BREAKING: Trump WILL Be Named TIME Person of the Year.

President-elect Donald J. Trump is poised to be crowned TIME magazine’s “Person of the Year.” To celebrate this recognition, the America First leader will personally ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday morning, sources suggest.

Trump, previously honored in 2016 after his victory over Hillary Clinton, joins an elite group of 13 U.S. presidents, including successor and now predecessor Joe Biden, who have been recognized by TIME.

The shortlist for this prestigious title included Vice President Kamala Harris, the Princess of Wales, Trump-supporting tech mogul Elon Musk, and Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu. TIME is also celebrating Women’s NBA star Caitlin Clark as Athlete of the Year, Elton John as Icon of the Year, and Lisa Su of AMD as CEO of the Year.

TIME is not officially confirming its choice, with a spokesman stating, “This year’s choice will be announced tomorrow morning, Dec. 12, on Time.com.”

The “Person of the Year” title is awarded to individuals who have profoundly shaped the year’s narrative, from historic leaders like Winston Churchill to contemporary figures like Germany’s Angela Merkel and Russia’s Vladimir Putin.

Biden Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen Admits Failure: ‘I Am Sorry.’

U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen admits Joe Biden and his government failed to rein in the federal deficit—which ballooned to $1.92 trillion in 2024—and address concerns regarding fiscal sustainability. Yellen, who will leave office in January, made the remarks yesterday at the Wall Street Journal‘s annual CEO Council Summit.

“Well, I am concerned about fiscal sustainability. And I am sorry that we haven’t made more progress,” Yellen said, adding: “I believe that the deficit needs to be brought down, especially now that we’re in an environment of higher interest rates.”

The Treasury Secretary’s admission was prompted by a question posed by Greg Ip, the Journal’s chief economic commentator. Ip pressed Yellen on the significant budget deficit left by the Biden government and asked if she had any regrets regarding the Democratic leader’s fiscal decisions.

Over the course of her four-year tenure, Yellen has drawn controversy on more than one occasion. Early on in Biden’s term, the Treasury Secretary—a former Federal Reserve chief—insisted that the rampant inflation being experienced by Americans was merely transitory, implying it would quickly recede without intervention. However, that was not the case, and the Federal Reserve was forced to increase interest rates. This left Yellen acknowledging an inconvenient truth for the Biden government this last February: high prices will likely be persistent for the foreseeable future.

President-elect Donald J. Trump has named macro fund manager Scott Bessent as his government’s Treasury Secretary. Financial markets rallied following the announcement of Bessen’t nomination in late November.

Man Arrested for Alleged Assault on Rep. Nancy Mace at Capitol.

On December 10, Representative Nancy Mace reportedly experienced an assault at the U.S. Capitol. Capitol Police arrested James McIntyre, 33, of Illinois, following the incident. The altercation occurred in the Rayburn House Office Building, where law enforcement officers apprehended McIntyre after an investigative interview. He faces federal charges for assaulting a government official.

Mace, a vocal opponent of transgender ideology, shared details of the encounter on her X account. “I was physically accosted at the Capitol tonight by a pro-tr*ns man. One new brace for my wrist and some ice for my arm and it’ll heal just fine,” she wrote, adding: “Your tr*ns violence and threats on my life will only make me double down. FAFO.”

A Capitol Police statement confirmed the report of an assault on the congresswoman at approximately 6:00 PM. House Division officers and agents from the Threat Assessment Section responded immediately. The accused had entered the building after going through standard security procedures, as the Rayburn House Office Building was open to the public at the time.

Mace is currently pushing a bill that would bar males from female restrooms on all federal property, even if they identify as women. This infuriated many trans activists, with one male-to-female influencer posting a video expressing hope that he will encounter Mace in a women’s restroom so he can beat her to death.

Judge Blocks Infowars Sale to The Onion. Here’s Why…

Alex Jones will be allowed to remain in control of InfoWars—at least for the time being—after a federal judge blocked its sale to the satirical news site The Onion late Tuesday night. U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Lopez found in favor of Jones, determining that the auction trustee failed to ensure the maximum value was secured.

While hinting at potential collusion, Judge Lopez insisted the trustee had made a good faith error in not reopening the auction to more bids, including from the second-place bidder, First American United Companies—affiliated with Alex Jones’s supplement business. “This should have been opened back up, and it should have been opened back up for everybody,” Lopez said, continuing: “It’s clear the trustee left the potential for a lot of money on the table.”

“You got to scratch and claw and get everything you can for them,” the bankruptcy judge added.

The National Pulse reported in November that The Onion had initially won the auction, which was intended to settle Jones’s outstanding debt stemming from a civil lawsuit brought against him by Sandy Hook school shooting victims’s families.

Along with the Jones-affiliated First American United Companies, other bidders and individuals believed to have considered purchasing InfoWars included Angelo Carusone, president of the George Soros-funded Media Matters for America.

It appears Jones will continue to own InfoWars for the time being. Judge Lopez ordered trustee Christopher Murray to resolve financial claims between Jones’s creditors first before making another attempt to auction Infowars to settle any debts.

Billionaire Nick Candy Pledges Seven-Figure Donation to Farage’s Reform Party.

Billionaire property developer Nick Candy has announced a significant financial commitment to Brexit leader Nigel Farage’s Reform Party. After leaving the Conservative Party, Candy will join Reform as its new treasurer in the new year.

Candy, formerly a substantial donor to the Conservatives, confirmed he would contribute a “seven-figure” sum to Reform, emphasizing his support for the party’s future-focused political agenda. The billionaire  expressed his dissatisfaction with the Conservative Party, saying he had “resigned my membership of the Conservative Party after many years of active support and substantial donations to the party.”

“I am sorry to say there have been too many broken promises and a complete breach of trust with the wealth creators in our country,” Candy added.

Nick Candy is married to pop singer Holly Valance, who also supports Reform. They have previously been seen with conservative leaders, including President-elect Donald J. Trump.

Candy joining Reform coincides with multiple defections from the Conservative Party to Farage’s party, such as the former government minister Andrea Jenkyns. The National Pulse reported in early December that Elon Musk is also considering backing Farage.

The announcement comes as Reform UK passed the ruling Labour Party in a recently released poll to become the second most popular party in the country. Last month, Reform beat Labour in a municipal by-election. It shows strong polling numbers in many traditionally Labour parliamentary seats, including parts of the North East of England.

Farage’s party, which currently has five seats in the House of Commons, could win as many as 95 in the next election if current polling trends continue.

UK

Brits Are Boycotting These Products Over This Crazy Ingredient.

Consumers in the United Kingdom are looking to boycott dairy products after a Danish company announced it would feed cows an ingredient to reduce flatulence. Opponents have criticized the product, claiming that some of its components may be linked to cancer and other harmful side effects.

The protest comes after Danish company Arla announced a trial of Bovaer, intended to reduce methane emissions from cows. Some consumers are pledging to boycott the company’s products, including Lurpak and Anchor butter.

Britain’s Food Standards Agency (FSA) advises caution in handling 3-nitrooxypropanol (3-NOP), a component of Bovaer. It states that it “should be considered corrosive to the eyes, a skin irritant, and potentially harmful by inhalation.” However, they claim it does not transfer to milk, being filtered by the cow’s digestive system.

Some critics have also claimed that 3-NOP could cause cancer, which regulators also deny. Bovaer is composed of 3-NOP,  silicon dioxide, and propylene glycol.

Social media platforms such as TikTok, X, and Facebook have seen a viral campaign urging consumers to avoid Arla’s products. Brands with partnerships with Arla, such as Starbucks and McDonald’s, and supermarkets whose own-brand milk is supplied by Arla are also targeted.

Arla officials and Bovaer manufacturer Dsm-Firmenich blamed “misinformation” for the outcry.

Denmark is just one of the several European Union member states to make changes in an attempt to reduce methane emissions from cows, in order to meet climate change goals.

The Netherlands, Belgium, France, and other EU countries have faced massive backlash and protests from farmers over EU green agenda policies.

WATCH: Jan 6 Defendant Feels ‘Amazing’ After Judge Throws Out Felony Obstruction Charge.

On January 6, defendant Erik Herrera announced that the judge presiding over his case has accepted his motion to throw out the Biden-Harris Justice Department’s 1512(c)2 felony obstruction charge against him. Herrera was initially sentenced to four years in prison after taking a photo of himself standing in a Capitol building office that had been trashed by protestors—with the California native already having served one year of his incarceration.

Herrera will now only have four misdemeanor charges on his record, including “entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a Capitol Building; disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building.”

“I feel amazing; I’m no longer a felon,” Herrera says in a video posted to X (formerly Twitter). “This is a long time coming… I’m just very thankful that this thing has officially been taken off my case, and now I have to go to Washington, D.C., on January 24 for my resentencing, and we’re expecting the judge to just give me time served.”

“I know nothing in life is guaranteed, so we’ll just see how this pans out on that date. But I’m feeling very hopeful,” Herrera added.

In June, the United States Supreme Court ruled that the Justice Department overreached in using 18 U.S. Code § 1512(c)2 to attain enhanced felony sentencing for January 6 defendants.

The law was originally intended as a felony punishment for individuals engaging in document and evidence destruction during a financial crimes investigation following the Enron and WorldCom scandals.

New York is Now Trying to Hide Illegals from Trump.

New York City officials have decided to close a large tent complex in Brooklyn. The site, located on Floyd Bennett Field, is built on federal land and currently accommodates around 2,000 migrants.

Mayor Eric Adams‘s administration is taking this action due to concerns over potential policy changes by incoming President Donald J. Trump and his immigration czar, Tom Homan. Officials worry that Trump’s White House might terminate the shelter’s lease upon his assuming office in January, or could claim the right to conduct immigration enforcement on federal land.

The closure of Floyd Bennett Field is part of a broader plan to shut down 25 migrant shelters across the city by March. Facilities set to close include several hotels throughout New York City, college dormitories in Upper Manhattan, a converted warehouse at Kennedy Airport, and numerous upstate hotels used for housing migrants.

An anticipated drop in illegal immigrant numbers follows the city’s expenditure exceeding $6 billion over two years for housing purposes. Mayor Adams has steered clear of directly citing President-elect Trump as a reason for the Floyd Bennett Field closure despite the location being the only city shelter on federal land.

City representatives have indicated that while the lease will conclude by March, families will vacate the shelter by January 15, shortly before President-elect Trump assumes office. In a statement, Mayor Adams mentioned, “We’re going to continue looking for more sites to consolidate and close, and more opportunities to save taxpayer money, as we continue to successfully manage this response.”

Nancy Pelosi is Now Worth HOW MUCH?!

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) has seen her net worth hit a new record high, reaching upwards of $272 million—an exponential increase from her reported wealth just a decade ago. The 84-year-old Democrat and her husband, Paul Pelosi, have been prolific stock traders throughout 2024, with a reported trade volume of $137.48 million on just 171 trades.

Many of Nancy and Paul Pelosi‘s stock trades occur just before major government announcements that move the market. In 2021, Paul Pelosi bought around $5 million shares in Elon Musk‘s electric vehicle and battery company, Tesla, just days before President Joe Biden announced a mandate that all government vehicles be electric. In addition, in the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi pushed for more significant subsidization of the electric vehicle industry.

Also in 2021, the Pelosis exercised $2 million in stock options held with Microsoft just weeks before the Biden government announced a $22 million military contract for the technology giant. One of Paul and Nancy Pelosi’s most controversial trades came with the 2022 purchase of around $5 million in options with the chip manufacturer Nvidia. The purchase was made in the lead-up to the House voting through a $52 billion subsidy for chip makers in the CHIPS and Science Act.

All in all, Rep. Pelosi’s net wealth is shocking—even considering her husband’s real-estate business ventures. Members of Congress earn just $174,000, suggesting Nancy Pelosi likely lacks the capital to execute a $137.48 million trade volume herself. However, as detailed in her husband’s stock trades, Pelosi likely benefits from sharing upcoming legislative action with her husband, who has the capital to execute the number and volume of trades reported.

WATCH: Syria’s New Leader Vows to Take Jerusalem After Damascus.

Abu Mohammad al-Julani, the wanted terrorist and de facto leader of Syria following the fall of Bashar al-Assad, declared in 2018 that his Hayʼat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) organization—a rebrand of al-Qaeda franchise al-Nusra—intended to take not only Damascus but the Israeli capital of Jerusalem.

In a video released as Assad’s forces had gained the upper hand over the various rebel factions, al-Julani told his followers, “There is no significance to the defeat of one village to another. Our goals are much loftier than that… It is a war of ideas, a war of minds, a war of will, a war of steadfastness.”

“We must use everything that we have to protect the Sunnis,” he said—a bad signal for the Alawite minority from which Assad hailed, as well as Syrian Christians, Druze, and other minorities, now al-Julani has taken power.

“Allah willing, we will reach not only Damascus. Jerusalem awaits us as well. Every bullet we fire here will reverberate throughout the Islamic world. Your place as a Jihad fighter on this blessed land is in itself a grace of Allah, Who chose you from among billions of people.”

Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu has taken credit for Assad’s ouster by al-Julani and appears satisfied that it is a positive development, having eliminated a regional rival in Assad and weakened his erstwhile allies in Hezbollah and Iran.

However, with the “al-Julani” name being a nom de guerre referencing the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights, plus al-Julani’s past remarks on Jerusalem, the Israelis may find the Turkey-backed jihadists prove to be a greater threat than Assad.
