s critics, however, not only calling him a “racist KKK and Nazi sympathizer” and branding him a tyrant, but even arguing the British government should “be putting [him] on a watch list and barring him from entry to our country” and asking the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to investigate him for “inciting hatred” on social media.

The Trump administration has been able to work constructively with Britain’s Labour government up to now, with the President striking a first-of-its-kind British-American trade deal with Starmer earlier this year. Still, relations have been fraying over Britain’s increasingly draconian censorship regime.

A recent U.S. State Department human rights report warned of “credible reports of serious restrictions on freedom of expression,” and Vice President J.D. Vance personally spoke out against the country’s “crisis of censorship” at the annual Munich Security Conference in Germany.
